Hi,

From last month onwards, i am getting marketing call even though i am registered in NDND. The calls are mostly from Charity, Insurance, etc

Do you guys circulate the mobile numbers to the marketing teams?

Need justification.

I have had the same Vodafone number for almost 3 years now, and I had registered on the National DND list 2 years back, and had no issues until May of this year, when I started getting loads of junk marketing messages and also marketing calls.

Upon calling Vodafone I found otu that for some reason my number was not showing as registered as being on the DND, and I attributed to all the system and name changes that Vodafone had been through over the years. So, I registered for it again. I also got a confirmation, about the service being activated. Everything was fine till yesterday, as far as marketing calls went, but I continued receiving those junk messages. Since last afternoon, I must have received at least 8 marketing calls, either from some MBA Institute, or some Insurance firm I am not even related to, or some tutorial classes for tenth and twelth coaching classes.

When I called up today, I was told that I am not registered on the DND, and the customer service advisor refused to believe me that I had done so, and kept blaming me that I had not registered my self and that Vodafone is not at fault. Bad experience is all that I have had.

I guess Vodafone can get aay with deleting information as per their convenience from their system as they know for sure that people do not have the time to file a litigation and get them to get audit trails from their servers, and even if the consumer somehow manages to find the time to do that, then the Vodafone can always manipulate the reports as well. Seems to me that Vodafone is goign to any length to make money from their customers, even if it means harrassing them to the limit.

I hope that someone from Vodafone reads this complaint and does something about it. I n fact I had stopped using my earlier BPL and Tata connections for the same reason.

    I would like to thank Vodafone for stopping my services because i've exceed the credit limit of my phone and i'm out of station and here i'm unable to pay bill.
    But i've requested 3 times to increase my credit limit up to rs. 2000 but they replied sir as per your usage this much credit limit is enough for you. OMG they know better than me that what are my requirements. And since from last 2 month i'm paying my bill in advance but still my limit is just rs. 700 today in the morning i received a call from there cust. care and they told me sir please pay your bill otherwise your services will be stopped and look at them these guys stopped my services. wonderful i am very happy with there services and now i am unable to call and i've to spend around 1 week more in lucknow without cell phone service. They told me sir you are being with us since from last 2month so we can not exceed your credit limit. And now i've to go PCO to call everyone. This is all because of Vodafone, thanks a lot i am really enjoying it.

    I am totally disappointed with vodafone and i am not going to continue with vodafone any more after paying my bills.

    Good decision. But since you are in post-paid while disconnecting you better do it with proper evidence, ie retain copy of last paid bill, then mail to [protected]@<city>vodafone.in and intimate of your disconnection, get their reply or resend mails until you get reply. save those printouts to save yourself from further harassment.

      Vodafone is Losing its trust,

      I have a Vodafone connection for more than 10 years...My Mobile Number [protected]...I have a 3G plan of 375pm for 1.5GB and I also have a Nokia Lumia 800 when bought this phone i was given a offer from Vodafone 2GB free for 4 months. This phone was brought in the of August 23, 2012.

      So I believe that my 4 month are not yet over...Surprisingly today I got My Vodafone Mobile Bill for October Month and i am being charged for 3.1GB approx 3,300 Rs.

      I spoke to the Customer Service executive after many hold I was told Please send a mail to Vodafonecare and you will get reply within 72 working hrs.

      I have a question here when we buy a new connection or if we miss our due date instantly the very next day we get a call for the payment reminder, but when we have a compliant why it take's 72 working hrs.

      This is to the Reference to the 8 November Complaint.

      I got a phone call yesterday on my mobile and as i confirmed my name the person hung up the phone.

      I think you guys are not "happy to help".

      After wasting so much of my time in you guy just for your call finally I called 198 which is supposed to be your complaint number i was happy when I spoke to person explained him everything and he confirmed that there was a problem from Vodafone of which i have been wrongly charged for Rs 3, 206.

      I was given the Complaint Number [protected] Person spoke to Pankaj, and i was told within 48hrs i would receive the call and get the reversal.

