Iam prashant s patil my mobile no[protected] iam vodafone postpaid user my rental plan is 399 rupay with 100 rupay discount is 299 plan with 1gb internet free .Know sep 2012 bill comming is 2171 Iam absolutely stun at what basis i have been charged this amount .Even i had already complained the hole month my internet not working proper to the Vodafone customer care but again i got to know from them one more thing that i have been used internet of Rs11000 for one month .what is going on this is absolutely shocking no service company will charge such thing even unlimited pack also not more 600 Rs .Only 140 MB extra used in that month they are charges Rs 1400 for that but problem is iam used normal but internet not working proper even they are not entimate to customer your internet uses beyond the plan .Know iam visiting to vodafone care centre iam explain every thing hole month internet not working proper then to why charging extra they are agree last two month 2G network not proper lot of peaple complaing against this plz need proper guideline. Even iam already sended sms to 111 DL 400 to jun 21 for reduce credit limit and igot reply sms to its proces then why to bill more than this amount.Need proper help.

    I had called up Nodal office on 14th Sept 2012 and complained regarding excessive billing. They mentioned that they will call me back on Monday i.e. 17th Sept 2012 but no call received till date.

    Credit limit is Rs.3k then how come it got exceeded and bill crossed to Rs.16k. i dnt understand this.
    I received msg on 2nd Sept 2012 mentioning that my credit limit is 3k and current unbilled amount is Rs.2942/-
    then on 3rd Sept 2012, i received an msg mentioning "Yr services would be barred as usage of Rs. 10535 (approx) has crossed credit limit. To restore, pl make pmt. for nearest store sms STORE <Area> <Ctiy> to 111.
    In one day, the credit limit crossed Rs.10k and the system didnt barred my services. When the limit has been set for 3k then how did it exceed it.
    There was no initimation regarding the crossing of data plan. How will a customer will be aware o[censored]sage going above the limit. There should an message sent to notify that you are going to cross the limit o[censored]sage etc.

    Vodafone — Billing crosses Credit limit

    I had given a credit limit of Rs. 500.00 for my Vodafone number. I cannot believe that Vodafone did not stop the usgae at my credit limit and was surprised to receive a bill of Rs. 926.41 for March 2008 and Rs. 877.71 for January 2008.

    The creidt limit is not the best method to put a cap on your monthly bill as you can see in my case. Beware that Vodafone will recover the excess amount for which you have not planned but will have to pay.

    I remain a Cheated customer by Vodafone.
    I have vodafone connection with my mobile no [protected]. I am using this services since past 10 years. My maximum bill amount would be not more than Rs. 5, 000 ever since I am using the services. During this years, I have been travelling national and international, inspite of that it never exceeded Rs. 5000/- per month.

    I have never delayed or defaulted ever in my payment in the past since beginning. My credit limit is set to Rs. 10, 100/- in case of any misuse or so to avoid further liabilities on payments.

    Recently I travelled to Australia on 4th Sept till 26th Sept 08. I kept checking my bills as to control and check if any excess usage beyond my needs.

    On 7th Sept my bill amount by SMS was Rs. 449/- due. and suddenly on 13th Sept it was shown outstanding of Rs. 50, 237/-.

    The credit limit set was exceeded and I do not know how and why?

    I sent an email from Australia to vodafone asking to help me understand what happened and how can they help me?

    To my surprise, my services was disconnedcted from immediate effect in the middle of my business tour without any information or explaination to my mail request.

    I suffered the whole tour till I returned back to India.

    I called up their call center to seek help and I was advised to pay the maximum of my previous bill amount so as to make my intentios clear and more importantly resuming my services. I paid Rs. 5000/- as a lump sum as advised by the call centre executive.

    To my surprise, my services were not resumed and since then vodafone is chasing me to pay the whole amount for no fault of mine.

    I have expressed my readiness to pay the amount which is equal to my credit limit as I feel I am liable to pay in any circumstances since I was in possesion of the hand set and responsible for misuse if any.

    I also had taken 24X7 full time connection in my hotel room for my usage and hence I do not understand how and why the GPRS was billled on me. However, I 'own' the usage as said earlier.

    My submission is,

    1. If, The Vodafone machinery never deactivated the connection when the maximum credit limit was exceeded, why should I be forced to pay the whole amount?

    2. Vodafone collection team comes with a discount offer to settle the issue but I feel since the problem occured due to their technical limitations and hence I should not be penalised for the same.

    I have extended myself and offered them to pay more than the credite limit up to 100% and that is the best I feel I should do being 'not at fault' in this case.

