    Alert !! got missed call numbers starting with 2522 series ..... continuously 4-5 times at regular intervals. Shockingly RS 50 gets deducted each time you try to call ( which gets disconnected) for less than 5 seconds. The Vodafone customer care does not know any details .....

      I was first time purchased a vodafone 3g sim card on dated 27/10/2012 of rs.5 (Five only) and the same recharged of rs.94/- (Ninty four only). As according to kota vodafone store executive (Mr. Amol and miss shubha). Both employees were saying me you can now use your sim card for phone call and i[censored] wants to use in 3g than sim card use after 4-5 hours. Although when i purchase this sim card that day was eid and i was busy in my occasion.

      Next day 28/10/2012 (Sunday)

      I was used this sim card on dated 28/10/2012 at approximation 10:00 am in my usb data device micromax mmx353g. But this is not given 3g speed as per my 3g plan or recharge and the day was sunday so i can't contact to your vodafone store kota bcoz sunday is a holiday. Than i contact to your 24 hours customer care executive he said that there is no 3g activate on your sim card please send a sms (Act 3g) for activation and i also send the sms as per conversation with your 24 hour call center executive.

      He is also saying me your 3g will be activate after 4-5 hours. But as i m check. You were purchased sim on 27/10/2012 and as per rules. On the purchase date of sim 3g recharge should be after a day. But u can contact to our vodafone store kota they will resolve your 3g problem.

      Next day 29/10/2012

      29/10/2012 when i gone on your vodafone store kota and told my whole the problem regarding recharge or telephonic conversation with your 24 for hour call center executive.

      Mr. Amol said me why u were send the 3g sms due to these type of activity your 3g recharge has been cancel. And also blaming me and said as per our records u were send given sms

      The complaint is not for 100 rs the complaint is for they are blaming me.

      Vodafone — 3G recharge but 2G speed

      I do not understand why vodafone is doing same thing again.
      i recharged Rs 249 internet 1 gb plan.but after activating plan they give me 2g speed it is not more than 40 kbps. and deducting data from 3g data .my vodafone mobile no is [protected].

          I bought a Vodafone connection on 13th October. They gave me a free offer of 3G - 3GB. Bill cycle was 11th of every month.

          1. Before first bill cycle, I found my unbilled about was Rs. 62,000/-. Got few customer care calls to altert me my 'high usage'. But when the bill arrived, it was only Rs. 1342.00 as I expected.

          2. Second month, by around 20th of Nov, my unbilled became Rs. 19,000 and I got at at least 20 annoying calls after that to alert my usuage. Surprisingly by 27, they barred all my services. My vodafone.in account and *111# featuer still says I still have 1.36 GB usage balance.

          I tried to explain it is a clerical mistake from their side but they are more interested me to make a partial payment of Rs. 8000/- than resolving this issue.

          On 2nd Nov 2012 night, I got an SMS saying "the complaint has been resolved". Still my calls are barred and I did not get any explanation why they wrongly calculate the unbilled amoun which is without any discounts for the purpose of barring connections.

          Being an IT professional, it made me much inconvinience in my job and I am really annoyed mentally. I planned to move to another mobile provider after one week.

          vodafone cellular — network and gprs setting

          we the people from Housing board colony in Sanquelim not getting the network being the tower is at Sanquelim 4 km from the residential area as mention above.
          sometime a hint of network getting from the tower of Honda which is 8 km away.
          please take into consideration

          Vodafone Cellular — Customer mishandling

          I had made a request at the Sector 35 outlet of Vodafone Cellular for the conversion of my Corporate connection to Personal since I wanted to retain the same number for future references.
          I was adviced by Mr. Madan Bhardawaj for the conversion of my number the executive adviced me to fillup a form and depost the payment outstanding in my corporate connection plus other conversion charges which amounted to Rs.5070.00,the same was paid my at the payment counter on the same date.
          The only pendency from my end was a Address proof required on my name which was provided once i was told that the approval has been received for conversion.
          To my surprised despite repeated requestd the number was de activated while i was travelling on Feb 21st evening.
          On my way back to Chandigarh i paid a visit at the outlet and met Madan their centre head Ms. Param and one of their collection manager's Mr Negender Bansal who re quested me to mark a mail to him which was done subsequently.
          Today after 20 days of placing a request and making necessary payments I have approached another Vodafone manpower Mr. Mohit Ghai who i am told heads the
          deptt and requested for activating the number since i have no other Mobile connection working once I handover my working number +[protected] back to the organisation.
          Crying shame in this tech savvy world the customers are still being carried away by wromg promises and financial losses.

