I am unable to send outgoing sms from my vodafone sim. I tried inserting my sim in my mom's phone, but its still isn't able to send sms. My balance is not zero. I have been complaining about the same from april 2020. Even after various complaints raised on vodafone platform, i haven't received any communication from customer care.
Very sad about their service.

      Today morning i. E. 31.08.20 @5 a. M. I received the mail that your no [protected] is activated & i insert the new sim in mobile phone but tele verification error is showing just when i call to 59059 it say your request is under process & i m unable to use my number

      So i request the kind management please do the needful to solve tele verifiaction issue & activate the above no at earlier as possible

        From last many months, there is very poor service provided by vodafone.
        In the name of 4g we hardly get data speed of more than 100 kbps.

        Have been highlighting the issue with vodafone customer care, nodal and appellate team for months now.
        There is no resolution. From last 2 years we are getting same response from vodafone that network optimization is planned in the future.

        We are getting this response.in between the problem gets solved and we get get good speed, but then after few weeks, its just the same story - poor data speed and frequent call drops.
        Moreover, they keep on closing the complaint without fixing anything

        Please look into it.

          I have an alternate number which i have not been using it for quite a few months. Despite requesting to deactivate the number 3 - 4 years back and submitting required documents, they have not deactivated. To permanently deactivate i had submitted the required documents then at jmd and since of busy schedule i only visit during weekends and requested for the same. Also submitted documents for change of address which was not updated. Since i was transferred to other city also requested for port the same number with another service provider but vodafone has rejected that request also every time i had submitted.
          Now when i got fedup with their service and stopped making the payment since few months now despite making the payments for all these years and they have not been taking any action and now threatening to deactivate the services of the original number as well.
          I don't mind making the payment but would need an assurance that the number which i am not using to be deactivated as they have been dogging me all these years. The amount is also just rs. 1900/- since the time i have stopped making the payment almost 6 months now.

          Today they have activated the non -payment of billing automatic message on my original number for which their has been no pending dues.
          The vodafone team has played their trick by deactivated my outgoing calls, SMS, Internet service also on the original number and finally i have decided to visit the JMD Regent square, Gurgaon and given a permanent disconnection request once again to the customer service team and he said i need to make the balance payment of my alternate number to get my original number activated. Disgusted, but still made the payment of INR 2274 as communicated to me and said he would process the deactivation request.

          Even after 4 hours my original number was not activated, when visited again and asked for the same, this person is saying you did not ask for it and so i have not checked in system. How disgusting that while disconnecting the original number SMS, internet and outgoing calls they did without any consent but for activating it we are required to ask them for it. Then after checking in the system he said no its active, when made a call and made him hear the automatic message, then he made calls and sent mail to their team and said the payment is made for the alternate number and then confirmed that it will take another 2 hours to get my original number activated.

          Now the only point is post payment this alternate number will get activated again and will they again send me the bill for the next month. This is a big question, These guys have been dogging me for years now and i have been making the payment, i only hope they will now permanently disconnect the alternate number and stop harassing and threatening their customers.

            I also got a message saying that "thnk u for using fun portal from carbon8"" and vodafone deducted 22inr from my balance.. I didnt subscribe this portal.. I dont know what is this fun portal... Every month some vas is activating in my vodafone without my knowing... This vodafone is cheating us.. Very bad.. Now i am thinking to cancel my sim.. Because every month i am losing money without any subscription.. Very bad vodafone company

                  My name is nishant, i am using vodafone from last 10 years, but now i make my mind to switch to another operator,
                  The reason behind this is, many time when i feel trouble with your service then i go to your service helpdesk number 198 and then number which is given as for complaint.
                  Then they mis guide me, and not resolve my issue,
                  One custom care executive say to try this method when not successful then i contact again to your customer care executive then he says to try another method,
                  Even i tried 4 times but my issue was not resolved
                  And i m writing this because from last 1 month i am not receiving my facebook otp on my vodafone number where i am getting same fb otp on other operator number,
                  When i tried to register this issue with you custom care executive then he simply again mis guide me and i tried many calls to your custom care but not a single call connect to you custom care executive, at last stage of ivr it was disconnected,
                  This things happened with me many times but i was ignored this but not this is too much, who is responsible for this trouble
                  When plan was end then u call us for best offers and when we have an issue then no one response us...
                  So i am not satisfy with your services and i want to change my operator

                    This is mobile user [protected]. I have been using the services from quite long but now the issue are growing day by day.

                    Now it is like i have a 4GB/Day pack on my number but can not use 1GB.

                      we don't like any chargeble services by your company. We already
                      redressed a complaint one year ago by your customer care executive
                      please deactivate all chargeble services except calling and text
                      massaging, when debited balance from my account . Your customer care
                      executive deactivated and confirm next time no incomming call by
                      company, no chargeble service activated on your no.
                      After one year this process are repeat by you again and debited 30
                      rupees today, then we extermly request to you please refund our debit
                      balance earlier. that's your operator fault not mine because we
                      already informed you one year ago.

