Sir,
My net is being deducted very fast for some days.
From 4gb it becomes 2.5 remaining only for doing 40min online class....

This is something unexpected from vodafone. I arindam das has left delhi permanently and vodafone is asking me to be physically present at delhi vodafone store.

As a common sense how can one travel to delhi in this covid environment? Is this how a corporate and. Valued customer should be advised?

I need a senseble advise as to what should be an alternate solution.

I have honour to inform you that we have been facing huge problem due to lack of vodafone network. We have been facing this issue since last night. Due to lack of vodafone network we are not able to make phone calls. So i kindly request to vodafone why you harrasment us? The name of this place where we facing this issue is town-sarthebari, dist-barpeta, state-assam, pin-781307...

I am having prepaid connection and suddenly showing negative balance of 236 for sending mms. Never in my dream i have sent any mms and how they could allow negative balance whereas when the pack expires, immediately we are stripped off all the sevices of calling, internet etc. Its a fraud as they are not providing any detail....

10 rs deducted from my account on 14th aug, i got an sms by saying, dear customer,
Thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8.
You have been charged rs. 10. How it happen without confirmation??

. Refund the money as soon as possible, otherwise we'll complain in customer care court....

Vodafone is such a unprofessional company, they change the plan without my consent. I am running rs 100 corporate connection since 7- 8 years, now i am getting a message that my plan has been changes to rs 299.