          VODAFONE MOBILE CELLULAR SERVICES — Non-Updation of Payments

          Dear Sir/Mam,

          I had purchased 10 vodafone nos ([protected]/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/0) under a corporate scheme in Oct 2010. These nos were sold to me by Matrix Cellular Services, a corporate sales division of Vodafone. I was promised once my advance rental payments are realised, the nos would be transferred in my name, But till date 5 of the nos are running in someone else's name.

          I had been to vodafone store several times, several emails were written but to no avail.

          Vodafone and Matrix split in Nov 2011, the advance rental for the year 2011 was due in Oct 2011 and was duly paid to Matrix Cellular service thru Cheque No 164742 dated 02/11/2011 thru ICICI Bank Sec-9 ROhini. Delhi-85.
          Now according to Vodafone the payment is still pending though the cheque have been cleared by the banker, a cpy of which is duly attached. Still vodafone shows the amount as arrears and has deactivated the services on the above mentioned nos. I am unable to make any calls from the above mentioned nos.

          I need 2 solutions :
          1. My payments should be updated, and my nos de-barred.
          2. My nos should be transferred in my name.

          Kindly let me know how to realise the above mentioned goals.
          b4 going 2 another mobile netwrk fix dis prob first. It is just a ploy. i[censored] pay dey gain or else dey dont loose. u resisted and won. just escalate 2 nodal and still suffering, go to police..best & cheap
          Already took another connection as my daily life got affected because of this nasty act by Vodafone. I will be closing the connection just after the bill generation date. Showroom guy suggested to do so, otherwize I will end up in paying Rs. 19, xxx/-

          @Customer Care, I already posted my query in the link you provided but it did not help me. Ultimately your customer care guys are not able to give an explanation for this issue and says partial payment is the only option available.
          Today I got a call from customer care. I tought it will be for discussing this issue but it was for informing me that the 3G-3GB Offer ends this month.

          Definitely I will be going to customer court after the bill generation for

          denial of rights:
          1. pending seconds which is part of the connection plan and
          2. 3gb offer where I was not able to use 1.3 GB balance
          3. Charging me for the service which I did not use
          UPDATE:

          1. Surprisingly from 10th Nov. morning, I am able to make outgoing calls. Bill date is 11, and so far I did not make any kind of payment
          2. I called customer care for an "explanation". Calls got passed to "Seniors". They agreed, calls were barred and now it is not.
          3. They are still not able to give any explanation. They say "this is what they see on the computer"
          4. I demanded a) Explanation and b) How they are going to compensate unused 1.3x GB 3G internet AND the balance package calls associated with my 149 second billing plan - for both primary and add-on connections?
          5. "Senior" person told me he will escalate the issue with their "Seniors" and I will be getting call within 2 days.

          I really dont know what mess is going on. I am expecting one call from customer care before 12 Nov. 2012 midnight. If the explanation is not satisfactory, or I did not get a call, my next resort is Consumer Court. I am not planning to withdraw from this as the difficulty I faced was that much high.

          UPDATE:

          I was supposed to get a call from customer care last monday (12 Nov. 2012) but didnt. So, today (14 Nov. 2012) I called them.

          Still no explanation. Junior execute said the events were because of some "technical issue". In that case I demanded compensation. Call transferred to senior and as usual senior said, she cannot do anything and failed to give explanation. Funny that they agreed what ever I told is correct and is reflecting in their computer. Executive's name was Rekha and she dropped the call in between which I belive she did it on purpose. I purposefully mentioned the name here because I had to hear some internal chit-chats about this case with her colleagues while I am on hold where I guess they forgot to press the mute button. Funny that they were using local malayalam slang to mention the customer and customer's emotions.

          I told them to cancel my add-on conneciton. After few days I will be moving primary connection to another provider (since there is a 90 days rule). I am moving ahead with legal proceedings.

          Thank you. I will update this thread if any special event happens.
          Recently I visited vodafone store in Kochi to close my conneciton. They said if I close the conneciton now, I have to pay Rx. 3xxx/-. So I have to wait till the bill date so that I have to pay only "correct" amount.

          I dont know why people should suffer for their software's limitations.

          VODAFONE, YOU ARE DEAD FOR ME. I SWEAR, I WILL BE USING EACH AND EVERY OPPORTUNITY I GET TO MARKET THIS TOPIC.

            As per the instructions from Vodafone customer care, I have visited Vodafone , Kukatpally store (opposite BJP office) to activate international roaming on my AP mobile no. I have payed 3000/- and got the reciept. The store person informed me that in 24 hours they would come for verification. I waited for one day and no one came for verification. The very next day I had to leave India. I tried to reach the customer care from abroad now the customer care is saying that they cannot activate International roaming because the security deposit 3000/- is not reflecting on my no. I dont have the reciept copy with me now. I feel like cheated. Please help me. I need to access my mobile number.

