Dear all,

Its highly disappointing that every time I call at your call center , I have never kept the call with a happy note . Today was the height [16th august] .

I called twice on your CC , [protected] and spoke to 2 incompetent executives who very conveniently have disconnected my call while I was speaking . your floor supervisors are busier that the PM of India . they never come on call.

Anyways its useless telling you guys all this , as you guys just done improve . From the best to the worst ever customer service .

Here I my issue :

I Called CC , because I wanted to know by plan details and wanted to change to a better plan . and to my surprise and absolute horrow , I was told my BB plan has been changed from 299 to 399 since a few months . the reason I was told is that I was porting out of Vodafone so u changed my plan . Is this how you cheat your customers who blindly pay your bills on time . just because I don’t check your bills and trust you , you have cheated me . Actually a fraud . I have never requested for a PORT out . when I asked the second agent from where he got this information he dropped my call. I wanted a complaint number so that I could also mail it to you . BUT HOW DO YOU EXPECT US TO GIVE YOU A COMPLAINT NUMBER WHEN YOUR CALL CENTER KEEPS DISCONNECTING MY CALLS . the number I was calling from is 61497361. So you can go and check the call recording if you feel I am lying .

Now , first of all I need to know why did my plan change without I being asked or updated . if I don’t pay your bill even a day late you guys call 10000 times , send 100 sms’s and your dirty collection agenies keep calling . but to change my change without even informing me is disgusting and cheap . you guys can do anything just to extract more money .

I need a call back from your appellate authority , explaining me when and where did I try to port out . why is my BB plan changed without asking me . If I don’t get a revert in 24 hours not that I have much choice but I will disconnect my number , because I am no ambani that I can afford to spend to spend so much money on you guys . from the date you have changed my plan please refund me the extra charges .

I wanted to go on a higher plan with 3G internet service , but now I don’t want to do it , because am worried you will again change me with fraud services .

    I made a request for Talk plan change, since i got a very late reply from vodafone i mentioned then to cancel my request and even got a confirmation mail from one of the executive stating the request cancellation (mentioned below)
    Dear Mr. Senthil,
    This is in response to your email dated 22-Jun-2012 regarding tariff change for your mobile numbers [protected].
    We regret the inconvenience caused to you in this regard.
    As per telephonic conversation had with you today, we had ignored the request to change the tariff plan.

    Till Now i have writen to them for 3 times and havent got any call from vodafone to resolve this problem.
    Got calls from relationship managers, i mentioned the problem to them but no use.
    Every month i end up with a problem from vodafone and am getting disturbed a lot by this problem.
    Plz suugest me how can i register a case against Vodafone for such a worst service.

      For the past one month my talk time is getting reduced on its own. Probably vodafone is deducting the talk time amount on its own without any usage.
      Kindly return my talk time amount. Last time I recharged for 100 and it got over with in 2 days without much o[censored]sage.

      Vodafone — UNNECESSARY DEDUCTIONS

      RESPECTED SIR
      I AM USING VODAFONE NO.[protected] SINCE LAST FEW YEARS.I HAVE ALREADY ACTIVATED DO NOT DISTURB SERVICE BUT INSTEAD OF THAT VODAFONE HAS ACTIVATED CALLERTUNES WITHOUT MY PERMISSION,THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY ARE DOING THIS.THEY ACTIVATE DIFFERENT SERVICES NOW AND THEN WITHOUT ASKING AND DEDUCT MY BALANCE.PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS MATTER SOON.

        My name is Talvinder Singh. My contact no [protected] I have given request for "Transfer of Ownership" request in to my brother name i.e Aavtar Singh Saini

        I have given request in Vodafone Galley which is at Chembur Naka on 27 July 2012, But still it is not done I have given all the necessary documents at the office I have also given the requested to change my plan in to corporate plan which is VG_MU_MV_abbott_99. I was assured that everything would be done within 48hs.

        I have visited vodafone store 3 times, Vodafone executine name Mr. Altamesh has taken the request for "Transfer of Ownership" but I am not getting any proper response

        Still today and nothing has been done..

        I raised a request for the transfer of ownership on Novemeber 20th. Till now it is not done properly. We have visited the Vodafone store Indiranagar 5 times for this to be done. You people always have some excuses. Its 3 months till now and its still not done. Every time I call the customer care, they say that they are going to send a mail to the vodafone store with no other action taken. Vodafone customer service is the worst experience I had. Its really the worst of all other network operators

        Almost 27 days has been passed, what have u done in this 27 days. Altamesh, Tripti Shetty Yogesh Sutar. Snehal, Kusum, there are more names to add of vodafone executive who are looking after my issue, I dont know what what is happening when so many people are working for a single issue.

        I think this is enough and enough, I had been following with this issue with Vodafone from last 32 days but there is no proper reply all are saying that we are working, or we are looking but nothing is happening.

