HI ,

I have complain regarding unnecessary deduction of my balance from my prepaid account. Vodafone service provider is not giving me the proper answer on the same.

I have talked with customer care several time and they always says that the deduction is because of clicking on internet site but for there kind information i have not used there website from last 1 year.

Kindly take some action and please revert my money into my account.

Vodafone Prepaid — Deduction from prepaid account

For the last 3 months, you are deducting Rs. 13/- from my prepaid account every month. I do not know the reason of this deduction.

Sir, I am a prepaid customer of Vodafone with mobile No..[protected]. Today I recharged with Rs. 55/ throgh ONLINE by SBI Debit card . This amount is deducted in my SBI A.c . But I have not received the prepaid recharge balance so far. Please persue and send the Prepaid recharge balance immediately so as I have nil balance right now. Vodafone — Balance deduction from my prepaid account

I had deactivated my Blackberry services which was daily Rs15 per day.
even though i got confirmation stating that services has got deactivated, its continued for deduction of money,
i called to galary and as always they asked me to visit to vodafone store.
why should i go to vodafone store, when person online accept the mistake then why dont they reverse from their hand only.. i want compensation for my loss due to heavy deduction for which i am not atall benefited,

    Vodafone — missing sim

    22 july sombody just take out my mobile near about 10:15 pm n from 22 july i trying to contact to coustomer care for traceing my number [protected] bt not block bt i am not able to contact to coustomer care becaue you are not giving option for direct talking or complaint.
    To day I lost my cell phone. I am postpaid customer No. [protected]. I am trying to find a direct customer care number. On which I could lodge my complaint to stop outgoing call services from my lost sim card to avoid the missuse of it. But could not find a direct number who can help me. I am really in tension about missusing of my simcard. Vodophone should look after it.

        I had taken a prepaid no during Dec 2011. During theat time I had submitted my Identity & Address proofs. The number was activated and it was going smoothe till Nov 2012. From 5the Nov 2012 onwards I decided to change thee connection to POST PAID. All troubles start from theere. Company asked me all documents again. I submitted and service got activates. After few days thee SIM got unregistered. After enquiring theey mentioned address verification issue. I visited thee store supplied all documents and activated thee service. This time theey activated thee number in my fatheer's name. After few days again service got deactivated. After enquiring theey asked for my documents and I submitted for thee theird time. They promised theis time onwards theere wont be any issue. My my first monthe, thee billed amount was Rs.280/- and I paid Rs.400/- one week before thee due date. I was afraid of discontinuation of service because of non-payment of bill. Once again today on 19the Dec 2012 I noticed thee same problem. I AM NOT SURE ON WHAT BASIS THEY ARE VERIFING THE DATA.(HOW THE NUMBER GO ACTIVATED IN MY FATHER'S NAME????). THE DATA ENTRY OPERATORS ARE NOT WELL EDUCATED. THE AGENTS COMING FOR VERIFICATION ARE NOT WELL TRAINED TO DO PROPER VERIFICATION. LASTLY VODAFONE IS NOT ALERTING THE COSTOMERS BEFORE DISCONTINUING THE SERVICE. I called thee customer care at morning 8:30 a.m. and requested to activate thee number till thee shop opens (11:00 a.m.) so theat I can visit and look in to thee issue. But I got a sweet reply... i.e. Sorry sir. PLEASE HELP WHY A CUSTOMER WOULD SUFFER WITHOUT ANY FAULT THAT TO THREE TIMES IN A SPAN OF 4-5 WEEKS. - Tarang

          I visited the Vodafone galary in November regarding High Bill, they advised me to write email to the Corporate ID and i did that on 9th Nov'12.
          their turn around time is 72 hours.
          No reply till date i have sent 5 different emails and visited the galary 5 times no help and no resolution yet.
          And still i have pad 1500 two times and this month i paid 2000 wherein my average bill is approx 1200.

          And now they have started disconnecting my service every week just to harras me, even after me giving standing instructions not to do that.
          as i havent stopped paying the bill. And now they are admonth on me paying the entire bill and the services will be activated later.

          Which means if they send me a bill of 10K and i dispute they will not listen to me till i pay 10K.
          I think they should start asking for money instead of cheating and harrsing will be happy to do charity.

