A few months back my sister lost her Mobile. At that time I was out of station so when my sister went to Vodafone store she was told that I need to come to the store and then only they would be able to issue a replacement SIM. My customer support no. 198 locked since last week, contacted to vodafone from other number as my number has been blocked. i was informed that my 198 number will start within 1 day. but till date not started. my mobile no. is [protected]. kindly do the needful.

This is regarding my complain number [protected]. I had activated Rs. 61 offer on 27-August-2012. However, Vodafone did not activate my offer till 8th October 2012. I filed a complain for the same by calling 111 and spoke to Mr. Mahesh.

I had taken up a corporate connection with vodafone (postpaid) and before taking up the connection the concerned person promised me to give a no of my choice he activated the no [protected] but after words there is no respnse from that person.
