I received a message today (12.08.20) from Vodafone stating 10 Rs has been deducted for downloading Carbun 8 games.I never downloaded anything.When i caller their customer care.The know nothing about it and said will take request to avoid such malpractices.They have no system in place tto return the money.The money needs to be returned or else i will be forced to leave the services of vodafone.My whole family uses it.Be rest assured Services will be withdrawn.Will not tolerate such day light robbery.

As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.       Error 69 and 29

      I am not able to send sms from my vodafone sim bcoz of error 69 and sometimes it shows error 29. Nor i am able to connect to vodafone customer service...

      I m santosh pasi bringing the concern of network coverage issue in our area.. We are facing huge network coverage problem since 5 years no one is bothering to resolve the complaint many complaint had given to customer desk and gallery but they are just telling we will see no one interested to resolve the complaint

      If we not done recharge on time it means the taxes and services charges are not getting on time... If we are recharging plan in time the. We are expecting service from out operator which we are not getting

      Requesting is different and begging is different... If some one request then thr person is atleast doing something putting effort to resolve the issue but in my case i m continuously requesting idea i m not getting and reverted i feel idea is ignoring me and my complaint

      I m ready to give land for network tower installation if idea required from us just want help from idea that team should visit on my area and check the frequency of idea what we are facing

      This issue is not about me 25000 thousands people are in our village out of them 70% user are idea... Even idea can check the user and everyone is facing the issue if we want to call someone we have to go from our home to 1km location to call someone's u can imagine what idea is giving us service

      Can't call family member on time, nor doctors, nor police for emergency, not ambulance

      Every month we are recharging the plan but not getting the call facilities and data facilities.. Many problem we are facing

      Can't communicate with family members relatives... Even in emergency we can't call ambulance, doctor and hospital to do the treatment on time due to no network

      It is humble request to higher authorities of complaint department.. Plz registered the complaint of network coverage and send the network team and rf team engineer to resolve the issue and

      If engineer required new tower for installation i m willing to give my land for network tower installation with all the necessary permission required network team

              My plan of vodafone postpaid number [protected] is changed from rs299 per month to rs399 per month without my consent. I have mailed them many times but no response. This is a clear case of loot. How could you change our plan without even asking us? Look into the matter urgently.

                  From my mobile number vodafone no, every month 49, 21, 47 rs has been deducted
                  Ever month after complaining, only they refund the month
                  This month to my mobile no, 49 rs has been deducted on 2/8/2020-from vodafone
                  Even after contacting customer care for many times, they are saying, we will not take money from next month onwards. The money deducted will not be refunded. Vas services and dnd services has been deactivated, but still vodafone is deducting money

                        In current june20-july20 month bill i received charges of 1092 saying i called on no. 51717 at 2.22am and for the period of 78 minutes. I never did such call even didn't know about such number. This is kind of scam by vodafone. They are not accepting it is a mistake but only asking for the payment. Vodafone is saying i have to deactivate vas but vodafone has not asked my consent to activate it. I complained about this to cyber crime and consumer forum as well.

                            In the name of customer care service (Vodafone) i have been defrauded on 29th july while paying against my bill (The man mr santosh parmar m [protected]posing as serviceman and knowing details of my complain of 25th july), my customer characteristic from red family to red plus changed without my knowledge. Your vodafone store at naktala kolkata84 did not respond to my woes very seriously (I at 79+age had gone from a distance of 4 km to get my worried addressed, may be they are not meant for this service, the agent gave me a mail id to complain which bounced back several times. One ms ananya basu contacted me, m-[protected] who gave a sympathetic hearing to my problem and desired to forward my complain assuring to send me a correct mail id, but she gave reference of this web site. Kindly help me to come out of this mess. I am not very much computer savy.

                              Hello, my name is rohit goyal and i want to report a serious issue of customer dissatisfaction. I have submitted over 7 complains over the past 1.5 months about the constant network issue which i am facing after switching from jio to vodafone idea, i wanted to say that i received a call from an unknown number explaining that they received a complaint of network issue and that the support team will call me later. I am like ok i think this time they will resolve my issue, but as this has happened over 7 times in 1.5 months i did not receive any call regarding my issue. The thing that hurts the most as a customer is that after, i investigated the entire matter where are my complains going to? After i logged into my account i found out that in the complaint section they dared to show that my issue was resolved???!!!. I am extremely furious about this and as a customer, i have the power to damage the company, and the power is to port out of their so-called "india's largest carrier" to their rival telecom airtel. If after this my complaint is not taken seriously i will port out and you will lose a customer who pays rs. 1290/month on your stupid internet and your so-called "great network". And yes i went to odisha two days ago and i got a "no service!". Greatest network my buttocks.
