I am jyotiprasad gogoi, one of the customer of "Vodafone" having a mobile number-[protected] suffering from the worse 2G internet services just because o[censored]seless "Customer Care Services'' and ''Internet Connectivity". I have complain many times regarding this matter, but till now not getting any positive response.
I need good connection from their. Because i pay for that. Hope you look after it.

vodafone cellular — AUTOMATED SMS AND ACTIVATION CHARGES DEDUCTIONS
In the 29th late hrs recd 5 automated SMS regarding deactivation & activation of Caller tunes and Rs 50 taken away by co.When i complained on 30.05.2011 Nodal officer Ms Sushma refused and shown disability to reverse the amount.Again the same SMS scam repeated yesterday night and they again sent automated SMS and deducted the Amt once again on 30.5.2011
I took the connection of this co on 3.05.2011 and experience loot of this company.
