Hi,

Two weeks back I took a Vodafone Prepaid SIMCARD(No.[protected]) from the following dealer:


Misry Communication

412/2 Hennur Maruthi Nagar, 4th Cross
10th Main, HBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar

I have paid 60/-Rs and my ID proof along with my photo.

After two days of activation I received a message from Vodafone that documents are not submitted. However, the dealer above is claiming that documents have been submitted to Vodafone.

The dealer has been following up with some middle men or someone in vodafone for last two weeks but no resolution.

Now the situation is such that I have take another card from another store.

However, I would still request you to atleast get me my ID proof copy and Photo from the above dealer or vodafone and collect the SIM CARD(which is with me). I will not be using this number ([protected]) anymore.

My objective and concern here is to prevent misuse of my ID proof copy and photo ID which currently is not traceable after submitting to the above dealer.

I would appreciate if this issue is tracked down and my documents can be returned.

    I had requested internet plan to be activated on 7th August but it still was not activated and had to call back on 12th and activate it because of which I have been charged and this not being my mistake I am not ready to pay for it. Plus I was told that I will not be charged if I use Vodafone Live which is also an incorrect information and has caused a lot of inconvenience to me.

      I am Vodafone user since many years, now I want to transfer the ownership of my Vodafone number -[protected]. I submitted the request before three month to Vodafone store, Uthkhana road Nagpur (M/S)
      But store manager Mr Rishi Yadav ([protected]) and store executive Mr Roshan ([protected]) did not submit my request since two month.
      I took help of Vodafone costumer care i.e. complain number [protected], [protected] but those people didn’t help me to resolve my problem.

        i am writing to draw the attention of all concerned people about the fraud practices of Vodafone to cheat the customers and making money through illegal ways. i am sharing a few incidents
        1. unnecessary charging std call rate on local numbers as well.
        2. extra and highly charges on local and std sms
        3. amount not being crediting to some wrong unfunctional mobile nos. and not transferring it back

        these all incidents has put in a shock, how can we allow these companies to cheat us so easily. is there no way whereby we common people can get justice without any botheration to us and without us wasting long hours to debate with their uncooperative, insensitive, dumb customer care representatives, what an irony- we call them customer support but they are our real patience testers, these people just don’t listen to customer complaints, don’t even give us clarity on issues. let me give an example, yesterday i made a 2 std messages and i have been charged Rs. 5 for normal std 2 line message and when i enquired from customer care and wanted to know why i have been charged so much for a message then at first they said their system is not able to see any transaction. i again called them up after a few hours to check the status of my complaint then i got a stupid reply from the customer care that i had sent an international sms with some no. starting 00.. i told them it is absolutely incorrect and even told them the nos. to which i have sent the sms, but the person on the other side was not at all seems to be of slight interest in helping me and addressing my complaint, after debating for a few minutes i asked them to share the isd no. to which i have sent the message and then they had no answer,, it was all lie which was I have been told.

        now today, i decided to put this complaint on this forum, as i believe the authority would take some action and will come forward to help us. for how long all this fraud will happen with people like me???? we need to find a platform where we can put our voice and we are heard....

        I am Surya Lal one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number" [protected]" suffering from the worse services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services.
        My purpose of writing is only to tell other people and to the responsible people of customercare of Vodafone, how much Useless company management you are having in Kerala, no one is sincere here in working.
        I called to Customer Care Center Kerala, India on 1st week of July. One gentleman attended me and asked my problems. Then i told some problems and ask some doubts on recharge... but he replied in a different manner and told me to call on 55555.In between the call they hold me online more than 10 minutes.. and after that the call drops.
        Once again I again tried to the customercare, but the call was not connected till 24.08.2009.sometimes i get some messages to the options on recharge, but tat recharge offers r not valid.At-last I send a lot of sms as"HELP" to 144... i got a reply as "our customer-care executive will contact you within 48 hour" . but I didn't receive a call or anything. How much time am wasting for this process.Again and again in an irresponsible manner You are behaving. so for this what can i do, Either you could give me a reply nor please get damn this "VODAFONE NETWORK".These all incidents gave me a bad impression about the Vodafone Customer Care Centre.
        (1). I want to know the purpose of Vodafone Customer Care Centre’s. Is it to fool the Customers and to collect benefit for the company only?
        (2). Why Vodafone Customer Care Department which is having an international Brand image doesn’t train the Customer Care Centre Executives and how to behave with the customers?
        (3). The time is precious for all and why they are delaying unnecessarily? They can collect all the queries/complaints and call and inform the messages/solutions on our complaints if not able to process/reply at that moment.

