sir iam using this no. service from last 6 years but due to billing problem and no discount provided by operator
iwant to change the service provider but vodafone has rejected my porting request three times without giving
any reason so mentally iam harashed and iwant to port these nos [protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]
first two nos are my nos. and other are my friends nos. they also have the same experince
so please help us

    they blocked my sim card without any reason 2 days back saying it was in non use. they can check their data, my number wasnt in non use. customer care says my number shows working fine in their system , so they cannot do anything about this. officer here is not cooperating and talks very rudely and harshly. what shall i do? shall i go to consumer court?

    i my sim it showing that i am not a prepaid subscriber.but actually i am prepaid costemer .and all outgoing calls are bloked.please take immediate action.
    I have purchased Vodafone sim that was purchased few months back from a dealer. This sim is nothing more than a lemon.Approximately a day after owning this sim, the fiasco all began when it was deactivated. This left me stranded because of the Problem. I lost time from work and assured my management a similar situation would not happen again.
    Having said the problem will recover soon, but now almost 4 months passed but the problem still persist.every time i enter into nerul zonal office they give me different ideas as to contact vashi office andheri office which i tried, last week the lady over there told me to give in writing what exactly happened but now she denied. in there system my name exist but they are telling me to bring the packet (what a bull ) who keeps the wraper after having a chocolate. actully now i fed up with even the name of vodafone, i just want my money back (a)which i purchased from dealer (b)which i paid to nerul gallery for the new sim card replacement

    Tell me frankly who will sort out this complaint, (BPL, Airtel, or Orange) any IDEA, because they straight way saying that we can not do anything eventhough they provide me the duplicate sim card after confirming to their system.

    i had buyed my sim last month , i had given the proof to the near by shop after 3 days the out going call is barred . now near by shop is closed for long time 1 month& again i given proof to the chrompet vodaphone store 2 dayes before 18/9/2009 , but now also no repley are call not activated , iam very angry to use vodaphone

    I am having a vodafone mo no. [protected], in the month of aug my handset got damaged, which is repaired just now. Now when I inserted the Sim it shown registration failed, Where at the time of getting hand set damaged my sim was life time prepaid sim and having around Rs. 30 talk value balance. How it could be possible to disconnect a life time validity sim without any information, and what should I do to get my money back? why should I bear the loss without any fault? Should I go to consumer forum?

    I am unable to make a call with my vodafone number [protected] and whenever I try to make a call message comes that this number is barred. A number of complaints have been lodged with vodafone touch point NIRSHA, DHANBAD and also on number 111, even frequent personal visits have been paid to above mentioned service centre during the last 10 days however, the mobile number has not yet been rectified, they always give assurance that it will be rectified soon. Lot of our energy, time and money has been wasted in lodging complaints and paying frequent visits to service centre now we are obliged to write to you with hope that our problem will be heard and solved.

      sir this complaint is regarding changing the plan of my cell phone number . they changed my plan without giving any prior information to me and even they are not ready to listen to me whenever i call to there customer care they always put my call on hold for a long time such as 10 minutes 9 minutes and then disconnect my call ...so what should i do know please help me as soon as possible....

        Hi,

        I have done MNP to Vodafone through our corporate scheme at Tech Mahindra. but since then, I am hardly able to use GPRS for browing Internet or related services. I have raised the complaint almost 3 weeks back, but haven't got any resolution so far.

        Despite having 5GB included into our corporate plan, I could hardly able to consume 100MB due to such "PATHETIC" connectivity. Also, when I use my 3G handset as a Modemn, it never connects....... download speed is just 0.0 kbps....... :)

        I hope concerned authority would look into this matter on priority........