    I am working for a reputable multinational compnay and I hail from a cultured family with highest value system. I feel like putting this fact here to assure all that my intention is not to cheat but get justice out of the whole episode.

    Balance supporting documents etc can be produced at an appropirate time as required.

    Thank you for your post. Even I am a being billed excessively by Vodafone.

    My billing has been excessive always and so I changed my plan to Rs. 199/- corporate plan. The first 1 or 2 months the billing was reasonable. But after that I was billed around Rs. 995/- and the email of my detailed itemized bill was not sent to me as usual. I had to call up customer care and request for the same. I got suspicious and installed a call logging software on my phone. The log creates files names with the number to which the call was made followed by date and time. To my surprise the logs show that there were 41 calls made which starts with the text "NoNumber" followed by "_dd-mm_hh-mm-ss" where, dd represents the date, the first mm for the month, hh for the hour, the second mm for minutes and ss for seconds. There are few other details which I don't want to disclose now.

    I am still investigating on my detail itemized bill and if there are any new findings I will post the same. I too am looking for justice and decided to take action if need be.

    Installing such a logging software on your phone it is supports is a good idea.

      i have been a subsriber of vodafone 2G usb stick from the last 3 years and have taken thier plan by paying by theadvancefor my limited usage asper the plan offered - currently i paid 4605/- in june to renew my subscription. since the last 3 years or 36 months my usage has always been limited to 2mb and less drawng the point that it was never used beyonfd the stipulated level. recently there was an inflated bill of 7000 approx from the service provider asking me to pay up or else the connection be disconnected. i appealed and requested for the usage details which was not provided. the usage at our end is still the same then how come thew inflated bill. all i get is calls from customer service and the nodal office for payment of bill. while no details of the usage is provided. as a consumer i hv already paid the annual charges in advance for the limited usage as per my history with the service provider. my no is [protected].for the usb 2g stick.i am at a loss to understand that the usage was suddenly billed for a very high AMOUNT. the connectivity of the same is so pathateic that such a huge usage is not possible. they offered to send an engineer for checking the same within 24 hrs of request. inspite of couple of requests orally and verbally no one till date has appeared. the company refuses to provide any details but want us to pay for some billing error at their end, without disclosing details or checking the users history.. the fact is we have paid the full year charges in advance then where is the question of paying more.the service provider is fleecing us

      I asked for change in Tarrif to Vodafone executive to 998 yearly plan in which falr 50paise call is there local (any mobile and landline. He also confirmed me the activation of STD @1.2 and Message @10paise foor 500 messages from 10 PM to 10AM at a monthly rental of 30 each.

      I called accordingly and message accordingly between those timings only.

      Now they are charging me message @ 1.2 each and STD @ 2.25 per minute and also local to landline at higher rate.

      Please help me out and reimburse my 2 months Excess billing.

      Hi, I want to convert my prepaid sim to post paid.what would i have to submit..(documents).and wht is the procedure for that?
      Last 6 month back, i have given a request to extend my 2years advance rental plan (which was completed) to 3years advance rental plan, for which i paid Rs. 999 at that time. But since that time i will have to pay 149 rental plan, i dont under stand why they send bill of 149 plan eventhough, i have paid advance rental of Rs 999 for 3 years.

      Yesterday i paid tthe bill of Rs. 300, and just know i got the SMS from Hutch care that my out standing now on 11 april is Rs. 610.

      I dont know what the hell they are doing. Evenafter saveral complaints at their hutch care, i have not received any reply.

      I have taken a plan of rs. 998/- in the month of May one year back. now i have again received a bill of rs. 1417.84 in the month of June (including the advance rental of Rs. 998/-). but sir now i am not interested in this plan due to the following reasons.

      1. When i had taken this bill plan the call charges are different but now the call charges are less as compared to the previous one.

      i had taken an usb and related sim from vodafone c.p circle new delhi in my name (r k yadav, 2 lodhi estate, n.d-3)by giving relevant doccument + a postpaid connection on same day at a time([protected]), but one side they started the p.p no.but the no.(sim)purchased for usb is yet not connected and without feeling shame they served the bill and reason replied by them is address is not been confirmed(adress proof of postpaid & [protected]@sim is same), ., , , , so funny, ., evenly there customercare were very rough and indicent while asking about the matter, ., ., , .