            Vodafone — mobile no not activated

            I have been using Vodafone (previously Hutch) Delhi since 3 years continued postpaid- but now I can not afford that much billing so I already applyed for postpaid to prepaid dt.02/07/2008 East of Kailash 12, Sant Nagar, Yodhka house. that the excutive promissed with in 48hours your no. will be activate but till yet my mobile is not activated. their customer service number [protected] has gone from bad to worse. While they are showing advertisement that boasts of their good customer care, the fact is that in spite of waiting for more than 20 minutes for almost every day since the 02/07/2008, I have not been able to get anyone on line give me exact report when my mobile no will activate.

            I simply need to change my talk plan postpaid to prepaid and activate my mobile no.[protected] very urgently. It's really very bad customer service; I have not been able to do it.

            I currently using Postpaid Vodafone Mobile service provider. would like to change to other Prepaid mobile service provider. When contacted Vodafone customer service center in bangalore they said that it is not possible. The TRAI circular says that it is possible to change the service provider for a small fee after 20th Sep 2009 in selected cities in which Bangalore also comes under.

            My name is Mahima Chenichery. I have activated International roaming on my postpaid mobile([protected]) as I wanted to travel to the U.S on 5th september 2010 in the evening by 6pm. When i contacted the customer care regarding the same, i was promised by one of your senior official that the international roaming would be activiated by evening 4pm on 5th sept itself(IST). But till now i.e today (6th sept), International roaming is not activated on my postpaid mobile.

            This type of service is really not expected from airtel , else i would have taken some other service. i would appreciate if International roaming is activated on my mobile right away.

            i waited for the option of number portability and soon will change to airtel/reliance.
            i want to share this info.with as many persons as possible and so
            I SUGGEST YOU TO USE NUMBER PORTABILITY OPTION AND SIMPLY SWITCH OVER TO OTHER NETWORK.

              I would really like to say that you guys has hired uneducated people who dont understand any thing.......when i have to buy the sim (post paid) i have received number of call and on calling 111 call transfer to postpaid dept as well and now when i got the sim and its not working then your so called executive says(yaghe) that we cant transfer this call you need to call from any post number are you guys out of your mind.......

              My sim is not working i need the urgent replacement .

                Hi,With reference to request number [protected], I was promised by the Vodafone store , JB nagar Andheri east ,that the 3G data plan for Rs 650 will be provided free for two months. But I was surprised to see I getting charged for it in my bill.Customer care arranged a call back for me from the store but even after 72 hrs, I am yet to get a call back from them.I am really under stress since I have been following up on this for the last one month. I am planning to go to consumer court for this and also highlight this on social networking sites about the pathetic and customer insensitive service from Vodafone.I am also doing a number portability and would advice my family and friends to do the same and also highlight this on the web.My cell number is [protected].

                I would like to complain against the vodafone services regarding payments. I took a new connection with mobile no. 97115471XX in september month. When the bill came to me, there was a payment of Rs. 824/- which was supposed to paid till Oct'16, 2008 and I have paid Rs. 830/- to the one of its relationship centre "Innova Communication" on Oct'01, 2008. After one week, I got call that, I have paid Rs. 330/- only and the remaining amount is due. I got this with the time interval of every 2 days while every time, I provided details to them. I called to executives of "Innova communications" and "Vodafone - 111" but no one has respond appropriately. I was getting harrashed every time by the vodafone executive and my calls have been restricted. Now, again i call to manager of vodafone and stated all the things, he asked me to fax the receipt and i did the same. He suggested me to wait for next 2 hrs and I waited for 28 hrs and still no response.
                I would like to ask why the customer face such problems with no reason. It is fault of Vodafone billing department and I suffered for this. Now, I have my mobile box with no use. There was a concall on the time and I will have to go to the STD to attend this.

                It was too much harrashed and disappointed me and specifies that there are no rules or regulations for such company.

                We had paid the Jan 10, bill via Netbanking on 25/01/10, However Vodafone continues to charge us delayed fee of Rs. 100/- For the same. Our a/c was debitted on the same day.
                Numerous calls made to them but still await a resolution.

                I was a Vodafone pre-paid customer for about less than three months. On March 16, I received a message saying "Your Services would be barred as Usage of Rs. 2967/- (approx) has crossed Cr Limit. To restore,pl make pmt. Call 111 for details on how to pay" And soon enough, my service got disconnected for the same reason. I was really unhappy with teh service that I stopped using the service at all. However, in the month end, they informed me that I have used about RS 5500.
                In my understanding, the umbilled amount is the amound which I have used and they have not considered the discounts for it. That means, usually, when the y apply the discounted calls and generate the bill, it will be a lesser amount than the unbilled amount.

