My Mobile number [protected], i am using this number since 3 yrs , i have billing cycle is 20th of every month .
This month i bought new phone Samsung Ace in which i use WIFI cuz i am having broadband connection of airtel, i use only wifi at my home, i used VL(Vodafone Live) when i was out of station and now when my bill generated i got to know that i got billing on both sides on VL(Vodafone Live) and on my Broadband connection also, i hope Vodafone will do something about this , moreover i never get connected to the customer care executive , they say happy to help u , most of their outlets say their system is not working either u need to visit at main outlet......i thought vodafone services were far far better than other networks but m changing mind , m getting bill of 1000+ even though i am having dynamic credit limit of 500.... vodafone waiting for ur response.

Vodafone post paid mobile — exorbitant and fraudulent billing
I have been a customer of VODAFONE since last 5 year or more. In 2005 I went to Italy and before I left India I paid Rs. 3000/- to avail international roaming. But, when I reached Italy I could not make a single call or I received any call from India. After I returned to India I contacted Hutch care who assured to enquire the matter but till date I received no feedback or the money. This is how I was cheated by Hutch - now VODAFONE.Another case at present - I received bill for 6238.00 for two months which is nothing but absurd as I was and am in West Bengal since 10th april, 2009. I filed complaint with VODAFONE customer care which resulted in nothing. I want TRAI should independently enquire on complaints filed against mobile phone service providers like VODAFONE or AIRTEL or OTHERS.
