This email is to highlight and lodge a complaint against my New Vodafone Data Stick K3770 - Postpaid Number: - [protected], Purchased dated - 13th Aug, from Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd. Account Holder's name - Deepen G Patel.
Summary about my connection: -
1 - I was requiring urgent connection at my reside location - A-504, Trimurti Paradise, Landmark - Gokul Diary, Plot - 16, Sector - 16, Khandeshwar, Navi Mumbai - 410209. immediately. Phoned on 11th Aug to Vodafone Customer Care 198 and transferred to sales person named - Raza. After having all my queries answered decided to apply for a new connection of Vodafone. Decided to send the executive on Monday 13th Aug to collect the documents and delivering Device and collecting 1650/- amount.
2 - Raza - [protected] committed that my connection activation is on a HIGH priority and send it to the process to our Back Office Operations.
3 - 14th Aug, Got a document verification call from Back Office Operation team.
4 - I was purposely told that, by Tuesday 14th Aug evening my connection will get activated without any issue. Which didn't happened at all. Did constant follow-up but no one has answered by calls neither got any update on my connection.
5 - 15th Aug, got Raza's operational manager's Mr. Sunil [protected] contact details from the representative. After infinite calls even he didn't answered my calls till date. Finally sent a text message to letting him know that I am requiring his help. But again no response at all.
6 - 16th Aug, the entire day went off but my connection is still not activated. Decided to phone 198. Anand who answered my phone call and conveyed that unfortunately they are not having any updates in their system, due to the connection has not been activated and updated in their database.
7 - 17th Aug, still 198 Vodafone Care guys are not aware the reason behind why it is not yet activated.
8 - Finally recommended that, I need to visit Vodafone Store to enquire about the same, why it is not being activated? They are not having any updates.
Questions to "Zillah V - Nodal Officer Vodafone/Systematic Knowledge Services Pvt. Ltd.," -
Q - After being aware that my request is on a high priority to get the connection activated, what are the reasons behind that you guys are taking this much time to get the connection establish?
Q - Why I have been committed and assured that, surely connection activation won't take much time?
Q - Why there is no follow-up calls or updates about my connection status?
Q - Who is responsible for this delay? When my connection will get activate?
Q - Why I have being suffered after completing my documentation process, verification call completion, device cost payment, etc., still I am the only one who is doing follow-up from my end, because I have taken the connection? Providers are least bothered about the service?
I need my connection activated within a day, coz I can't wait for one more day delay loosing my patience..........
Please help me to get this resolved and teach a lesson to Vodafone, so that this suffering should not get repeat to other genuine customers.

Vodafone — Unwanted caller tunes
I heard my phone ringing picked it up and clicked. On hearing music I cancelled and Lo! I get message after message that a caller tune activation request has been sent. Then I am asked about my tune to be used. THen the best! I get a tune I have never heard of, next time my colleagues (I am a teacher) call they will get a shock of their life! My account gets a minus 30 and I am left with a balance of -4! Why ? Am I that depressed that knowing I do not have enough balance I activate tunes?I requested a complete withdrawal and an immediate reimbursement of my money.
