Hello, My name is Rohit Goyal. Recently I switched from AirTel into Vodafone in search for better network quality because When I used to stay in London I used Vodafone UK as my default carrier and had no problems. The issue that I am facing at the moment is that I do not have enough network signal in my home to properly consume my plan. like I have a Vodafone RedX plan which apparently is expensive inclusive of taxes, I get priority connection....

why does it says "you do not have sufficient balance to continue this call!" even when i recharged my phone twice???

No proper network

I have been complaining for better part of. The month and I haven't received any resolution for my complaint.
I have received messages where they outrightly claim that they can't help me on this issue.

I am having bad network coverage for more than a month and this is bad to such an extent that I can't surf internet, I can't call people at one go.it takes me 3-4 tries to place a call to someone.

Balance deduction

Vodafone on a regular basis deduct money from the balance without any reason. Vodafone activated caller tune on my number even though i did not make a request for the same and deducted the money for the same and within minute when i got the message about the deduction i deactivated it. Still they are not refunding the money. This is not the first time and they have done it many time.
In nutshell vodafone is a company of thugs and thieves...

SMS barred

I am holding a vodafone prepaid account, bearing number [protected]. My sms outgoing gets barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet....

Delay in plan change

Ref. My request for plan change on 27th july 2020 the relevant reference no. Is coo3-[protected]. On phone the vodafone executive agreed to do the plan change in five hours. But then i got sms that this will be done by 5 august. 2020. This is very wrong and unfair.
They should implement the plan change immediately as she committed to me....

Hi, i am using vodafone postpaid number since long, dnt now why but vodafone is getting worst not in terms of adding money in mobile bill.

They have added rs. 800 as as vas in my current monh bill and saying they have renewed prime membership, i was not aware and they didnt even ask or send any confirmation message or call. Its being processed automatically, this is really ridiculous.

I'm using Vodafone postpaid since long and dnt know why but vodafone is getting worst day by day by the tricks of getting or making money from its customers.

In this current month they have added VAS subscriptions renewed - prime membership charges which is Rs. 800 and I don't subscribe even aware of it.They have provided 1 year free membership, i donot even use that and now without asking they have renewed...

Hi, i m order the sim in website at 22 july but i am not receiving sim till to day everyday i m call to customercare they says already asaign delivery to executive but not received, every day same thing happens, what the issue i m not understand, i m asking to vodafone management if not able to perform this service please remove online order service in website,

No proper customer service

My vodafone sim got deactivated due to non usage.
I wrote it to vodafone customer care email and they told me to visit the vodafone store.
So i visited the store but they told me that my number is only available in postpaid.
So again i complained on mail and told again to visit store. And again same thing happened in the store.
There is lot of confusion.
I visited the store 3 times but got the same response....

zee5 subscription

It's been almost 2 months since i requested vodafone team to provide me zee5 subscription as i am unable to do so from my end which is free with postpaid plan.

This thing is going round and round for the past 2 months and i get only reply from them we are working on it and can't see any visibility of this issue being resolved with the way it is been handled.

Sim number [protected] has -213/- and sim number [protected] has -114/- as main balance. I have not use nor suscribed for any roaming services. On both sims i am recharging with package offers all the time. But i am seeing the main balances as negative.
Yesterday i received a msg from vodaphone by saying rental charge of 99/- has been deducted from [protected], and the main balance has been deducted futher to -213/-.
Need correction...