                In either case, I am sure I have not used the service for Rs 5500.

                I sent the company many mails asking for the details and they gave me a bill which I cannot evaluate as usually, for datausage, we, customers won't have exact records with us.
                Now that they way they will move leagally, I am not ready to pay any amount more that RS2967. I would like some advice on the same.
                Apart from that, I forgot to mention, I received many calls from different numbers threatening me for refusing to pay the amount they billed.
                Also, before all these happend, i went to Vodafone office two or three times to request them for terminating my service or changing it to prepaid plan. However, i refused to do that as they said they cannot do it from their end then. They wanted me to got to their centre on a ay they specify and request for disconnection. However, I was not in a position to reach their office on that particular day of the month.

                  2.after you threatened to disconnect my phone,
                  I had to rush to your Store and made the request for direct Debit

                  3. in spite of this, you disconnected my phone . then i had to make cash payment!

                  Why do u do this to your customers??
                  i have been writing to Corporate Assist as well as Mum vodofone care , but they are unable to give a valid answer .What happens to my payment made by my creditcard and later by cash ?

                    Here are some emails I sent to Vodafone regarding my problems. Till date no positive action has been taken despite my numerous complaints.

                    I have recently retired as General Manager , State Bank of India, Zonal Inspection Office, Kolkata . I am using a vodafone mobile connection obtained under SBI corporate plan from Kolkata circle : [protected]( Blackberry) . The no. is due to be cancelled effective 30 Sep 2012 . As I have settled in Mumbai , I decided to take a vodafone mobile SIM from mumbai circle. When I called your toll free 198 , they put me on to your direct sales team. Your representative Javed Khan gave me a Blackberry post-paid plan for monthly rental of Rs 399/- : 800 mts local call+ 100 mts STD+ 100 mts sms+ 1 GB internet . He sent an agent on 27 sep to collect application , PP, ID and address proof and Rs 300/- vide receipt 4938 dt 27 Sep 2012 . The agent gave a pamphlet that however did not confirm the plan details and a SIM ( bearing no.[protected] HLR 6) which Javed Khan confirmed will be activated by Friday night ; he also confirmed the SIM mob no. as [protected] as written on the SIM envelope available with me.

                    Today in the morning when I tried to contact Javed Khan to confirm activation of the no. that I have sms-ed all my contacts as my new no. effective 1 Oct, some other representative took the call . He took down my new no. and said it has already been activated in somebody else's name and that my SIM would be activated for another no. [protected]. I was terribly upset and wanted to speak to the floor manager to attend to my complaint urgently ; but the line was abruptly cut off. I again contacted 198 and explained in detail the difficulty to a floor manager. She said the other no SKS said would given me was a prepaid no and asked me to contact the nearest Vodafone stores to redress the complaint .

                    In sheer frustration I approached your Chembur stores today . Mr Zabar , the store manager was quite helpful. He took a fresh application from me and offered to give me a new no. that would be activated within 6 hrs. But he said he wasn't authorised to give me the plan that your DST gave ; nor could he help me with the application form I had given to SKS's agent with Rs 300/. Instead he offered the new no . [protected] free of charge under a plan for Rs 350/- : 200 mts local calls+ 100 mts STD calls+ 500 local sms+ 250 national sms. He took a scan copy of the receipt for Rs 300/- that SKS gave me and promised that within a couple of days the amount would be refunded with apologies.

                    The whole experience has left me totally upset. If it
                    were not for the fact that I had already informed all my contacts about the new vodafone no. I would be available on and my fruitful visit to your chembur store , I had a good mind to shift over to some other mobile server. I wonder why your co. is allowing such insolent , incompetent and inconsiderate franchisees to operate and loot innocent public like me causing untold inconvenience. The least that could have been done in my case is pull up the representative who made the sale and offer me the same plan he collected money from me for. What is worse, when I wanted to complain to some senior official , nobody in your toll free call center or store was forthcoming ; even a senior person like me is not being attended to properly at your toll free no. I think this should be a wake up call for you .

                    If I do not get immediate response I propose to escalate this complaint as it is to State bank of India with whom you have a Corporate arrangement all over the country ; let them know what a shabby treatment is being meted out to your customers.

So far nobody has contacted or even acknowledged my complaint.You had however said that within 3 days the co rep will call on me and refund the amount collected by SKS , the direct sales agency and collect the sim card.                     I have not received even an acknowledgement of my complaint. Mr Zabar told me on 28 Sep that within 3 days , Vodafone will arrange to refund the application fee collected by the Direct Sales Agency and collect the defunct sim card. Pl expedite.

