This is my third complaint for the same reason. On 20Sep 2011, My balance of Rs. 135 was deducted with no reason and both GPRS team and VAS team have no explanation. They kept sending me from one team to another. So, now they have not registered any complaint also for this case.

I need my money back and in this case, all the correspondence with Vodafone executive has not resulted in anything.

Kindly help me.
But, when will you contact with me? I am not contacted to give me any complaint id nor any assurance. Call me at least or send me a confirmation.

    I have taken a post paid connection [protected] from vodafone because i was already using one [protected] and on [protected] i have taken a free calling pack to call on [protected] and both the number bill was regularly paying the bill....But one day when i saw my bill of [protected] date 04.08.11 bill period:04.07.11 to 03.08.11 i found that i was wrongly billed on [protected] by the company and when i gone to their vodafone store at churcgate branch there were a waiting of almost 1 hr so i decided to speak to customer care. mean while vodafone had discontinued my services.

    I spoke to the customer care agent 4m my primary number [protected] and explain him about him about the wrong bill of rs 500 on [protected]. and i told him that remaining amt. has been paid he ansure me that my services will get active in short time... but that was not happen and service of [protected] was dis connected even incoming also.

    Since purpose of taking 2nd no([protected]) was to make 1 number ([protected]) free was now cancelled so i thought of doing portability. after that i used to get calls from vodafone for retaintion on my [protected] number i told then clearly about ny problem and every one has ensure me that they will definately send the waiver request and even i used to get call on [protected] number for making payment
    of [protected] from billing/recovery dept. even one of the exe. had visited my mailing address and the ame thing i told to all of them that because of wrong bill i will not going to make the payment...and every body use to ensure me that they will get back to with my details and will waive off the amt.
    But today after almost two month I got the letter an advocate,High Court regarding legal case if i dont pay the bill.

    I need your assistance to get this resolve as they have mentioned amt.1754.95 with 18% of accrued int from the due date.

    Pls assist.

      sirmadam i have purchased 3g stick still the refund is pending had visited vodafone store complaint no [protected] in the complaint clearly me.comntions faulty 3g stick many emails done d.[protected]@gmail i got a call from vani marol branch on 21/09/2011 saying my problem will solved sorry for the trouble i have spent 1699 rs by cheque no 890047,dt 23.04.2011 when the vodafone store says its not working why is the co not refunding my money back.

          There was a call from an unknown number namely - +[protected], and all of a sudden MY PHONE BALANCE VANISHED into thin air. My balance, I don't exactly remember, but it was around Rs. 50. I thank god that the balance was low, but WHY did that deteriorate? My balance now is Re 0.005, which is almost equal to Nil! My question to my telecom provider Vodafone is that does one charge all the balance for RECEIVING a call? And moreover I was not in roaming, that they could charge me. And the biggest thing, the call lasted for only 20 SECONDS! Please see to this! And as an advise for all, please DO NOT PICK PHONE CALLS from unknown numbers.

            in Vodafone by dialing *777# they will show the present offers by seeing that i activated msg offer for 21 rupees and they that any msg to any network costs 1 paise but now they cost me 9 paise.

            hai i agree with u, but once see wat i mentioned my complaint read it clearly, so if at u r using vodafone mbile then plz dial *777# and then type 4 and then type 2 and read the offer over their, by reading that only i activated that offer, how do i know that u have changed u offers and one more its ur mistake for not updating the offer that is not my mistake, so plz rectify ur problem and dont cheat ur customer by doing like this

                Sir,
                It is to inform that I had been a regular vodafone prepaid service number [protected] user for last 2 years. I got my prepaid connection converted into vodafone post paid on their illured proposals in the march 2011. Despite of my strict direction for the no-activation of paid services, the vodafone activated many services and I have paid and have been paying for what I haven't used and didnt not require the same. Some services had been deactivated by putting many requests on vodafone customer care. And some other paid services viz- customized bill, internet are still to be deactivated. I want from vodafone "being a responsible telecom industry" to refund (me) or adjust (in my coming bill) all the extra charges it has drawn since my first postpaid bill till the latest bill. Being a responsble, valueable and regular customer of vodafone expect a swift action in this concern, otherwise will not pay the further bill and stop taking any service of vodafone ever again.

                  I have got missed call from [protected] on 27 - SEP - 2011 at 11:21am. I have search on google and found that ISD code +92 is of Pakistan. I am very concern about this miss call and want Vodafone to block call from this number to my mobile.

                  Today morning i received a missed call from ISD no[protected] at 08:17 AM. This ISD code is from Pakistan. This is a missed call but i don't know anyone from pakistan . So how they got my Contact no . Is vodafone services is not safe .

