Hi,

I have shifted to abroad from June 2012 and disconnected my vodafone number from 16 June 2012 in mumbai,after disconnection also got the confirmation from representative and via email(I have all the proofs with me)

In the month of august i got the bill of Rs.3500/- for no reason and they are also showing me the usages after several mail from vodafone they are still telling me to pay Rs.1025/-.and given me...

I am suffuring from Vodafone Postpaid connection since last 6 months. Story is that, I requested my postpaid mobile number [protected] for prepaid conversion. For this first time I went to Noida Sector 18 vodafone store, they told me please show your original ID proof then we proceed, I requested but they refused. Next week I went again Noida Sector 18 vodafone store with my original Passport, they checked my number and told me Sir your number...

My mobile no. is [protected]. This is prepaid connection, from which Rs 15 has been deducted . I would like to know for what the same has been charged because I have not been opted any service and now I am getting so many calls from the caller tune which I dont require and stop the same.
So, you are requested to please confirm the same....

Company has converted my prepaid connection to post paid connection through the executive of Global Direct, (C. D. House Gr. Floor,Unit No. 1 & 2 126, Mathuradas, Mill Compound, N.M. SR No: [protected] was registered by customer care only after confirming it was wrong billing, but it seems to be closed without reversal of charges towards free 1GB 3G data usage.

The promotional offer of 1GB 3G data usage was given and I was informed that I should cancel it on 30-sep, so that it I will not be charged in the following bill cycle.
Have called customer care and deactivated the free offer on 30-Sep, 2.15...

Rs 30. from my Vodafone Prepaid number [protected] has been deducted by activating mehfil e timepass on 05 Oct WITHOUT my REQUEST & CONSENT. I complained to the customer care and they said that they have lodged a complaint and the amount will be credited back, but it has not been done yet. Pathetic company who is getting consumer money by such lousy means. I am gonna file a case in Consumer Court....

I have taken a vodafone karnataka prepaid sim still it is not activated even after submitting the proof for 3 times. I came to know that my id proof is getting rejected due to more than 8 connection on my address. The dealer scanned & made copies my documents and sold 8 sim's. Please help me to cancel all those sim s as it would cause me problems if somebody use those sim s for illegal use....