      Ours is a TC- 199 STD plan in which the STD was @ Rs1.00 per call pm.and first 300 minutes free talkime.Rs.300 local SMS free to any mobile.MOBILE NO.[protected]
      First bill was recieved for Rs.47for the period 06.12.08 to 11.12.08 f.In which the STD calls were
      charged @ Rs.2.40 pm per call. Your representives had visited our residence several times and we had told the problems.They had taken the details and also the copy of the bill but no response till date.Further I got the message in my mobile stating that the bill for the period 12.12.2008 to 12.01.09 is amounting to Rs.614/- and the bill will be despatched shortly. But till date not received . When we went to the nearest vodofone service centre and enquired they gave the details that the STD charges were @ Rs.2.50/- Rs.100 fine for no balance in the account. it is to mention here that when the account is under the ECS scheme there is no question of balance.since the salary is credited in the account and as on date Rs.4000 to 5000 is avaliable.and duplicate bill will sent in 10 days .Hence it is very disappoint to tell that I am surrending both my SIMS immediately. One SIM is not at all used.and dont konw what all charges will be charged.Hence I request you to kindly clarify the above points and refund both the sims charges immediately with out any deductions.

      This is regarding excess billing on my mobile no [protected] maharashtra.
      I had taken Prmo GPRS 499 plan I decided to cancel the service so I made a request for the same dated 29/11/2008 & the request was processed & my service was cancelled on the same day, as my billing cycle was from 25th to 24th of next month I was charged for that month i.e for the date 25/11/2008 to 24/12/2008. that was not a problem but then too I am being charged in other bill dated 25/01/2009 having bill no [protected] for billing period 25/12/08 to 24/01/09.
      Sir I called your call center dated 26/1/09 & spoke to Ms Kinnari Parikh & she confirmed for the cancellation of the service .
      I called again on 30/01/09 & complained regarding excess billing, I was told that there would be a feed back from Vodafone side within 24 hrs I never got a call.
      I again called up on 31/01/09 & I was told that I wont get any reversal for the excess billing, then I insisted that I want to speak with someone senior the the line was transferred to Ms Laxmi & was assured by her that I would get the reversal for the same and gave me my 1st complain no i.e 67121978 any was assured that I would get a call by 4 pm or within 24 hrs, THERE WAS NO CALL.
      I again called on 5/2/09 at around 12 in the afternoon & got the same reply and never got a call.
      I again called on 09/02/09 in around 4 pm and was transferred to some one senior & he bluntly replied that he cant do any thing and I will have to go to the Vodafone store and register a complaint there, after so much follow up I was told after around 12 to 15 days that nothing can be done I had to visit personally & the guy was not at all ready to take any complain, I don’t know what kind of service Vodafone is offering ? very ashamed of having such a service.

      Even I 'm facing a similar problem.
      I put my Vodafone SIM in safe custody before I could leave India and I paid some depoite for a period of 3 to six months. After two months I received an email version of bill stating I need to make a payment of 2, 684.00. This bill incliudes some call charges and also charges for most of the services which I de-activated.

      Imagine what would have happened if I had given a standing instruction for ECS clearence.
      i am sunil chauhan my mobile no. is [protected] .this month my billing ammount is1818.33 .bill period is 20 -02-09 to19-03-09.but monthlyrental charged 20-03-09 to19-04-09. i used talk399 vodafone super plane vodafone excutive say that in this plan 399 Rs.monthly rent and up to 1000 local call and1000 s.t.d. calls and1000 s.m.s. charge 10 paise call but in this bill charged 1.30call i ruqest you that make my bill properly thankyou.
      i have transfer our vodafone no.[protected] pripaid to pospaid but 2days ago my pospaid conection is bnot activat pl. do somthing

      I have Vodafone Mobile No. [protected]. I was told to provide 100 MB data free usage internet, so I used internet in mobile.Today at about 12.10 AM I used internet in my mobile, but my balance has been reduced to Rs. -9.70 from Rs. +74.50 and received message after about half an hour from amount deduction that the Free usage has been finished.
      So Vodafone fool me and and deducted unauthorised amount from my balance. Kindly help me for refund from Vodafone.

      I have received a call from Vodafone to avail a postpaid facility. After hearing that charming offer I took the connection for only Rs 199 rental per month and 24hrs free upon a particular vodafone number.

      Only after a week use I was charged Rs 10500. I was traying to customer care hundred times but was unanswered. Please avoid this vodafone. Its my kind request to all the customers.

      Vodafone - Gujarat — Billing errors

      I am a vodaphone customer and yesterday morning I took time out of my busy day off and went to recharge my pre paid connection. I recharged it for Rs. 500 and hardly made a few local calls and took a nap in the afternoon. At 5 I went for a movie and right after the show ( 7:20 PM ) I check my balance and it is down to rs 91.00. I call customer car and they tell me that the my GPRS is on that is why I got charged and the last access was between 6 and 7 pm .