                  I got a call[protected]on 30 - SEP - 2011 around 9am.This ISD code is of Pakistan. I am really concerned about this call and want Vodafone to block any call from this number to my mobile.
                  The man (SHIRISH) who spoke to me said that I had won 25 Lakh jackpot in some silly Lucky Draw... And asked me to talk to some Puja ([protected])... I just wanted to verify what was going on...When I gave a call to this no.. they tried to know my name... I immediately suspected something was wrong and put down the phone... please look into this matter...

                  today, 24th Oct 2011, Monday at 9.32 am, i receieved a call from [protected]. It came to my knowledge that call is from pakistan. Although i missed the call, but when I again called to the same number it said, it is from vodafone customer care.

                      My no. is [protected], As I activated Vodafone chat service from 55121. Although its a good services but many times wen it connects there is only hello & then after blank, no 1 is responding & my call charges got deduct.

                      2nd issue is wen I try to connect for a particular ID i.e.[protected] u system says it tries to connect & then connects to someone else & again my call charges got deduct.

                      Pls do needful for the same otherwise have to complaint somewhere.

                      Vodafone — Chat services, etc

                      Premium services (chat service, caller tune service) are activated in my mobile ([protected]) without my consent and the amount has been deducted from my account.

                      I have received messages confirming the above.

                      Hence I request the concern to do the needful to revert my money back.

                      I also request the concern authority from government to have eye on this issue as this kind of fraud is happening contineously. Please consider those who (innocent/poor in rural and town) are not able to escalate.

                        Sub : Poor Signal Strength and Poor Customer Service

                        I am using the Vodafone network for the past 6 years and my family and friends also using the Vodafone network.

                        For the past 4 months i have not getting proper signal strength in my area. Regarding this i was given complaint 5 more times, but still it was not cleared.

                        If i called the customer care or your complaint registry number 198, nobody was given proper response, some persons told this has to be closed with in 2 days and some persons told it has to be cleared with in 7 days.
                        I found lot of communication errors from your side. anyway i was given my complaint 45 days back but still no response from your side. some times your toll free numbers are also not working properly. it will discontinued suddenly.

                        Your advertisement only shows the word "HAPPY TO HELP" but your service is not following your ad.
                        already my friends 2 persons were changed his numbers from Vodafone to BSNL and DOCOMO, now my mother also going to change her number from Vodafone to BSNL, myself and my sister was planned to change our operator network from Vodafone to any one who gives proper network.

                        For the past 1 month We found a very worst customer service from your side, Give us a proper support or instruct us how to change the operator without changing the number, because my friends, relatives & colleagues are all know this number only, so i m unable to change the number.

                        And i request you to kindly remove the "HAPPY TO HELP" word from your ad and your computer portal for which you are not following.

                        now Vodafone call rate increases from 50pais to 60pais. why increases? now a days call rate is decreasing in India, but Ur plan increases. so people are suffering this plan. please, replace the previews plan, otherwise most of people will disconnect permanently.

                          As per customer care's DIRECTION (mail is attached below), I recharged my deactivated vodafone number [protected] for activation by online recharge of Rs. 200 (RECEIPT ATTACHED BELOW).
                          Neither the number is activated nor the money is returned back to my account.
                          Already I have sent mail MANY TIMES , but so far I have got no reply.
                          SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I EITHER GET ACTIVATED MY NUMBER OR RETURN BACK THE MONEY.

                            Vodafone SIM Card — locking the sim card

                            Dear vodafone,
                            My phone num is [protected].On 5/7/08 I called customer care.There was a little bit argument between me and that person.But next day I noticed my sim has been locked.He locked my sim as he was not happy with my call.What is it? If you are not happy then you will lock my num.Is it customer care or any thing else.Now I have to face a lot of harrasment.So please take steps about this type of guy.

                              today i had a bad experience with your vodafone. i have a tariff which gives me 150 local and national sms free daily. but during night time after 12 am for every msg yo people are charging gor all the messages. i didnt check till what time you charged for sms 's.

                              I checked with the customer care executive, he mentioned that there is some technical problem . if there is some problem from your side why the hell customer should get effected because of this. Is this the way you will handle the customers of yours.

                              if you cant refund my money back for the messages i am gonna switch to airtel ASAP.

Vodafone sucks. My sincere request to all please dont take vodafone in karnataka. they dont have proper service to customers. this is not the first time am experiencing issues.

                              Am gonna switch to airtel ASAP. thank you vodafone for providing such a sucking experience to me.

[protected] , on 21st Sep11 i have recharged for Rs.500/- and with this top-up my total balance with previous balance total to Rs.559/- out of which my GPRS Vodafone Live Scheme Rs.111/- has been deducted, so after this deduction my balance should be 448/- but after the GPRS scheme renewal but Rs.73/- has been deducted from the balance when i approach Vodafone they informed me that it is your GPRS usage , previous month also i have scheme of Rs111 (2GB Data free) and my usage from 9th Aug'11 to 23rd Sep11 as per mobile data counter was 490MB, .

                                So as per Rs.73/- my usage in one day from 20th Sep11 to 21st Sep11 is 730 MB(as per data charges of 10p/10Kb) and Vodafone is not ready to provide me the detail o[censored]sage of 730MB data from my nos. which is not possible as total data usageis 490MB in one & Half month how come in one day 730MB data is used.

