I have use vodafone postpaid mobile and my number is [protected], this month i have activate 199rs rental plan and 3gb data free, this data i m using on 6 days. But the vodafone moblie give me 3000rs only gprs bill. I have send many complain to vodafone custmer care, but this company is not agree to my complain. Because when i am activate my gprs service 13 aug 2012 and company custmer care is told me 3 gb deta free, and when 3 gv deta is over then 10 paisa for 10 kb charges apply. But he is give i am not using 3 gb deta. But my conndition is paying that amout

    I'm sorry to lodge an complaint against Vodafone Happy2 help service. Without subscribed they deduct Rs.5/- per day from my mobile device no [protected] on account of Rs.1 store. I request your honor to please stop this deduction & refund my deducted amount in my mobile account immediately without any further deduction.
    I also request through you,please also stop Duets of Lata mangeshkar sevices immediately on my mobile device.

      Myself Jatin Gondaliya from Surat, a vodafone postpaid Customer. I am suffering very poor Network of Vodafone at my Residential (Add. is as under) area since long. There are thousand of Vodafone customer in this area who have same poor network problem.
      Though we have given so much complaint to Representative of vodafone Customer Care, but no any Satisfactory solution is given from your end and Problem is still persist. And also i have complaints by E-mail ( Dated 02.07.2012 to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com and nodal.[protected]@vodafone.com also).

      So please do needfull in this matter.

      Respected Sir,
      My Residence is in Madhavaram, past few months our area is find a problem of poor network, very bad coverage and breakage of voice.particularly my family has 5 airtel connection and our place consist of more than 1000 connection.several time i complained ur customer care office but no real action is been taken.i request u to look forward this otherwise i will be forced to change the connection.Thank you

        Hello,

        I am using Vodafone Postpaid from a long period of time and never had this kid of problem in past. My Credit Limit for my vodafone number is 1900, however, my bill for the month of July has been generated for the amount of 4900. This is totally unexpected. When I contacted the customer service, they told me that I've used a 3G service for which I am charged this, but when I disputed that how the threshold can be increased by such a great amount (3000), a supervisor named Deepal Mehta assured me that she has sent this to higher department and the bill amount will be reduced and informed that that they will get back to me within 48 hours. I've waited for a reply for a week and when there was no response from the team, I contacted the customer support and again the representative told me that the bill amount will be reduced and asked me to call on the next day. When I've called on next morning, the lady assured me that someone will get back to me till evening. On that evening, I got a call from Deepal Mehta and she told me that nothing can be done and it is already notified somewhere back of the vodafone bill that threshold can be crossed at any time. This is totally unacceptable from a Big company like Vodafone. My vodafone number is [protected]. Please look into this.

        My complain no is.194719 .My credit limit of bill is Rs. 2000 and now my bill is Rs.8000 so how its happens. The don’t intimate me about my bill when it cross rs.2000. In morning I send a message to Vodafone to deactivate me ISD and I got revert on same that “the ISD service is not active for your Vodafone mobile phone” so pls take necessary

Nokia cell phone (E 51) with IMEI No.[protected] . Last One Year I Used Internet services on my above said Airtel connection. I got to know that some one is using my connection. I think some one has hacked my mobile as airtel is using unsecured internet connection. I have noted that some one is illegally dialing some international phone numbers through my phone details of dialed numbers dated on 16-Nov-2009 are as under:-

        Hi Sir,

        I am Shailesh Mishra, I have been using Vodafone postpaid connection since long time, my Vodafone Postpaid mobile connection number is +[protected].

        Recently on 10th January I purchased a new handset Apple iPhone, so for activating of internet service on it, I called Vodafone Care, and with the talk with the representative, when I asked him to activate the iPhone Data plan he told me that the current Vodafone Mobile Connect (VMC) service will work on the iPhone and it would not require any other service or plan to be activated for iPhone internet service, which I asked for. And he also confirmed me that the data usage of the service is free for unlimited usage since my VMC is already activated. Which I confirmed again from him and again called to the Vodafone Care and confirmed by calling three times after that.

        After some days, when I called to Vodafone Care to inquire about how my outstanding amount have increased so how, I was been said that it was just because that the discount was not yet applied, and the bill amount would be decreased and would be back to normal bill payment after the discount is applied at the end of billing cycle.