      Waited till yesterday again spoke to the same number 198 the person confirmed that i will receive the call today i.e. 19th Nov 2012, but i did not receive any call from Vodafone.

      Today again i called 198 to check what is the progress on my complaint but guess what I was told by Priyanka that the complaint has been closed and she will put in new complaint and again i will have to wait for 48hrs.

      This is so disgusting Vodafone has a problem and we being a customer has to face the consequence.

      What is our faulty i really need to know.

        Vodafone Nr. [protected]

        Offered SIM card and connection as Corporate Client (Self joined Siemens) with which VODAFONE has coroporate service offer.

        SIM card activated on 23rd Septemeber but first bill generated on 25th Sept indicating billing perios as 25.08.12 to 24.09.12 and charged Rs. 426.20 towards internate data package usage charge even though data package of Rs250/1GB has been selected. For one day period 400MB consumption showed, which is impossible. (Since for the next period of billing cycle consumption is 396MB).

        Now in first bill for the internet data package charges of Rs79.80 waived off after too much follow up and complaints with VODAFONE, Received SMS about the waiver and revised bill amount which was paid.

        Next bill for the period 25.09.12-24.10.12 calculations are like this Charges for the bill period 1507.59 but amount due on or before 12.11.12 is 1586.57. (The difference tallies the waived off amount of previous month)

        Registered complaint three weeks back - no response and not resovled by VODAFONE. Today called its 198 number but unable to explain why this charge is levied. As per VODAFONE rep on call - it is outstanding amount of previous bill. But which amount - no explaination.

        Does it mean that VODAFONE waived off amount previous month but want me to pay in next month billing. Fantastic way of over and wrong charging.

        THis is happening second time without any explaination from VODAFONE.

        Vodafone — excessive charge

        I bought a connection from vodafone on 22 march 2007, with an advance rent plan for 1 year.Since the plan was for 1 year they ask me to renew it the susequent year i.e. is 2008 which i did, but when this year(2009) the plan was to be renewed i asked them to change the plan from[protected], but to my dismay they told me that your plan has expired on[protected] and you have to pay from 10/03/2009 to 22/03/2009 to shift to the newer plan or i should say that they were charging me twice for the same period (10/03 to 22/03) since i have already paid for this in advance rent plan.

        Vodafone — deducted double charge for offer activation

        sir,

        i have activated one offer for low call charges on 19-8-09 by rechrging with 69Rs. and on[protected] they have deducted Rs.69 from by balance.
        i have complainted over that (complaint no.[protected]) on 21st itself. i didnt get any response over this

        1. unlimited sms pack is available for prepaid customer at rs 89/- & postpaid at rs 149/-

        2. unlimited internet pack is available for prepaid customer at rs 98/- & postpaid at rs 299/-

        3. now you charging to call on 111 or [protected] at rs 0.50/ 3mins. your agents dont know wat is going on and wat is not. they dont have any co- ordination. you are probably the first mobile company to charge calling on customer. congrats about that btw.

        4. prepaid customers have far less calling rates as compared to postpaid customers. prepaid customers can cal at rs 0.10/ 5 choosen no while postpaid no have d same thing at a rental at 0.20/ 5 nos

        5. prepaid customer get daily internet unlimited plan.

        6. prepaid customers get rs 47/- for per second billing while i m charged at r 199/- montly.


        i guess in vodafone u dont know how to give a good customer satisfication. being vodafone postpaid customer is playing insanely without any reason. guys u u charging us double triple wat you charging prepaid customer. not done. seriously havent seen have other mobile company providing such service. only reason not shifting yet to any other mobile company is i like my no but i might have think again. def gonna shift to prepaid but.

          Hi,

          I made an Prepaid mobile Recharge from ICICI Bank of Rs.110 (full taltime offer).
          But the full taltime amount didn't credited in my account even after 4 days.
          I have registerd th complaint for same with customer care and followed them on call atleast 5-7 times but nothing resolved my problem.
          Over and above this when i called customer care executive they either misbehaved and talk to me rudely or kept my call on hold for 15 minutes and then disconnected.
          It was more than a harassment for me whoile talking on phone with customer care executive.