                    I am sending this email along with trail in utter frustration. You would see from the email trail the difficulty I had to face on account of your direct sales force- Systematic Knowledge Services p Ltd. Now my complaint again is not acknowledged ; no docket no. given; not attended to ; and finally I have neither received refund of the amount paid to the SKS representative . It's not possible to complain to anyone in your co because nobody gives mob no.s of senior officers. As a recently retired GM of SBI, I must relate my bad experience to SBI( you have a corporate plan with SBI all over the country) so they will know the quality of service your co offers and the response to our complaints.

                    A week ago, some one rang me up to say that the refund cheque would reach me within 48 hrs and that I could destroy the sim card your associate co., the direct sales unit SKS had foisted on me. When I asked if an explanation would be given for the mess and unnecessary , avoidable and misleading sale deal the SKS made with she replied that nothing of the sort could be furnished. Again, when I asked if the plan promised by the SKS representative for which he had collected the amount now being refunded I presume , could be extended to me under the new number , again she replied in the negative. In sum, the response to my complaint so far has been:

                    1. No refund even after 15 days
                    2. No compensation or apology or explanation for misselling by associates
                    3. No interest in fulfilling promised offers.
                    4. No proper grievance redressal at senior level
                    5. No transparency in offers

                    I am totally dissatisfied with your service and complaint addressing mechanism. If the parent co won't take responsibilty for the activities of the associates/ direct sales teams , how can the customers be protected?

                    Anyone reading this, please do not go in for a Vodafone connection EVER. They will cause you immense dissatisfaction at opportune moments. It is not worth it. Their "Happy to help" motto is just namesake, fraud. They are definitely not "Happy to help".

                    Vodafone Mobile Conection — Refundable Money

I call your customer care (111) office to know about-16 bal. Then your customer care office say my bal is cuttupfor your computer problem & He writen a Complane in your complane Book. And he say that my bal will return in Friday 6 p.m, . But 8/6/2008 Sunday, my bal is not return, & your customer care officer did not response about this. So Please your see my problem and solf this problem.

                    Vodafone postpaid simcard — Non refund of money

                    Please note I, Khem Chan Address Internation Maritime Institute 13, Knowledge park 1, Surajpur Kasna road, Greater Noida - 201 306 Distt. Gautam Budh Nagar Mob: [protected], had purchased post paid sim card of Rs 250/- vide your receipt no 11356 dated 9/4/08.
                    Please note the above said sim card was not astivated for 6 days even after submitting all the require documents, hence i returned the same postpaid sim card on 15/04/08 to the same place from where it was purchased and had taken signature showing that it was returned.
                    Please also note i was prmised that money of the sim card will be returned within 45 days, till date 62 days have passed but the money is not be refonded and your representative are not given any confirmed reply.
                    requist look into the matter and arragge refond of the money at the earliest

                    this is to infrom you that i was previously using the vodafone postpaid services in up at Gorakhpur and my mobile no. was [protected], but when i came to bihar i have stoped using vodafone services and given all the required payements to vodafone, but at that time i was having 2250 rupess more to vodafone as they have said to me that they will be giving me this amount after the closing of this number,

                    but it more than 10 months to that and i am still waiting for my money to be refunded on my new address at C /o sri krishna prasad sah, shanti kunj, near goraiya sthan, buddha colony, patna, bihar, i have already given my this new address at the voadafone center for the payement

                    2nd email:

                    While I am yet to get the refund as you promised to do within 48 hrs , there are a couple of developments that show the utter confusion at your end in dealing with customers and complaints:

                    1. I have just now received two bills from Vodafone:

                    one for my existing no for Rs 335.24 due on 5. 11. 12

                    another, for the NONEXISTENT no for Rs 281.23 again due on 5.11.12.

                    I presume the second no. is the one I have complained about. Now , I am due to get the amount i paid refunded ; instead Vodafone is sending a bill for a fictitious no that was never given to me nor activated to my knowledge. What a great way to deal with complaints!

                    2. I got a spl offer from your sales team for my Blackberry for the same plan that your DST missold . I told them that you had rejected my request for the plan and that my complaint is yet to be attended to .


                    I want to know whether my complaint is going to be attended to or not ; and if so, by when? For the misselling and the bill for the fictitious no , I have no other go but to approach Consumer Forum because Vodafone doesn't seem to be inclined to resolve the issue ?

                    being in such a hi position in offis must be knowledgeable abt laws. with all mail redords in hand y dont u consider going 2 magistrate court and file FIR u/s IPC 420 along with consumer court fr 25oooRs. compensation and civil court under torts law fr 1 cr Rs. demage...