        After that I called and requested to increase my credit limit from Rs. 6000 to Rs. 10000, to which I was been given credit limit of Rs. 7500.

        Since last week my outgoing call have been stopped and when I inquired about it to Vodafone Care, I am been asked to pay my bill amounting to Rs. 13900 and I am been said that the charges are o[censored]sage of Internet on iPhone.

        As I mentioned early as I was been said that the Internet usage on my mobile phone is unlimited usage free, and now I am been said that it doesn’t work on iPhone, and the Internet usage on iPhone is paid and I would have to pay that.
        If I would had been said earlier I wouldn’t had used it, but since I was been said that the usage was free so I used it, and now so why am I asked to pay the amount for it, it should be clarified before when I called and confirmed, why was I given wrong information which is really annoying.

        And when I called Vodafone Care (198) to note the complain I was denied to accept my complain.

        Even I am facing inconvenience since my outgoing calls are stopped, which is causing a lot of problems and mental harassments to me.

        I request you to look in to the matter and kindly help me with the problem, I am pretty much sure that there isn’t any fault from my side and than too I am facing the harassments and inconveniences.

        Hahaha!! wat rubbish.. I received a call back on the next day of complaint and the lady assured me that they will get back to me as soon as possible but again there's no response. Additionally, collection company is sending representative to collect this bill. I used to always recommend vodafone to all my friends and family members and used to tell them how good customer service is.. But, now I understand that this is all rubbish..

        Now, please take a note that if my incoming is stopped. I won't hesitate to go to court..

        Please some higher authority contact me as soon as possible..

        Dear Sir:
        I was using a Vodafone Number [protected], my May 12 bill was generated of Rs. around 500 after that I have sent an email to their Nodel officer and their customer care to disconnect my mobile number.

        I was already stopped to use this number from middle May and given request to disconnect the number, but they haven’t disconnected the number and they are charging for every month. After sometime somebody called me for the payment I said I have disconnect my number in middle of May 12 and has sent email to their customer care and nodal officer, they were asking for INR 1267.00 in the month of Sep.

        Now they are calling me every day around 15 times and harassing me, they saying you have to go Vodafone store to disconnect the number but I haven’t sign any terms with them if I wanted disconnect the number I have to go Vodafone store.

        I already told them I am genuine customer and will pay genuine amount not the whole amount which I have not used.
        I am fed-up with them; please help me in this matter.

        I am ready to pay my May month invoice that is around INR 500

        This is Suyog Vasant Khedekar mobile no.[protected].
        My plan is rental599+ 1GB of internet free every month for life time. I activate 3G RS750 plan which is unlimited including download(this was informed me when i took this 3g plan) while using this plan suddenly i got message stating that my downloading limit is complete, i was shocked, immediately i called customer service and the rep told me that surfing is unlimited and downloading is chargeable again i was shocked, i asked him to deactivate 3g plan, he told me to send message, hence i sent messsage to deactivate 3g plan to 111 and i received confirmation sms thats 3g plan is deactivated. So on my iphone that 3g symbol went and the old E symbol came back...so i thought my old plan is reactivated as there was no message from Vodafone that they are charging me 10paise per KB, perhaps i got this month statement and it says that my bill is more then 6700rs. Immediately i called customer service and informed him about the same...he said me to mail on this email id and they will reverse it for u, has he checked my plan and said that mistake is from vodafone's end..So i mail them and they revert me saying that its mistake from ur end and they cannot reverse the charge...

        But you tell as a cx i know Vodafone internet plan then why will i pay 10paise per KB...I asked them to check my track record, still they are denieg...they are not willing to except it mistake from their end as they did not send any message to me that they are charging me for internet access

          I am a voadafone customer.My data card has a connectivity problem so i give my data card to the vodafone care on[protected].As per your policy
          i should get my data card repaired within 14 days . But when i goes to the vodafone care after 15th days.
          Rohit sir said that sorry sir i can't provide your data card right now please come after 10 days so i said that sir please give me wirrten paper.
          At this talk he get angry with me and use abusing words from me and also threanted me. please this type of behaviour of your customer care service is
          been not acceptable please take some stricke against him or i file a case against your company in consumer foram.