                                I need the refund Rs.73 from Vodafone to my balance.Attaching receipt of my Vodafone visit store and i have also spoken to Vodafone Customer care nos from which same reply is given that Vodafone do not track the usage data from internet only the subsciber data counter is considered valid.

                                  I am a customer of Vodafone and have activated DND since 3 years. Recently I started getting like 5 calls a day from Yatra.com (+[protected] and were making my life a hell.(Thank god I have a little black list feature in my cell phone)

                                  I tried making a complaint with Vodafone on 198, but they asked me to dial 111 and disconnected the call in 10 seconds. I don't think this is the way you really talk to your customer?

                                  I am never able to contact a customer care executive through 111.

                                  I have applied to port on Aircel. They handle these request carefully.

                                  But I still wanted others to know whats happening with vodafone and yatra.com
                                  Due to some reason i have deactivated my connection and give a request for the re-activation the connection.
                                  As on 24th September 2011 i have received the New sim and after that i continusally conntaced your customer care but no one has ready to help me out with same concern.
                                  24-Sep-11<> Ms.Navjeet Kaur(Escalation team) she has commited me that the same information will be update in next 2 hrs.
                                  24-Sep-11<> Mr> Mukesh Kumar<> He also committed me that it will take 4 hours to update the same information.
                                  25-Sep-11<> Mr.Sandeep Singh(Escalation Team) he give me new informaion that due to outstanding amount of INR 31 due to this SIM related informtion is not updated.
                                  Today i pay INR 50 thorough Credit card and again call after 4 hours and told her the entite story from the begining, and asked for the Escalation, she put me hold for the 6 mintue, but no one give me the information and she disconnect the call.
                                  Mr.Sandeep singh(Escalation team) has give a assurance the if you clear your outstanding amount the same infomation will be updated within 4 hours.
                                  But till the date nothing has been done.
                                  When i asked for the written commitement from Mr.Sandeep Singh(Escalation Team) he refuse to do the same, he told him TRAI norms regarding the same, i asked for the call back he refuse to do the same.
                                  Please suggest me what should i do now ??
                                  Should i continue to with your service or not??
                                  What you mean by Happy to Help ??
                                  Is this is my falut to using your serives for the last 3years.

                                  Kindly suggest me how can i terminated my service from your pathic network??
                                  I am from Delhi using vodafone for last one year and I faced a lot many problem in its service, apart from network problem, value added services got activated automatically without any consent o[censored]ser. When I tried to complain by writing mails as they never answer call no response came from the concerned authority and at last when I called Nodal Officer she just said that I should have activated DND services. So make sure when you are going for vodafone, do activate DND services or maintain balance less than 15 - as they are always ready to deduct balance by any means HAPPY TO DEDUCT instead of HAPPY TO HELP should be used by vodafone as its tagline. Very soon I am going to disconnect this network and won't suggest any one to go for vodafone...

                                    I am Vodaphone customer , Mobile No [protected]. I have visited three times to Krishna Nagar , vodaphone store. it's very bad experience from the mobile store. while I have taken the post paid connection , they have taken security deposit of RS. 250/- ( Two hundred & fifty ). They have assured me after six month . when you changed the plan from postpaid to prepaid they will adjust the security deposit (Rs.250) from the outstanding bill. I also got the confirming call from vodaphone company. But now they denied to do this. Unnecessary they are creating problem to provide the service.

                                    Pls do the needful from your end.

                                      I had taken vodafone unlimited yearly plan o[censored]sb data card worth rs.7500/-which was finishing on 20 june 2011. They continued my no. without intimating it to me.Then too i agreed to pay the bill for the month of jule 2011 as per 699/-rupess unlimited monthly plan but they did nt provide me any hard copy of bill nor mail.I had personally gone to vodafone gallery mulund for stopping this system which is still kept continued by them till date and now they are forcing me to pay bill of more than 3000/- (by applying plan of 899/-unlimited monthly) and forcefully telling me that i have used internet during thisperiod whereas i had given in weitten to stop this service from 20 july 2011 then y will i use it. I came to know recently that they have not yet stopped this service.

                                      Kindly help me in this matter.

                                        I recently switched my network from BSNL to VODAFONE, portability was complete by 14th sept 2011, since then i am trying to recharge my number with RC48 so that i can enjoy V2V call rate of 1p/3s day time and 1p/6s after 11pm to every local number along with 10lakh V2V free msgs, but i always recieve a msg saying that i can't use this service right now, please sir help me out with this as soon as possible.
                                        My Vodafone number is:-[protected].
                                        I tried connecting myself to vodafone costumer care, they did nothing for 7days and now i am even recieving an error in trying to speak to vodafone executives, i am seriously having a very bad time with vodafone.
                                        I will be thankful to you if i am allowed to use these services as soon as possible.