          I want firstly my amount to be credited to my account and an apology from vodafone.

            I have Ported my Mobile [protected] from idea to Vodafone. For Porting the number I received the call from wings co pvt ltd. Firstly they did not deliver the number on time.I did complaint for this in Vodafone but no reply. My idea service was disconnected, I called them many times but no response. After that I took leave of single day and went to their office and collected the number. But after that I get to know that they used some fake id for porting the number. At the time of porting I told them for ID. But they told that We will take the ID from Idea.

            I visited Vodafone store Peeragarhi and explain my situation. They they did not provide me any solution. They only gave my one mail id. I mail on that Vodafone mail id but till now no reply.

            Before 2 days my number is barred but till now no response. There is only incoming on my number. They are saying that you have to submit proof of that person. How can I provide proof of that person. I am ready to provide my proofs but they are not accepting the proofs.

            So Please donot port your number to vodafone. Because their service is very poor. And i[censored] receive call for porting they reject that call other wise you have to change your number

            Today around 12 days are completed but no call no reply. Vodafone tag line is HAPPY TO HELP but how they actually help by no REPLY.....................

            I really did the silly mistake after porting my number Idea was far better than Vodafone.

              Vodafone has been harassing me for over 2 months now. Please read the mail chain below. The final straw is I received a legal notice today for intentionally not clearing my dues.

              Dear Deepak,

              I have received a legal notice today 7th November 2012, at 1.29pm for recovery of Rs. 2426.50 due by me. The letter is dated 9th October 2012. Attached is a scan of the same.

              As I have mentioned earlier that I have no problems in paying any relevant usage related outstanding, I was waiting for you to respond to my query of including late payment charges in my bill. The payment in the past has not happened as I HAD NOT RECEIVED ANY OF THE BILLS. Please see the entire email chain below to understand the case history. I DO NOT WANT A CREDIT IN THE NEXT MONTHS CYCLE AS I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH VODAFONE

              I find the action taken by you withing 6 days of sending me an apology email (below) is grossly unfair and unjust given that VODAFONE team is irresponsive for months at end and extremely abusive (Please see details in email below). The legal notice says I have intentionally defaulted, but please see the history below before making such claims. If VODAFONE does not send bills to people, then why should people pay? If vodafone calls and abuses and threatens people, why should people not approach consumer complaint forums and police to report indecent behaviour and threats?

              I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE NUMBER AS MENTIONED TO YOU ON CALL AND NUMEROUS EMAIL WHICH SOMEHOW ESCAPES THE ENTIRES VODAFONE'S TEAM'S NOTICE. I DONT SEE WHY I HAVE TO BEAR THE COST OF VODAFONE ISSUES OF NOT SENDING BILLS AT ALL. IF YOU CHECK USAGE YOU WILL SEE THAT I HAVE NOT USED THE NUMBER AT ALL SINCE AUGUST 2012

              Now that you have sent me a legal notice, I would like to know what action has been taken against your abusive employees. I would like a response on email about the same and an apology is not going to help.

              All the names that are mentioned on the auto replies/legal notice; Sangita Rai, Rupesh Shetty NEVER answer calls! So please let me know who will be civil enough to answer calls so that I can discuss this with that person!

              TILL I GET AN ACCEPTABLE RESPONSE FROM VODAFONE ABOUT THESE THINGS THAT HAVE BEEN DONE TO ME INCLUDING THE LEGAL NOTICE, IT SI UNFAIR AND UNJUST FOR YOU TO EXPECT ME TO PAY THE AMOUNT.

              Once again, i repeat that I have no problems paying the amount related to my usage as long as VODAFONE gives me details of the split between my usage charges and any penalities (NOT MY FAULT.....VODAFONE DID NOT SEND ME BILLS FOR OVER 2 MONTHS) and the action taken against your abusive employees.

