really shame on you vodafone!!!!!!
i had taken my 1st campus card in july 2008. till 2011 it worked properly. after 26th july 2011 i received a message that my campus card has been deactivated. i didnt even got any sms saying that my campus card goin to be expire. before 2011 i use to got messages about my campus scheme expiry but in july 2011 i dint got any message and without informing my campus scheme had been deactivated due to which i need to take another campus simcard another number. i took new simcard between 26july or 2nd august as per customer executive. again after a year i am facing the same problem.
i dint receive any sms about my campus scheme expiry date. i called on 21st july on vodafone because i was not able to recharge of rs47 to renew my scheme. that time i came to know that vodafone had close down rs47 recharge and launched a new campus card. but still customer executive on phone saying for your number rs47 is valid. but when i recharge its showing me not valid. then i visited customer care centre at malad west, they told me that rs47 has been closed down and you need to recharge rs57 for renew for your campus scheme. i tried to recharge rs57 also. it showed me not valid. then again i called customer executive they told me the due date of campus scheme is 25th july so try on that day. so i tried directly on 25th july. again not valid for both recharge rs.47 and rs57. after 25th july i was charging 5numbers 20p, local calls 1re and sms 1re. before that i was charging 5numbers 10p, local calls 50p and sms 10p.
again i called on customer care on 26th july. they forwarded my complain and gave registration number via sms. they told me i wil get call from their side on 28th july but i dint got any call infact i called back. they told me that you should recharge of rs92 because new campus scheme 1st recharge is rs92 and then rs57. each and every executive telling me different thing. whom to trust? and is that so then they could tell me this before 25th july? one is saying get new simcard because new campus cannot bt activated on this number. again and again i should buy new simcard o what??? evn i am advertising and marketing student. i also know these kind of tatics and how to increase the sales. but that doesnt mean that you behave this way with old customers. campus scheme was worth thats why i took another simcard in 2011 again orelse would not. because of your mistake i am charging double. even after getting mails from your senior department no action taken from your side. i have all service registration number n names of those executives too.. either give me new simcard or same scheme on this number itself or better i port. 2 executive told me to deactivate my family and friends number so that i can recharge rs92 on this number. but while recharging rs92 i got sms that this transaction cannot be processed at this time. because of those two executive i deactived the scheme and now i am charging 1re for all calls and sms.
yesterday 2nd august 2012 i got a call from vodafone customer care. she told me to get new simcard becuase the new campus scheme cannot be activated on this number. then she told me she transferring call to senior. then she told senior is busy so he will call after 10mins. till now i dint even got a call from them.
i am being loyal to vodafone from 2008 and my whole family uses vodafone. better i port everyones number to another network because vodafone does not deserve this. customers are loyal to vodafone but vodafone is not loyal to their customers. no new scheme for old campus users!!!! just to increase for sales and gain new customers you regretting old customers, not at all willing to help!!!!! shame on you vodafone!!!! its time to port to another network because you repeated your mistake again with the same customer twice now. really dint expected this from vadafone!!!!!!!!

Campus Card — Not charged as per scheme

Hi,
I have purshased Campus card 3 weeks ago. I was suppose to be charge as per the scheme when i call on other campus no. but im being charged as per normal rates. Please look into this matter as early as possible.

I too am facing the same issue. No recharge works on campus pack and call rates are now 1.5 Rs per minute. Can you please help me and suggest what recharge could be done on campus cards?

    Sir,
    I had bought a new vodafone prepaid connection [protected] on july 26th, 2012 by submitting all the documents on time. On july 31st, 2012 i got a message from vh-611112 saying our documents had reached there and they are updating my documents. But yesterday i recieved a message to submit my documents on time otherwise my clipping facility will be barred. And today stopped my clipping facility and just informed us by message.. Is this how you people work?
    I had faced this problem earlier on my number [protected] which i had port to vodafone. I am very dissatisfy with your facility, isn't its your duty to check or ask about the documents by a single call, so that we can also justify whether the documents are submitted by us or not.
    I had never seen such worst service than yours.

    voda pre paid — Dissatisfied never contacted

    Dear sir
    My daughter purchased me a new phone from crazy johns and he unlocked the phone at our request.
    This way I could connet to vodaphone to join the rest of my family. She went to your rep registered the phone and was asked for dirivers licence which is your porceedure.

