              Address: vodafone

              First complained i made on 28 june 2020 which is not resolved yet. For the past 1.5 months i have been facing network related issue i am not able to use 1 mb of net from unlimted pack of 1099. I continously mailed them, called them, tweeted them but all went in vain. This plan is very expensive and without utilising its service how can i pay this amount of 2700 rs. I am not able to call anyone with this poor network. Apart from this charging additional service amount of rs 649 for netflix which is already added in his plan (Included). Because of 90 days policy i am not able to port their network for minimum 90 days and if i downgrade my plan then they will charge 3000 penalty.. What is this? Means they will not provide network to use his services but charging heftly... Please do something so that i can port all my three numbers. Iam very depressed as i have no option to how to overcome this issue. As all my number are related to this plan. If i not pay the bill they will close all my number. This is the reason they are charging so much...

                    My prepaid sim card number is [protected] lost on 30th july 2020 and i report via mail to block my sim and i report non register mail. But still have to give so many question answer. (Share fir as well)

                    Below is my concern still not resolve no one help my i have to go store and comes with empty hand.

                    I drop 3 mail to vodaofne as well.

                    1st i already share required detail on mail. But still they are asking detail (Share my address required all detail what they mail me)

                    2nd i block my card via other person mobile number.

                    3rd i am unable to block my sim card from my other post paid vodaofne sim number. I have to call from other network or prepaid vodafone sim.

                    4th vodafone mini store or vodafone store not help me with my new sim card (I got excuse form vodafone mini store my number [protected] is mumbai circle so means if i want missing new sim i have to take 399 billing plan from them or i have to go mumbai for new sim card this is totally black mailing to buy post paid plan)

                    5th when i want to port my number than any circle give me help that time no one say sir your address is not our circle. After sim issue we have to suffer.

                    This kind of help i am getting form vodaofne.
                    There is no hope i get my same number sim card or not according to vodafone i have to visit mumbai circle.

                    I am totally help less now to get my same number sim card

                      Today morning i have checked my phone balance, it was 24.65 rupees in second balance after that there was no outgoing calls and other usage. Now at 21:40pm my balance is showing 19.65 rupees in second balance. Now my question is where goes 5 rupees??? There is no usage, no plan activated in between. So why the unusual deduction happened??? I want my money back

                              On july 31, 2020, i received an sms saying, "thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 15." i didnt download anything. How come this has happened without my knowledge?
                              This is not the first time that vodafone has deducted money from my post paid plan for unsolicited services.

                                    After visiting your main chinchwad vodafone store (Pin code:-411033) it came to notice that there is internal trade war between vodafone india & idea cellular ltd. The prepaid sim of idea was ported to vodafone postpaid, idea has port out my both idea no ([protected] & [protected]) but not visible to vodafone india ltd (Activation failed as shown in the system) & later the above both file was deleted. Internal management of any one company has deleted the above port in from the system & due to internal trade war the customer is facing problem. The above both sim is been left by idea cellular but vodafone india ltd has no entry of the same. Please due to your internal trade war customer should not suffer so please look into the matter at earliest.

                                    After repeated complaint & email send to you, You have failed to activate my mobile no ( [protected] & [protected] ) for which port in was accepted by you, the detail of proof is attached.
                                    Why legal notice for compensation should not be issue to Vodafone India Ltd ? If within 7 days the above two mobile numbers, if not activated, legal notice through our advocate will be issued to you from consumer court as the above both mobile numbers is been inactive from 28.07.2020 due to your technical reason . Please look into the matter seriously, all the legal charges & compensation will be bear by Vodafone India Ltd.

                                      I am a Vodafone postpaid user, and Vodafone provided free mobile insurance with the postpaid plan.

                                      In an unfortunate event, my handset got broken (negligible crack on screen) and raised a insurance claim on 07 April 2019 so they picked up the handset from my location. Claim was approved (Inprincipal Approval) as a total loss on 23 Nov 2019 which I happily agreed and courier all accessories, bill, box, and documents requested.

                                      I didn't heard back for more than 1 month. After 1 month, I got reply that my documents are incomplete, so I resent all the documents. Document verification again took so long, and my claim got approved for the final settlement (Rs.31500) on 19 Feb 2020. And from that day, I am still waiting for my payment. I have written several times to Vodafone customer care, their appellate authority, twitter and called several times but every effort went into vain and nothing happened.

                                      I am still waiting but in vain. Please help me to get my hard earned money.

                                        Account was closed. Have contacted via numerous phone callsand emails.
                                        they respond someone will call back. whoever calls back has no idea of M-Pesa and says will call back again.
                                        This is going on since last year. I think I have lost my money, it was more than 1500 !