      Now I showed them the movie ticket as proof and Mr. Kalpesh at the Vodaphone office near Stadium circle told me that the matter would be resolved by the 25th.

      I am waiting for the resolution to this and more updates will follow.

      I have cancelled my vodafone billing mb sim card [protected] by visiting vodafone galary at churchgate branch in the month of aug and submit the communication letter for discontinue the services.My ph services incoming and outgoing has been discontinue after 2days,but since last sept 2010 they are deducting every month rs/-550 to rs/-1000 without any reason.When I asked them why they are deducting the money they said they had not received any letter from my side for disconnecting ph services.When IM not getting any call and I cant call and services are also discontinue than how can they say that they had not received letter.

      As my address had changed and my bill was going at old address I was not aware my money is deducted from my credit card,when I checked my mail I come to know that the company had cheated me.

      I hope you will understand my problem and help me in getting my money back.

      I am using Vodafone from many years, this month i have received bill amounting to Rs.8,000/- which includes some Vodafone live charges of Rs.5000/- which i don't use. when i visit to the Vodafone Gallery and ask for details of my bill but they are unable to produce the same.       Dear Sir, Presently i am using vodafone services on the package of Rs249/- with 2GB data usage,Vodafone was changed the plan without my notice and removed the data plan from my existing package on 13.07.2012,The same was sent through message on 27.07.2012.During this period i was used the data as usual.For the data usage vodafone was billed an amount of Rs495/- which is not in my notice.when we contact the nearest vodafone outlet they are saying we cannot do anything on the bill.

I was told him i want incoming and outgoing calls services and Rs.47/- sms pack for messages, I was also told I don&#039;t want any extra other facilities, specially I was told please cancelled ISD facilities from my mobile services. that time Mr. Ajay was stopped all extra facilities in his computer and told me now all facilities was stooped now on wards. then after in most of my bill i was charged by Vodafone company for international messages and that&#039;s wrong charged. another things my most of billing charge is Rs.300/- to 350/- every months and now i got billing for Rs.599.26/- as per bill dated 22/02/2013.
      this is excess billings, i am never using this much mobile calls.please help me for this excess billing charges. i am not paying this excess charges bill now Vodafone disconnect my services, i am giving complain to Vodafone but they are not accept my complain. even they not register my complain.
      I am a vodafone postpaid customer for 7 years and have 2 vodafone numbers and have never delayed any

      payment.In jan2013 i had activated 3G plan on my vodafone number [protected]. And deactivated it after

      15 days. However i was charged for the whole month plus extra charges were added. I didnt mind and

      made the complete payment of around 900 Rs. However on the 14th of Jan i gave 2 requests. 1) to

      change my postpaid plan to 100Rs and 2) to deactivate all internet services. They took my complaint

      and it shows in their records also that i have given the request for deactivation of internet

      services. However i was charged a lot on internet charges for the month of jan. Since i didnt want

      this headache to continue i payed the amount. But what was surprising was that they charged me for

      the internet plan for the whole month of feb and march as well. And i just used that number to make

      one local call for 20 mins in the month of january and they gave me a bill of 670Rs. Since my plan is

      vodafone 100 the bill shouldn&#039;t exceed 130Rs if you include taxes. And again the story continued for

      March where i was charged again around 350Rs. I made around 100 calls to vodafone and have request

      numbers also. I spoke to the supervisor in the billing department who assured me that the amount was

      excess and that around 900 should be reduced from my total bill of 1183Rs for the 2 months. I got

      many such responses from them and i also send an email to corporatecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. I got a

      reply for the first email i sent and they replied that the bill is correct and i have used 3g

      services. I sent them the bills of feb and march and explained the whole thing and told them how to

      read the bill which clearly showed that i didnt use the 3G services. To my second mail i got an auto

      acknowledgement but no reply.I sent the second mail on Apr 14th. Shortly after they deacitivated my

      sim. So i still kept giving complaints from my other vodafone number and they assured me that the

      bill will be updated with the reduced amount. Today 29th April they deactivated my second vodafone

      sim, I have paid all bills on this sim on time. When i called them they told me that it was

      deactivated because i didnt pay then outstanding amount for my other number. I kept calling the

      customer care and they put me on hold for half an hour and still no one answered. since i had no way

      to contact anyone i was forced to pay the unfair amount of 1183 :-( I wish to sue these people for

      the torture and for waisting my time. Kindly let me know how to proceed. Thanks.

