Sir/madam,

We state that we are cellular mobile telephony service provider in the state of maharashtra & goa. We state that you had approached and requested us to provide you our cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, we provided the said facility to you, with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. We state that you have availed the facility but, in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of rs. 1220.16 which is due and payable.

We state that in spite of our repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date. We state that from the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility used by you. We state that as on 18 aug 2020 a sum of rs. 1220.16 is due and payable by you.

We state that believing your representations to be true, we acted upon in good faith and entrusted upon you with our cellular mobile phone facility, which you put into extensive use and accumulated huge amount.

In the circumstances, we hereby call upon you to pay the sum of rs. 1220.16 together with accrued interest thereon @ 18% p. A. From the respective due date till the full & final payment, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against you, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences, which please note.

We state that without prejudice to our rights, if you are willing to make the aforesaid payment, within the stipulated time, you are requested to contact rupali baswar on [protected] monday to saturday 9.00 am to 6.00 pm or e-mail to us at ashish. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com

    I am asif nk, working at dubai uae, i have an indian sim that i had taken from kerala my mother land.now i am using my sim in roaming here in dubai because my bank acount is linked to my simcard, i want to get the messages from my bank.but now i see my sim card balance is reducing into -256, when i enquired about balance reduction i get to know that there is roaming charge 90 rupees per mounth for showing network coverage in roaming(uae).

    Even we are hardworking for our country, you guys making fun of[censored]s.now i want to recharge for my validity and rent for roaming to get a message from my bank.this is really cruelity.

      Ek call aya mujhe data entry job k liye koi baat kr rha tha bata raha tha vodafone company se bol raha hu, pehle registration k liye mujhse 2000 manga gaya bola gaya iske baad apko job work de diya jaiga per entry ka 10rupees milega, mujhe job chahiye tha maine agree kia 2000rs pay kia fir uske baad ek agreement paper aya mere paas jisme bola gaya mujhe aur 3700 pay karna parega agreement k liye, pehle unhone kaha tha bs 2000 hi lagege then workfile de diya jaiga jo ki refundable amount hai, toh jab unhone mujhse 3700 aur manga maine cancel kraya apna registration mujhe koi refund to mila hi ni upar se mere call ka koi responce nahi diya gaya, fr maine jab search kar k dekha iss k liye dekha koi aisa company nahi hai sab fraud hai.Guys aise fraud calls se sabdhan rahiye here are the contact nos of that fraud peoples-

        My vodafone number is [protected].on 9 Aug vas named WWAP_DLS0049_PPU_KIN01467053 activated on my number without my consent and amount of rs. 49 is deducted.
        I havent requested any such service. I want the deducted amount refunded in my balance immediately.

                This is something unexpected from vodafone. I arindam das has left delhi permanently and vodafone is asking me to be physically present at delhi vodafone store.

                As a common sense how can one travel to delhi in this covid environment? Is this how a corporate and. Valued customer should be advised?

                I need a senseble advise as to what should be an alternate solution.

                If such minor queries can't be resolved, i am sorry to say i and my company would like to withdraw the corporate tie ups with vodafone.

                Please advise on priority.

                      I am having prepaid connection and suddenly showing negative balance of 236 for sending mms. Never in my dream i have sent any mms and how they could allow negative balance whereas when the pack expires, immediately we are stripped off all the sevices of calling, internet etc. Its a fraud as they are not providing any detail.

                        10 rs deducted from my account on 14th aug, i got an sms by saying, dear customer,
                        Thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8.
                        You have been charged rs. 10. How it happen without confirmation??

                          Vodafone is such a unprofessional company, they change the plan without my consent. I am running rs 100 corporate connection since 7- 8 years, now i am getting a message that my plan has been changes to rs 299. On complaint they are not listening, therefore i am planning to file consumer court complaint

                            I am valued customer of Vodafone Postpaid for more than 10 years now, still I am really disappointed with their service. After recent storm in Kolkata ( Amphan) Network issue at my residence and even in different parts of city is really irritating specially when its been more than 3 months now since the storm passed away. I had officially complaint on 199 for Network and call drop, voice break issue last month, still there is no update or followup on same. I am facing this issue at South Kolkata Tollygunge area.                               Dear Vodafone Team,

                              I am your Vodafone user for years. My entire family uses your Vodafone postpaid.

                              We have never had any problem in the network or services till date

                              But the network in service has been having a lot of problem since last long time. We are still active in postpaid number

                              I messaged for a port out last time. Because of moving from Vodafone to another company, I was having a lot of problem with Network in service. I have a lot of compliant but with no results

                              Even not resolved yet any complain

                              As soon as I sent a message for the port out, a call came from your company. He told me to stay in the company of Sir Sam. Do not go to another company. I give you a Goodwill Bever of ₹ 250..
                              The waiver has not happened yet.

                              But the waiver ₹ 250 has not been received yet and another bill of mine has been generated.

                              I do not remember which date was the call, but I sent a message for the last port out. You see that date. The call came that day. A lady's call came. He had committed to me.

                              If I do not get the details of ₹ 250, I will get all the numbers port out.

                              I have a lot of problem in network, internet does not use Proper!

                                Dear Team,
                                I had been using a vodafone connection since good 10 years.Today morning i receive a message
                                “Dear Customer,
                                thank you for downloading CARBAN_GAME from CARBUN8” You have been charged Rs. 10

                                I never downloaded these nor i have activated Value added services.The money needs to be reversed at the earliest and such malpractices needs to be stopped.My whole family use Vodafone and if no action, i will be forced to change the service provider.

                                  I received a message today (12.08.20) from Vodafone stating 10 Rs has been deducted for downloading Carbun 8 games.I never downloaded anything.When i caller their customer care.The know nothing about it and said will take request to avoid such malpractices.They have no system in place tto return the money.The money needs to be returned or else i will be forced to leave the services of vodafone.My whole family uses it.Be rest assured Services will be withdrawn.Will not tolerate such day light robbery.

                                      I m santosh pasi bringing the concern of network coverage issue in our area.. We are facing huge network coverage problem since 5 years no one is bothering to resolve the complaint many complaint had given to customer desk and gallery but they are just telling we will see no one interested to resolve the complaint

                                      If we not done recharge on time it means the taxes and services charges are not getting on time... If we are recharging plan in time the. We are expecting service from out operator which we are not getting

                                      Requesting is different and begging is different... If some one request then thr person is atleast doing something putting effort to resolve the issue but in my case i m continuously requesting idea i m not getting and reverted i feel idea is ignoring me and my complaint

                                      I m ready to give land for network tower installation if idea required from us just want help from idea that team should visit on my area and check the frequency of idea what we are facing

                                      This issue is not about me 25000 thousands people are in our village out of them 70% user are idea... Even idea can check the user and everyone is facing the issue if we want to call someone we have to go from our home to 1km location to call someone's u can imagine what idea is giving us service

                                      Can't call family member on time, nor doctors, nor police for emergency, not ambulance

                                      From last 5 years we are facing huge network problem in our room and area.. Both indoor and outdoor network is totally disappeared we are using operator connection but not getting the service

                                      Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

                                      Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

                                      It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. Plz registered the complaint of network coverage and send the network team and rf team engineer to resolve the issue and

                                      If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team