    Christmas morning when the new phone rang it had drug messages on and threatening and swearing etc. We went back to voda and your rep traced the texts and found the name of the addict and also advised us that for some strange reason my daughters drivers licence was registered to a different perdon. he did advise that he would report it.
    We were advised to call the phone service operator to change our number.The operator wanted to charge us 19.50 plus loose my purchase credit of 30.00 for a new number. I declined this offer as it did not seem fair and with no apology he hung up.No credit had been used on the phone at this point. My daughter then went to the police to report that voda had another person registered using her licence as ID. They monitored the calls and some how who through their protocols with voda the police blocked the messages.
    I hope you will look into this and take appropriate action as the person responsible can only be within your employee. We are now in the middle of february and I have not heard a reply.

      After an acknowledgement reply my plan should have bean changed to 199 and accordingly i was hoping to get much lower bill. I am just unable to understand why am i being troubled? i wont pay any bill until i get a mail confirmation about plan change...

      I bought a recharge coupon of vodafone 100 rs from the shop. During scratching the pin got damaged. I drop a mail to vodafone with the serial no of the coupon[protected]. They are saying that they are unable to recharge on the number. Is there any way out. The docket number for the future correspondence given by them is[protected]

        today ,2nd Aug 2012, thrusday at 08:10 am, i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call,because I was sleeped at that time, baut i am concerned about how did the calling person got my number and why given missed call to my cell number. I would appreciate it if you would look into this matter

        When I called back there was no responce but I hered some BOLO SMS. Please find out is there no any problem for me.
        How they got my number.

        Vodafone — unknown number missed call from pakistan

        I have got two unknown miss call from pakitani mobile numbres on two different days.
        And the number are [protected] and [protected].
        I had received a missed call from the number [protected] on 20/10/1011. I had then called back. The person talked in Hindi and told that i have won lottery of Rs 10 lacs on lucky draw in ICC Cricked World Cup contest. I had not participated in any such contest. This call seems to be a fake / fraud and also seems to be originated from Pakistan. Kindly enquire the same.

        Vodafone — Getting Missed Calls from PK

        Hi,
        I am getting missed calls from number of Pakistan. The number is [protected].
        I have never dial this number. When Today i called to customer care they said we cant do anything about this, just go to police station and raise the FIR. Can anybody help me what to do? Is this not the responsibility of the service provider to check this types of complaint. Why we are getting these types of missed calls from Pakistan, after all everyone is well known that PK is spreading terrorism. Please Help.
        Today on 7:57 PM i got an Another missed call from the number [protected] on my other Vodafone number.

        This is too much if the service provider or our Govt doesn't do nothing in this case.

          This complaint i am launching against Vodafone Gujarat post paid division. I have activated the data pack in my mobile no. for Internet access.There is no intimation given by vodafone after completion the data pack , and they have charged me 8180 Rs for June 2012 month and 10000 rs for July 2012 month.In vodafone prepaid division the data pack completion intimation is available for the users but in postpaid they have purposely not given because the bill is charged to user after one month. this is looks like fraud and i am feeling that i got cheated from vodafone.

          hello I have the same issue.I happy 17 thousand as my bill amount just for Internet and when I have for clarification no proper clarification was given about bill.             Dear Sir/Madam,

            I, Rajasekaran.B am using Vodafone postpaid no [protected] for the past 2 years.
            In the last month bill dated 04.06.2012 for the period may 2012, I found Charges for International SMS included in the bill.
            The amount charged against International SMS is Rs .135 for 27 calls to a no. [protected].
            I never try to send an SMS for this No.
            When I try to call this number, I got a reply from voice saying that the no is invalid.
            Hence I ask you to check this and cut the amount in my billing.
            Statement for the month of May attached here for your reference.
            Please reply back soon so that I can pay my dues.