I have registered for DND via calling customer care and the request was taken for the same.But still i am getting advertising calls from vodafone for which i am charged Rs. 70(INR). The same has happened three times. Tried calling customer care but did not get any positive response.                   I Naga Anjan Venkatesh, customer of Vodafone gsm prepaid of number: [protected]. Today(October 1st,2012 at 8:30pm) my phone balance is deducted of 30 rs from my account. So for that i made a call to the company customer care executive, i asked him why you should have reduced my account balance. So for that he gave a explanation. And after that he said that he will forward my call to his supervisor so that i am not satisfied with his discussion.
                  He transferred my call to his supervisor, while transferring he kept my call in hold i had waited for five minutes, after that the call disconnected automatically.
                  Why i have to wait for five minutes
                  for asking the reason i again made a call to customer care executive he again connects to supervisor. The call gets automatically disconnected so for that i need a clear explanation for deducting rs 30/- from my account and clear explanation for waiting me so much time.

[protected] within 1 day otherwise they will barred my vodafone no. [protected].It's oki i would make the payment but i will not use vodafone number in future because inspite of taking any action, they harass customer. I will switch to Airtel.I faced a problem.Hope other's will not face such problem.I want companies to have some procedure to prevent people doing such acts.As far as my knowledge is concern, only police could get the direct details of a person through FIR.Bt how could bloody simple person get the address of mine.This is my main concern.

                    I shared this because it trouble me a lot.Money is not a issue at all.If i bought 2 vodafone postpaid no.it means i could afford their billings.Vodafone can check that also they would never face any issue as far as billing is concerned on my numbers when active.

                          I am a Vodafone subscriber since 1998 and had also been an Assistant Manager @ HTMT Mumbai for Vodafone process (2005 to 2007).
                          The never ending belief and trust on the product had made me stick to Orange, then Hutch and now Vodafone.
                          Being a part of operation while I was in HTMT, I myself valued its working ethics.

                          I switched onto a blackberry phone 2 months before and therefore started the Prepaid Blackberry Plan of Rs.399/month, so as to get the Blackberry Internet Service and BBM.
                          It all worked amazingly well for a month's time, however once the subscription ended (without any service alert sms) since I wanted to keep on using the service, I sent the 1 day subscription SMS (BIS15 to 144).
                          The BIS got active however I was charged 0.10 paise unlimited times as a browsing charge and so I called up Customer Service 111.

                          Conversation:
                          Executive: These are browsing charges for Vodafone Live.
                          Me: I am on BIS and my web browsing is free.
                          Executive: U might have some settings issue, please visit the vodafone gallery.
                          Me: Asked for an escalation to the Floor Manager.

                          Me: Post several request call was escalated to Charu Sheela (A Team Leader).
                          Charu Sheela: Sir your charges are due to Vodafone live usage.
                          Me: I am on BIS and my browsing is free and moreover I only use Facebook and Whatsapp on my Blackberry Phone.
                          Charu Sheela: Whatsapp is a 3rd Party product and so you are charged for using Whatsapp.
                          Me: I accepted her solution but requested her to give me solution for not charging me on using Whatsapp for the last 30 days.
                          Charu Sheela: Could not answer.
                          Me: Asked an escalation to an authority above her.
                          Charu Sheela: Agreed to escalate the call to Shahbaz (Floor Manager) and so kept me on hold for 38 mins but call was disconnected without anyone answering my call.
                          ........ No callback for the disconnection ........

                          I called up again from my another number ([protected]) and asked for an escalation to which my call was escalated to Suhas (Floor Support)..... On continuously requesting my call to be handed over to Charu Sheela, I was informed that Charu Sheela is not available.
                          Me: Asked for an escalation to the manager.
                          Sujay: Agreed to transfer the call to the Floor Manager Shahbaz ..... Kept on hold for 53 mins and call was disconnected .....
                          ........ Once again no call back for the disconnection.

                          I called up once again and asked for an escalation to which my call was escalated once again to Suhas (Floor Support) and he denied any discussion from his end.....
                          On continuously requesting my call to be handed over to Charu Sheela, I was connected to Charu Sheela and she very cunningly replied back that the call was disconnected from my end since they don't have any source of disconnection (I have worked on Avaya IP phones)
                          Me: Asked for an escalation to the manager and got connected to Vijay Verma, who noted down my complaint (Complaint Number not provided) and assured me necessary actions within 48 hours of time.

                          Its been over 4 days now and there is no action whatsoever..... the deductions are happening as it use to happen a week back ....

                          I called up 111 today to know the update on my complaint to which the executive asked me the complaint number which I didn't have and so I asked for an escalation to Vijay Verma ..... Executive Kept me on hold for over 47 mins and disconnected my call .....

