i have buyed a new vodafone simcard my number is [protected]. i hav buyed this sim on saturday but today on monday isnt activated after 48 hours.
Vodafone is such a crap service provider ,they are such a asholes they cant even activate my number even after so much long time.
other telecom service provider are much better as compared to vodafone really vodafone name should changed to vadapav service provider...

I have a vodafone punjab connection. On 10 November 2012, I purchased an online recharge voucher of Rs. 10/-, for which they have shown an SMS pack for 250 local and national SMS, valid for 10 days. net setter not getting replaced

i went to nearest customer service center ....they said they would replace it and made me wait for 15 days..after that they said it couldn't be replaced...
they were not even ready to repair it ... one guy from the showroom talked very harshly.......

Problem in using data service

I logged a complaint in customer care on november 2,then went to vodafone store also, they gave
Me a new sim still its the same condition.
There is no problem with phone, as internet is working using wifi.

False billing and Replies to emails

until last month everything was normal.
from last month they deactivated message pack from my account without notifying me prior and charged me for the messages.
when i emailed them my querry they told me my coorporate scheme was not eligible for message pack.
then how was i using it since past six month??

Getting marketing calls

I would like to thank Vodafone for stopping my services because i've exceed the credit limit of my phone and i'm out of station and here i'm unable to pay bill.
But i've requested 3 times to increase my credit limit up to rs. 2000 but they replied sir as per your usage this much credit limit is enough for you. OMG...

I took this number for office calling purpose as they offering me free calling for one number. I thought i will get very nominal bill if i use Vodafone. Initially I was told there is no need to pay any kind of deposit for all those sim's and they are absolutely free and they will just ask deposit if required after completing verification.
