[protected] SINCE 2003, WHEN I WAS WORKING AS GOVT ITI PRINCIPAL CLASS-1, AT GANDHIDHAM KUTCH GUJ. , I HAD SUBSRIBED FOR LIFETIME INCOMMING FREE PAYING BY RS.999/-, (1) VODAFONE ON 24/09/2012 AT 7=11 PM HAD CALLER TUNE HAS STARTED WITHOUT MY BEING AGREED OR EVEN REQUESTED WITH SMS READ AS UNDER ''' LATEST GUJARATI LOVE SHUFFLEHAS BEEN SET AS YOUR CALLER TUNE FOR ALL AT RS.99/ 30 DAYS THE SHUFFLE SERVICE GET RENEWED ON 24/10/2012. ( 2 ) ON THE SAME DAY 24/09/12 I HAD RECIEVED SMS FROM VODAFONE AS UNDER,, AT 7=07 PM HELLO CALLER TUNEIS NOW ACTIVE ON YOUR NUMBER AS REQUESTED SERVICE IS VALIDE TILL 24/10/2012 AND 30 DAYS RENTAL OF 30 HAS BEEN DEDUCTED, IT WAS DONE WITHOUT MY REQUEST AND ALSO AFTER 4 MINUTES THEY HAD DEDUCTED RS90 MORE I.E. ON 24/09/2012 AT 7-11 PM , IDIDNOT WANT ANY CALLER TUNE SO I SEND SMS TO DEACTIVATE , IT WAS DEACTIVATED ON 24/09/2012, AT 7-28 PM , I HAD CONTECT '' VODAFONE '' ON 198 TO REMIT THE AMOUNT BUT THEY HAD REFUSED , I HAD REQUEST TO GINVE ME TRAI ADDRESS THEY REFUSED, SO, I WAS MENTALY DISTURBED BECAUSE OF CUTTING RS 120 FROM MY BALANCE AND VODAFONE IS NO CO-OPERATIVE FOR ANY COMPLAIN,

Vodafone — itemized bill
I had requested almost 10 times by calling to 111 to send me itemizied bill from last 4 months but they were sending me duplicate bill.i want to reembrence my mobile bills before 10th of every month, even clling them and requesting them continueously there is no proper response and Detailed/itemizied bill to my mail id.pls look into this.