DND has been activated in number 1&3.I have not activated DND in the [protected] to know about the different offers that mobile company announces.But I am facing different types of activation of services & consequent deduction of money from the balance.I want to bring under the notice of the appropriate authority to stop this NONSENSE menace and it should made mandatory to get confirmation of consent before such activation/deduction. Please note that for 80**63**09 the following services were activated. 1) Missed Call intimation service on 04 September 2012 via SMS, 2) Voice Chat service on 01 October 2012 via calling 123, 3) Caller Tune service on 24 September 2012 as per the confirmation provided to our telecalling representative. Hence, we confirm that all the relevant service rental charges have been levied post a request/consent placed from your end for the service activation. Kindly note that at present both Voice Chat service and Caller Tune service have been deactivated.

                        Vodafone — Activated two services fraudulently

                        Dear Sir,
                        I am a Customer of VODAFONE co ltd from Sept,2005 even I have been using the same number since sept,2005 when it was HUTCH. The company has cheated me many times but i never lodged any complaint.but recently It has touched the hight. On[protected] I got a missed call on my mobile number: [protected] from the number: [protected] and I called back on same and a girl talked to me. Actually It was a number to register chat service. after sometime I got an sms that my chat service will be activated shortly and they activated the same. I was charged rupees 30 for it.Its very Cheap which damages my right to live with reputation. After few days on[protected] and[protected] Internet service was activated for 4 days on the rent of 21 each. Now my reputation is damaged and I have been harrased. I am a lawyer practicing at hon'ble HIGH COURT of PUNJAB & HARYANA. Even being a lawyer I have yet not sued the company as I have used the services of this Company. But I request You to please look into it and direct the companies to stop harrasing and chreatig the people.Please do the needfull and take it seriously. If you need any co-operation in this regard I commit to stand with you. Please revert if it is possible.
                        I shall be highly thankful to you for this.

                          Hi,
                          Had contacted vodafone to port out. I was given a offer from their retentions team that 2Gb will be provided for Rs99. Next day i recieved a call stating that only 1Gb wil be provided for Rs99. I accepted the offer and today have recived a bill for Rs 1269.20 for usage of 120mb. Called vodafone and was informed that i had declined the offer where as i had accepted it. Need assistance.

                          Hi, I am sending a copy of the letter I have sent to Vodafone for the mis information given to me for the last 6-7 months I have spoken to different representatives & have escalated it the Nodal officer, but nothing has been dobe about it-

                          "Hi,

                          My name is Harish J.

                          I have a post paid connection ( Corporate Account- 3globalservices) with you-My Mobile no is [protected].

                          I would like to highlight a case of misinformation provided by your customer care department.

                          I had set up DDI in the month of September wanting to avail the promotional offer - Rs.50 credit for the next 6 months.It was setup through ICICI Bank.

                          My account with Vodafone was in credit then as had moved from PrePay.

                          I had deposited cash of Rs.1000 in the account in October ( not sure about the date/month), which meant no money would be taken out from my bank account until the credit gets adjusted against the bills.

                          I had spoken to one of your Customer care representative in October to know the Reason the Rs.50 was not applied on my bills, I was informed that it would be applied once the money is taken from my bank account. In other words, the moment the credit gets over & money would be taken out via DDI . Also he/she confirmed that the 6 months would start from the day the money is debited from my bank account-


                          Now, when eventually the money has been taken from bank account, I Spoke to one of the Supervisor (Jagdish Thakker) on 11.04.09 who initially wanted me to wait for the bill to be generated & later when I called back on 13.04.09, confirmed that the scheme was only applicable for the 1st 6 months & that I am not eligible as I have completed 6 months from the day the DDI was setup.


                          I clearly pointed out what I was informed earlier. He just apologized & kept on saying that nothing can be done.


                          I had also spoken to someone by the name- Ronak Shah on 11.04.09 once I finished the escalation call with Jagdish Thakker to confirm if the information given was correct. Even Ronak Shah confirmed that the 6 months would start from the day the money is debited from my bank account-& said that the bill needs to be recalculated so that they can apply the credit.

                          The worst part was when I Spoke to Jagdish Thakker on 13.04.09. He agreed with the fact that I was misinformed & advised me to write to Vodafone as it was nothing that he can do from the CC.

                          I am really annoyed with the standard of Customer Service Experience that Vodafone is providing.

                          Please look into this as I have made up my mind to cancel the DDI.

                          I am Serious as I am waiting for MNP (Port in/out) to come into India, as we are would be the first ones to leave Vodafone. I am saying this on the basis of my past experience & it has got to nothing to do with this Experience..


                          If I was informed that the DDI offer would be only for 6 months, I would not have kept the DDI on the account for 7-8 months.

