Hi, I wanted my recharge history detail. I had called your customer care number for this. But on first call i was told i won’t get any such data softcopy. For this I’ll have to visit store. Which is not possible for me as I’m home quarantine. On second call I was told I will get this data but I’ll have to pay for this. Why should I pay for my own history details. It is not like I’m asking for any additional service from you’ll. On your Vodafone app you prove us with limited history and I just need 3 months ago history. As I have last recharged 3months ago. But I was told I would only get data on app till 3months not before that. But the last recharge history i can see on my app is only up till 15th June. That’s not even 2months. You don’t even provide us full network how can your company ask users to pay for such thing. I had put forth the same things with your customer care person. He didn’t intent to listen to this at all. I was not provided with an answer for what I had ask. He just kept telling I’ll have to pay for this.

I sincerely request you’ll to provide me my recharge history receipt data since April at the earliest. As it is very important to me. please kindly look into this or escalate this problem to higher authority.

Why shall I write you another mail. Is it not your work to route my issue to other team if you’re not able to resolve. Why you’re asking user to write to various places. We do have work and this is really getting frustrating now. I’ve got no service from you’ll.worst service provider.

    The worst internet service i see in my life is yours. And the # point is that i'm not able to utilise 4 gb of data of my plan, because your internet is so slow. It's 10min to 4-5min video on instagram. Your service is really # up my mind. And i'm gonna switch on airtel.

      On august 5th 2020, i received an sms saying,

      "dear customer, thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 15."

      It was said third party download happened when contacted customer care and said cannot do refund. I am 100% sure that i didn't download anything related to such and customer care person is not at all accepting. How come this has happened without my knowledge?

      This is not the first time that vodafone has deducted money from my account balance for unsolicited services.

      I see its happening as common problem for many people, eating away ones account balance and then customer care just saying "third party content download, cannot do refund". Please have at-least the process to do the refund in these cases, when a person gives all the proof for not downloading such content and please please be customer friendly.

      Other suggestion - please work to improve your service and stop/block these third party download by default itself.

      Even I had the same issue this morning. I call the customer care and they gave me a very vague reason that doesn't make much sense. How can someone deduct money without consent from the user. This is not acceptable. I'm very disappointed with Vodafone India.

            Address: 313/79 inderlok tulsi nagar. Street number-4

            My neighbour is building the vodafone tower on his terrace and we know how much harm the radiation can cause. And none of other neighbours are in favour of this tower. There are pregnant ladies and kids in our buildings. Please help us to stop the procedure.

                      From last three days i am observing that my mobile internet data is getting exhausted without even using much. Last 4 months i was doing work from home and even after continuous meeting full day on internet max data usage was 3 gb. My daily data limit is 4 gb. Now i am seeing no meeting and just watched couple of videos and 4 gb gone. So i thought of recharging again 1 gb to see what is happening.. Now within 10 min that one gb data gone. No video no meeting just connected with my laptop and some chats. Then i thought of checking my data usage in my mobile.. When i checked my data i was shocked. Today's data use was 30 mb from all of my apps. Then i checked vodafone data balance and there it's showing 1 gb data consumed. This is completely stealing data. I just watched one video just to monitor what is happening and vodafone stole 1 gb of data. Though in my mobile i can see till now my apps has used 30 mb only.
                      I am using vodafone from last 6 years and never expected this. Seems like i have to port now if not resolved soon. I am attaching screenshot for reference how data is stolen.

                        I am facing the bad network issue from past 1 year. I have directly complained to the vodafone customer service and they told me they will resolve it. I have complaint more than 20 times but each and every time they are giving me a fake assurance. But every month i am giving them rs. 399 for providing me their service. But they are only taking my money but not solving me issue. I want my refund or either they will bring me a best service.

                                  My father's mobile number is [protected] vodafone postpaid plan. Accidently by clicking on amazon ad, but without any telephonic communication or email, rs. 899 are added in my postpaid bill for amazon prime subscription. I tried complaining to vodafone but they are not ready to accept and forcing me to pay my due postpaid bill (Which includes rs. 899/- + gst).

                                    After repeated complaint & email send to you, you have failed to activate my mobile no ([protected] & [protected]) for which port in was accepted by you, the detail of proof is attached.
                                    Why legal notice for compensation should not be issue to vodafone india ltd? If within 7 days the above two mobile numbers, if not activated, legal notice through our advocate will be issued to you from consumer court as the above both mobile numbers is been inactive from 28.07.2020 due to your technical reason. Please look into the matter seriously, all the legal charges & compensation will be bear by vodafone india ltd.

                                    I have book mnp order online from idea prepaid to vodafone postpaid on dt 21.07.2020 of which sim was been delivered on 25.07.2020 & Id & address verification was done by Amol Chavan ( ph:- [protected] ). The detail of order no is as follows:-

                                    But on 28.07.2020 my idea no was deactivated but to our surprise both new vodafone postpaid sim was not not activated, after complaining on toll free no the concern person request to visit vodafone store, but even after visiting vodafone store of Chinchwadgaon we have not received any satisfactory solution for the same. Only ticket request was raised.

                                    Today dt 30.07.2020 @ 00.30 A.M. i received the message that both the above order is been cancelled now my old idea is also not active nor vodafone postpaid sim is been active. I feel been cheated by Vodafone India ltd.

                                    So i request the kind management please do the needful to activate the above no at earlier as possible.

                                    After visiting your main chinchwad vodafone store (Pin code:-411033) it came to notice that there is internal trade war between vodafone india & idea cellular ltd. The prepaid sim of idea was ported to vodafone postpaid, idea has port out my both idea no ([protected] & [protected]) but not visible to vodafone india ltd (Activation failed as shown in the system) & later the above both file was deleted. Internal management of any one company has deleted the above port in from the system & due to internal trade war the customer is facing problem. The above both sim is been left by idea cellular but vodafone india ltd has no entry of the same. Please due to your internal trade war customer should not suffer so please look into the matter at earliest.