              Dear Mr. Shetty,



              Inspite of having written to you (see trail mail), I did not receive a response. Unfortunately a lack of response from Vodafone has further deteriorated into abusive calls and that too on Sunday afternoon! In the last 1 week I have received calls from your recovery agents on 2 ocassions, details of which are below


              1) Thursday: 27th September - Around 2pm from [protected] from a Meenal Inkar who said she was from the legal department. I have made innumerous requests on all the recovery calls that I have not received my bill and that please have my bill emailed to me. So far I have not received the bill. So when I got a call from Vodafone again, I very very politely refused to speak and said I will not pay the bill till I receive a copy of it. At this istance, Meenal got very condescending got very rude and used words like 'chup re tu', 'saali', 'tu jhoot bol rahi hai' and more profanities which I prefer not to put on mail at this stage. She even asked me to tell my parents and husband (who were with and and advising me on the issue) to 'shut up' and 'mooh band rakho'. It was at this juncture that I screamed back at her and she cut the call. I called back the same number which was answered by Shweta (who refused to give me her full name and the company + address she was calling from as it is against company policy to do so) I once again repeated the entire episode and she accused me of lying!

              2) Today at 2.53pm i received a call from the number [protected] from a lady who spoke to me very firmly about paying the bill. When I refused to talk (please note that I have been answering all vodafone calls and indulging in conversations with all the extremely rude, ill manered people for over a month now!) she threatened to send her men to my house and then she would see what I would do. I then screamed at her for her behaviour and cut the call. She called back and I answered and again she threatned me and used foul language like 'kutti'



              I then called the customer service, spoke to a Vijay who due to my insistence transferred the call to Sohail Sheikh (he said he was the floor incharge) and gave all the details of my issue to him. When he asked me the full names of the abusive callers I gave him the 2 names (Meenal and Shweta) who quite funnily said "only 2 calls?" He registered a complaint for me the ref no of which is [protected]



              I currently have 2 vodafone numbers [protected] and [protected]. You will notice there have never been issues in payment of bills. In the past I have had a vodafone number [protected] for over 8 years and there has never been a problem on that either, However, in the case of [protected] (which is the 3G data stick), I am really tired with all the harassment. I am forced to consider going to TRAI and also the consumer forums to file a complaint.

              Please note that I have refused to pay the outstanding bill ONLY because Vodafone HAS NOT sent me the bills.



              When I first received a call requesting payment of bill in early September, I politely asked for the bill to be emailed to me. Since then no one has so far done so but suprising Vodafone has sent me a recovery email! I was told that my email address in Vodafone's records was sonal.s.[protected]@gmail.com which I told the agents calling me was wrong! They rudely told me that an incorrect email address in my problem and not Vodafone's and if I was interested in getting it corrected, I would have to do to the store. I refused to do so because the vodafone stores are extremely inefficient and have waiting for hours and in any case why should a customer waste her time for Vodfone's internal mistakes. Subsequently I received many calls and a polite Vodafone employee managed to get my email address corrected! Thats how you are able to send me a recovery email! Funnily thought Vodafone is still unable to email me bills!



              Since the billing issue started, I have stopped using the 3G data stick and dongle completely. I am happy to have it cancelled but am unwilling to pay any dues whatsoever beyond what I have consumed. I am not going to pay for any late pyment, interest and monthly rental beyond what I have used Vodafone services for. I have also told all the peeple who have called me the same and they I told me that cancelling the stick is my problem and if I want to get it done I will have to go to the store. Once again, please explain the merit in doing this given this whole mess is due to Vodafone and not the customer.



              At this stage I am unwilling to talk to anyone from Vodafone except for a senior person who knows how to talk to a human being atleast! I am fed up of being abused, having my husband abused, having being threatned for a measly Rs.2000! If at all I have a Vodafone person or anyone from its associates visting my house without resolving my complaint first and adequately responsing to this email, I will be unfortunately forced to go to the police for physical threats and intimidation to protect myself, my family and my property. I have to take this step as I have been told very clearly bythe lady in todays call 'main abhi tum ko dekh leti hoon'. I did mention to her that she can do what she feels like and I will be approaching the police for this issue.



              I need not mention the mental harrassment and agony that Vodafone has been causing me. So far I have given Vodafone over 2 months to email me the bills but it hasn;t been done. In the 2 months I have received many phone calls and the last few being very abusive, insulting and threatining with women using language that you hear mostly in the slums!



