scam of vas call on no. 51717

In current june20-july20 month bill i received charges of 1092 saying i called on no. 51717 at 2.22am and for the period of 78 minutes. I never did such call even didn't know about such number. This is kind of scam by vodafone. They are not accepting it is a mistake but only asking for the payment. Vodafone is saying i have to deactivate vas but vodafone has not asked my consent to activate it. I complained about this to cyber crime and consumer...

SMS Barred

I am holding a vodafone prepaid account, bearing number [protected]. My sms outgoing gets barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet....
