I am unable to access my no from last 3days as one of vodafone agent came to my office and for better 4g network and volte service, he replace my old vodafone postpaid sim with a new postpaid sim and told me that the new sim will activate with in next 24 hours. It was said third party download happened when contacted customer care and said cannot do refund. I am 100% sure that i didn't download anything related to such and customer care person is not at all accepting. How come this has happened...
