Respected Sir,
This is very serious issue. I have a connection of Vodafone company . they every day deducting My balance. they automatically active services on my no and start deducting balance . recently they active Vodafone competition pack and deducting Rs,5 per day . i have Rs.50 balance in my mobile and last night i have left only Rs.2.
when i deactivate that service then again they activate that service and again start deducting balance. and when i call to customer care then they didn't give my money back. Please sir do something for this . This no is used by my mother . she didn't know how to dial no . than how she activate these type of services .Please Do some action against them i am very thankful to you ,

    this is second time its happening vodafone has deducted from my prepaid balance charges for internet usage although my internet pack is active.
    Hence we should not keep extra balance in main account as they would wipe it out anytime and if you complaint they will give us false reasons and we customers have to end up loosing our hard earned money because of their technical problems.
    Iam not at all satisfied with their customer service and they are not at all improving in the service as we facing same problem again and again.
    So we should not keep extra balance in our main account as if they charge us for something which we havent used will end up running behind them and at the end of the day will loose more money on calls made for complaints. And looking at their poor service ill have to consider changing operator for myself and all my family and friends.

        Hi,
        I introduce myself as Swapnil Naik, customer of Vodafone with a number [protected]. I applied for a MNP and would now like to shift to other service provider from Vodafone.
        Having registered, 2 weeks ago I get a sms from TRAI saying the service provider has rejected your application. I immediately called up customer service number, where I didn't get a answer for my query.

        I went to the VODAFONE store (GOREGAON EAST) on 22.09.12 at 10 AM & sat in front of the executive sharing the SMS. The immediate reply was you should check with the probable service provider & not us.
        I continued to sit there trying to explain that the application has been turned down by VODAFONE, but he was not willing to listen. Finally, after my insistence, he checked and said just because you have applied for a SMS pack we turned it down. Without giving a reason.

        I am really surprised, by the way companies try to retain their customers, if at all VODAFONE was trying to do that by not allowing me to exit. Also, the executive was not ready to give me in writing the requests I again put in & expected date of resolution

        I hope, this mail of mine goes to the right desk, and expedite my request.

            I had emailed to vodafone at corporate.[protected]@vodafone.com to deactivate my number as I had another vodafone number. I received an automated reply which meant that the email was received by vodafone. I received a call from the customer care asking me not to deactivate and gave me lots of options. I did not want to continue with this number as I don't want to make 2 bill payments. When I noticed that the number has still not been deactivated, I sent another email on the 17th Sept as I wanted the number to be discontinued before the next billing cycle started. I did not receive any call from the customer rep regarding the deactivation hence I called up on #198 on the 18th sept and spoke with the rep. After keeping me on a long hold, the rep informed that the number will be deactivated within 48 hours. Till date my vodafone number has not been deactivated. Today again I sent an email and also called up on #198. I spoke with the rep and after keeping me on a long hold, stated that my 1st email was rejected as I had opted for a prepaid plan. I told the rep that I had never opted for a prepaid plan since I want to discontinue with this number. The rep who spoke to me must have wrongly updated the information which was not my fault. The rep stated that as per my 2nd email which was sent on the 17th my number will be disconnected however it will take 7 more working days. This is really frustrating and vodafone has disappointed me. I have been using vodafone for several years and I had not faced any problem before. However, it seems now vodafone cannot give the service that it used to give. I am thinking of discontinuing the other vodafone number that I have. Regarding the number I want to discontinue, I have no intention of paying any bills after the 18th sept. I will make the payment which is due on the 6th oct and now I intend to throw and destroy the simcard.