        In spite of many requests and "so called" resolutions from Vodafone network teams, GPRS on my corporate connection "[protected]" is still running pathetic. absolutely no connectivity, neither I can browse on by 3G phone nor I can browse using it as modemn with my Laptop/Desktop.

        is this the speciality of Vodafone under corporate scheme or what? suggest me the good reason, why I should continue paying you for the same? would you reimburse these charges?

          i have my mobile no [protected] from last 5 yrs or so. i want to carry the same for life time so i covert it in PRE PAID.
          As per the TRAI regulation same got disconnect because of non usage for 20 days.

          But as per their rules i went VODAFONE stores thrice and mailed them about 15 times, to take back that no. Every time they delayed me by tomorrow we will release the same to you . but finally they issued the same no to someone else.

          without this no now i am not able to get done my all pending and regular work.

          I request to you please provide this no back to me

            I recharged my cell with 222INR in the afternoon and had some 230 INR as balance.
            At midnight I got a message that my data plan has expired in response to which i switched off all my data services and immediately recharged with a new data plan of INR 99. (I have been using it for months in continuity)

            After I received a message from vodafone that my data plan has been activated; then and only THEN did i start using my data services again.
            In the morning when i got up and tried making calls; i was not able to as my balance has been nullified.
            I called vodafone call center and they are not entertaining any requests made for the same.

              I called customer care regarding a issue and i had a word with Rajesh (a punjabi) he kept giving me the same answer but i was not able to understand his language as he was eating up words and i kept telling him the same thing then he used abbusive language and then i lost my temper and i also gave him some. however it was started by him at around 22:20. Then i called back at 22:32 and i spoke to Karuna and i asked her to transfer my call to her senior which she did however i am sure that the person whom i was talking to was also a executive as he was also very rude to me then i called up 198(complaints helpline number) at 22:40 and i had a word with balwant and i also told him the whole story and asked him to transfer my call to his senior which he did not rather he told me that his senior is not available and disconnected the call. Then again at 22:48 and 22:53 i had a word with Harshdeep and Karuna again and they kept telling me that their senior is not available and i should call up after 2 hours.

              Kindly reply as i am going to file a complaint against these guys.

              Dear Sir/Madame,

              i am one of the user of vodafone and i am regretting on my decision. the mobile no is [protected], it's on my brother's name Ashwini kumar but i am (deepshikha) using this no. the issue is i paid my january bill and changed my plan in January end ..when i got my bill for febreuary the amount was high so i contacted vodafone and asked for itemised bill they told me to do it on IVR. when i called on IVR as usual vodafone was facing technical issue, so i phoned again informed this and asked for itemised bill they said within weeks time i 'll receive it...but 2 weeks passed and i didn't receive it . Then one day they barred my outgoing services i called them and informed i have not received the bill how can u barred my outgoing the guy told me ..within 2hrs the line will get active but i need to log on vodafone website check my bill and make the payment immediately i tried to log on but the happy to help vodafone was not giving any option to fill my number or password... again some technical problem.on 28th march i received the itemised bill. now it's month end i 'll receive the salary on 5th april ..today morning when i received the call i informed the representative that within 1 week i will make the payment with all the late payment charges and interest...but he was not ready to listen and insulted me ..then my brother took the phone and he tried to explain the same thing that within a week we will make the payment..but

              that man spoke like he owns the company and said in threatening way that he will come to our house and see how we don't make the payment. If this is the way to deal with customer then i am really sorry for the company and i request to the authority of consumer forum to make some strict rules for them...i am not denying that .. customers are always genuine but if a customer in genuine he won't take the of any body. i called them so many times and they took time in sending the itemised bill why should i take the of a mere employee of the vodafone i am not denying the payment, that i will do for sure within a week. but i have big time problem with that guy whose name was Arun and he called from this no .[protected].

              i hope you will do the needful and give them a lesson so that in future they will think 10 times before using abusive language or threatening to the customer.

              Dear Team,

              I have taken a connection from Vodafone, this connection was taken about a year and half back while hutch was the service provider. My payments were prompt.

              After the take over of Vodafone I get charged for servives that I have never requested ( Beauty tips).

