    This is the first time I am writing a complaint for any service provider. I have been using Airtel since years now and I haven’t got any problem with them so far. I started using one more number that my company (Dell Services) provided me and my number [protected] is a corporate number. I was not in Delhi and India for few months and I wasn’t able to make my payment of Rs. 1800 however as soon as I came back to Delhi I made a payment of Rs. 2064 from my credit on my number [protected] but now Vodafone is not releasing my number as they said its a VIP number and now they cannot give me my number back. What sort of service provider they are? I want to use my number and they are not releasing my number and asking for money to give me my number back. How does it make sense? When the payment was made on to their store in CP they said yes its under my name and 2064 is the amount that is due after the late charges therefore I made my payment with my late charges. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY NUMBER BACK AS ITS REALLY IMPORTANT FOR ME AND MY WORK AS ITS A CORPORATE NUMBER AND ALL MY CLIENTS HAS THAT NUMBER NOW. I HAVE BEEN FACING THIS PROBLEM SINCE A MOTH NOW THATS WHY I AM COMPLAINING.

      my mob plan is post paid 99 rental which has taken from 21/11/2012 of this month for mob no.[protected]. i strongly regret to tell you that since last four days your all executive on 111,198,117 are just fooling me regarding activation of CLIP and SMS service. This is very shame-fool for Vodafone that for customer like us who have your service since last 15 years are getting such harassment merely for a plan change. At last i am compelled to lodge a complaint against your very very poor service. Also i think your network is not in need of customers.. I really regret for service provided by your executives. Please resolve the matter at top priority if possible or else i would like to close my connection with your company.

        I subscribed to try Vodafone 3G by paying 101Rs (for 300MB) which is valid for 30 days. Right from the time i registered, Vodafone tech support was so bad that they could not help get the settings done for my HTC phone. Being an engineer i figured it out myself!! ... (Guys you are decade away from where we are, i guess Vodafone tech can still only support Nokia 1100)...

        This 3G that they promise is a BIG SCAM. they do not have network of 3G in most of the areas and rarely switches from 2G to 3G! ... Most of the places it runs in 2G and the money is absolutely not worth!!...

        Since yesterday eve (29th Nov 2012) the 3G is not working and the mobile is failing to connect to internet. Customer care team is replying that "there is a problem sir we cant help it" ... when i ask if my validity will be extended for a day then they have No answer for it! ...
        I would want to know why Vodafone is cheating ppl giving 2G (90% of time time) in the name of 3G charging more money from the customer.

        The network dropping in 3G is also sooo bad that my i have missed many calls just because i subscribed to 3G!! .. i am never going to subscribe to 3G again and soon i am thinking of changing the network provider!! ...

          even after applying for a bbm package of 399 which includes internet and bbm usage with the email accounts,there has been a deduction of 300rs in the accounts not at one shot but at several times in the name of SESSIONS cost,at an average of 3rs per deduction.I would have left it had i used the internet,but even without a usage there has beeen a deduction and i hereby want my money credited back to my number asap.

            Complaint against Vodafone - Happy2 help service.

            Vodaphone has been constantly deducting my prepaid account for Happy2help services that I have not requested/authorized. My mobile device no +91 [protected] on account of Rs.1 store. Please do the needful to stop this unauthorized deduction & refund my deducted amount in my mobile account immediately without any further deduction.

              Vodafone is looting people in the name of mobile internet. I am a new vodafone customer. Recently I used the internet connection on my mobile, without any plan activated. I got shocked by seeing the bill amount for this. I had used a internet data usage of 200MB, and it costed me around 2000/-.

              What kind of pathetic billing is that..?? All the plans has some limit of the data usage, and after that only they charge 10p/10KB. But for me they charged directly 10p/10KB. But I enquired in the vodafone care, they told negligently that they cannot help me on this.

              Horrible billing. They just want to loot people on any grounds. I am going to change to the operator, who will provide me the proper way of billing.

              Vodafone — Vodafone looting people

              I bought vodaphone connection few days back. By morning I got 2 messages that 'caller filter service' has been activated on your phone and 99 rupees has been charged!!! I called consumer service and they said that I will get my money back after 2 days. After waiting for 4 days, I called again, only to know that I should have deactivated the service within 24 hours of activation by send message on *514#, fact which they should have told me on the very first day, and now it is too late for the refund. I will suggest only one thing...Don't use vodaphone, they are looting people.
              I had already logged the complaint in Vodafone site. My mobile number is [protected].

                I am a Vodafone postpaid customer, Bangalore. I was shocked when I got huge amount of bill Rs.1500. When I called and asked custmer care, everybody told that is because of my too much local calls. I spoke to 3 customer care executives and all three said same. But later, by itemized bill I came to know that it was because of Vodafone Live!!

                I am charged 659 rupees extra due to Vodafone Live!. I never told anybody to activate it in my mobile. If you say it is basic service in mobile, why customer care executives or vodafone care executives are not informing about this service?

