On august 5th 2020, i received an sms saying,
"dear customer, thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 15."
It was said third party download happened when contacted customer care and said cannot do refund. I am 100% sure that i didn't download anything related to such and customer care person is not at all accepting. How come this has happened without my knowledge?
This is not the first time that vodafone has deducted money from my account balance for unsolicited services.
I see its happening as common problem for many people, eating away ones account balance and then customer care just saying "third party content download, cannot do refund". Please have at-least the process to do the refund in these cases, when a person gives all the proof for not downloading such content and please please be customer friendly.
Other suggestion - please work to improve your service and stop/block these third party download by default itself.