          Hi.

          I suffer with maximum call drop experience during the day with no improvement observed.
          Need to make 10 attempts before connecting to anyone which is becoming unbearable and the worst experience is "When i contact Vodafone to complain about my problem on 1st September mentioning - " I have major call drops" the agent replies - "I don't know what is call drops"
          My call drops during the conversation with no callback from vodafone

            • I have vodafone Corporate Connection taken in 2010 the credit limit for which was fixed at Rs. 1900.
            •As per my understanding , a postpaid customer shouldn’t be allowed to overshoot or overspend beyond the agreeable limit, i.e. the credit limit.
            •To my utter surprise, I suddenly find my unbilled amount shoot up from Rs 248 on 14th August to Rs 1800 on 16th August 2012(an almost quadruple increase!!).
            •I have then found this growing continuously to above Rs 2000.
            •My outgoing facility was then barred on 19th August 2012 finally and subsequently I receive a call from the customer payment section that I have to make a payment for a minimum of Rs 2100 before I could use the facilities of vodafone again.
            •On speaking to the Call Center Executive, I was mad to understand that vodafone calculates all the charges as per regular benefits and then applies for any of the special benefits availed by the customer like free calls/internet charges while the final bill is being generated at the end of the customer’s billing cycle.
            •In my case, as I had not availed any such special packs, so I am pretty sure I would end up shelling all these unnecessary extra money just because of the erratic way in which Vodafone calculates the bills.
            •The agony which has been created due to the disruptive/discontinuance of necessary facilities has caused great pains to me.
            •The final bill generated on 27 August 2012 was of Rs 2488

              this is too much , even after trai has removed the sms limit vodafone has sms boosters that give only upto 100 sms n not even 200 ,, all other service providers atleast give 200 , if nothing will be done against this i am gonna port to airtel

                they blemming on axis bank but bank officials sent me mail and told its vodafone fault.
                vodafone not granted the money that's why money is not credited by bank.

                I make two time online payment for recharge of my wife cell to this company , through netbanking but this company only take money than became silent .
                1st time i make payment throuh Rechargeitnow for Rs 118/ , amount is deducted from my bank but company didnt show the money in cell account .
                2nd time i make payment through Vodafone online recharge for Rs 118/ but result was same , no money is shown in cell iaccount
                I lodge a complaint regarding this matter in compant customer care ,

                  It so happened that while i was trying to pay the bill online for my mobile number [protected], it showed an error and i repeated the action thrice leading to excess payment of 3300. When i spoke to the customer service, they said it cant be reimbursed online and that its a long procedure and would take a month before they could post me a check with the same value. The person named Mohammed was insisting on letting the amount get adjusted against future bills. And when i demanded to speak to the floor supervisor, he adamantly hung up on me. I have been a so called valued customer since the past 5 years plus and this is the service they render. I want my money back and discontinue their service......but the question remains...how/?

                    I MNPed my airtel number to Vodafone " [protected] ". But since that day I have been facing many problems, Previously my service was completely barred claiming that I have not submitted any proofs which i have submitted before getting new sim, then again I submitted the proof to my nearest vodafone ministore still my service was barred. Then out of desperation I publicly posted on vodafone Wall on facebook , only then I got a response. NOW AGAIN MY SERVICE IS BARRED FOR WHICH I DONT KNOW ANY REASON .                     i had taken a vodaphone prepaid sim nrly 20 days back and had got it activated, but culd not use it , now when i insert the card i get sim registration failed & also tehre is no network for when i insert this sim , i tried with other sims its working

                      Incoming Vodafone calls to my no. [protected] were bared after i switched from Airtel to Idea after activation
                      on 10/082012 Every vodafone caller is told that this no. does not exist. I have not received a single call from
                      vodafone numbers till date. I have lodged 5 complaints to Idea customer care but nothing
                      was done. They answered that this fault is at vodafone's end try vodafone.
                      I tried they said same.

                        Hi , Previously I was in Delhi then shifted to Pune and Again I shifted to Hyderabad , Since 5 years I am using Vodafone Connection , Yesterday I called to Vodafone customer care , They told me that Call Conference Service is not available in Vodafone Prepaid. Only available in Postpaid,will inform you when its available
                        So I just wanted to ask one question that why only in AP - Vodafone Prepaid is not providing this service ????
                        Rest of Vodafone circle like Delhi-Vodafone , MH-Vodafone,etc they are providing this service in Prepaid as well as in Postpaid. But in other telecom connection there is call conference service in Prepaid as well as in Postpaid also. I really wanna know that call conference service gonna come in Prepaid Vodafone-AP or NOT ??