                          I have been with Hutch / Vodafone for the last 6 yrs since I took this no & had a number of such experiences.

                          Please reply to this on an urgent basis or else I will have to escalate this further.

                          While leaving India (Pune) on 13 March 2010 for Netherlands, I called the Vodafone Helpdesk on 111 to activate my international roaming. The guy who atttended my call advised it is already activated. I categorically told him it could not be as I had never made any request for International roaming and to check again but he kept confirming it is activated. He was also kind enough to provide me details of charges for calls and messaging while on roaming.

                          However, when I arrived at Amsterdam, I did not find any network on my mobile even after changing the SP to Vodafone - Netherlands.

                          I today visited their website and logged on to my account and was quite bewildered to see that my international roaming is not activated. I'm based at a far off place from the city and I had a lot of iinconvenience reaching to my family.

                          I really don't understand how they could go wrong with such simple information leading to unwarrranted problems for people especially in a foreign country..

                          Not really impressed but that's how they do it and don't want their services anymore as I've made other arrrangements..

                          Vodafone asked me to submit the documents for re-verification. It also mentioned that the required documents can be scanned and send to the given vodafone mail id. Which i did.

                          But after that also they disconnected my phone no.. When i contacted the customer care, representative informed me that i have to submit the required documents, even though i told him that i received the mail from vodafone, stating that the document can be scanned and sent( which i did), then also he was not listing and informed me that i have to submit it in person or vodafone representative will collect them from me. This all will take around 48 hrs.

                          Vodafone never informed that they are going to disable my number. This is really pathetic condition for the service provider like Vodafone. Now i have to stay disconnected for 2 days atleast or have to again submit the documents in person.

                          If Vodafone doesn't accept the documents online then why they mailed like that??
                          c ur probs gts solvd. or els spk 2 c.care and record speech, den write 2 v.fone care o[censored]r area, escalate 2 nodal and still prob nt solvd wit copies of abov said mails nd voice records go 2 consumer civil court alongwith FIR in police u/s IPC 408, 415 nd 420.

                            Before One month 1 cancel my reliance dongle for internet use and buy a new Vodafone dongle with 2g plan of Rs. 599 unlimited. But the dongle is not working properly as they are saying in the add. they say that the dongle speed is 7.1 Mbps but it doesn't work and giving the speed of 0.00 bps. Dongle made by ZTE Corporation Designed by Vodafone Model no. K3770-Z (Vodafone Mobile Broadband).

                            First u shud nt hav bought a vodafone dongle. Haier or any other brand in mkt wil wrk beter dan v.fone dongl. Den just activate 2g/3g over fone-198 or pay relevant amt at store 2 activate.
                            Fr code settings call c.care, first dey wil refuse i[censored] use othr brand den on consistent insistence dey wil give d code.

                            Now spk 2 c.care get sr.no. den write 2 c.[protected]@vodafone.in, escalate it 2 nodal.
                            If problm is still nt solvd...? den hire a lawyer and file case in police and court on c.care and nodal of vodafne.

                              hi,

                              my mobile number is [protected]. In the month of September i received my mobile bill of approx 2900 INR.
                              In the bill Company charged me for GPRS which was free as per my postpaid plan .

                              Meanwhile they stopped my services when i didn't paid bill which was not as per my usage , i talked to customer care , they assured me that they will do something for my bill as started my services after realizing fault is in their billing system.

                              But i did not receive any corrected bill. Now whenever I am trying call anybody , Vodafone has their own 1 min message before call anyone for pay the bill. But here i am not suppose to pay as it is fault in their billing system.

                              Earlier also I have launched same kind of complain and it was adjusted by Vodafone after taking it to consumer forum.

                              my mobile no[protected] useing from last one year.In this month i recived massage from vodafone abt activate spotcombo pack.But i dont know wht is sportconbo pack.then i immdatily call to vadafone care abt this activation they and request for deactivate this pack they ask me they are unable to deactivate this pack and ask gives me number for deactivate this number but i try many times from my cell but not deactivare this pack.I ask to vadafone executive for waive my charges and i amil also at vodafonecare.pun but their is no revert by vadafone now i request you for waive my charges and deactivate my sportscombo pack also.I ask u clerly i never paid this amount to company i[censored] are unable to waive this amt then i disconect my connection.You will check my payment track.I never paid any late payment to vadafone.So plz solve my query as soon as possibel for any future discrepency.I shall thankful and oblige.

                              Vodafone — Faulty Billing system

                              I was surprised when i was billed for dialling invalid number "[protected]" .

                              As per Vodafone Policy " the software will automatically refine the number to some 4 or 8 digit and will connect the call" and consumer will be charged for the service which he never utilised.