                Please send BILL<space>FIRST THREE LETTERS OF THE MONTH to 144 to get your prepaid bill. For example, for the month of July, please send BILL JUL to 144. The charges for the same are Rs.49 per month per bill. The bills that are 0 to 3 months old will be delivered to you in 15 days and the bills that are 3 to 6 months old will be delivered in 45 days. Please be informed that we will not be able to provide the details of the bills older than 6 months. Also, we will not be able to provide incoming call details.

                      I had a missed call on my vodafone cell number from [protected] . When I called back the person introduced himself as Vijay Sharma from Vodafone and said that my cell number is seected for a lottery of 25 lacs from Vodafone company and gave me a number of Mr. Akash Verma [protected] to get further details of the lottery. I realised that these numbers are international numbers and they are trying to fool me.

                      I would want Vodafone to take egal and strict action against such callers.

                      Hi , I am Rahul tiwari from delhi but now i am in aachen , Germany. Yesterday on[protected] i also got a missed call from [protected] at 18:04 and they said that they were calling from mumbai vodafone national office and i have a lottery of 25 lakhs and they wanted my account number. Then i searched on the net about the no and i found various other complaints about this no. Please check it and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

                      Vodafone — Fraudulent calls

                      I received 2 missed calls from +[protected] on my phone +91 981XXXXX14 and when I called back, the caller claimed that I had won some lottery and wanted my details. I disconnected the call but it has brought me under lot of trauma as what the user can access on my phone with the way technology today has progressed. I would like to know how to stop having such calls.

                      I do not know what Company /product names to be placed here but since it relates to my phone calls, I have to place my operators name. Whom should I approach, TRAI or operator ? Please advise and revert on this post.

                        Hi, I am Shishupal Prasad my vodafone No. is [protected]. and my complain reference No. is [protected] I had activated one day internet package of 20 MB on 4th aug 2012, and got intimation that my package will go to expire on 12:03 AM on 5th Aug. 2012. but i was accessing internet around 10:15 Pm on 4th Aug. Suddenly i received alert that my balance has deducted by Rs.32/- . after that i will check data balance then i got 4.6 MB is still remaining and still showing expiry date 12.03 AM on 05th Aug. 2012.
                        After that i immediately lodge a complain ( complain reference No. is [protected]) about this at 10:22 pm on 4th Aug. 2012. But after that no one is giving me positive response and finally i am unable to connect any customer care executive bcz my customer care opion has blocked..

                          in the previous day on 13-june-2012 i've recharged my vodafone number [protected] online with 37 rs. for sms balance through UCO internet Banking.....but I couldn`t get this balance....also i had informed you before a long day but you are not caring on my compliant...so, please concentrate on my complaint otherwise i won't use of my refund blanace like as 37 Rs.

                            Vodafone post paid mobile — exorbitant and fraudulent billing

                            I have been a customer of VODAFONE since last 5 year or more. In 2005 I went to Italy and before I left India I paid Rs. 3000/- to avail international roaming. But, when I reached Italy I could not make a single call or I received any call from India. After I returned to India I contacted Hutch care who assured to enquire the matter but till date I received no feedback or the money. This is how I was cheated by Hutch - now VODAFONE.
                            Another case at present - I received bill for 6238.00 for two months which is nothing but absurd as I was and am in West Bengal since 10th april, 2009. I filed complaint with VODAFONE customer care which resulted in nothing. I want TRAI should independently enquire on complaints filed against mobile phone service providers like VODAFONE or AIRTEL or OTHERS.

                            Vodafone Postpaid Mobile — asking more money for mobile phone disconnection

                            Dear Sir ,

                            pls refer below mention mail which i have send to vodafone nodal officer

                            detail are :

                            Dear Ajay,

                            Pls Look into this trail Mail, I’am Following this mail and not Getting satisfied answer from your Company.

                            For your Information : I having two Mobile connection , mobile Number [protected] and [protected]. Due to unused of the mobile number [protected] I have make request for disconnection on dated 07th sept09. But till today it’s yet not disconnected and your team is asking for more money for disconnection. I have request them to adjust the aprox Rs 200/-( 142+ oct months 07 days of rental) from my security deport( Rs 300/-) and rest Rs 100/- to be refund to me(refer below mention mail for details). But your team is asking more money to disconnect.