              - I was using Vodafone No [protected] since last 4 yrs. Initially, the number was postpaid under Corporate Scheme.

              - I got this converted into a pre-paid Number with effect from 15 May 2012. I had submitted all the documents to Mr Arul at Vodafone stores at RT Nagar, Bangalore. He had verified all the documents.

              - The number was in regular use. From 09 Jun 2012, I was able to receive call but was not able to make calls. At 1.30 AM on 12 Jul 2012, I got SMS from Vodafone that, I need to submit the documents again. I found that my SIM is deactivated. Around this time I was on on vacation in Delhi. I checked out thru another Delhi postpaid No on Delhi Vodafone customer care about submission of documents. I was intimated that I have to submit the documents in Bangalore only.

              - On 04 Aug 2012, I went to Vodafone stores at RT Nagar Bangalore to submit the documents. There I came to know that my Vodafone No is already recycled with effect from 24 Jul 2012. As per the company policy if the number is not in use for 60 days, it will be de-actvated. I my case, deactivation was done within 25 days and number was recycle within 42 days of de-actvation. Both these actions by Vodafone are against its own written policies.

              - I do not understand how a company like Vodafone can do this to me. I requested the Manager at RT Nagar office to give this number back to me as all my contacts and important Personal information are linked to this Number. She informed me that they understand, its a mistake made from Vodafone as they acted on recycling of number before the due dates. They will try from Backend to convince the new customer for de-activation and giving me back the No.

              - However, I have not received any respose from them. I consider this to be highly unethical.

              - I requested Vodafone customer care vide my mail dated 11 Aug 2012 to reconsider my request and re-issue me the same number (Complaint REF:[protected].
              - Vodafone Karnataka is not responding positively.

                  I have used Vodafone number [protected] past six months.
                  In this week, callertune in my mobile number have been activated automatically without getting any command from my side.
                  Even nobody calls me or message me about the activation. But while switch on the mobile, i have got the message from Happy2Help that contains,
                  You have been activated Caller tune service and Rs.5 charged for the service.
                  Totally i have lost Rs.25 for these type of deductions and renewals. Even I deactivated the service and again again callertune service activation continues.
                  Who the hell are they to decide that I have to use that service. Totally i am irritated with this service.
                  Also their customer care executive also very very worthless guys.
                  I filed a complaint to their customer care executive through 198. after 2 hrs from the complaint, i have been activated caller tune and renewed by 1 Rupee for the same...This is totally ridiculous.

                  I have to make this complaint in consumer court too.
                  I need my deducted balance returned immediatey Also i need to put on DND in this number.

                  Sir,

                  the caller tune and voice chat service automatically activate in my mobile without my permission the caller tune service friday and the voice chat service activate on saturday. i can't use these service but these service were activate and my amount leps in my mobile account i complain to your customer care service but they not given a proper answer sir I request to you that please de-activate these service on my mobile and recover my money in my mobile account.

                  Vodafone — Automatically Callertunes get activated

                  Vodafone Team, is the worstservice provider they have activated callertune on my phone automatically without asking my permission & charged me for the same also.

                  When i called the customer care they said that they have not done on their own & they wouldnt reverse the money at any cost. Somebody HELP!!!

                  This keeps happening to me always this is the 3 rd time it has happened now.

                  Their website too is not functional...

                  in the month of July, i changed my network operator idea to Vodafone, at that time they activated one Vodafone caller tune without my request. i spoke to customer care regarding this, they said its free for sometime provided by company for new added customers and after that activation continues by customer request only. but now without my request they activated and deducted money (Rs.30/-) from account. i made a call to customer care and discussed the same, but they are irrespective to the customers and they are not ready to refund the money..please do the needful..not only me, nowadays so many people are suffering from telecom operators. please take an action on them.
                  telecom operators are should be punished for their illegal services by activating caller tunes without consumer request.

                      Asking money without bill, after ported out

                      I was being followed by Vodafone for a Mobile Bill of amount Rs. 597.41, which is completely fake. I was undertaking the service from Voda & ported out to Idea cellular clearing all the previous bills. Now Voda is asking again to pay a bill of the said amount and not in the position to clarify of the same. After asking about the bill, they said since I have ported my no., they will not give any bill.

                          I have complained almost 6 times now about poor vodafone network (not restricted to just one area). I am facing this problem wherever I go. Everytime I call them they say select manual settings, I have done this so many times but no improvement. And now who ever tries to call me doesn't get connected to me and also gets the message number switched OFF?? I never switch off my number, then why the hell this msg. I am losing business because of this issue. VODAFONE you must be reading this.. Contact me asap to get my details and resolve this issue. I am so frustrated with your terrible service.

