Dear sir,

I am deepak bhardwaj

I have a postpaid connection of vodafone no-[protected]. And this connection monthly limit is only 800rs p. M given by vodafone to me. But next month the vodafone company send to me a bill of one month 6000 rs. I call to vodafone customer care to verify this bill and they said to me that i used 3g internet and download data but i have been activated my 3g plan also on my connection.
So, i don't pay my bill because they said to me pay for a wrong bill.

My complaint is this firstly when vodafone tell me my connection limit is 800rs so, without asking me and without aware me. When my connection limit is 800rs p. M. Than how my bill of 6000rs why are increased my connection limit in one month, when they increased my at least should be aware me. When i talk to customer care they ignore my request and pressure to me for submit full amount of my bill which is decided by vodafone.

Secondly now they send me notice for paying bill and every time customer executive call me for bill.
Why are give me notice and call i want to pay my bill but right bill amount not a wrong bill amount. If i cross my connection uses limit than intimate me but i have no information by vodafone company. Now they call regularly for bill but when i cross limit why they are not informed me, so, it means its plan game. Why are i pay

So,

Please help me for settlement of this bill i want to pay my all amount of my bill but which is actual or right amount. And help to give waiver in bill by which i pay easily and stop my vodafone connection.

When connection limit - 800 rs / pm
How bill amount - 6000 rs

    My vodafone mobile number is [protected]. I have been receiving SMS from Vodafone for past few months on "Love Tips" although I have never activated this service on my number. This leads to random deduction of amount from my prepaid balance. I have tried to stop it by calling customer care (111, 198) and the nodal officer[protected], but none responded. The messages are irritating me a lot and I don't like being disturbed by such messages. I would like Vodafone services to look into this matter urgently and stop this service immediately.

        This is regarding an unexpected jumbo bill received for this month. I was a corporate plan user of vodafone from past several years. I was using a non-gprs phone till the last month. I got a new gprs enabled phone and was using it from the prevoius month. As gprs was enabled, I used it for checking mail, maps and a little browsing on that too 2g, for which the total data usage according to customer care was 517 mb. For this small amount of data usage I have been billed 6891 rs. Firstly, I was not aware of the zero-rental data plan. Secondly, I was not intimated about this when I started to use this, I only got usage intimation at the time when it was 4500 rs with credit limit upto 5000. I was shocked seeing that, and immediately called your customer care and I was told this might be due to some wrong billing calculation and there was no need to worry at all as I hadn't enabled any gprs plans also, I was advised to get back after I get the bill for the current cycle. When the bill came with 6891 rs with increased credit limit (I am not sure on how u can set a credit limit without my concern) , I again called the customer care and they told me that as I haven't enabled any plans - like 1 gb for 99 rs, I have to pay 6891 rs for even half of that - 517 mb, and that's there process. How misleading and different is the information given by 2 different customer care personnel(happy to trouble instead of help). The strange thing is that there is no option/Informal msgs for tracking the data usage, should I count the bytes manually(which is absolutely impossible) when I access internet? this is completely unacceptable. Even to know some information from the government there is an rti(right to information) act. Rti is a fundamental right of the customer, which you have not been providing to track the data usage. If this is how vodafone serves their customers I would not be interested in this service anymore. I won't even recommend this for my colleagues.
        I am really annoyed and frustrated at this. I am not going to pay this definitely and will be approaching customer court (also saw similar cases against vodafone on consumercourtforum website) for this and will disconnect from using your network services,
        also I will contact my companies hr as I took the corporate connection from my company and will explain them on the incident and will circulate an cautionary email against using/Opting for vodafone's services to all the employees of my company, if vodafone is not waiving off this months rental reasonably.

          I had applied for new Vodafone connection . I had given all required documents to executive on 8th Nov, and he committed that it will be activated within 2-3 days. but when it is not activated within time lines than I started followups but no response recd from the supervisor who sold the connection to me. when i escalated the matter to the vodafone customer care than the agency member called me on Friday 16th Nov and committed that it will be activated within two days. but the same thing happened again, On sunday 18th Nov I called up again and he said that it will again take two days to get activated. But on monday 19th Nov I got a call from the agency that they don't know how to fill the form correctly thats why its getting rejected again and again and they offered me to take the security amount back. I agreed to take the amount back and he committed that they will refund the amount on tuesay 20th Nov. But till now I have not recd the amount. regarding this issue I mailed to vodafone customer care and nodal office. But still not recd the response from them.