                            Also on dated 31st Oct 09 my another number [protected] is inactive by your team without proper information. Then at 04 pm of 31st oct I had gone to your pandri ( Raipur) office and meet branch manager Sazia Habib and describe my Problem , and I’m agree to pay aprox Rs 200 which is actual amount of my bill of mobile number [protected]. Then my another number activate and she assure me that “ our team member will come to you to resolve this problem & collect payment”. But till today no body come to me to resolve this problem.

                            Again My Mobile number [protected] inactive by your team on dated 03nov 09 and after 7.20 pm I have gone to your Pandri( Raipur) Office and meet Mr Swapnil and sandeep and again describe my Problem to resolve this but they ask me to pay more money for mobile phone disconnection of another number of[protected].

                            Now my mobile number [protected] is showing as Invalid SIM.

                            I’am not fully satisfied with your Service , request to pls disconnect both my mobile number [protected] from today(04th nov 09) and[protected] from 07th sep09. And send your executive to my mailing address to collect your respective payment for both mobile with adjustment of Rs 600/- security deposit( Rs 300/- Each S.D deposited by Me) and provide me the closer letter/ Disconnection letter for both connection as soon as possible and I’am going to take your competitor’s connection.

                            Also during my Life period I will never take a Vodafone connect nor refer anybody to take Vodafone connection for facing such type of issue.

                            Summary of Problems
                            • There is too much disconnection/ Miscommunication in between your cc executive and your branch executive. What’s are committed by your cc executive are not accepted by your branch executive & vise versa.
                            • Network coverage is too poor @ Raipur.
                            • Executive is asking for more money for mobile phone disconnection.
                            • Without proper information/justification mobile number is getting inactive( mobile number-[protected]).
                            • Above all my blood pressure is getting high .

                              I have made payment on 22nd of July fir Rs.236 and the same has been deducted from my account on 22nd July, 2012.

                              After lot of communication in email from CORPORATECAREDEL, I have received the confirmation that payment has been received and same has been updated in our system on 12th of Aug '2012.                               Dear Sir,

                              My name is Shamik Shah and I am awaiting for a Annexure K for almost 3 years now. Funds have been transferred to Bangalore EPF from Gurgaon EPF but without the Annexure K the funds do not reflect in my account. There is no answer from the Gurgaon EPF on the same.
                              HR /26675/35 to KN / 25397 / 3724 resp.

                              I don't understand when will we have a hustle free transfers in this country. Please help me in getting the Duplicate Annexure K. There has to be an end to woes of people who waist there time on EPF transfers.

                                  My Mobile number [protected], i am using this number since 3 yrs , i have billing cycle is 20th of every month .
                                  This month i bought new phone Samsung Ace in which i use WIFI cuz i am having broadband connection of airtel, i use only wifi at my home, i used VL(Vodafone Live) when i was out of station and now when my bill generated i got to know that i got billing on both sides on VL(Vodafone Live) and on my Broadband connection also, i hope Vodafone will do something about this , moreover i never get connected to the customer care executive , they say happy to help u , most of their outlets say their system is not working either u need to visit at main outlet......i thought vodafone services were far far better than other networks but m changing mind , m getting bill of 1000+ even though i am having dynamic credit limit of 500.... vodafone waiting for ur response.

                                  Hi.. i am a customer of vodafone with mobile no [protected] and was offered an add on connection 2 months back.The executive offered me free calls in between the two numbers and told me that no bill will be charged for ist 6 months as it will be a testing time for u to assess our services.In 2 months i got bill of arround 3500 Rs in which most of the charges were of those between the two numbers.I contacted the customer care multiple times,send e-mails to the company but no body did bother to liten to me.My calls have been barred for last 1 week which has given me a lot of trouble.kindly help me to deal with such irresponsible people.

                                    I am using two Post Paid Number of Vodafone from last 2 years. After 2 Years Vodafone Disconnect My services due to non payment for Some unknown number. That number i never used and don't know about that.
                                    Now Vodafone attach that number to my IDs and my Account with Vodafone and saying that you have to pay that bill of amount 4337.00 Rs.

                                    I am very frustrated with Vodafone. why i have to pay that bill which i have not used ?.

                                    Also, I have sent some Emails to vodafone 5+ times, However no satisfactory Answer. Even they are understanding the issue.