              I took the service from 2g to 3g as on 19.09.2012 with 300mb on payment of rs.102.00/- For 30 days validity...after that I received a sms as on 20.09.2012 that if I want 125mb for two days validity on payment of rs.10.00/-.....I took this service via dialing *444*10# ....after a minute I received a sms that my number have been unsubscribed from the package 3g....without my prior intimation. ..while before diling *444*10# I tried several times to dicuss the same issue with customer care in the number 198(free)... I am not getting option to directly contact with customer care representative.... on the other hand while I tried by paid basis service in the number [protected].....they picked my phone & I talked to the same issues with the vodaphone representative name mr.Dheeman chaterjee....he told me to visit near by vodafone customer cervice center.....but when I asked regarding the unsubscribed norms...he replied that this is automatic generated number they can't resolved my issue via phone ....but that represntative is also not sure about resolving my issue.......when I asked its ok if I avail the 2g service for 2 days after that my 3g service be reactivated or not .....he is not sure about that ....& he simply told me to visit near by customer care service for any help.......I am very much confused regarding....their marketing strategy that once I am customer for 3g then why I got the message for 2g services.....& without any information they unsubscribed my 3g service.....kindly help me out from this issue & activate my 3g services for 30 days....validity 18.10.2012 as per mention in the sms.

                I had requested on 30/08/2012 my phone Number [protected] may be converted into post paid from pre paid. Mr. Shashank and Mrs. Sachin posted in your vodafone Centre at Punjabi Bagh, Central Market New Delhi has charged an amount of Rs.250/-. But on the enquiry by your employee I had requested that my number [protected] may not be converted into postpaid due to unaviodable circumstances. The amount of Rs. 250/- has not been returned back me by Mrs. Shashank and Mr. Sachin they have guide me the come after 15 days, I have again requested after 15 days the same reply has been repeated by Mr. Sachin & Shashank and told me come after 15 days.
                In view of above, you are requested to direct these employees that returned me Rs.250/-.

                  I am amrish patel my m.no is [protected]. i want to tell who can lision to me that i have been use vodafone postpaid for two years. before four months ago i have bought new mobil . i have change sim and used it .but when i have received bill ( its already 1 month late) i socked i had change me vodafone live net charge. while i haven't use its net.i have done fight against it but no any one there for for customer there are all company advocate.at bapunagar customer care office i have explain my problem but thay all vodafone computerised person thay dont give any response to customer.
                  Today i fill so shade because i have paid for vodafone live net bill which i have not use. now Am going post paid to pre-paid for this process thay dont guide to me proper.so i want to tell tham why vodafone has opened customercare while thay dont do work honestly. i dont knew this complaint wheres go but i hope some one can understand me and help to me for this problems

                    Kindly SMS ACT<space>EPB(space)email ID to 111 in order to register for both physical and e-billing services. The same shall be processed in 72 hours. After sending the SMS, you can opt to receive the duplicate ebill for this month by sending an SMS with the keywords DUP<space>BILL month (first 3 letters of the month in capital letters) to 111 (toll free). The same shall be delivered to your registered email ID within 24 hours from the time of placing the request.

                      I was switch over to Vodafone prepaid services before one & half a week from Tata docomo for my cell nos. [protected] & [protected].At the same time i was submitted photocopy of all necessary documents with my self attested photograph.After 3 to 4 days the service for both nos. were discontinued on the ground of non submission of documents to them.In fact it was submitted by me on same day,instead of several talks with customer care & executive at retail store(MAnsarovar complex,Sec-34,Kamothe,Navi Mumbai) they failed to continue the service yet.In this spam of time i have faced lot problems due to non communication on my both nos. and also suffer mammoth business loss.Even i told executive at retail store, he reply me about system failure and customer care insist on submission of documents.so what is my fault and why should i suffer due to worst service of those guys.So please lodge complaints against those responsible persons(infact irresponsible persons) and give me justice.

                        Hi all,

                        Very bed experience with vodafone when comes to know on one monring that the number [protected] which i am using since 4.5 yrs. Aloated someone else.

                        Due to this irresponsible the new person whom vodafone reissue my number misbehave with my family member, even till today receiving blank call and mesages..

                        This all happens only only due to vodafone such a brand name.. Then i receive a call from vodafane staff said will provide some talk time as inconvience.. But after that i have mailed many times but no responce from vodafone staff....

                        Is this is the right way to treat with customer..???

                        Never goes with vodafone...