                          Has Vodafone permitting their Managers to disconnected customer calls when there is no solution ????? Because during Hutch times call disconnection was a crime and it lead to the termination of such culprits.

                          Vodafone — Pathetic...no one should use it

                          i had applied for a vodafone connection in gurgaon,India on 8th of Nov 2007, the documents were collected by their executive from my office and verification checks were done over the phone. But the verifier misinformed about the status of my residence due to which my connection did not get activated. I visited the Vodafone outlet where i registered my complaint and verification was again done then and there, but yet my connection never got activated. Also, when i try contacting the vodafone customer care to cancel my application i can never get to their postpaid connection department as their phone lines are always directed to the prepaid section and they have no system of redirecting calls.Its a pathetic company with a lousy system.It was much better when it was Hutch.

                          I had billing problem with vodafone i calle dup customer care and asked the agent to transfer the call to a manager he bluntly refused ot do so. i m one the best paying customer of vodafone but they have not been consisitent, i believe hutch was better compan managed by proffesioanl people vodafone has bad reputation in uk and so is spoling its reputation in india asw ell.

                          Vodafone — ex party deduction in prepaid balance

                          I have topped up balance to about Rs 201at Thane Maharashtra India on 7-05-08 and proceeded to Karnatak State . At Hubli i checked my balance around 9/10th may it showed me only Rs1.17 even though i did not made call since 7thto 10thMay . Customer care is not responding in this matter MB no [protected]

                          I wanted to convert my Vodafone Post Paid No. to Pre Paid & I had made the necessary payment for their outstanding current bill amount while the conversion of the existing no.

                          The necessary amount was being paid on 31st July, 2008. and I was being committed that the balance amount of Extra payment + Safety Deposit of Rs. 500/- would be refunded within 60 working days.

                          Almost after 56 days when I visited the nearest Vodafone Store on 26th or 27th September to checkout the status for my refund cheque (Irrespective of no. of times I called up the Customer Care), I was being told that your request for refund has been taken and it will be delivered at your home within next 20 working days.

                          Now on 16th October, 2008. when the 20 days according to their commitment got over, I again called the Customer Care and as usual I got a answer that the refund has already been dispatched and you will be receiving it in next 15 days!!!

                          I am pleased to say that Vodafone is just cheating their customers and do not even bother to look after their problems!!! Even the Customer Care Executives are very Rude while speaking to the Customers. I had sent a Feedback to Vodafone via their Web Site but even that was being ignored.

                          I had followed the same procedure with Airtel for conversion from Post Paid to Pre Paid and their Customer Service was so Excellent that I received my refund cheque on 32nd Day after making my necessary payments for the current bill while conversion.
                          The DND service of vodafone is pathetic.

                          Even after opting for DND for more than 60 days as of now, I still receive the promotional sms. The action has not yet been taken, but yet again given other service registration number.

                          What is the use of vodafone providing the so called "DND" when there is infringement of privacy of the customers. A few being numbers while the others being "TM-.../VM-...". The customer service just takes the note of the numbers that too just one number and not the other types wherein no number is displayed. I've a long list of number covering one fullscape page.


                          It is not just me who is suffering but so many other vodafone customers with the same complaint.

                          Vodafone — charge money without service

                          This is to bring to your kind notice that i, gaurav dixit , using vodafone services since more than 06 years . I have corporate connection for which i am paying 399/- inr rental per month for no.[protected].Under this rental charges I am entitiled to have facility of free 75mins S.T.D CALLS and UNLIMITED MESSAGE within india. If I make any local cal ,S.T.D call beyond 75 mins i pay extra as per normal charges.

                          Since 17th OCT'09 NO MESSAGE has been delivered as all the messages are showing pending.
                          Initially I thought it was a network problem but it was not as everyone who is using vodafone connection , is able to send messages.
                          I went to a vodafone cunter at the lucknow airport ,as i am working there with my problem , but MR PRASHANT said "this is not our problem".
                          Then I made a complaint on [protected] on 7th NOV'09 ,the lady gave me complaint no[protected]
                          AND GAVE ME ASSURANCE THAT MY PRBLEM WOULD BE RECTIFIED TILL 09th NOV'09.She had taken my contact no. also, but see the sincerity of the staff working in such a big and professional company that till 14thNOV'09 I hav'nt got any confirmation and still facing the same .
                          problem .

                          I am paying that much rental charges just because i am getting facility of free messages and if i am not able to get that service why did I pay month in the month of OCT'09 and why should i pay in the month of NOV'09.

