i have recharged vodafone mobile no[protected] with 555 on 6th aug 12.recharged by vodafone site.

but after payment deducted recharge on mobile not succeed and stated the message ur refund will be granted in 5 days.

It so happened that while i was trying to pay the bill online for my mobile number [protected], it showed an error and i repeated the action thrice leading to excess payment of 3300. When i spoke to the customer service, they said it cant be reimbursed online and that its a long procedure and would take a month before they could post me a check with the same value. The person named Mohammed was insisting on letting the amount get adjusted...

I MNPed my airtel number to Vodafone " [protected] ". But since that day I have been facing many problems, Previously my service was completely barred claiming that I have not submitted any proofs which i have submitted before getting new sim, then again I submitted the proof to my nearest vodafone ministore still my service was barred. Then out of desperation I publicly posted on vodafone Wall on facebook , only then I got a response....

Incoming Vodafone calls to my no. [protected] were bared after i switched from Airtel to Idea after activation
on 10/082012 Every vodafone caller is told that this no. does not exist. I have not received a single call from
vodafone numbers till date. I have lodged 5 complaints to Idea customer care but nothing
was done. They answered that this fault is at vodafone's end try vodafone.

I am using Vodafone no, I did recharge it with full talk time amount of Rs 555 on sat 25th Aug 2012. I did not received full amount for the same although its mention on site as full talk time Top up but i got only Rs493.93. I called thrice customer care every time they had different excuse for the same and assured me that with in 24 hrs I will get my remaining top up amount.

vodafone mobile connect service is worst of all. its not connecting properly, if connected, after 1-2 hours disconnects and stays disconnected for 6-7 hours. dont take this service......

I recently applied to transfer my cell number ’[protected]′ from Idea Cellular to Vodafone. Your CC Executives or so called verification team told me to pay the bill and clear the dues to finally transfer the number.

few days ago i rechard my account vodafone with three days net balance and i got the confarmaton msg sayng your net balns is activated so i strded usng net after some time the net stoped working so i closed my brower ..the msg came sayng 27 or28 rs has been detuctd frm ur account for net usage i called the costumercare and complaint obt it they said they would refund aft 24 hour it has been mre than 3 days...

when i asked the customer care executive to register the complaint against the recharge unsuccesful
they are not taking any complaint from me
and they are telling that we are forwarding your cal to the higher officials and they are disconnecting the cal after saying that
i called again i asked to register a complaint even they are not responding to any of the cal...

This is 3rd time i m registering against vodafone. Regarding non recieving of sms from banks dishtv, and other companies. On this site i have registered complaint n 10 th aug and 17 aug. But but problem has not been rectified till date.