          Its like harassing the customer bcoz of company or agency fault, as in this case there no fault from my side but i am suffering bcoz of that.

          Vodafone — NON Refund of security deposit.

          I am a postpaid subscriber vodafone. Total 3 connections nos. Are [protected] : [protected] and [protected]. Due to very poor network, bad billing attitude and worst customer care service, on[protected] i decided to cancel all my noumbers and applied for it. I had paid security deposit of Rs.500 for each of my connection. They refunded security deposite of two connections but the deposit of third one is still unpaid. I have sent e-mail to the nodal officer and to the appelate authority but i have't received response from them. One of lady officer from their office call me on phone and said that there is no such deposit panding. I have got the receipt of the deposit of all noumbers and i have sent them particulars through e-mail and also call their customer care and updated the details. But there is no response. Now where to complain when their higher authority is not interested in addressing the customer's genuin quarries.
          I was a post paid subscriber of three connections of vodafone. On 31st of january i decided to cancel all three connections due to hopeless service of vodafone. After a endless struggle i manage to recover security deposit of two cell noumbers i.e. [protected]and [protected] but s/d of cell no. [protected] is still unpaid by the company. So this to inform the people that even after a time span of three months vodafone company is not refunding my money.This is the character of the vodafone. I can't say much more than this but i request everyone please think twice before asking for vodafone service.

          i was called upon many times for migration of my prepaid connection to post paid connection in aug 2007. and i took post paid connection in which i depossited 250/ Rs security money .Due to some erroneous billing amounts i migrated to pre paid connection. i visited many times to customer care at Okhla NOIDA. Because of irresponsible behaviour of cusomer care representative i came back.but again i visited they told me ur security money is send but i am not given with any check/ money till date.When i again visited to customer care mr shyam kumar lodged the complaint ([protected] SR) & told that amount will be send to u immediately. iwant to know that till now why the amount was not sent to me. the customer care representative are sitting not for care but for harrasin 7torturing the people.
          Sir, I have mobile no [protected] of vodafone. In the month of april 2009 I was approached by the vodafone Ltd for converting my prepaid connection to postpaid connection. Similiarly I had to pay Rs 500/- as security Deposit of apostpaid connection of which i have been issued a reciept dated 10 April 2009 by vodafone essar south Ltd,mall road ,Amritsar. But after some days i was told that my connection can not be converted to postpaid connection. so i applied for refund on 24 April 2009,In spite of having visited several times my money have not been returned. Now i have the only option to file a case of cheating and fraud by Vodafone Ltd.

          I seen lots of complaints aganit vodafone, I don't then why people are going for vodaphone, pls ignore these type of idotic companies let them go out, Just cheating peoples, we lots of options for other network better then this, why hang on vodafore... peoples think think, if 10000 or 100000 customer refused and changed their network imdtly in single telecom circle, then they will respect customers stop cheating peoples.

          Vodafone — cheating about security deposit

          Hi,

          Last year in 2009 we used service of Vodaphon paying 1000/- security deposite for pospaid connection. after that in march2010 we closed this service with properly paying last month bill and with proper closing apllication form..after that service center guys told us you would get your deposite in very next month by check at your postal address, However till date we didnt get any reply or not even any single call from any vodaphone service center and not from company also. so since april every two alternate weeks we trying to contact with our local based vodaphon center (Wanowari - Jagatap chowk) regarding our Rs.1000/- check status but they also dont have any idiea what the hell is going on with main department and the person from that dept. not even know is he still alive or not on this planet who is going send our check.. so my question is when will get our money/check.. bcoz if by cahnce if we forget to pay our bill for perticular month then you people or compny call us thousand times So what hapen now.. or this kind of cheating is still going on with the every vodaphone customer..?

          Vodafone — Refund of deposit money

          Vodafhone store at Rajiv Chowk Delhi is the worst vodaphone store in delhi. I was having post poad connection which was converted to prepaid in feb 2011 at Rajiv Chowk Delhi and assured by operator Mr Nitin about my refund of Rupees-500/- in the 60 days and till todate I did't received my money due to mistake of Mr Nitin who does not processed my request .Despite three times of visiting to the vodaphone store rajiv chowk. Mr Nitin who is now incharge of vodaphione store at rajiv chowk informed it will again take more than 45 days to process the request.