                        And please don't reply me that Call Conference Service is available only in Vodafone Postpaid or will inform you when its available .
                        Because I want this service anyhow in my Prepaid connection otherwise because of this reason , I am compelled to switch other Telecom services. Vodafone sucks.

                            I am using Vodafone no, I did recharge it with full talk time amount of Rs 555 on sat 25th Aug 2012. I did not received full amount for the same although its mention on site as full talk time Top up but i got only Rs493.93. I called thrice customer care every time they had different excuse for the same and assured me that with in 24 hrs I will get my remaining top up amount.

                            Today Executive told me that this is a segmented offer which is mentioned on site but no such information is mentioned on the site.

                            Services provided by vodafone is getting worse with time. Their customer executive dont have proper information they always miss guide customers.

                            Vodafone — Not got full talk time added

                            Hi,
                            Some days ago I recharged my mobile phone [protected] after confirming from the vodafone customer care that I will get full talktime of 333 if I recharge with same . But after recharging I got only 174 rs talktime .When I called to customer care executive they told me that they cant o anything in this and for furher information I should visit my nearby vodafone office .
                            I am a working guy an can not follow them up .
                            Please consider my complaint and do whatever best can be done .

                                    I had recharged my no. through vodafone.in.the recharge was of 52 from which i get 45.14 Rs. the website shows it is a recharge coupon but on talking with customer care executive they told me "we havn't change the website .it is a bonus card.sorry sir we can't do anything".
                                    for my side it does not matter of loss of 52 Rs.but there is a question what about those thousands of people who are using this online recharge site.how a company like vodafone can do such type of blunder mistake .

                                    I received a message from vodafone to recharge mobile with RS 333 & RS 222 . It will give full talk-time and and same number(333 or 222) of local messages free. I recharge my mobile with 333 and now it is showing in secondary balance. I called to customer care to know about secondary balance. They said 2 days back they have changed the rule of these recharge, on which std package, Internet package and other normal facilities will not be used as main balance (The way we normally recharge our mobile with full talk-time). It will be used when there is no main balance in your account. I have requested them to transfer my amount to main balance . They said it is not possible. So even after recharging 555(333+222) I have to recharge once again for normal use. they never mention this policies before recharging mobile. So i am feeling like i lost my RS 555 plus giving extra headache.

                                      This is to inform you that my cell no [protected] is blocked from last 10 days and i have called to Vodafone customer interaction center many of times but my new Sim card has not been allotted whenever i call to customer care they just simply told me that your new Sim card has been dispatched and you receive the sim card with in 24 working hours. but still i have not received it and it seems like that we people are just like dumb cows who are again and again requesting to the Vodafone employees.                                       I have already given complaint about my NEW sim card recieved - No.[protected]. This sim/Mobile number had been used BY VINAYAKA TRAVELS since I am getting a lot of phone calls enquiring about the reservations, timings etc. which is horrible. I have already requested Vodofone to change/another mobile number instead of this number for using this service with the credit available.
                                      So far nothing has been happened. I request once again to check and change this mobile number and request you to issue me new sim/mobile number at the earliest.
                                      Hope, the reqest can be attended immediately since I could not able to use this number at all.

                                        I am using my Vodafone no. [protected] since 5 years, and from this year it is converted to company corporate plan (Amsure Insurance Agency Ltd.), I have activated the internet services [protected]@99 for free unlimited download and surfing from 3rd of Aug 2012 for reference corporate mail attached.

                                        They had charged me Rs.2,676.90/- for 2,67,690 KB download even I have [protected]@99 unlimited plan. I can't understand why they had charged this huge amount to me. when I write a mail to Mr. Gautam (Gautam.[protected]@Vodafone.com) that why this charged should I pay, he replied that unlimited free usage for Vodafone [protected]@99 pack is running but usage has been done on VMC, so they had charged that amount to me.
                                        But As per their corporate executive (Vodafone) VMC is using on destop with 2 GB at Rs. 99/- and VL is using Mobile only with free unlimited download at Rs.99/-, as I activated the service [protected]@99 with free unlimited dowload service, still they are charging the amount from me.
                                        Now I am really upset with their services and wrong communication with people.
                                        It is requested you to register my complaint and do the necessary action. and get me the waiver of Rs. 2,676.90/-

                                        for reference, all communication mails are attached with current bill for the period of 28-07-12 to 27-08-12.
