Hello, I'm using vodafone service from past 5 years and frequently I'm having problems. They say "Happy to Serve" but I would say its should be Happy to take MONEY. Vodafone have the worst the worst customer service and their agent are not educated and no proper knowledge about their work. I had done porting from Vodafone to Airtel but got the bill from Vodafone of Rs 11000/- that to only for 15 days of internet usage only. However my monthly charges with vodafone never crossed more than 3K then how come did they charged such a huge amount....

Fraud Practices adapted during recharge with payback points

I was recharging my friend's number for amount of rs 333 using my payback card number.[protected]. The payment was deducted at payback gateway but it failed after that.

When one recharges amount of rs 10,it will never fail but when it comes to amount above rs 300,u will deliberately fail it and harass your customer.

While contacting payback CC,they quoted me this number.3036645 either get it recharge...