          The vodaphone store at rajivchowk having 05 counter for the coustmer but always only one or two counter has been found in the service and it will take 40 to 45 minute to take clear the one coustmer.

          i port my given number from prepaid to postpaid..a executive came to my home and gave me a SIM an i gave him my documents..he told me when it get started call 121 first,,and vodafone will give you any offer surely,,like free SMS,free CALLS, discount on BILL,,,etc etc...i did the same..i made a call to 121,executive told me that i m very lucky and they give me offer of a vodafone number umlimited free..
          i asked sir how can i activate this,,, he told me "i m sending you a sms,,u will have to enter the mobile number you want to free with,, and reply the same path",,i did the same he told me..
          i got a reply that your request is forwarding and with in 72 hours your request will be activated.after 72 hours i called them again on 121 and asked for the same service... they again told me to send a massage again,, again i did the same they told me..
          again i got the same reply from vodafone..that your request will be activated with in 72 hours..i called at 121 again and i asked for my offer...
          executive told me that you don't have any offer like this on your [protected] number.. i told him all aboutr it.. but he denied..
          on vodafone site ...i gave them my feed back same like this they replied ...they will call me.... but no call and no satisfied reply....

            To whomsoever concerned

            I initially had a Vodafone prepaid account. I switched to a postpaid plan later which was a 150 rental with 199 unlimited internet pack. I was informed that once the verification was done, the 150 rental postpaid plan with unlimited internet pack would get enabled. Within 2 days my prepaid was deactivated and the postpaid connection was activated without the unlimited internet option. Upon enquiring with the customer care, I was informed that the internet pack would be enabled post-verification. I don’t understand, why was my postpaid activated without verification. Both the postpaid and unlimited internet request was placed at the same time and should have been enabled at the same time as well.

            Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had to use the internet knowing I’d be charged for it. My services were barred saying I had exceeded my credit limit of Rs.500. I was never informed about this credit limit. And if this was the case, why did my bill exceed Rs.500. It was allowed to exceed more than 600. I ended up paying around 600 rupees for data charges, which ideally I should have not been charged for, if you had promptly enabled my postpaid service with unlimited internet, the way I had requested initially. I did not want to pursue this issue, as I felt it would be a waste of time, since most of the customer care agents don’t know what they are talking about and do not provide correct information. And of course, to avoid the long wait time that I have to go through every time I call your customer care.

            After a month, due to slow internet speed, I had called the customer care asking for a 3G internet pack that I could use on my existing 2G postpaid connection. I was just asked to send an sms to enable this pack and apart from this, there was absolutely no additional info provided. I did not see any improvement in the internet speed in spite of waiting for one whole day. I called back the customer care and was informed that I had to change some settings in the phone to get 3G speed. Upon enquiring, I was assured that I’d be able to switch between 2G and 3G internet profile using the phone settings. I was able to get 3G speed after changing the settings. I had specified that I would need my 2G unlimited internet along with 1GB 3G internet pack and was assured that this was the case.

            Later on, I sent an sms to disabled the 3G internet pack assuming I would be able to use the internet using the 2G unlimited internet plan which I already have on my account. To my horrid surprise, I was charged for internet usage saying my 2G unlimited internet pack was disabled when the 3G internet pack was enabled. I was never informed about this, actually I was told that I would be able to use both.

            I had sent an email to Vodafone nodal office regarding this and was called by a representative who did not want to hear my problem. He went to extent of saying that he was not worried whether I continue with Vodafone, as he only wanted me to pay. I repeatedly informed that I was not provided correct and sufficient information, to which he replied saying it was my ignorance and was sarcastic with his replies.
            One of his Sarcastic answers is as below:
            One question I asked is tell me where in the internet it says that when 3G is activated the other plans get deactivated, he kept saying, where in the website it says when 3G is activate, 2G will not be deactivated.

            He also kept saying that the previous bill shows that 2G is deactivated on the day 3G is activated. But how in the world one will know this things when they are not informed clearly and when a request for activation is made. Also how come a request made my me for 199 unlimited plan is deactivated without informing me ? Full of hidden process to rip of customers is the plan these company's have.

            If only the Vodafone customer care reps knew what they were talking and had provided accurate and complete info, this wouldn’t have happened. I have already paid Rs.700/- which sums up the monthly charges, including the Rs.199, Rs.250 for the 3G and for the plan Rs.150 and taxes applicable. I will not pay for the internet charges which incurred due to inaccurate and incomplete info provided by Vodafone customer care. The person who spoke from Nodal office yesterday[protected], said he would waiver the Rs.400+ for the previous bill, but he cannot do anything about the charges they are calculating for the next month’s bill which is around Rs.900/- for data charges till date which is absurd.