                This is very wrong and I am unhappy with those who says "Happy to help you". Without my knowledge this was active. Even when I asked vodafone care they did not tell me about Vodafone Live.
                I do not want to pay for Vodafone Live! service which was active without my knowledge.

                  I am a customer to vodafone. I ported to vodafone expecting that services will be better than my former service provider but i am sorry to say that i am very-very unhappy and disappointed.

                  I am using a blackberry bold -2 [9700] model and have activated the bls plan [399] on 25th oct, 12 but till date i am not able to utilize any of the bb services. My main balance is being regularly deducted automatically irrespective o[censored]sage.

                  I talked with vodafone customer care agents several times and for hours spending my time and money. Escalated the matter to their managers even but all was waste to me. I was provided a ticket number too which is[protected] which is useless for me.
                  Now for the last few days, whenever i call any of the vodafone customer care numbers ie; 111, 198 or [protected] but i am not routed to the customer care agents which has actually irritated me a lot. I have spent the money and still not able to have the benefits.

                  I sent an escalation mail to vodafone nodal centres and customer care and in response i received a call from some mr. Hrehan who took few details from me and promised that i, ll be receiving a call the same day but more than a week has passed, no call.

                  If someone can help me here, i, ll be very thankful.

                  I have been following up with Vodafone for my statement since last 1 month it has been 1 month and i have almost called 8-9 times for the same and every time they take a req and no action is taken .Every time I call and ak them to connect call to thier manager they keep on long hold and even if i leave a message they dont call back i have been put on hold for more than half n hr i have also approached thier nodal officer and have not received any revert from them .This shows how much vodafone care abt customers and customer service Its been a pathetic experience with them.

                  I applied for activation of my vodafone blackberry services on the 20th of April, 2011 which was supposed to get activated within 4 hours the same day. My problem has not been resolved till date i.e., 26th of April. I have called up at the vodafone customer care end number of times.                     Hi, I was a postpaid customer of Vodafone and had ported out due to bad service. The porting out was itself a challenge and had to do multiple escalations to various authorities and got it ported out after a long fight of over 4 months. During that period I had been asked to settle the bill which was the unbilled amount 3478.60(this is usually the amount without the discounts) which was pretty high but was told that this amount will be refunded back after the porting process is over. But till now this has not been settled and when we tried to call the customer service they claimed ignorance and say that they do not see on the system. I have proof of the amount paid and if required can show it. Please help.

                    The amount was paid on 23rd Aug 2012 at the Andheri East vodafone counter.

                    My Vodafone Relationship number is 1.3024256. My wife has an add on connection with Relationship number 1.6404676.

                    The trouble is that we pay our bills regularly through their Cheque deposit machines at Chembur, with receipts, with the cheque clearance confirmed by my bank. A few months back they messed up the accounts by crediting my deposit into my wife's account, with their back-office persons continuously pestering me to show proof of cheque payment and clearance at the bank !

                    They have done it agin, with my March billing.

                    For their bad accounting systems, we as customers are made to run around.

                    What is your answer, VODAFONE ? Why don't you guys get your act right and not trouble us ?

                      This is inform you that I Gautam Adhikary using a vodafone connection since 2008.My vodafone number is [protected].Last 19/10/2010 I recieved message from vodafone: "Durdanto Offer.Recharge korun Rs 200 aar pan FULL Talktimer besi Rs 220 talktime.Extra talktime 7diner jonno valid thabe.Ltd period offer".After received the message I was Recharge Rs 200 on 20/10/2010.But unfortunately I received talktime Rs 47.42 in my main a/c balance & talktime Rs 172.5 in my additional free balance for 7days.But the original updation of talktime balance should be main balance Rs.172.5 and additional balance Rs.47.42.After that I was surprised & call to vodafone customer care & talk to Mr. Subhrojit Mukherjee.He told me it will be solved with in 24 hrs & getting a complain from me.The complain no is [protected].After 24hrs it will be same thats why I again call to vodafone care & tal to Mr Rajan Sharma.He told me it was a validity recharge then I was very shocked.

                      Kindly chke out this problem and solve it as early as possible.

                      i had been activated Rs4.00 internet service and i use it after 2 consugative activation messages and finish the 40mb srffing with in the 2-3 hours.on my mobile no. [protected] on 16.11.2010 ,tuesday,activation time 05.55(appx) morning but after finish surffing i found that the Rs.28 extra deducted by company. I also talk to customer care at third chance and they told me that its service resumes after 4 hrs. after activation but there were no any hidden/open term and condition informe/sent me afteror before activation. so i want to informe to regional director regarding the this problem other wise i will go for further complaint.

                            This is regarding second recharge failure of rs 25(200 MB Bonus pack) for recharge of my own vodafone no. [protected] which deducted 100 points from my payback card no.[protected] but recharge failed using payback.
                            My Payback Card points was 100 became 0 points after the unnecessary deduction.

                            Why is vodafone targeting me again?
                            If it is failing at gateway why don't u refund the amount or points immediately.

                            This is second time after my first recharge failure of rs 333 which I had raised request for refund.I am still not assured whether that will be refunded.

