I am using Vodafone since past 3 years. However, from past 5-6 i have notice all sorts of troubles with Vodafone network. I am at my home town Bhubaneswar now and having a lot of troubles with the network in my area since past 7 days. The network was perfectly fine before that. One of the towers of vodafone i guess was removed from the area due to which i am facing such issue. I have Vodafone Super net 4g dongle thats also not working. I want a refund of my phone recharge as i am not able to use 4g service of vodafone. Additionally, i raised a complaint in Vodafone customer care and it was raised and automatically closed without consulting or confirming with me.

Complaint marked as Resolved Problem not resolved. Nor Vodafone has the capability and services to resolve. Therefore, I'm porting my Vodafone no. Its a sincere urge to not waste time with vodafone and go ahead with porting. There are pretty good players in market providing far better services and customer support.

To my utter surprise none of the customer care executives nor site executive came even cared to understand the problem. And the ticket was closed without consent and confirmation by customer care today
Its really bad customer service. I am porting my vodafone no and i urge not to waste your time with Vodafone and go for porting. Its a really bad waste of time.