                          I registered a porting request with voda from airtel at the vodafone global store located at rae bareli, near lic building. They asked me to pay ₹497 up front as frc and told me that once the number gets activated, the recharge benifits would be reflected in my account.
                          The port completed yesterday, the number is active and verified. Still there's no recharge benifits showing in my account.
                          I have tried reaching out for the people at the store but there's no phone number mentioned for that store.
                          Kindly help.

                            My experience/relationship with vodafone idea limited is deteriorating nowadays due to some unsolicited vas activation happening on my account. This is the third time this has happened to me. I let first two times slip but then on the third time i decided to write a written email seeking explanation.

                            The following were the service that were activated without my prior consent
                            The following are descriptions

                            1) how to videos (30/07/2020) for rs 49.00
                            2) msurge_health_svc (11/08/2020) for rs 49.00
                            3) pan_gmebox_15d_vf (27/08/2020) for rs49.00

                            This vodafone number (Secondary number) is only used for my banking and official purpose. I usually do not access internet on my device (Usually they claim that i clicked on some link and the service got activated).

                            I am waiting for the cc team to reply to my complaint for a full refund and blacklist me for any such service activation in future.

                            If this happens for the fourth time, i may force to escalate this matter with trai as i strongly believe this is complete vailation of customer right.

                                My Vodafone main balance was debited by Rs.22/- on 26/8/2020 without any download or acceptance of any message.

                                Message -looks like this-VZ-Idea CMS ThankYou for downloading FUN PORTAL fom CARBUN8. You had been charged Rs.22/-

                                Seems like Idea and Vodafone trying to steal from customers balance to payoff debts.Lost trust in this service provider now.Customer care tells no provision to refund even i said i did not download or accepted any messages from vodafone idea.
                                If i did not get refund, i will be forced to port this number to other service provider.Seems like a Idea Vodafone scam.

                                  Dear Vodafone/Idea telecom authorities
                                  Malpractice/Simswap/Fraud done with my contact Number [protected]. Its been a long time that i was operating this vodafone number [protected] registered under my name and the services were also functioning properly, but there has been some recent malpractise with my registered number [protected].
                                  The mobile no is now active but no more registered under my name the number is now activated/registered under some "BSNL Company name" As soon as my network disappeared i contacted vodafone customer care and i came to know that i might have to change my simcard as it might be some problem with my card, i informed them as it is lockdown here i cant get sim right now please help. They said sir you have to get a new Sim after lockdown its the only wayout. And now when lockdown is over i went to vodafone gallery and got this shocking news that its currently not registered under my name.
                                  And this was done without giving any prior notice of transferring my number to any other holder the activity of transferring number to another holder has been practised unofficially certainly the vodafone team must be involved in doing so this is not expected out from such a mobile operator. The number has been transferred using My original documents as fake dummy documents for which the vodafone team must be accountable as the registered details are with the vodafone team only this unofficial practise may lead to manny evil activities in society which directly Involves Vodafone team in it
                                  Therefore request you to take a strict and official actions against the People/Team involving in this concern and transfer number under my name again.

                                    I've got a message saying "thank you for using fun portal from carbon8" and they deducted 22inr. I've no idea what is this fun portal and i didn't subscribe anywhere. I accidentally noticed the message and realised about the deduction.
                                    I called customer care and asked for a refund but they are saying they cannot refund, but only they can block the service for next 6 months.
                                    I googled it, there are many people complained about the same issue and it is not yet resolved.

                                      I am totally NOT satisfied the response. As I have mentioned I have NOT downloaded anything. Using a technical term PPU and justifying that the customer has given consent is stupid. If I would have given consent, why would I waste your and my time by following this matter. I will be taking up this matter seriously.

                                      My account balance was 112 rs. before the deduction. After this FRAUDULENT DEDUCTION from the company the balance became 90 rs. Today I see my account balance is 103 rs. I have not done any recharge. So is this some kind of a joke that a partial refund of 13 rs have been done out of the deducted 22 rs?

                                      I need a urgent look into the matter else I will be taking legal course definitely.

                                        I purchased a prepaid sim from Vodafone website and did a payment of 647. The sim was handed over to me on[protected], but after 2 days and multiple request by calling customer care and Vodafone store, the sim is not yet active, Vodafone people keep saying wait for 3 hours, wait till 12 AM, wait for 4 hours, but still after 2 days there are no signal in sim, they say call 59059 to activate sim as it’s in tele verification stage, but how can I call if there are no signals, my alternate number is [protected]. In case they want to resolve this matter.