              When I called customer care abt this there wasn't any proper responce and the agent hung up the phone.

              I decided not to pay the bill untill I get the clarification, when multiple from Vodafone called me for bill payment I responded that I need the proof why the services are billed to me fro bill payment.

              Now the issue has gone so much that someone from Vodafone legal calls me and my relatives for bill payment and using obscene language.

              This is quite disturbing and would like to get justice.

                Hi,
                I want to raise complaint againt vodafone.
                I have been speaking to vodafone to resolve the issue for the past 3 month.
                But there has been no resolution.

                I have been using vodafone no ie [protected] for over 2 years, its a postpaid number.
                Never ever had my monthly bill crossed rs. 1000/- and from past few months not even rs.500/-
                I was charged rs:2600 for the month of june, 2012
                Of which rs 2000 was for the internet charges which i never used. (They say within 2 day i used internet for rs 2000 internet. I don’t know how they are charging without informing customer about tarrif before use. All of sudden they gave me bill of rs 2600/-

                Having complained and personally visiting the vodafone store like a million times. My issue still stands unresolved.. Have literally been tortured to no extent by the incessant calling from vodafone.

                And every month they pass on my case to a different individual, and have to explain him the whole story again.
                Having even approached the relationship managers and have written him 3-4 times, but there has been no response.

                Now they have sent me legal notice which says me to pay rs 2927 on or before 11th of september 2012. I am ready to pay only the call charges which i used and am liable for.

                In fact, when i came to know that the bill has cross my crdeit limit in the month of june, i gave a call to vodafone care to deactivate it.. It took them 2 weeks to deactivate it and now the bill came to rs 2927/-.

                Have never seen such a terrible customer service from any organization.
                It has been pathetic to say the least. I hope the managers following this thread make note.
                Now using vodafone no is a nightmare for me.

                Vodafone — Invalid Bill

                Hi,

                This is Srinath Miriyala and I'm a corporate employee. I have an issue with the vodafone services, my last month bill was generated for rupees 2700. Normally my bill amount will be somewhere around 600 to 700 average. When I check my itemization bill there has been a charge of 2095 rupees for usage of IPhone Internet wherein I already have a plan active for Rs 199 and it gives me 3GB usage. Now I did not complete that 3GB usage but still the charges have been levied for 2095 Rs.

                I raised a complaint on this regard on 25th Jan and they said it has been charged in error and are in process of reverting it back. Now my outgoing has been bared and when i asked them to activate my outgoing they are saying to pay the amount of 2700 now and this will be credited in next month's bill.

                Vodafone is not ready to activate my services even there is an error from there end. This has been repeated twice and they are not ready to activate unless we pay the whole bill with the incorrectly charged.

                I'm very unhappy with this regard, when I said I'll sue you on this regard with the customer care person she (Ayesha) said okay sir sure.

                I just want to bring it your notice so that you could help on this.

                    With reference to the above subject, I had procured the Vodafone Data broadband bearing # [protected] on 17th March 2012.
                    But the same has not been activated till now even after many follow vps with customer care.
                    I have already complained to customer care which is of no use till now,
                    I had personally met Vodafone store & informed them the issues but also no response.
                    I have discussed with BHR & Facility Admin in our office that many of your Vodafone guys enter the office & try to sell the products.
                    When our employees having any issues, there will be no action from your Vodafone guys.
                    So now cancel my name in the sim # [protected] & moving forward, we will not entertain this
                    And i send a mail to '[protected]@corpsales.in' but there is no respond also .so kindly do the need full regading this

                      Hi,

                      This is with refrence to the overbilling of my post-paid number [protected] for the month cycle Aug-Sep, 2012; and the consecutive unprofessinal conduct of Vodafone’s customercare at ’198′.