              Hope someone marked on this email will be kind enough to acknowledge this personally (and not an auto response),send me a written apology for the behaviour of Vodafone employees and associates and resolve this issue whithout causing more stress to me.

                It is really so funny experience with Vodafone. I am using Vodafone postpaid connection since last 3 months. I took this number for office calling purpose as they offering me free calling for one number. I thought i will get very nominal bill if i use Vodafone. But the experience i got is really funny and irritating.

                For the first month i got bill payment of some minus amount and i thought yes the decision i took to use Vodafone is really nice and was thinking to get more connection. Where in next month i got an surprise from Vodafone. I got an bill payment of rupees 1100 in month October. I was totally surprised and i asked clarification with Vodafone customer care and they told i used internet on my mobile which is totally wrong as i am using internet of another subscriber on my mobile then why should i use internet of Vodafone which is costing me almost 1000 rupees. The other subscribe offering me 1GB of internet in 98 rupees only and Vodafone charged me 1000 rupees for 88MB which is almost 10% of the other internet i am using and charging more than 10 times. I am communicating with Vodafone for this complaint and i am getting same response each time on email that you used the service. They forwarding me the same email each time. The same email format.

                I AM ALREADY DISCUSSING THIS ISSUE WITH VODAFONE AND I GOT ONE MORE SURPRISE FROM VODAFONE BY TODAY (DATE 7TH NOV 2012) that my bill payment for this month is around 4000 rupees and the total due is 5000+ rupees. Is it really funny or irritating or what? .

                I am not at all expecting this service from Vodafone. My number is not working now, no incoming too. I am already lost my incoming calls and Vodafone gave me huge Diwali surprise of bill 5000+ bill amount. If i am not using this number then how my bill amount is 5000+. In last month i got reason o[censored]sage of internet so the bill amount is 1100 rupees, i don't know what reason they will give me for bill amount of 5000+ rupees.

                I am totally in depression now and not happy on my decision to get Vodafone connection. I was happy to pay 30 paisa per minute to other numbers instead of free Vodafone calling. I will not use Vodafone in future.

                Vodafone — Unnecessary mails despite payment of my bill

                I have been paying my bills without any delay, but vodafone is sending me mails regarding some dues..
                Pls stop such mails..
                I have already paid 9th of Jan the bill which are used by me (amt is 210 rs) and I have problem ISD call with Vodafone connection on Postpaid
                I am getting unnecessary bill for past 3 months for ISD calls even though I did make any ISD call on my Mobile still now .it is 4 mins for 165 rupees on December month and It costs 1 min for 40 rupees, .

                Vodafone people are insisting me to pay the bills but Which is not used by me really.

                Even I have spoken with your customer care and they did not give me proper response like they did not say still which country I have dialed and it cost to 1 mins for 42 rs.
                Vodafone customer care people wants me to send a details bill(Itemised bills) and they did not send me.Even I went to Vodafone store day before yesterday to make complaint but they did not take my compliant

                I always ready to pay which is really used by me without notifying.

                  Hi, Recently I took a CUG sim's from vodafone. Initially I was told there is no need to pay any kind of deposit for all those sim's and they are absolutely free and they will just ask deposit if required after completing verification. Me and 2 of my colleges took 5 sim's in total. But since a week they are not activating our sim cards and asking us to pay a deposit of 300 for each sim card. They have not initiated verification process also and today morning when I gave a call to those people I was told that to initiate the verification process we have to pay an amount of 300 for each sim card. I am confused, is this a correct procedure or simply those people are trying to grab money. Please let me know!!!

                    My SIM, [protected], was found not working on 4.11.2012. Vodaphone gallery, call center and email to customercare unable to give correct reason for their action to cancel my sim and number. After three days of continuous calling and asking on email, Jobin Plamoottil from customercare reported that the number has been cancelled by the company as the phone was not used for the last 60 days and existing balance of approx. Rs400.00 forfeited by Vodaphone.
                    My last usage was on 08/09/2012. It may be seen that 60 days get over on 07.11.2012, today.
                    There has been an error on the part of Vodaphone, still they have not yet restarted my SIM and the number.