                        Anyone who wants more clerificattion can cordiante at [protected] or [protected]...

                          I have already submitted document related to Payment of post paid mobile connection of vodafone service by ECS to vodafone customer care center at patan on last month. The service executive has been told to me the payment of next bill is directly debited from your provide detailed bank account on or before due date of your bill. But my bill due date has been gone on 18/09/12.But till date the payment of my mobile bills are not debited from my submitted bank account. When this information is given to Mr. atul by calling at customer care- center at Ahmadabad he talks with me in rough language. And tell me the payment of your bills are made in cash with late payment charges. But this is not my mistake. So, kindly helpful in this complain with correct information.The provide mobile numbers for direct payment by ECS in customer service center at patan are as below.

                            I have recently ported my number from airtel to vodafone. I had raised the porting request on 3rd sept 2012 and later i have received the sim card and handed over my documents to vodafone official rajesh came from systematic knowledge services pvt. Ltd. Andheri east, mumbai.
                            Now from yesterday i. E. 18th sept 2012, my airtel sim cards is disconnected but my vodafone sim has not been activated yet. After number of follow ups on customer care nothing fruitful came up, then i went to vodafone store mulund, mumbai to raise the concern.
                            Their i was assisted my miss ayesha shaikh their i raised the same concern stating i had some urgent meetings over the phone and my number is inactive, so i was suggested that i should buy new connection meanwhile my number get activated and this new number will be activated in maximum 4 hrs, so i bought the new number-[protected], but as usual this number is not yet been activated and when i called customer care i have been told that i takes 24 hrs to activate the number and i have been misguided by vodafone store official.

                            When i asked about my porting number i. E. [protected] i have been asked for the sim card number, after providing my number i have been told that my number is activated but the sim card number is mismatching they cannot do anything i have to go to vodafone store and buy another new sim card and have to get it activated.

                            Now considering the whole scenario in i have got following complaints and impression for vodafone:

                            1. Most important customer care is not helping and is of no use. Even if i go to vodafone store they sell me new sim just to sell more connection by hook or crook. They say lies for it.

                            2. New sim card provided for in lieu of porting my number[protected] is waste, i have to go to vodafone store and again buy new sim. What about the cost of previous sim card cost? Who will bear the cost? Attached is the receipt for the same.

                            3. Due to so much urgency i bought another new number [protected] but number did not get activated in 4 hrs as said by miss ayesha shaikh @ vodafone store mulund, mumbai. I think it was just to sell another new connection to the customer by lying to customer ignoring his urgency.

                            4. Official came from systematic knowledge services pvt. Ltd. Andheri east, mumbai they do not answer any calls i have been trying to reach them from past 2 days, even on their receipt they have written the wrong number

                            5. For escalating the issue email id provided by the customer care i. E. Vodafone. [protected]@vodafone.com is also not right. They just want to get rid of the customer even by providing wrong information.

                            This is my final try to reach to vodafone services to get my problem resolved please help me out as i have very urgent meeting and official work. I am very much disappointed with the vodafone services i would have not ported my number to vodafone if i new this kind of fake services from vodafone.

                            Vodafone — Disappointed 

                            I am very much disappointed with Vodafone and your customer care service I am saying this because that much hearted I am. I contacted several times to Custemer Care but still I didn’t get any reaction for solving my problem . I don’t know about all but some customer care executives languages are really rude to their customers some behaves good. I am saying with a lot of lot of disappointment and heart broken mind. You can provide unique offers but the most important and the most toughest is that of getting custemer’s support. I think most of the Vodafone customers left Vodafone due to this low class quality and careless manners of customer care service. I am stopping Vodafone. Thanks a lot 4 your great service…

                              Vodafone telecome company have change my plan without my consent. Becuasue of this, my monthly bill amount is increased almost by doule figure.

                              Despite of there mistake and multipe reminders from my side, they have not reversed the charges.

