This is to notify that it is really pathetic that i have logged a complain regarding my bill adjustment as during the activation process i had asked the concerened employee to activate the GPRS connection of 98 pack, but it was not activated and my bill shooted up to 1800 in 10days.
On logging a complain i was said a call back will be arranged as on 5th sep 2012 by 1 pm, but no such calls has been made and accordingly wth my lattest information from customer care i am being said it will be done as on 10th september 2012.
2ndly i had asked for a hard copy for my bills, but i am geting soft copy for the same. on enquiry from a telephonic executive Mr
Mahesh Parab he says " i had asked for the soft copy " which directly points that the consumer is false.
On asking for his employee id or for logging a direct complain to a manager he says its confidential and neither they are given vodafone corporate email id,s. So i asked him to transfer my call to his senior and the phone gets disconnected, and no call back is made after that. So please tell where should this get solved, or i need to to the consumer court.

Vodafone Telecom — forgery
Hi,i am vinay sawant from goa, i had taken a postpaid connection long time back and i was regularly using d service and my bill payment was regular, i stopped using the number coz i was out of state for couple of months and my bill was pending, i had informed the custmer care to deactivate the servicce which they din do, finally they cancclled my num([protected]) and it was given to sum one in mahashtra without informing me, my due was 3200, which i have cleared and i have the recipt of the same, after paying the amount i had asked Mr, Newton who looks after vodafone goa to send my full and final settelment , he said he will send me thru mail in half hours time. but till today he nt responding to my calls nor send me d letter, on top of that when i send him a message to give me his zonal head nub he call me back and use abusing language, i dont feel this is the way you people communicate to the custmer. here i want to file a complaint against him. hope to get help from u for the same. i want company to take acation against him o elase i would go to the consumer court. i have the recording of the same.