            When I said I would raise this concern with Customer Court, the last rep I was talking to said he does not care, which shows there is no respect to customers in India.

            Vodafone Postpaid — excess bill and hidden charges

            hi my vodafone no is [protected] my problem is i am a customer of vodafone since last 8 years but i am usin this no from past 1.5 years i have give my cheque for ECS payment and i cancelled my ECS cause all my payment was made by cash .... even i cancelled they charged 200 every month from my a/c as well as on my bills . i have complained them many times in customer care in mg road store (Bangalore) they are not taking any response .... also i want to change his no to pre paid cause all my client has this no they are telling it is no possible. . .
            2) also i am getting a huge bill every month . it is more than my usage .. more of hidden charges
            3) also i get every day 3 to 4 calls from icici bank askin for mr danush anand i ve been telling hem form 1.5 years there is no one in that name they start abusing me in bad language and threaten and askin me to pay the loan ......sldo itis comein from one same branch its bommanahalli branch

              My number [protected] was disabled by Vodafone. Though only few months ago I ported to vodafone from aircel by submitting valid documents, my number was deactivated. I visited vodafone store at complex near M2K pitampura at deepali chowk on 14/11/2012 and submitted my valid documents(Driving License and PAN) after waiting for more than 1 hour at their store. They gave me a acknowledgement receipt with ref number [protected] and told me that number would be activated in 72 hours. After waiting for 72 hours I called their complaint number 198 and they told me to call after some time. Then I e-mailed the whole matter to their customer care mail id - vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com asking for help or registering my complaint. I waited for 2 days and no reply came from their side. On 21/11/2012 I mailed again to vodafone care and copied theie nodal officer's mail id - nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com. But again as expected they are 'Not Happy to help' and no reply till now. They should even inform if there is something wrong with the documents. I was able to submit the documents at their own vodafone store in second try because of mis-management at vodafone store. I dont know what kind of executives sit at their store who dont know which documents are to be submitted. Now it's been 20 days my number is out of service and I am facing huge difficulity dealing with my peers and clients in my office. I work 7 days a week and I dont have enough time to visit their illmanaged store on daily basis to submit and resubmit my documents again and again.

              Please Somebody here guide me how to take further action against the company, which is harassing I dont know how many people like me. I am also attaching the screenshots of my mails sent to vodafone customer care and also the ack receipt they gave me after accepting my documents.

              vodafone services — Submitted Documents

              I have submitted the legal documents of my mother and my id and photo id proofs asked by Vodafone in their Panjagutta Branch, Vodafone Essar South Ltd on 15th of Oct 2010.Now they are calling us again and again and asking to submit the documents, when we inform them that we have submitted the document in the showroom they are asking me to follow up on the documents, When i have done my duty by submitting the documents on time, why should i do their work by following up with their branch, I suspect that they are misusing the documents submitted by the customers and asking for the documents again. Please look in to this, I'm also providing the acknowledgment form numbers give to me from the showroom upon submitting the documents.

                my name is Sangay Tshering Bhutia, from Sikkim. had called the vodafone customer care to enquire why my internet services on my mobile is not active even after recharging internet pack. I called exactly at 6:15pm from gangtok, sikkim and the customer care executive did not take my complaint seriously and kept me waiting for 10 minutes. It was repeated again during my second call. please take serious action against it and i'll file a complaint to the consumer forum here in sikkim also.

                      Our mother country is getting corrupted by business sector for their profit by exploiting the innocence of the common man. I know I will not get a solution for my problem. Still I write this comment believing that few sincere people with good heart still remain in this world.

                      " I bought a 2G USB stick from vodafone this month beginning of Nov 2012 under unlimited plan 599/- scheme. I could not check my mail or FB atleast. Third day I went to the Vodafone store at madurai from where i bought it. They said there is no solution for it and I was forced out. Then suddenly yesterday (Nov 21st 2012) I received a call asking me to change to 3G. And I shifted to 3G @ 850/- Plan. Now I dont have 2G or 3G neither I could browse. I have hardly used the 2G facility for 5hr totally. Kindly anybody help to solve this issue.