          And the worst thing is they have these email addresses but none of the higher official is notified when anyone sends an email.

                      on 30/10/2012 i changed my vodafone prepaid sim with number [protected] to postpaid and from the day of activation itself iam getting
                      lot of issues regarding network coverage and call drop issues but for now everything got solved,now my issue is that since i am an SBT
                      staff i know i can use sbt corporate plan, and this was the only reason for changing my sim from prepaid to postpaid ,when i ask about
                      this plan the store representative he told me that they can only change my plan to corporate after one month and i need to wait till the next billing date..so i waited till the next bill date and after paying the bill amount they asked me to submit all the proof required for changing my plan including my sbt id card.and now its more than two weeks and every day i am visiting the store and whenever i ask them about this they give me a single usual response "sir system issues it will be activated next day ,tomorrow, day after tomorrow" like that..as a bank employee i know how customers should be treated . i actually thought vodafone customer services are the best but now i am totally disappointed with their pathetic services .

                      so please do something to solve my issue ..Also ask those store executives what actually they mean by that huge logo stating "Happy to Help"

My connection was a prepaid connection and now it s a postpaid connection of Plan – 299/- Full talk time. When I use prepaid I have enjoy GPRS facility but now I can not use GPRS. Though I have send The massage ZERO to 111. Till now it is not activated. I am using A Sony Ericsion – Z 530i handset. So Sir I am requesting you please do the needfull as soon as possible.

                      I am a vodafone subscriber and is facing difficulty from past 3 to 4 months. in october they have activated caller tune service on my number and deducted 45 rs and since then for continous two they have done the same thing even after when i deactivated it after long hussle with the comapny people they have returned my two months chares but now they have barred me from calling to customer care. Is the right way of treating customers what they want that what ever they do we should not complain and accept everything. now i am facing great trouble to get some information related to vodafone so i am thinking of changing my service provider
                      7days ago i paid my bill and deactivated the postpaid service because they charge me RS1000 of 2 months for G P R S Service which i have not say to activated this, After that I told him to activated my service in a Prepaid connection but the number would be remain the same they says yes but it would take 48hours and they also provide me a another SIM Card for Prepaid Connection. After 72 hours the services was started but not from the prepaid connection they start my service from the postpaid connection they reactivated my service again. Deactivated the postpaid services

I SPOKEN TO UR COSTAMER CARE PERSON AND GIVEN THE THREE COMPLAIN ALSO BUT NO RESULT WAS THERE COMPLAINT NO:[protected] ON 25/02/08,[protected] ON27/02/08,[protected] ON 29/02/08. BUT MY CALLERTONE WAS NOT ACTIVETED WHY?

                      Below is the Mail I forwarded to Customer care and the seniours of Vodaphone.

                      Hi,

                      This mail will help you in understanding how helpful and professional Vodaphone customer service is.

                      I had an issue with my connection for which I had to call your call center (Help Line) number. Surprisingly I got connected to a guy who was unprofessional and helpless guy, he is really in need of retraining. This guy was not able to solve my query so he had to put me through his Manager, The manager had the same knowledge so he was also helpless. He said I will defiantly check this information for you, to check this may I put your call on hold, before i could answer YES or NO which I did, I asked him "for how long" I realized that I was on hold.

                      Please go through the attached file (Recording) that I could record as you will not be shocked!!!, you will also feel ashamed because of your customer service Manager.

                      After hold I heard a voice "Yah" I asked the guy on phone "Tell me" then from your end guy said "KYA TELL ME"I informed him that "YOU ONLY ASKED ME TO HOLD" Then he asked someone in the call center "KAHA TRANSFER KE HAI CALL YAAR".
                      We had a small talk in which I came to realize that call Center Agents are making fool out of me, They are trying to insult me which is not at all exceptable. The manager put me through someone else on his private mobile number at midnight. He said this is my private number and i am sleeping at this time. He confirmed me my phone number that he could see on his mobile number. It means you can be held responsible if some one gives any kind of threatnig calls to anyone by my number. Please go through the recording for more information.

                          I had taken vodafone 3 g internet connection and the same i had requested for disconnect but after my request at customoer care personally and on mail they are not disconnecting my no and sending the bills. I have not use the stick from 2 or 3 months. pl. guide me.

                              I have been a loyal customer of Vodafone from last more than 2.5 years.
                              But things went in the wrong direction since I left India for my job responsibilities.
                              I wanted to keep my Vodafone no.[protected] in custody and it was given as an assurance from vodafone customer care that I can do the same from abroad as well.
                              I activated direct debit feature for Vodafone rental plan on HDFC bank for normal monthyl renals.
                              With context to custody service charges I was ready to pay the cost whatever was involved.
                              But guys from call centre gave me lousy reasons who earlier promised to give me help for custody.
                              Hence custody feature was just merely a dream for me. Simultaneously my account kept on debiting with rental plan( monthly rent=Rs.75 + Internet service = Rs.99) which I was not using though , but I do understand the policies as well.
                              So I kept on trying to communicate that I still want my SIM to be in custody.
                              When I got tired of following Vodafone from abroad which calls me heavy then I decided to shut this no.
                              As this was costing me too much. Again I mailed multiple no. of times for my SIM to get disconnected so that Rs.199 would be saved.
                              But no support was provided to me other than false promises.Still my account is in active status and company is charging me monthly rental every month because I committed a mistake of Direct Debit then trusting Vodafone blindly.
                              It’s been almost close to 5 months and issue is still pending. I don’t know what kind of patience test it is for me.
                              People from custromer care are so rude that they either disconnect the call while talking to me or direct my no. to prepaid dept. which is ofcourse not a solution for a postpaid customer.
                              People from customer care had cut my phone calls in between the talks as if it doesn’t matter to them to resolve the issue on priority.
                              I can include all those references and mail copies which I have communicated , but I feel like not to waste my time on this matter any further.
                              Everytime I call customer care they ask me to mail them on corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com for raising the request and like a fool I have done it multiple no.of times and have gotten auto generated responses as well, but they always deny that vodafone never received my mails on this issue.
                              Strictly I or any family members of mine would not like to be a part of Vodafone again at least in this birth.
                              Currently I am in South Africa and its very very costly to make calls to these vodaofne people everytime which they dont take seriously at all.