                              Normal process should have been " If any invalid number is dialled, it should give message to check the number dialled" but here it refines and connect the call and consumer is made to pay the bill.

                              Call center excutives are pathetics, they are like parrots repeating the same standard answers without using their dumb brains. And neither forwarding the complaint to the next level. Or may be next level is insensitive to the customers complaints.

                              Vodafone — billing discrepancy

                              We hereby would like to inform you that we are using 14 no of corporate connection of vodafone tele service under talk plan CUG 199 M, we have found a big discrpancy in their billing, for our PH No -[protected] we were highly surprised, when in bill details we have seen in this phone No on 13-1-11 a call to phone no 56789 and duration 60 min and charges for the same Rs 360, In this connection we would like to state that aforesaid phone no is used only for incoming and outgoing calls and no facility is available in this no ,and we even don't want any facilities in this phone no like caller tune ,any type of alert etc , when we speak to their executive over phone that we never press this No 56789 and also don't know the usage of this No ,They said this is their value added service no ,we surely call for getting their service , whereas no service has been avail till date in this No.They are saying this call has come from our hand set and also said that if we press any key for few second then it will automatically transfer to vodafone no 56789 . If this type of thing has happend which is truly unfair in all respect.Hence we hereby request you please do the needful. Copy of mail is attached for your ready reference

                              Hi,

                              I have sent the below mail at corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com since mine is a corporate connection but have'nt received any response from vodafone yet.Kindly update and please waive off the late payment charges as the mistake is at your end.

                              i checked my bill for mob no [protected] & and have found some discrepancy in my march bill.

                              As per my discussion with Shweta tiwari,vodafone executive, my advance rental plan was renewed without any monthly rental.Thereby my bill amount should have been USAGE CHARGES and tax i.e Rs 477.kindly correct the bill and let me know the final amount to be paid.|

                              Also,I am not able to view my bill for march month for mob no [protected].Can you please let me know the correct amount to be paid as i have renewed that plan as well and requested for annual rental waiver as my average bill is more than 500 per month for the last 1 year.

                              Yesterday I had a talk to some Sandeep from Vodafone and he told me that some would be calling after that I did'nt receive any call.Inspite of asking several times regarding the Reference/complaint no he did'nt gave any.

                              My number is working and also it isvery hard to believe that since several days are are not able to contact both [protected] & [protected].

                              I had risen complain against the Vodafone India for unnecessary charges they levied. After review the bill history they agreed to consider this in next bill of Vodafone (the reference for communication with Vodafone is Service Reference: [protected] [REF: [protected]]).


                              But still my bill is not updated and no amount deducted.
                              I am attaching the mail which justify that Vodafone accepted the fault.
                              But they have not taken appropriate action till now.
                              nw also do d same. record all call made 2 deir c.care, write mails 2 c.care, nodal, hav printouts of all mails. and file case in civil court in TORTS LAW fr 1 cr demage.
                              Last month bill was adjusted, but again this month they have charged my monthly charges more than proposed one.

                              My Post plan is 299 rental plan, but Vodafone charged 229 as a rent. also they have charged GPRS charge while againts the plan it should be 0 only

                                    I would like to bring into notice about same Fraudulant transactions of about Rs 27,018 from my Canara bank account in the name of Vodafone-Billdesk-Mumbai. evev i dont have any account with Vodafone. This transaction is a big surprise for me and at the same time I am higly disturbed with this loss.

                                    It is my humble request to all to kindly help me regarding this fraud . I would also like to know the possibility of getting my money back

                                    I HAVE RECHARGE MY TATA DOCOMO NUMBER [protected] FOR RS. 150/- FROM CANARA BACK DEBIT CARD ON 25 OCT 12 AT 20H 25MTS AND 39 MINUTES. TRANSANCTION ID IS[protected]. AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT BALANCE OF TALK TIME NOT RECEIVED IN MY MOBILE. REQUEST REFUND RS. 150/- TO MY BANK ACCOUNT OR SEND BALANCE TO MY MOBILE NUMBER.

                                        I have 6 connections from Vodafone. I am unable to use my phone ( neither calls can be made nor BBM nor SMS )when I am inside my house, address mentioned in subject line. I have complained for last many years (over 5 years) and no action was taken. (I HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE ON THE ROAD TO USE THE PHONE)Only in the month of February this year one executive turned up at my residence and checked and confirmed the problem, and promised that within 15 days they will resolve the problem by putting some equipment. Now 8 months have passed and nothing is being done.

                                        Pls let me know whether is it possible to place the equipment immediately, to enable me to operate my phones or I go for portability to another service provider?
