          Hi I am from Kolkata I have wrongly recharged a number in spite of the correct number for a sum of Rs 599 (through online gateway). I have raised the issue with Vodafone on the same day itself by mailing them on the address

          Also spoke with the Vodafone care representative Punam Bose and initially, she has promised that wrong recharge will be reversed and the correct number will be recharged with the amount after deducting the GST.

          Now today it is more than 5 days and now Vodafone is mailing me stating that the above request can't be fulfilled

          I am totally disappointed with the kind of resolution provided and would like to escalate the issue

            I received a text from Vodafone on 22/08/2020 at 4:16 PM regarding activation of caller tune stating "Sarigama Gama(Orey Bujjiga) has been set as your caller tune for all at Rs. 0/90 Days. validity is[protected]. (Attached Screenshot SS1). The thing is I don't even recognize this song as I belong to Gujarat. Why Would I select such song as my personal Caller tune?

            Following the above message I received another text on same date at 4:17 PM stating : Caller tune service will be activated within your number in 15 mintues ( With out any efforts from my side, Vodafone is providing me value added service.) now Validity changes to:[protected]. And not only that, 13 rs for the rental of caller tune has been deducted already (without my consent).

            If vodafone has received caller tune activation request from my side, kindly provide me the receipt of the same.
            If not, Provide me valid reason for activating caller tune on my number without my consent and refund my deducted balance.

              I am unable to access my no from last 3days as one of vodafone agent came to my office and for better 4g network and volte service, he replace my old vodafone postpaid sim with a new postpaid sim and told me that the new sim will activate with in next 24 hours. Instead of that after 2days my old sim lost its network and when i put my new sim it show me network but not activated. So after conforming from the agent i call the given no 59059 for activation process but it doesn't connect. Now i am unable to use my no.. Even when i contacted the same agent he told me to contact the vodafone store, i visited the nearest store and they told us that they don't have much information and told to wait for some more time may be sim got activate. Even i dm the vodafone india twitter handle page for my issue they just replay me like contacted to vodafone store. Nobody wants to help me in this matter.

                My number was with vodafone postpaid but due to network issue i ported out to jio in 2018 after clearing my bills and dues.
                but after lots of complaints and calls and store visit i didn’t get my security deposit money and now vodafone store Sriganganagar saying two years gone sowe didn’t getting ur information so we r unable to provide any information

                    Even though i did not initiate anything from my side, vodafone has done this fraudulent activity automatically. Please initiate a refund and block such activities permanently.

                        Hi, i am a long standing vodafone customer who has been using vodafone connection for the past 10 years. Last yeari opted for the free mobile shield handset insurance from vodafone as i am a vodafone red customer. This year on 24th july 2020 i submitted a claim for a broken back cover repair with all the required documents. As per the standard timeline the claim should have been approved in 5-7 days, however it has been over a month since i submitted the claim and it is yet to be approved. I contacted their customer care, which has an un-usually high wait time on the call and the call back never happens. I have tried to explain the same thing twice over the call and even after assurance from their customer care executives no action has been taken yet. This is so frustrating that i am even considering porting my number to some other carrier. Please have my claim looked at urgently.

                          Big fraudsters is all i want to say.
                          Initially they denied for postpaid to prepaid migration before completing 90 days post state mnp, but i successfully got it done after 30 days, all because of the efforts i had to put and i knew something's fishy with the fake rules they say (They actually twist the vodafone guidelines as per their convenience) and not the actual guidelines vodafone has set just to misguide innocent customers and to meet their own targets they tell customers to wait for 90-60 days etc. Etc.
                          So rule no. 1 better call customer care and verify with them before obeying to what these fraudsters tell you at the store

                          Second thing, i was asked to pay 370 rupees as the first recharge post migration (Postpaid to prepaid in my case) is a mandatory to be done from any vodafone store/gallery desk so with the submission of documents/photos for the process i also made an advance payment of rupees 370 (There were two first recharge plans one for 28 days and the other one for 56 days, i chose the 370 plan) asked for a card payment option and they said the card machine not working so i end up paying cash (The registration form slip was given to me after all the formalities and cash payment with no receipt for the payment i made and they just wrote 370 recharge on the slip they gave me.
                          After the migration to prepaid i was facing some internet connectivity so i had to visit the store and also they have activated some 249 plan on my number so i asked them where's the remaining 121 rupees i was just asking for the accountability and one big catch here this executive called sangeeta she took my phone and was helping me with the net connectivity and after resolving the same i asked her why i was charged 370 rupees for a 249 plan then she started making some make believe stories that you'll get a mail for the same and i haven't received any email yet and then she was looking at my sms and suddenly deleted the sms i got for successful recharge of 249 on my number, she acted as if she deleted this sms by mistake, but then i realized she did it intentionally so that i don't have a proof
                          How dare she go to see customer's sms without their permission and delete an sms and in my phone one have to go to the upper three dots and select the delete option, so no one can delete an sms by mistake their was no need for her to select the three dots as she was not suppose to delete anything right?

