I m using Vodafone([protected]) Internet Blackberry Plan 399 which is unlimited downloading and Uploading Plan. But since two days I m noticing that my Internet is not working properly and when it works a bit, my balance starts deducting at quick interval. I have called Vodafone care (rekha,ajay ,sachin,madhu,mohsin etc)for more than 7-8 times on 198 but every time the person gives different foolish reasons. I have request many time to transfer my call to senior but the senior are also not listening to me , they pretend that its my fault every now and then. Even I visited Blackberry service center as per they said but nothing happened as Blackberry person said this complain is not from our side contact Vodafone care, So i visited Vodafone care Store in Santacruz W and met Vijay their, He saw my mobile and did some configuration and said now I guarantee you that your balance will not be deducted in future. Never the less as I left the Vodafone care office ,just after half an hour again my balance started deducting. I m fed up .Now the Vodafone care 198 are not ready to talk to me properly and even they are not ready to take down my complain.
I hope my request will be entertained soon.

We called on your number but could not reach you. Please note that you have been charged for using third party application. A recharge for Rs.99/- along with Rs.399/-pack has to be made to avoid any further deduction. Kindly get back to us, if you need any further assistance.

Vodafone India — Charging for GPRS
Hi,Every time i start browsing internet they charge me for every usage, even though i will be having free data usage. I spoke to a customer care executive regarding the same and he cross verified and said yes it was a mistake from vodafone and he gave me the reference number[protected] and asked me to call back after sometime. When i called them the very next time the concerned supervisor (SHREEDEVI) and her manager (Sherine) said its a mistake from my side. That too the supervisor (Shreedevi) behaved too rudely and said i cannot help and in fact threaten me saying do what ever you want i know how to handle it. Till now i have been charged more than 20 Rupees and more over they dont know how to treat a customer. VODAFONE says " WE ARE HAPPY TO HELP YOU", what does that really mean to them. My concern is please refund my amount and don't take a action on concerned persons.