                      My average monthly bill is around Rs. 750-900, with 3G data usage of around 750-1000mb per month. However, I was amazed at the bill statement for Aug,2012, when i received the bill for Rs. 3400 inflated due to misstatement of my 3G data usage to around 2600mb. My daily usage is around 35-50 mb, and has never crossed 100mb since the beginning of my connection (which can be confirmed from my past bills). The usage statement is in line till 23 Aug, 2012; however, suddenly it shows daily usage of 700mb, 450mb, 350mb etc. I can confirm it with utmost confidence that there was no change in data usage and something like this would require me to download movies for entire day, and am more than happy doing it on my broadband conncetion with unlimited usage, so in short, i have not used the services to anywhere close to what they have stated.

                      After this when i contacted the cutsomcare at 198, they gave me the complaint number ’[protected]′ saying that i would be contacted by his senior within a day. When no one called up, i again reached ’198′ and when i asked the status for the complaint number, i was told that none such complaint id exist and when i asked them to generate a fresh one I was denied of the same. I again tried to get a complaint id by calling the helpline three times but for no success. When i had a chat with his senior, he transfered me to the billing department who again refused to generate the complaint id and simply said you have used the data without listening to any reasoning.

                      Then when i shot a mail to their corporate complaint id, I did receive a humble mail, but clearly stating that the usage has been generated by my SIM and I have to pay it.

                      My view is, that this is not the first instance that they have mis-stated the usage for customers, your complaint boxes are full of such instances. And if I pay this one time it would be a bad example to this virtual ransome they hold me to. What will I do if they add two zeroes or may be three after my bill and say it has been generated from your SIM and you will have to pay it. This is totally fraudulent practice and I would love to see a positive action taken against the same, so that I can retain my same number while paying the bill for what I have used (around Rs800).

                            Unauthrorised Money deduction from Balance resulting in negative balance by Vodafone Services. None of the balance checking options or their customer service are working. They have looped in the Automated Teller Phones and avoiding general people to get in touch with Customer Care.
                            Worst Services and Illegal money deduction from Customer with false commitments and below the ZERO technical support. I would like to refund all the deductions made without providing me a single service of blackberry and other phones. *141# and other codes are automatically deactivated so that customers donot come to know what is happening in the background and no information. Neither 111 works. On contacting them from Reliance, the "Speak to Customer Services" are deactivated so that one cannot speak to them. This is a gross violation of the ISP and many Indian Customers are suffering with huge money loss. Need immediate action.

                              vodafone has activated some sayari jokes in my mobile connection with number as [protected]. I tried to connect the customer care but the when it connects the lady ask the name and when i address the complaint they don't give any response. I am annoyed with this kind of services. I want my money deducted from my account and also need to activate do not disturb service in my connection. Kindly help me to get it done.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I am a vodafone customer. Yesterday I receive three messages from Vodafone that your caller tunes is activated now & they deduct the charges against this also. We called customercare & enquire about this ,as we have not requested this type of services. They told me to contact after 2 hours coz they hv not any update by that time. at 10.00Pm, after two hours, I again called them. they told me that they called me for caller tune & i select this from there. But actually, the fact is that we d'nt receive any call from their end. Now they are telling that you have call at 6.30. But i d'nt receive any call at that time. I ask them to check again but they refuse & said that now nothing can be done.
                              Now the fact is that
                              1) they are telling a lie that they called us for this activation.....
                              2) They are refusing to return my money.
                              3) when i request them to sernd all these details in written by main or by courier, they refused their also.
                              4) No senior authority was there to take the call further. They told me that i called them late that's y no senior person is there.
                              THEY ARE REFUSING AT EACH STAGE. They are not replying properly.

                              IT WAS THE WORST SERVICE FOE ME NOW........

                              You are requted to take my complaint & take action against this.