                          They are unethically exploiting innocent customers to meet their own targets or over charging the customers and creating their own money bank for their own small treats, i can vouch for this.

                          This gallery don't even deserve a star, no option of giving a no star, this entire team needs to be rusticated and needs genuine set of people to guide/help the customers.

                              Sir my name is Kailash Maurya. My mobile number is [protected]. I have been using this sim card for the last 8 years. 2 days ago I recharged Rs 39. Yesterday the balance of 30 rupees was deducted from my number. When I called Customercare, I was told that you have activated a news alert. And started arguing with me. Neither stopped my service nor told me the process of discontinuing any service. Those who deducted my money did not even refund, while I called immediately after deducting the money. What should I do with the SIM card that is deducting my balance every month? So now I am going to port this sim card. Also I would advise to port those friends who are facing such problem with Vodafone.

                                I have Corporate connections from Idea. I am Idea Customer for almost more than 9 years. I also pay my bills online. After Vodafone-Idea Merge I was paying my bills by https://care.ideacellular.com/wps/portal/account/express-paybill. It was working and there was no Issue till June 2020. I had done payment of Rs 1221/- through the Idea Link and it didn't give me receipt after payment. I had written to Idea-vodafone customer care and I also got email from them saying the payment has been creadited to some other Mobile number. They ask for me if it is my number I had informed them that it is not my number they had promised to credit it to my Account. But till today they have not done it and they have barred all (5 Nos) and also the Internet from My main no. After Calling Vodafone call center they start the numbers for 2 days for calling but again it is disconnected for 2 days. Internet is stopped from almost 10 days.
                                This are Corporate nos. and I face difficulty because of issue from their side.

                                I have all the mails and they are marked also to seniors but no response.

                                  Hello,
                                  I have a Vodafone postpaid number, and due to irregularities in the bill, constant call drops, inefficient customer support and poor data network, i had decided to port out. I ensured my bill was cleared in advance but the UPC was not getting generated. It took multiple calls and it took 3 days of calling & emailing the customer care to get the UPC generated. I started requesting the UPC on 16th of August, and i received the UPC on 19th Aug.
                                  The problem begins here, since the UPC has been generated, i am getting calls in almost every 10 minutes to explain the reason why i have decided to port out.
                                  I tried explaining on a few calls, but the calls got auto disconnected after 5-7 minutes, and then i receive a call again to explain from a different executive. Worse is, when i explain a problem, they cross question details like the complaint number, when did you face the problem, whom did you talk to, was it resolved and eventually they try to put the blame on for not following up or raising a complaint.
                                  Since morning i have received almost 15 calls from Vodafone, and i am already tired of disconnecting them.
                                  This is very frustrating, and distracting and hampering my work. I cannot be constantly looking at my phone, especially knowing someone is going to call and trouble me for the same thing over and over.
                                  I dont know what strategy is, if this is the way the customers are being attempted to be retained, then i am sorry i am never coming back to Vodafone.

                                    On 19th august, 2020
                                    On august 5th 2020, i received an sms saying,

                                    "dear customer, thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 15."

                                    It was said third party download happened when contacted customer care and said cannot do refund. I am 100% sure that i didn't download anything related to such and customer care person is not at all accepting. How come this has happened without my knowledge?

                                    I see its happening as common problem for many people, eating away ones account balance and then customer care just saying "third party content download, cannot do refund". Please have at-least the process to do the refund in these cases, when a person gives all the proof for not downloading such content and please please be customer friendly.

                                    Other suggestion - please work to improve your service and stop/block these third party download by default itself.

                                    As per our records the deduction was done for a PPU i.e, pay per use service which is only deducted when some kind of services is used by customer on their consent.                                       Hi,
                                      My vodafone postpaid account for number [protected] has been charged for rs 15 for downloading a carban_game, which is not done by me.
                                      Vodafone has just send an sms from vz-ideacms on 19th august 2020 at 11:02 am saying "dear customer, thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs. 15".

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        We state that we are cellular mobile telephony service provider in the state of maharashtra & goa. We state that you had approached and requested us to provide you our cellular mobile phone facility. Relying upon your representation and assurance, we provided the said facility to you, with the clear understanding that you shall pay the bills on or before the due date. We state that you have availed the facility but, in breach of the aforesaid representation and promises made by you, you have failed and neglected to pay the amount of rs. 1220.16 which is due and payable.

                                        We state that in spite of our repeated reminder and request to pay the aforesaid amount, you have failed and neglected to pay the said amount till date. We state that from the aforesaid, it is apparent that you have intentionally and deliberately not paid the said amount for the facility used by you. We state that as on 18 aug 2020 a sum of rs. 1220.16 is due and payable by you.

                                        We state that believing your representations to be true, we acted upon in good faith and entrusted upon you with our cellular mobile phone facility, which you put into extensive use and accumulated huge amount.

From the respective due date till the full & final payment, within 7 days from the date of receipt of this notice, failing which we shall be constrained to initiate civil and/or criminal proceedings against you, entirely at your risk as to cost and consequences, which please note.