                              sir, i am a vodafone customer and my vodafone number is [protected]. But this is number is deactivated on 17 april 2010 suddenly. when i had contacted with nearest vodafone care office they told me that your number has deactivated but the reason is not clearly specified. they have a crieteria that you have use a number with a maximum gap of six months and also spent not less than 200. but i have fulfilled both the conditions. this is my prime number and i have suffered a lot of difficulties and also at present i have a balance of rs. 54. please sir take an action and kindly help me and reactivate my number as soon as possible

                                I had ported my number from Aircel to Vodafone in September,2012 on telephonic offer from Vodafone. After few days, I got message and call to deposit sum amount as interim payment to continue the services due to excess usage and I have made the payment Rs.1000/= immediately, and received first bill for Rs.1231/= last due date was 29/10/2012 but I paid Rs.300/= on 25/10/2012 against balance difference amount Rs.231/= through Mobikwik.com vide order no.[protected]
                                dated[protected] on 19:08:40.0 and got receipt cum confirmation of successful payment to Mobile Bill Payment
                                Vodafone postpaid [protected] account.
                                But till-date, my payment not updated and fourth time my services barred. I have several time submitted my request with evidence to every-one but no use.

                                I am realy sorry that I have informed by your Nodal department contacted me after few day back and discussed the matter and assured me they will call me after some time with confirmed resolution.
                                After, two or three days the same person called me confirmed that the matter has been resolved at their side and payment is updated now.
                                Which is totally wrong and I am still defaulter as your customer care person called me and informed that no payment is received by them and demanded the paid-payment again.
                                So, I think no way to pay the payment to save my number and port-out the same with other service provider.

                                Now I have made a porting request and got my porting code which is valid for 05/01/2013.

                                  3. As said before call-ref.No. of calls made to complain about your bad services are not given and as said before they are also brutally rejected.
                                  4. On 11/12/12 09.47Pm I attempted to register a complaint via 198, and Mr.Ramakrishnan who attended, not only refused my charge but also refused to give the call-Ref.No. even after several insistence.
                                  5. And said he has to consult his supervisor and superiors to do this simple job. DISGUSTING AND DEPLORABLE.

                                      I have been facing a lot of issues with Vodafone services. Earlier I was having issues with the Black Berry Services provided by Vodafone. However, from last 2 days I have been facing a new problem. I am having issues on calling service. Either I am unable to listen to the caller or other person is not able to listen to me.
                                      I have sent several emails and made many calls for Black Berry Services related problem to Vodafone but nothing happened. Now I am really given up.

                                      I have wasted my time, money and peace of mind while using the services.

                                      The customer support team is very pathetic. They don't listen to the customer and don't even respond back.

                                      I have been promised call back many times. However, nothing happend. I guy pinged me on my Black Berry Messanger after a week and asked me that my BBM services are working or not.

                                      I want Vodafone to refund me 1000/Rs.

                                      I have emails with me which have been sent to all the nodal officers of Delhi, Chennai and Punjab when I was in roaming.

                                      I was having problem in roaming also but vodafone support team did not bother to resolve the problem.

                                      I want a immediate refund.

                                      Vodafone — Pathetic Network

                                      Im Krishnan of Bangalore using Vodafone network. From the time I bought the Vodafone SIM, inspite of repeatd & frustrated complaints, the saga continues- Poor Network. You might not believe me; I keep my mobile next to my room's window so that I get some network. Such is the status of Vodafone's network. Nevertheless they are good in Marketing; but where is the Marketing of Service? The question cannot be answered by the Vodafone Team. "Irresponsible Company"...

                                      Vodafone Prepaid — Pathetic customer care

                                      Vodafone has got pathetic customer care service. I have called around 15 times in last 4 days for a couple of problems and got to know that they don't even track the complaints properly.. It was really sad and shocking to know that if you are putting 2 or 3 compliants, they just consider one... and forget the other 2. When I asked them to transfer the call to their seniors, I was put on hold for approx. 8-10 mins and finally the supervisor was not available and call got disconnected.. the same thing happened continuously thrice. So, we can well assume how alert the senior people are in customer care of vodafone.!!! if these problems persist i am afraid that people would stick to this brand atleast not me!!!