                                I made a call to Vodafone Care 111 at 17:26Hrs on 08th Sep 2012 with a request my call was taken by Sunil Patel or Sunil Patil.
                                My Request - My unbilled amount on 4th Sep 2012 was INR 19.27. I use Vodafone CUG therefore entitled to a couple of discounts. on 7th Morning i.e within 3 days my unbilled amount went up to INR 667. Now I do realize that this is possible only when i am making calls or browsing the internet or sending SMS's. Would anyone not call if they feel there is something wrong happening? But my point is that I am a conscious user, and I know my usage, therefore I wanted to find out in the beginning of the month about this discrepancy.
                                Vodafone Care Response - they are ready to send me last months bills. And are not ready to help me with a one liner email saying that this information is not available with them.
                                I kept my cool and explained Mr. Sunil Patel or Patil that why is it that he always gives me an answer which is not relevant to what I am asking. I asked him can you send me an intermediate unbilled amount breakup. He says yes I can send you the last month’s bills. He was not even listening to me. Then I literarily took about 5 mins to explain him that he can say no to me if its not possible however I wanted a one liner email from Vodafone which I have already discussed. To this Sunil said this was not possible, I asked him to speak to someone senior, 10mins later he says that he will send me last months bill.
                                I got really impatient by now and asked him the manager’s name. He did not disclose the name. And now became very confident that since his manager has ignored the query nothing can happen now.
                                Irony of the story is Mr. Sunil asked me weather or not I am satisfied with the call. I told him if you cannot help me then let me try getting in touch with the Hyatt Contracting Head who deals with Vodafone. It was unexpected what this kid had to say about it next He says “PERFECT SIR”.
                                I don’t know who this guy is and he definitely does not know where I come from.
                                After all this humiliation from a kid, I am not going to make any bill payments unless some one senior in Vodafone writes back with an explanation. Also I would like this person who writes back to me to listen to this tele –con which went to almost about 27 minutes. Time and date of this call is given. FCC ID is Q78 and model No is k 3770 Z. Invoice No is[protected] on behalf of Mr Subhashish Dutta. the number displays on data card is CE 1588 ROHF, made in China.
                                  Regret to say that the internet connection was very poor ( although speed displays 7.2 MBPS). Connection was lost in the midway; i couldn't connect maximum times. Several request were made to the shop, but there was no response. After using one month I again recharged an amount of 449.00, but the amount was lost without any use. Again I have complained to the shop, but there was no reply.
                                  I don't want this connection and please back my money. It's helpful if I can get other connection in this card.

                                    I bought a datacard from Vodafone for my iPad two months back. As you know , you can't sent / receive msgs from iPad. I tried to get a Vodafone account , hence created it. I specifically asked to send the password to email. I did not get it at all. Now I couldn't register the account nor create a new one nor delete it.
                                    So, I sent an email to do something about it.
                                    The issue still remains. I have sent emails about 5 times. People have called me from customer care as well.
                                    One thing that baffles me is the quality of customer care and their understanding on the issue when they call a customer care.
                                    None of them reads my complaint and understands the issue.
                                    They promise to rectify it within day's but still not resolved.
                                    It's not a big issue. But, I did not expect it from a company which has world wide presence. Do they treat complaints or issues in UK the same way they are doing here in India.

                                        This is to notify that it is really pathetic that i have logged a complain regarding my bill adjustment as during the activation process i had asked the concerened employee to activate the GPRS connection of 98 pack, but it was not activated and my bill shooted up to 1800 in 10days.
                                        On logging a complain i was said a call back will be arranged as on 5th sep 2012 by 1 pm, but no such calls has been made and accordingly wth my lattest information from customer care i am being said it will be done as on 10th september 2012.

                                        2ndly i had asked for a hard copy for my bills, but i am geting soft copy for the same. on enquiry from a telephonic executive Mr
                                        Mahesh Parab he says " i had asked for the soft copy " which directly points that the consumer is false.


                                        On asking for his employee id or for logging a direct complain to a manager he says its confidential and neither they are given vodafone corporate email id,s. So i asked him to transfer my call to his senior and the phone gets disconnected, and no call back is made after that. So please tell where should this get solved, or i need to to the consumer court.