                    Will be grateful if the case could be pursued with Vodaphone Mumbai

                          2. I had already fill the sim replacement request by website. But not reflected in system.
                          3. No call to any where between the period of 20th july to 24 sep. But suddenly the call in 25 sep which day my bill was generated. So I M curious about it. Whom call to this number.

                            I am vodafone customer, My sim card is blocked due to PUK block , I went 3-4 times to Vodafone store but due to silly security questions are not matching, I myself with my all Photo ID and address proof , they are not unblocking my SIM, I wish to close this SIM , if they are not ready to give the services, Vodafone staff is talked very rudely and arrogantly.                               they should first "remember customer is al ways rite" when they pay they bills on time.
                              the delay of the payment was my brother who was admitted in Bombay hospital fr the past 4 mths...where we had spent almost 4 lacs fr his treatment....after that in month of oct 2012 he is nt there between us now.......
                              due this problem we had submitted the revenlent docs &fr delay of the vodafone bills......the amt=3850
                              The kharghar dept had given us grace period to pay the bills& we paid the bill too.
                              Now after the payment of 3000 rs was paid at vodafone gallery.since its a billing no -[protected] the rest balance amt
                              of 850 rs will carried to the next bill.
                              .There was gud services from the kharghar branch.
                              I own this no fr past 5-9 yrs.....bt when the issue was solved from the both the ends then why did this customer services employee call me &speak so rudly without any update information.???
                              its was so disgusting fr lecture like me to hear such bad words used by the vodafone customer serives

                              I wud be oblige that this lady Vashali to removed from all her holding authorities on immediate affect frm this company.
                              if no action taken by due course of time.......then i guess this isnt the rite door I knocked as Indian citizen..

                                I called Vodafone Customer care to ask for the SMS Code to activate the 2G Internet Rs.95 plan for 1 GB/month.

                                They have activated the internet twice and have charged me twice for the same.

                                Vodafone keeps doing this.

                                And their customer care personnel are the worst. Most illiterate and rude.

                                  I have been a loyal customer of vodafone for almost 4years now and have been using prepaid number [protected].
                                  I have a blackberry and every month i pay a sum of Rs 400 for using the data services.
                                  A further deduction in the name of sessions cost is being continuously made which initially only .20paise but has now crossed 8rs,as a result of which i am losing Rs 25-50 from my balance everyday. My complaints are not being addressed by the customer care. I was waiting for almost 50mins for the representative to answer my call and had spend Rs 10 on the call to customer care also.
                                  The SESSION COST deduction that has been made despite of me NOT using any extra services,or viewing any videos or listening to any songs on the phone.
                                  I have now lost around 200 rupees,which i of a great value for me,and i hereby request the consumer forum to loook into the matter so that i can get a refund for the amount that has been charged extra.

                                  Vodafone — wrong charges being deducted and services not being provided

                                  i travelled to indore on 22 october and on 23 rs 99 was deducted from my account on account of international roaming charges and there after i was not able to send msgs or make calls or surf the net. After that i was also charged for some inccoming call and my balance was -90 inr which on 22 oct was some 290 Rs. On complaining about the same on 30 oct after returning i was told that ill get the refund of 99 rs in 48 hrs which is not being done yet and for the incoming call charges being charged as per international roaming i was told they cannot say anything for that.

                                    I had taken a mobile connection with vodafone with the number [protected],after using it for a month i did not like the service as there was no network coverage and i was being billed unnecessarily for the services not being used. i then decided to deactivate the sim and informed the service provider of same. A collection agent was sent by vodafone to clear all the outstanding bills and sim to be deactivated. The payment was made by me but the sim card had not been deactivated by them even after my insturctions to them to do so.
                                    They have been calling me and pestering me continuously to pay the bill again for the period of three month which is after i had handed over my sim to the representative and instructed them to deactivate it.this is resulting in extreme embarrassment and mental agony for me.