            Dir vodafone service people forcing me to take postpaid package b4 i am using pripad lain is very good now i am using postpaid lain those people cheating me within 6 days my Bil come 2000 rupees e vin i take internet package also than i go to vodafonee care i want complain but those people not take my complain tiling me lay this is unBilled amount after 15 days my Bil come 2253 rupees i cant paid this amount b4 i am using 50 rupees 20 days and inter net pack 98 rupees i can use 1 month now i am fed up this Bil i cannot paid i buy new no air tel plz hep us my no [protected]

                This Sai Sundeep Kumar I am From AndhraPradesh, Sir I Need Change My Mobile Network From Vodafone To Other Network, But I Can't Able To Send Mesg From My Mobile Becoz OutGoing Mesg Service Is Not Working In My Mobile On diz Issue I Have Called The Customer care Executives No.of Times But They Have Not Even Solved My Problem. From July 25th Onwards I Called The Customer Care Executives Nearly 70-80 Times But They Are Telling All Silly Reasons & The Vodafone People Are Trying To Deactivate My Number...... & I Lost My Complete Patience......
                I Dont Want To Stay In That Network Even Single Day...... I asked Customer Care Executives To Send My Porting Code To Changing The Network But On That Issue Also There Are Telling Silly Reasons


                So I Sincerely Request You To Help Me On This Issue For Getting The Porting Code.....

                  On 21/06/2012, I bought a smartphone (HTC Wildfire), The GPRS has automatically got activated.

                  On 07/07/2012, I have engaged a plan of Rs.199 for broadband services, My bill shows GPRS charges of Rs.2556/ which is arbitary, when I have enabled the Broadband services from 21/06/2012 till 07/07/2012. I am informed that I am charged 10 ps per KB

                  I am informed that my phone applications must have latched on internet and has got automatically enabled.

                  I have requested reversal of partial amount with no positive response vodaphone

                  Request refund of Rs.2000/ since I am their customer since 2008 in Gujarat 7 mumbai No is active since 2000.

                  I have always prepaid my Bill and is normally in credit balance

                    i had port my bsnl no. [protected] to vodafone which was activated on July 19th,2012. i submitted all the required documents timely. But then vodafone company sent a message that our documents are not submitted,if they had not recieved my documents then how can they activate the sim once and then stop its working...and since today morning all outgoing calls and clipping of incomung calls are barred only because of the distributor's neglegience. i had to face a lot of problem. i want you take an action against that irresponsible distributor ( Nanda communication, vodafone dealer ,kishangarh road.Shahabad markanda,distt. kurukshetra, Haryana-136135)

                            I have applied for vodafone connection through my company i.e ICICI PRUDENTIAL in the month JAN.2012 and i have given the documents to one of the executive who is sitting at my branch for process.But the representative has reportes me that due to some old numbers outstanding amounts he can not process my request.I told him to give my documents back.but he told me that it is cancelled and can not be called back.so i did not mind it.
                            And in the month of Mar.12 again i applied for vodafone connections.and this time i went to vodafone store directly.They processed it.and i received two numbers which was working properly till 1st week of July.12.
                            Now on 2nd of july i received a mail from vodafone saying my new vodafone number[protected] is activatedand i immediately replied to that mail and informed that i have never applied for any new connection so kindly disconnect the line. Instead of replying me they send me a bill of Rs.35 dated 12.july.12.
                            I highlighted this issue infront of all possible authorities but they are not giving me any clarification.today i again checked my documents which is submitted at the time of activation.It is the same documents which i have submitted in the month of Jan.12.and understood it that vodafone executive has made a fraud by misusing this documents.I have not received any sim card too.
                            So i request you to kindly have look at the matter and teach a lesson to vodafone.
                            I lost almost 5000rs to resolve the matter by visiting vodafone stores.
                            Kindly take my request for compensation.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I am Umed Vora, having my mobile no.[protected]. Since last one week of time, I am getting daily base messages and emails from Vodafone regarding my usage. At the time of visiting Vodafone store, i am informed that, due to your excessive usage and change of plan, your billing amount is gone higher and its near to your credit limit.

                              In fact on 29th June,2012 Mr. Sunil (contact no. [protected]) from Global Direct had visited me to offer new connections and from him, I took two new connections (sim cards) for nos. (1) [protected] and (2) [protected].
                              Also at the same time, he offered me a new plan to reduce my billing amount on my existing mobile no. [protected]. As he described, in new plan offered by him (specially and exclusively offered by Global Direct only), i will get 30pc per minute local and std tariff , 100 local free SMS, 1GB Internet usage, and unlimited talktime with my other 3 numbers.

                              On 30th June,2012 , I had received a SMS from Mr. Sunil of Global Direct to forward the same ( TARIFF8Y ) to 111. On the same time I had forwarded this message to 111. But the issue started now is, when i visited Vodafone store, the person from desk has informed to me that your current plan does not include any Internet usage facility package.

