I need to write a complaint against Vodafone Mobile service provider in Ahmedabad, My Mobile number [protected] which is CUG number provided by my Company (Sai Infosystem India Ltd), There are Excessive charges levied on my number during the period of June 12 to Aug 12, the charges are more than Rs. 10,000 per month, which is not acceptable to me. I have raised the issue couple of times with Vodafone service outlets but didn't get any reply, according them it is internet usage charges. For me this is highly incorrect billing done to me, One side they are charging only Rs. 599 for unlimited usage of internet per month, then how come my bill goes to 10000 per month, Due this problem my salary were deducted by my company HR & admin team.
I request you to look after this matter & to raise this point to your concern, If company can charge Per month Rs. 599 unlimited access to internet then how they can charge Rs. 10000 for the same internet usage. This is highly unethical practice & against consumer rights.

Vodafone — cheating by customer executive
i was fooled by the call centre executive for converting my mobile from prepaid to post paid . i was promised the scheme as under1) bill cycle will be for 45 days rs 199/ only
2) for 3 selected vodafone connection rate will rs0.10 paise per minute
3) for any other local call rate will be rs0.50paise per minute
4) u will get one selected gift of reebook company at the time of first bill
5) of rs 350/ charges paid rs 250/ will get adj in future bills.
now i understand that point no 1) was a wrong promise hence i want to convert again to prepaid and i want my 350/ rupees back