                          I am also working in the service industry and know what is the customer service. So , is vodafone setting new trends in the service industry or just ignoring its customers?

                          Vodafone — Not activating Web browsing even after charging

                          The vodafone prepaid web browsing recharge voucher of Rs.58 was recharged in my Nokia 5230 handset. But it was activated after more than 12 hrs. Because of which around Rs.60 was deducted from my account for browsing. This is really a fault of the company as they wrongly inform me through sms that the rechare has been done. Kindly look into the matter and compensate for loss in time and money.

                          I called up to Customer Care Executives at the same time with in min and I first spoken to the executive named as “Prasad” I explained my problem to the executive and I asked for the issue and I asked to transfer my call to the supervisor he said to wait on hold for a long he disconnected my call with out transfer to the supervisor and then again called up and then I spoken to the agent named as “Ajay Kumar” again I explained every thing from the beginning again I faced the same thing the call was disconnected and these both call are above 10min after the I got call disconnect and then again I called up third time there is also no response for my complaint and also I am getting charged for the Customer Care also I had called to get my problem resolution but at the end also I didn’t get my problem resolved and also I am not able to connect to the customer care through my number I had complained previously so the reason I been using my other number to connect with the Customer Care (i.e) [protected]

                          I sincerely request you make me the justice on this issue and also I want make a sue on the Customer Care Services and the both executives that I spoke with are really not eligible for the Customer Care Services I request to take an action on the executives and make sure that such kind of executives are not hired again

                          I am Vikash Tyagi ..[protected] had request for the deactivation of my Rs.89 SMS plan. i was asked to SMS code for that. because of some server problem i sent that thrice that day and at last i had to call customer service. one associate took my request and said it will be deactivated with in 48 hours.

                          when i call today to confirm the same there associate told me that they do not have any such request. i asked him to get the call retrieve but he was not ready to listen, also i was pun on hold for more that 40 minutes to speak to supervisor. i had to cut the call and i again called up the customer care. they again transfered my call and it's was again more than 40 minutes and i was not able to connect to there supervisor.

                          It's pathetic Customer service. people don't even know how to speak and what to speak. they just behave like Roberts. they just speak what they want to speak with out listing.
                          YOU HAVE PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

                          Today (Jan 10th 2011) I called regarding my bill ([protected]) which I have still not received.
                          I called your Service Desk to inquire about the same, I got Ravi who was extremely rude and did not know what the POD number was (so that I could track the where abouts of the bill) and was adamant that the bill was sent. I asked him to let me speak to a Supervisor and he hung up the call.

                          I called again and this time I got Moin Khan who was not ready to let me speak to a Supervisor either. He put me on hold two times, each lasting more than 5 minutes and dint have the decency to let me know the status. I hung up and called again.

                          This time I got Avdesh who was equally reluctant to let me talk to a Supervisor. I was finally able to talk to Sushmita (supposedly a Supervisor) who harped about Company Policy.
                          Each of my calls lasted 20 + minutes.

                          WHAT A WONDERFUL WAY VODAFONE HAS LEARNT TO EARN THEIR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!! KEEP PEOPLE ON HOLD AND CHARGE 50 PAISE FOR EVERY 3 MINUTES...

                          If your company policy harps about delivering the bill in 10 working days from the Bill Cycle Date. Then why does it not give that same time for a person to pay??????????????????????