                        Vodaphone 3G services are extremely unstable in AP. The 3G network does not get connected at all. I am extremely unhappy with Vodaphone. Unfortunately I am stcuk with this network. I would avise consumers not to go for Vodaphone in AP as their 3G does not work in AP. Very rarely you get the signal for a few minutes and then the 3G switches back to 2 G and then the data signal completley goes off. Which 3G network is good in AP. Would appreciate advise so that I can port from Vodaphone.

                        Yes, infact 3G signals does not shows in hyderabad. I recharged 3G unlimited pack. but hardly receiving 2G signals using auto descovery method. If I find manual network, that time also shows 2G for vodafone. Others showing airtel, aircel 3G/4G. Why cant vodafone improve 3G signalling across citis?????

                          As per above messages i had spoke to Vodafone customer care executive on dated:18/11/2012 8:57:58 AM about above services and which are not subscribed by me. and i told everything about this hence he told me that your caller tune is activated by USSD. and Gamesclub, supercombo and VF Alerts are activated by your internet. Hence i specify to customer care executive and it’s senior executive also “sir i am not opening your web-site to my internet browser so how can it could be activated and if it is activated from internet so give me a URL of it. Hence they both (Customer Care Executive and Senior Executive) fails to give this answer and they told me i am unable to give you a URL. If you want to deactivate this hence i can. after this i was demanded for refund so they told me “sorry sir we couldn’t give you a refund for this 3 services but we are able to give you refund for caller tune service.” i said ok please proceed for it and another thing please do for me it is please never activated such kind of services again. so senior executive told me Now i am activating a DND(Do not Disturb) service for your this request and about caller tune i am taking a request and you ‘ll get a request number by sms for caller tune deactivation and balance refunding and within 48hrs you ‘ll received your caller tune deduction amount RS.7.
                          But still i am not received a request number and balance also. And 19/11/2010 to 21/11/2012 in that period of time Vodafone deducted my another 12rs. And while i called to it’s customer care and explained to Mr.Shialesh(Vodafone Customer Care Executive) about all mater so Mr.Shailesh Replied me sir in your account 3 services was activated by you hence Vodafone charged you. and that three services name are:

                          VA_VALUECOMBO DNLD 2
                          VA_TRIGCOMBO DNLD 3
                          (I didn’t received a message notification for these three services.) and these three services activated by you a USSD Services by *444#. i told to executive , i didn’t subscribed these three services by USSSD or Internet i want my money back. hence executive denied me all the time hence i was demanded to talk with his senior executive and he was transferred a call to senior executive but till 15 mins no one can pick up my call. after i cut a call and was make a call again but there company’s another executive Mr.Shanti repeated same story and when i was demanded to talk with senior executive but after call transferred no one pick-up till another 14 mins. after that again i cut a call and make a one another time but there mr.narotam told me a another story about my current complaint and previous complaint and he denied me for my balance refunding. In Vodafone Executive at least not ready to take my complaint so resolution of complaint is so far away.

                          Hence Now i am tired and so much disappointed for company’s this kind of behavior and this not happen only one time this kind of things happen with me for a past few days. Hence i am requesting to consumer court forum to you please give me a right justice from company because i am wasted my time and money and when i am asking for a proper information then company fails to provide me. I hope you will understand it and take a right action against company and notify me about this matter’s resolution as soon as possible.

                          Vodafone — Do not disturb only in name

                          I had registered with the NDNC a couple of months back. The same was acknowledged by Vodafone through email. But in the last one week I have recd calls from SBI and Barclays Bank and smses from Vodafone about various downloads. This is a mockery of the NDNC and there is no way one can even complain to Vodafone (website or the vodafone care nos.). I wrote to the mail id on NDNC website, who fwded to some TRAI yahoo id. Meanwhile I continue to recieve unsolicited smses. Please do let me know if there is anything else that I should do.

                            My Vodafone mobile no is [protected]. Your 149 GPRS data pack is so tricky that first 5 to 6 days I was able to use it at around 200Kbps speed.
                            and got a message on 17th Nov saying "enjoy unlimited usage at limited speed" from then it is not even reaching 50Kbps speed.
                            I learnt from one of the Vodafone executive that company limits the speed to accommodate other users in that area.
                            Very funny - I cannot use internet at 35Kbps speed and Rs 149 is gone.
                            Why don't your mention your approx speed, plus or minus 30 Kbps in your tariff card. If you do that no body ever will recharge and lose money and curse you right.

