I am surprise to get to know that in case vodafone customer wants to contact vodafone store then customer has to visit that store only because Vodafone customer care dont have Vodafone store email/ contact details with them.
I am asking Vodafone Store contact details at Baner, Pune to vodafone customer care and they are saying we dont have email address/contact details for that vodafone outlet. Customer care is helpless...

I submitted a valid ID & Address proof with Vodafone Staore at Nanganallur, Chennai. However when I checked with Customer care about my connection problem they are telling that I have to submit proof again. Why are they so careless and asking to submit the proof again and again.

Deduction of balance From mobile

I have a connection of Vodafone company . they every day deducting My balance. they automatically active services on my no and start deducting balance . recently they active Vodafone competition pack and deducting Rs,5 per day . i have Rs.50 balance in my mobile and last night i have left only Rs.2.