                          My cycle is 25th of the month…which was conveniently a Saturday and you dispatched the bill on the 10th DAY so as to not be under any violation and be able to harp about your Company Policy of dispatching the bill in 10 working days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                          hiiii....my name is Taufiq ahmad, mob. no. is [protected] yesterday 18th of apr i got a msg regarding vodafone superweek, i activated it or while following all turms and conditions i used this service that was absolutely free, even after when i checked my account i saw my bal was in (-), i dailled 198 to complaint it was around 4:00pm 1st ms. kavita picked up the cal i share all that and and she was aggree then that my bal was diducted wrongly, she commited to me refund my bal and said she had frward a request and gv me a request no. but i did not get any cnfrmation sms and i called up agn to 198 and this time a guy picked the cal i agn share all that and he put me on hold, i had been holding since around 15 mnts and then my call was discncted without gv me any info, i called up agn on same no. this time mr. rajiv picked my cal i agn shared all and gv that request no. that i got frm ms kavita and then he gv me info that there was no request for my no. then i came to know that it was a fake request no. i asked him to take my complaint but he didnt take any complaint regarding that and i asked to transfer my call to his senior he put me on hold and came back and said all senior were in a meeting said there was no senior available on the floor...i asked imphased on him to transfer my call to senior agn and then he put me on hold and did not come back i waited for 30 mnts but due to no respons i disconnected my call myslf. and in all this conversation the language, and tone of this guy was really pathetic,was irriatating....
                          and now i'm very disapointed with vodafone customer srvice... and i'm gonna chnge my service provider..
                          Vodafone India is the best example ever of how "BAD" customer service can get. I am sure they have special training tools developed for their company which teach their employees "how to harrass a customer" "how to annoy customers", "how to lie", "how to go out of your way to simply NOT respond to customer queries ever". Not to mention their network!!! the so called "3 G" never works. calls dip, get disconnected or you simply don't get through!!! Don't understand which language their so called "customer care" understands! I have called at least a dozen times since morning to ensure the GPRS works on my new handset and no one seems to have a clue. The first lady connected me to the technical department, where the lady got me do manual settings, but to no avail, so she transferred me to the network deptt and they disconnected the call! Second time i called after hearing the entire story again, they told me network deptt opens only at 9 am so call later. Every time I have called after that I have been asked inane questions even when i have been asking to transfer the call to the network department! If it was one off incident one could complain about the employee but with vodafone this seems to be the well thought our "corporate culture".
                          I have the same problem and I dont buy your solution because this problem has just started recently (2-3 months back) and I have had whatsapp and vodafone connection since more than a year. SO can someone explain how my settings would change suddenly?
                          Also, the customer care services are absolutely pathetic and of no help. Its sad that Vodafone has absolute disregard for customer satisfaction. Pathetic is the word.

                          I HV ported number from loop to Vodafone just to get good internet speed. I am ready to pay extra for the same so I HV chosen 3g...
                          I spoke to Vodafone customer service and they offered me a package saying...
                          Monthly rental: 299 rs
                          3g internet free for 1st 3 months..
                          Some other features not worth to mention.

                          Its almost 20 days now, I am still getting 2g speed. Speaking to Vodafone care is absolutely mess..visited Vodafone store, they say their system is down, can&#039;t help speak to care.
                          I won&#039;t run from pillar to post. Not even any follow up for dis. I will simply go for other provider making havoc out of it.

                          Experience with customer care is worse.
                          Spoke to Amit in Vodafone care on 08.12 @ 8:45, who was like robot. Wanted to say what he want to. Wasnt ready to gv a solution, amit didn&#039;t give me any point of contact or he wasn&#039;t ready to transfer call to any supervisor.
                          Its unbelievable DAT a customer can be treated like did..
                          I want the service I was promised.

                            I got my mobile No ported Airtel to Vodafone after applying 4 times .on 24th Sept. 12. After activation I got a message that they have not received my documents. They stopped CLIP Service on 29th Sept. 12 6AM onwards. Then I submitted my documents again their store at South Extn. around 12.30 PM. The executive scanned my documents and uploaded the documents and gave me the assurance that my CLIP Service will be restored within 2 hours. Thank God. It happened as promised. But they cut my outgoing from 6AM onwards on 1/10/12. They have warned me throu SMS that they will stop my incoming within 48 hours if I am not submitting documents. I have already submitted documents altogether 5 times now. 4 times with each application and one again after porting came to effect. I am physically handicapped pwerson. It is very difficult for me to go to their store. I have already visited their store may time for getting my no to be ported to Vodafone. This proces of MNP is giving my a lot of mental as well as physical stress. More over I had lost may importent calls during all this three months. Now they are warning me of stoping my incoming calls. I kindly request to get my problem may be solved atleast without stopping my in coming.

                                    I was using a vodafone number [protected]. I had given number closure request at Vodafone Store, B C Bazar, Ambala Cantt on 7th July, 2012 as I was shifting to Gurgaon and haryana circle number cann't be used at Delhi-NCR region as told by vodafone store executive and deposit sum of around Rs. 350/- and submitted my SIM card also there. Thereafter Bill of Rs. 66/- was generated even after my closure request. I had visited vodafone store at Gurgaon where I was told that as bill cycle was not over when u were submitted closure request, thats why bill of rs. 66/- was generated. They told us to submit Rs. 60/- through machine and we had made the payment by the mode suggested by them. Thereafter bill was again generated for Rs. 24/- and again while visiting at vodafone store they told us as full payment was not made thats y bill is genrated. This time I made Rs. 30/- payment through internet banking. Still bill is kept on generating and around Rs. 200/- bill has been generated for the month of Sept, 2012.

                                    Vodafone customer care doesnot response properly. They are kept on misguiding us. I am not able to understand why my number's closure request is not processed till date even after so many reminders to vodafone customer care and vodafone store.