                              The first intimation message from Vodafone regarding my usage received by me was a billing amount of Rs. 7319 on 19th July,2012 and then after i have taken necessary step regarding the issue. My experience at Vodafone store, Prabhadevi, was worst. (Token no. 233 Dtd. 23.07.2012 Time 06:54:33pm) My turn to talk with the desk person was came at 07:10pm, but the person talked to me was in a great hurry (may be, due to 07.10pm time) and he has simply explained that the issue is between you and Global Direct, so he can't help anymore from there.

                              On 29th July,2012, I have visited Vodafone Store at Malad-West. (Tocken No.36, 04:10:07pm) I talked to Mr. Sangam and Mr. Fakrul, my experience at there was little better than of earlier (at prabhadevi). But they guide me to put my case at the given email id from my personal email id. On my request, they were happy to talk with Mr. Sunil of Global Direct, In which, Mr. Sunil has committed his mistake.

                              Just now, on today, I have confirmed my talk-plan through my mobile by using *111#. It indicates my talk-plan is Myop per second_new rental-99, local V2V-1.2, local M2M-1.5, local others-1.5, STD M2M-2.5, STD Others-2.5, SMS local-1.00, NAT-1.5, INT-5.0...!!!
                              You may please check my previous pattern of voice-calls, messaging, Internet usage and STD usage. On that basis also, no way, i can choose that kind of plan.

                              I am a business person attached with Vodafone from more than 10years using four cards on my name and so many others by my family members and staff members. We are always proudly attached with Vodafone as a family and never faced a kind of issue.

                              You may please talk to following persons to understand the issue in detail,

                              My suggestion to solve the issue (expectation from you) is , simply calculate my all voice-calls , messages and Internet usage as per my old plan , which was in use earlier than current plan.

                                I have requested to deactivate Internet Plan of 499/-per month & to activate the 99/-per month internet plan. But no action was taken by Vodafone service center.                                 I have visited Store as well and talked to many Supervisors on CUSTOMER CARE but felt HELPLESS .

                                  Yesterday I found my balance Nil and I Recahrged with 98 Rs. Plan of vodafone Internet on dated 19 July 2012.I make call to customer care about this balance deduction then both customer care said to me that this is our vodafone technical problelm so sorry and on that day when u recharged your mobile no. with 98 Rs. Plan of internet that was not subscribed by our technical default.So,we will refund your all your balance soon within 24 hrs.but now today i make a call to one customer care he rudely talk to me and said that we are unable to refund your Main balance and whatever our customer care commited with you that can not be completed by us about balance Refund.

                                  Sir If you think that i am wrong and making this big issue then every telecommunication service provider has a recording facility at customer care office so please listen our conversation and plase take decision.

                                  I hope you will Take decision in my favour and refund my balance around 84Rs. soon.

                                    I would like to exhibit over billed experience with Vodafone, Chennai. Since 2007, I am using Vodafone postpaid account and credit limit of Rs.2500 per billing cycle. Until Feb 2012, I didn’t get any problem end of Feb I received an outbound call froVodafonene centre. We offered internet facility to our premier customers and told will receive a SMS.After few hours; I received couple of SMS’s due to curiosity opened the same I don’t know what sort of technology they have, billing meter started. I used nearly 4 days that internet Facility within a week received SMS and stated that crossed your credit limit pay the interim amount immediately. just shocked This is the first time crossed the CL.Next day, received a mail need to pay Rs .2672 and every day sent out an e-mail with cumulative interest (I don’t know how they calculated thought of running a finance company not an reputed MNC).Then immediately cut the service one by one (out going calls and sms). I am working as a technical consultant and given this no to all my clients and friends. In Flip side, I have BSNL Internet card Rs 750 per month with unlimited download.Eventhough, Vodafone also using the same satellite which share by BSNL.I sent an email to Vodafone complaint cell and registered also. Nothing happened; my final bill amount was Rs .5672 and asked about list of sites visited by me.evntually, sent email to nodal officer after so many trailing mails finalized and given Rs.2500 as a discount. As per TROY the subscriber should not do mobile marketing/sales. But these suckers always break the rules. The Indian government must take necessary action to ban the VODAFONE Company in india.Meanwhile; I received legal notice from collection department. I lost my hard-earned money.