Your final invoice would be generated on December 15, 2012. The net payable would be arrived at after the final bill generation. With reference to the above, we confirm that sometimes the roaming/download usage for a particular month does not reflect on your immediate bill. However, the same is indicated in the subsequent bill since the data capture of the roaming/download information is at the discretion of our roaming partner or of that of the specific vendor.

                                    Sir/Mam,

                                    I am using two numbers which i ported from Aircel to Vodafone in Postpaid on 27th June, 2012.

                                    1) +91-[protected]
                                    2) +91-[protected]

                                    On 8th November, 2012, I went and submitted my documents in Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, New Delhi store when I migrated my both numbers from postpaid to prepaid. The next very day, I tried log in to Manage my Account via https://myvodafone.vodafone.in/ with my ids – 1. geetbatra and 2. mrgeetbatra, but could not see any details upon logging in. For example, First call date, Last recharge date, Name, Address etc. I then e-mailed regarding the same to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com on 14th November, 2012 and did not get any reply till date. I then called 111,198 etc. to check for offers, change language etc. but instead of hearing normal IVR response, I heard a pre-recorded message asking me to submit my documents as per Indian Govt. Rules. My serves were barred on both of my numbers. Also, the quick access USSD code *111# stopped working in one the numbers i.e. [protected]. The code ended with the error Service unavailable, Please try again later. Whereas in the other number i.e. [protected] it worked fine. I also received a SMS from Vodafone on regarding the non submission of documents. I again went to the same store and asked about the matter to which the executive replied that I have to again submit my documents. I again submitted my documents on 10th November in the store on an assurity that the services will be activated within 3 working days. I was given two Counterfoils with unique ID’s – PDLA444374 and PDLA444376 and was told to call on 117 for tele-verification of my documents within 2 days. Upon calling on 117 the executive informed me that we cannot activate your number because we have not received your documents and asked me to submit my documents once again.
                                    I again went to the Sant Nagar store and asked about the same and was told to wait for few more days as prepaid users are having such problems due to change in TRAI rules and implementation of the same.
                                    It has been more than 10 days now and the issue is still not resolved. I have e-mailed nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com, vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and also shared my number via https://www.vodafone.in/existingusers/hns/pages/h2h.aspx but have not got any response.

                                    Now, Both of my numbers are temporarily “OUT OF SERVICE” and i have received SMS saying that my outgoing and incoming will be BARRED within 24hours because of non submission of documents and my numbers will be SUSPENDED in 24hours.

                                    Vodafone.care.del replied to my e-mail with a stupid response that we are not authorized to solve your problem because your e-mail address is not registered in our records. NOW, What kind of CUSTOMER SERVICE DO YOU CALL THIS ?????????????????

                                    I request you to take action on this matter and activate all my services, unbar IVR etc. ASAP.

                                    I have one Postpaid connection.I wanted to convert this connection in to the Prepaid connection about six month back. But the service provider had changed only plan.Several times costumer care executive gives Different reason,but I'm not satisfy with there excuses.Kindly Help me.
                                    WAT U SAY IS NEW TO ME. EMAIL NEED NT BE REGISTERED TO COMMUNICATE YOUR COMPLAINT...???? UNUSUAL AND ABNORMAL. BUT THEY RESPOND TO COMPLAINT ON TIS SITE...

                                      I have a prepaid connection number [protected] for quite few years.This Number has a life time incoming faclity activated and was in use till 18/11/12.Yesterday a top up of Rs 333 was also made o this number.Today I am not able to use the number as the message shown is "Provisioned SIM" and its is not working nether incoming or outgoing.Also the balance is not shown.Please help to resolve this issue and activate my number.

                                      Please be informed, your number was deactivated on November 19, 2012, due to non-usage--for a period of 60 days. Note that, the recharge done on the above mentioned day was unsuccessfully.

                                      I am really annoyed with the response which I got from call center even if they are not able to resolve my problem thing is that I have been using this no since 8 months and now

                                        Hi,

                                        I had completed formalities of deactivation of my 3G postpaid mobile connection - [protected] in the month of Sep (13th), I paid that month bill amount also in the month of Oct'12.

                                        I am shocked today to see the mail that, the bill amount is overdue for the month of Oct'12, when I called customer care, I came to know that, the number is still active and falsy information put on behalf of me.

                                        If you track the same number, it is never used since Sep 13, due to I never want that service and was under impression that, the connection was closed.

                                        I want to roll back the bill amount charged me for the month of Oct as well as any other charge if applicable for this month in case of number is active. I have done my part of formalities already.
