From last 2and half year am using vodafone postpaid connection and paying all dues on or before due date. I came to know Vodafone is charging me extra for non utilization of Internet. Bill for May2012 my due was Rs1754.00 out of that Rs830 is for internet usage which was used for 17th May2012, But I never use my internet or any GPRS service for the said date, I am shocked when I came to know for a single day I have to pay Rs830.00

i have register the sms pack on 3rd of july. and i have got the sms from the company that the service will be activated between 24 hours. as after 24 hours i started using sms to friends. on 8th of july i got to know i have not activated any service. as due to this i have to suffer from 600-700 rs. and nobody on vodafone is going to listen my complaint....
