Unable to Connect 59059 for sim activation*****

I am unable to access my no from last 3days as one of vodafone agent came to my office and for better 4g network and volte service, he replace my old vodafone postpaid sim with a new postpaid sim and told me that the new sim will activate with in next 24 hours. Instead of that after 2days my old sim lost its network and when i put my new sim it show me network but not activated. So after conforming from the agent i call the given no 59059...

Postpaid security deposit money

Vodafone cheating customers by deducting for value added services even though I did not initiate any such thing

Your balance is rs. 16.67”

Even though i did not initiate anything from my side, vodafone has done this fraudulent activity automatically. Please initiate a refund and block such activities permanently....

Unauthorized deduction

On 19th august, 2020
On august 5th 2020, i received an sms saying,

"dear customer, thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 15."

It was said third party download happened when contacted customer care and said cannot do refund. I am 100% sure that i didn't download anything related to such and customer care person is not at all accepting. How come this has happened...