                            I want compensation from vodafone for my precious time being wasted in raising complaints and writing emails for unnecessary harassment done to me in the form of vodafone internet packs as well as I want my amount to be either recharged or refunded.

                            For your information I had many vodafone number which reduced to only one vodafone number if I donot get appropriate compensation and refund of the same.I guarantee to terminate all my vodafone services with effect from December to reduce my time wastage spent for claiming refunds.

                              i still not received nano sim by vodafone. its been 10 days and they everyday say it gonna take 24 hours to deliver. first the voda store gave me a nano sim from their outlet in karol bagh and said it will take 3 days to activate. i waited for 3 days but still i didnt get any signal so i called customer care and they told me that karol bagh voda store gave me wrong nano sim whose sim number does not match. so they are pretty lame in their job. so i asked customer care to give me another duplicate sim.they said to be deliver in 24 hours but it wasnt and i again lodged a complaint to them. they again told me to wait for 24 hours but i guess 24 hours means a lot of time to them.i am so pissed of with this behaviour and i am not able to use my mobile and i am becoming socially unavailable. :(

                              I went to take my new nano sim for iphone 5 yesterday...and the guy at vodafone store told me that my new sim will be activated within 2 hrs...it has now been more than 24 hrs...still not activated...

                              I dont know why vodafone stores are so scarce...i have to stand in a queue even before the opening of the store...and they don't even have a phone...what a mobile service provider...

                              Called at customer care...first call the lady disconnected the phone...second call...she kept saying "Maafi chahte hain"...they don't even know what's nano sim...without phone for the last 24 hrs...seriously impacting my biz...i dnt knw why vodafone has a customer care..the lady said you need to go back to the store...i m amazed by the service level of vodafone...

                              GUYS if you are planning to take VODAFONE...think atleast 100 times...they don't have vodafone store everywhere...if it is there it would take you atleast 3-4 hrs for your issue at the store...and most important the staff at vodafone store is incapable of handling the customers...they are very rude...

I have a vodafone number [protected]. one week back , i recieved a message from vodafone that some TV service has been activated and also 100 rupees has been deducted. soon i sent a deactivation on that. i even recieved an acknowledgment. but today again , money has been deducted. when i call the customer centre , they are not responding properly. Please note that i am not a novice in using a smart phone and i myself am a software engineer, so i will not foolishly activate some service and maintain i did not do that. also the money has been deducted for suing the service on 21st nov 2012 at around 3-4 AM twice. this is the root of suspicion because i like the whole worl was asleep during this period. Please get me justice.

                                    This is a comment regarding poor service of Vodaphone Company. I made a booking for a connection on 21st Februray 2011. I have a mobile pre paid connection of airtel bearing no. [protected]. Booking was done for a post paid connection. After making the connection the employee of your company said that your connection will get started after 7 days & instead of that he took Rs.250/- from me as a security & ID proof. The vodaphone company misguided me & I have applied for change my plan from airtel to Vodaphone. The Company has changed the plan in papers only.
                                    I had also applied mobile no. portability on about 22nd February 2011 to airtel and they sent a UPC code no.AD 342834, I informed about this code no.to Vodaphone company and the company assured me that they will actvate the connection with in 7 days. After this there is no response from Vodaphone. More than 7 days past but the connection is still not activated. Then I made an enquiry from the Vodaphone Customer care officer on his mobile no. bearing [protected].This is the no.from which I was told about the plan of vodaphone and he told me that they are unable to activate the no.because the request sent by them to airtel was refused by saying that this no.is in the name of company but when I enquired from the airtel customer care and also from airtel showroom, they informed me that this no. is in the name of Amit Ajitabh and there is no error from their side.I again informed the same to the Vodaphone Customer care officer and he said that he’s going to sort out my problem within 48 hours.
                                    I am very sorry to say that I am facing much problem due to this type of service. I called your customer care officer on the above mentioned no.and complaint on number of times but it seems like vodaphone mobile doesn’t care about its customer. The last call I made on 5th March 2011 at around 6.00 p.m. What the Bluddy treatment you guys are giving to your customers.
                                    as a telecom company, a new brand in INDIA don’t know how to do their work and provide customer satisfaction, Please take urgent action and activate my number as early as possible otherwise I was constrained to make a complaint against you.
                                    I hope u will look forward in these type of matters and pressurize service providers to keep the commitments given through plans while marketing in sweet words.

                                    Today i made a recharge of Rs58 on my vodafone number [protected] which is first showed on vodafone website that it will provide you 5GB data usage for 15 days but when i recharged i got only 1GB data When i call their customer care they said that the offer is changed,if offer is changed then why don't they made changes on the website. Due to their irresponsible service i got problems.So i want them to give me 5GB data.I don't want further explanation or any apology.

                                    This is to bring to your notice that i was given false plan and commitment from Vodafone. I have recently made applcation from Number porting from Airtel to Vodafone for two numbers.

                                    I was given the following plans below but when i contact the customer care i found out that Rental waiver of 100 Rs and additional 100mins and 100 SMS are not activated on both of my numbers. I also have the offered plan details with me on vodafone letter head.
