Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had requested for a portability from Airtel to Vodafone on 7th June 2012 for phone no. [protected] and contacted Vodafone gallery at Four Bungalows, Andheri west, Mumbai on 10th June, 2012. I filled up the form provided for Mobile Number Portability:Port-in customers- Vodafone and paid Rs. 369/-, vide Bank/Cash Receipt no. SP No. FAC/12-13/SP01/4004 copy of which is attached herewith. The time taken for all this was atleast one hour.
However, till 23rd June 2012, no portability was provided and therefore, on 23rd June 2012, I returned the SIM no.[protected] which was issued to me and requested for refund of Rs. 369/-. However, I was not given the refund but was told that a cheque will be sent to my residence within 20 days, as per company policy. The copy o[censored]ndertaking from the officer, Mr. Mario, to that effect is attached herewith.
It is more than a month and my refund has not come through. I have attempted to contact the Vodafone complaints dept. over the phone but they are telling me to go back to the gallery.
I am staying alone and working as an executive, therefore I do not have time or energy to visit the Store and again wait in the queue for another hour. As it is I have lost my valuable time in going to first Airtel Gallery at Andheri east,to disconnect any additional services like 3G (took half an hour of waiting & formalities), as advised by Vodafone and then waiting at the Vodafone gallery to fill up the form (one hour) and again at Vodafone Gallery to return the SIM card and claim refund (again one hour). I have lost count of the time and effort lost in contacting the Vodafone customer care executives over the phone.
I am writing this complaint as a last resort. I do not want to have portability to Vodafone, seeing the poor standard of service, even before I become a customer!
I request your goodself to look into my complaint and help provide my refund amount of Rs. 369/- immediately.

I am disputing a charge on my bill dated 06.03.11. The charge is Rs 2425 and is in the amount of Rs 7679.
The amount is in error because I have Activated Black Berry Plan on 8 Feb .After that date i have not been able to use any kind of GPRS OR VODAFONE LIVE on My HANDSET. Till Date I even don't have Settings of VODAFONE LIVE on my Handset.
As per my knowledge Customer cannot use VODAFONE LIVE with BLACK BERRY 299 Plan .
I have visited Store as well and talked to many Supervisors on CUSTOMER CARE but felt HELPLESS .