                                I have been using a 2G data plan on my vodafone mobile which I recently got converted to a 3G plan. As soon as I changed my plan on 15.09.12 , the company suddenly barred the outgoing calls from my phone without any notice on 16.09.12. On checking the reason, the customer service desk told me that the reason is the change of internet plan and that to correct it, I will have to make an advance payment to get the services restored (whenver an internet plan is used by my vodafone number, the amount gets added in the un-billed amount which is later deducted as per the plan while generating monthly bill). Please note that I wasn't informed about any such problem which may come up due to a change in the plan any time before this. I made a payment of Rs. 400 on 16.09.12 to get the services restored.

                                Again, on 17.09.12, the company stopped the outgoing calls facility from my phone quoting the same reason for which I made a payment a day before. After continuous calls to the customer service desk, they promised me that the services will be restored in 4 hours (by 8:30 pm on 17.09.12) which didn't happen. A false claim was made here. On checking again, they changed the timeline to 18.09.12 by 10 am which again they failed to meet. On re-checking, they promised this time to resolve the problem by 2 pm on 18.09.12 which got tentatively resolved by 3 pm. By 7pm on 18.09.12, the phone has again lost the outgoing facility.

                                Continuous follow ups, complaints and false promises by the company hasn't solved the problem yet.

                                Would request for your help to not just sort the problem, but to make the service provider understand the inconvenience, humiliation and dissatisfaction they create through such an experience.

                                  Dear Respected sir,
                                  I have activated 15 days internet pack 6 days back i got proper service for first 3 days later than whenever i try to call the customer care they tell me to call after 4 hours because they have no updates with them as well as they deduct my balance without any reason. I get tension due to unnecessary deduction of my balance and no proper service .so now you will have to extend my internet pack for 3 more days without deduction of balance .

                                    Not sure if i am at the right place but i cant express in words what am i going through??

                                    The frustration is at his par.. I would never ever ever recommend anyone to vodafone believe me if i am in place where vodafone is the only provider i prefer not using a mobile phone.

                                    The customer service sucks big time i have called them more than 100 times and when i say 100 the number is actually 100. No one is aware of the process forget about english people cant even talk proper hindi. They hung on you fool around keeps you on hold for ages and never return and when you call them again they behave like nothing has ever happened.

                                    I have been trying to unlock my iphone 3gs which is unfortunately lock to vodafone. Its been more than 6 month i have been following up on this when you call up the disgusting contact center they dont even know what unlocking. You go to the store they guide you to the contact center at times or to the apple store. Fortunately after praying and visiting many holy places i went to the vodafone store at lower parel last week raised my voice and then they remember the process and sais sir you phone will be unlock in the next 3 days its been one week no response to the requests and now when you call the contact center its again back to square one.

                                    I am fed up and mentally tourchered by vodafone. I wish i can sue them

                                      I have a postped conection of vodafone company no.[protected] . i have activated a 3G plan which rentail 250 PM vodafone company provided me 3G plan & charged me 2G standerd data use rates note fair they cheated me and acroos my creadet limit 7 only 6 days bill was Rs. 6022/- this is so high of my avarage bill. normaly my avarage bill made by vodafone is[protected]/- only & vodafone company want that I deposited my unbilled amount of Rs. 6022/- then they activate my service again. this is not fair that they provided me 3G plan & charged me with 2G standerd rates.

                                        Hi I have been using vodafone([protected]) for last more than 2 years. I applied for portability and I got the porting code vd117842 from 1901 on 08 sep-12,than and also submit the document at aircel store. There are 30 days but still I am not transfer to aircel the customer care of vodafone that there is no problem at our side and aircel store officer said that vodafone not release you, vodafone gave sample reason your port does not match, what I have to do?
                                        3rd porting sending to vodafone,
                                        1st time vodafone says - your outstanding is not clear,
                                        2nd time says - your porting code does nor match
                                        3rd time says - same excuse your porting code does not match,


                                        I reccived porting code VD 117842 from 1901 validity 23 sep 12,
                                        but
                                        vodafone received port code VD 583645 from 1901 validity 23 sep 12,

                                        how I can it possible, voda care says once again u can try for porting