                            I bought a vodafone prepaid sim ( [protected]) on 5th july 2012 from a retailer in bangalore, done all the documentation , submited my voter id card xerox copy(Delhi' voter id card) photo and fill all the information regarding. After 15 days got a msg frm vodafone to submit documents again , inquired abt dis frm retailer frm whom bought d sim, he told me its submitted already. after 1 month got d same msg frm vodafon nd my no got barred i.e m not able to dail nd receive calls snd msges nd all.I have 55 rs balance also in it... I submited my id froof nd photo again to retailer, next day dey cancelled my sim card registration nd alloted to someone else. When i visited d nearest vodafone store dey told me no is alloted to sumone else nd ur balance cn't be bring back unless u go for postpaid sim .                               Dear Sir/Maám,

                              I am a regular user of Netcruise-[protected] for more than a six month. Usually i recharge for RS 801. On Aug 11 , i went to my retailer and asked for low Tariff,i called up Customer care department from his Vodafone retailer cell no -[protected](Umesh Gowda) between 7 .15 PM and 8 PM m(several time). The customer care person informed me that for a recharge of 348 rs, a user can download up-to 500MB and after that speed will get reduced automatically however i can used up to 30 days.
                              Then we have confirmed again before he recharge my vodafone net-cruise. However it was not working from yesterday night(because of download complete 500 MB download). Yesterday night, i called Vodafone customer care officers,Salim pasha and Rafeek (Bangalore based vodafone customer care executives), both of them were rude and not provided any information needed. I request you to check vodafone recorded voice calls from [protected] on 11th August(between 7 .15 PM and 8 PM) to your customer care regarding Taiff Discussion. I woul like to lodge a companint and expect to resolve this with in next 48 hours. This is a clear case wrong communication on Tariff and Vodafone has cheated me . Request you to resolve this at the earliest.

                                Hello Vodafone Services,

                                I have online recharged of Rs,351/- on 09.08.2012 through my SBI Debit Card No.[protected] on my Vodafone no.[protected]. Amount has been debited from my A/c No.[protected] but not credited yet in my mobile. So please let me know if amount has been deducted from my account so why i didn't get any recharge in my mobile. Its a hugely request to Vodafone Online Services eighter recharge my number eighter back my money. its a loss to me.

                                  I am a pre-paid customer of vodafone for several years, with cell phone number [protected].
                                  Suddenly, yesterday, that is 11 august 2012 i lost my network coverage. So i went and got my sim card replaced from their gallery at nerul, new mumbai. They promised to activate the card within 4 hours. But since even after 28 hours they didn't activate it, i rang up their customer care, only to find out that they had blocked my number. They wanted me to resubmit my id documents to them.
                                  My complaints:
                                  1. If they wanted my id documents again, why didn't they simply ask for them?
                                  2. Even if they wanted to block my number, why didn't they give me the slightest advance notice?
                                  3. How would they compensate me for the tremendous inconvenience caused?

                                    I am using Vodafone Dongle with a tariff plan of Rs. 400 plus taxes monthly with unlimited downloads but at a relatively slow speed.
                                    This being a post paid connection, on perusal of the detailed billing, I find that internet usage time is charged at about Rs. 10 per second
                                    and my total bill for the month of July 12 comes to Rs. 11000 though the company gave a discount of the full amount and asked me to pay the tariff plan only. When I checked up with the company officials, they said that this is the system of billing by broadband service providers. Just because they
                                    gave a discount of the entire amount, that does not mean they can charge unreasonable tariffs. Whether anybody can through some light on the above practice? My question is when they suddenly stop giving discounts, I will be end up paying a hefty bill which is absurd and stupid. shankar

                                      I took a post paid connection ([protected]) of Vodafone network as on 30/07/2012 from Raghunath Telecom Of B.C. Road , P.O.- Chakdaha, Dist – Nadia Pin- 741222, West Bengal . Within a one week Owner of Raghunath Telecom Proprieto - Santanu Ghosh shared my number also my personal detail to many people of Chakdaha then I complain against him to all Vodafone complain cell but I did not get any satisfactory result from them yet ( Complain register no [protected]), I also submited lot of evidence against him to Vodafone complain cell , I think it is a criminal offence ,I am submitting my complain here for getting some positive result against him (Raghunath Telecom) .
                                      I am submitting some evidence if you check call records of owner of Raghunath Telecom you can know that Santanu Ghosh Proprietor of Raghunath Telecom has done a major offence .
                                      1. Santanu Ghosh (Proprietor of Raghunath Telecom) Convey my personal details to send a sms to [protected]. Within 6.40 pm. To 7.15 pm.on 04/08/2012 .
                                      2. Santanu Ghosh (Proprietor of Raghunath Telecom) Phoned to me & said Please donn’t complain against him .at about 7.30 pm on 04/08/2012 call duration 2.45 mins.