                                      Vodafone Prepaid Connection — 9873632008 - charges debited without subscription

                                      I got a text message on my Vodafone no.[protected] on 18/12/2008 at 2:45am which reads as under
                                      "Hello! The Local call @50 paise pack has been activated.Local calls will be at 50p to vodafone, 60p to mobiles and others STD calls at Rs1.50/min"
                                      I had not subscribed for the above said scheme but Rs 12 has been debited to my account. Earlier too Rs 12 was debited to my account without subscription and I had to get it deactivated by sending a text message on 15/12/2008.
                                      When I called at the customer care service, my complaint was noted by Mr.Atul but even after insisting no complaint no. was provided to me. I was informed that there was some system problem due to which charges have been debited to my account and that the amount so deducted would be restored .
                                      Please cancel the subscription and restore the balance of Rs.24 in my account.
                                      Please acknowledge receipt of this complaint by SMS/E-MAIL.

                                      Vodafone Prepaid — Balance amount debited without reason

                                      On 02 nd September '09 all my pre-paid balance amount (around Rs 116) was debited from my pre-paid number - [protected] for no reason. On contacting the customer care, the reply came was that it was by mistake. And the amount will be credited. As of now there is no reply nor from the Vodafone executive or a e-mail response. This is the worst service i had to bare.
                                      In emergency I am not able to use my phone.
                                      Pl. let me know if this issue can be dealt or I need to look for alternative.

                                      On 8 Feb 2010 my prepaid balance amount (around Rs 30) was debited from my pre-paid number - [protected] for no reason.i Have received a Message on my Cell that MCI request has been registered, But I have not send any request from my side, after then other Msg come that so MCI request Activated and my Bal Rs 30 deducted with any reason, i contact with customer Care service but no respone Come from there i request to u credit my Balance which deducted by Vodafone without my any mistake, i have never activate MCI request.so Pls give me respone as soon as possible

                                      Vodafone — Incorrect Debit or prepaid balance

                                      HI,

                                      I have recharged rs 95 for Net surfing 2GB and validity 30 days on 14/05/2011 post that i have received confirmation message from 140 "Your account has been refilled successfully by Rs 0.6. Your Vodafone prepaid account balance is Rs 50.792" then next day i was surfing net only 15-20 minuts at night only that time my account balance was Rs 20. In morning i have checked the balance then balance had been reflecting in negative Rs. (-)105.

                                      Till 16/05/2011 I have been been trying to call on customer care but not able to connect to customer care line instead my call rotated around the IVR.

                                      I have transection ID for Rs 95 recharge for NET - DL[protected]

                                      Please refund my lost amount otherwise please specify clearly the reason for debitting the said amount.

                                      This is the same language your call center people speak, However I got sms about the activation of Data pack post which I had started using the internet...

                                      I don't agree to you, I need my money refunded and also I wish to port out from Vodafone please co-ordinate for the same.

                                      don't ask me to call 198 for complaints as I have never been successful in reaching 198 helpline, Don't know if you guys have barred me...

                                      Pathetic customer service... Insted of listening to customer concern, you guys have blocked my number to reach customer care...

                                        I purchased a Vodafone Sim connection - [protected] in month of May 2012 and was using it regularly for 6 months. On 1st November my Sim connection was suspended without any intimation. When called for reason, I was given different reasons by different consumer care executives and supervisors:

                                        1. I have used my Sim to transfer balance illegally but no information was given when probed. I don't even know how to transfer the balance

                                        2. I have used my Sim in fraud case but again no explanation was given. Why would I call back to start my connection if i have done a fraud.

                                        3. I have more than 9 connections under my name at once but again no details were given. I had one Vodafone connection for mobile and one Idea as well as Airtel connection for Internet usage through data card. I never had more than two connections of Vodafone Simultaneously.

                                        I was working in Jaipur and hence using the connection [protected]. Then I moved to Pune in October 2012 for job change and applied for new Vodafone Sim [protected] which hasn't been activated yet.

                                        I am in travelling job and right now I'm in Chattisgarh for official visit. My both Vodafone connections are closed and now because of this I'm suffering a lot. Customer Care executives are not giving right answers and supervisor gave me assurance that my connection will be activated within 48 hours on 2nd Nov 2012 but now they have allotted this number to someone else.
