I am vodafone customer using sim card no.[[protected]], on the behalf of Gaurav Bhoparia. I wanna permantely disconntinue from there service, will shift to other. The problem is that my bill is appx 4500 rs for june 2020 and rs 2000 for July 2020. before that my bill was coming between 100 to 150rs per month. The problem as been occurred after idea migration to Vodafone.
Whenever speaks with customer care, they always says our systems our down please call after some time. so pls resolve my issue and i am not going to pay this bill amount.

Where are the plan details of plan 99 that you will charge Rs4 per 1MB of data usages, Why this was not conveyed before? Why would I suffer if Idea has changed to Vodafone and with their ridiculous plans? I have been using the internet before also at the time of idea services and not being charged soo wrongly. It is like Vodafone company takes over the idea, to cheat customers and do fraud with them. Unknowingly charging this much doesn't make any sense.

I have searched all over the internet, you have nowhere mentioned that you will charge customers Rs4 per MB.

This is not the way you say we charged genuine, without showing any proof of plan and any message conveyed to customers.
Attaching a complete bill for reference in service of Idea and vodafone.

    I want generate a UPC code for changing the Mobile service Provider but the current service provider not generating the UPC with the reason "Outstanding Payment". I have paid all the outstanding amount and then tried again for UPC code but still service provider sending same message that you've outstanding amount.

      Hello, My name is Rohit Goyal. Recently I switched from AirTel into Vodafone in search for better network quality because When I used to stay in London I used Vodafone UK as my default carrier and had no problems. The issue that I am facing at the moment is that I do not have enough network signal in my home to properly consume my plan. like I have a Vodafone RedX plan which apparently is expensive inclusive of taxes, I get priority connection. It works fine in my workshop but I have terrible signal where I live. I have either one signal bar out of four or at times my phone shows No Service. I own a Samsung S10+ and that might be the best phone in the market I think. So I have the latest technology and the most expensive plan but I am unable to completely use the benefits that I get. I have complaint over six times and the respond is that they will solve the problem and after a few days I get a message expressing my problem has been resolved but it clearly has not been done.

        Hello Team,

        I am belongs from village - Dhani Bhakhran, Tehsil - Siwani Mandi, Distt - Bhiwani in Haryana. I want to aware you about the network issue which is coming from long time and now a days unable to even receive proper calls when at home and internet 4G is not even works like 2G.

        I want to convey you In my village there are approx 1000 plus vodafone connections (Ii am having 5 connection out of 7 in my single family) and all are facing the issues during the calls and for internet.

        Please resolve it asap as for now a days everyone using internet connection for study or some other work but they are not getting good response.

        Please setup a network buster or increase your tower network for the stability if possible soon.

        Thanks for the understanding and waiting for the positive action on this.

          Jst a few minutes before... I triedcalling my b. F bt it said "no sufficient amount" nd whn i checked my balance, it shows.. (As mentioned in the pic).. Wth is thiss???
          I jst recharge few hrs before nd after hearing this message i recharged againnn!.. That too twice... Bt still... Nop😬.. Better take action or i'll deal this with the real folks!!!🤞

            I have been complaining for better part of. The month and I haven't received any resolution for my complaint.
            I have received messages where they outrightly claim that they can't help me on this issue.

            I am having bad network coverage for more than a month and this is bad to such an extent that I can't surf internet, I can't call people at one go.it takes me 3-4 tries to place a call to someone.

            My complaints have not been resolved .so I seek a refund of the recharge that I had put in because they couldn't provide me the services promised by them

              Vodafone on a regular basis deduct money from the balance without any reason. Vodafone activated caller tune on my number even though i did not make a request for the same and deducted the money for the same and within minute when i got the message about the deduction i deactivated it. Still they are not refunding the money. This is not the first time and they have done it many time.
              In nutshell vodafone is a company of thugs and thieves which rob student like me.

                  I have book mnp order online from idea prepaid to vodafone postpaid on dt 21.07.2020 of which sim was been delivered on 25.07.2020 & id & address verification was done by amol chavan (Ph:- [protected]). The detail of order no is as follows:-

                  But on 28.07.2020 my idea no was deactivated but to our surprise both new vodafone postpaid sim was not not activated, after complaining on toll free no the concern person request to visit vodafone store, but even after visiting vodafone store of chinchwadgaon we have not received any satisfactory solution for the same. Only ticket request was raised. Also their team leader mr vikas jadhav (Ph:- [protected]) was helpless for the same. The above mobile no is of my wife (Dr. Harsha gupta) & has become very difficult for her in covid19 situation.
                  Please do the needful to activate the above no at earlier as possible.

                    I am holding a vodafone prepaid account, bearing number [protected]. My sms outgoing gets barred every now and then, without any valid reason, though i have contacted the customer care about this issue couple of times but no action has been taken yet.

                      I was using this idea mobile no. Since 25th of may 2011 as under arp700 2yrs_plan whose rental was rs. 700/- advance for 24 bill cycles. It was a corporate connection at that time. I used it till 16th june 2020, but all of sudden this plan changed by vodafone company without informing me or not taken my consent into 99 talk plan from 17th june 2020. They are giving the reason that now idea company has merged with vodafone and this plan has closed now. I want to know my fault with merging the company. Why should i suffer with change of plan. I want to continue with my old plan.

                      So please look into this matter and try to solve the problem for ever. I have written so many mails but the could not satisfied me with their decision. Now they are not replying my mails. Thanks

                          Ref. My request for plan change on 27th july 2020 the relevant reference no. Is coo3-[protected]. On phone the vodafone executive agreed to do the plan change in five hours. But then i got sms that this will be done by 5 august. 2020. This is very wrong and unfair.
                          They should implement the plan change immediately as she committed to me.

                            Postpaid bill for the month july 2020 includes a charge of rs 162 against vas services which i have not availed or aware of. Please takeaway this charge and issue a fresh bill so that i may pay in time.

                            "Rs 6.0 /day is charged …. for event contest" to unsubscribe send STOP to 155223" whenever I send this SMS -"STOP to 155223" in last more than two months I get a standard reply _'YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH ANY VAS SERVICE" . Then why this charge and this is the first time you have charged me this extra amount. Pl. review and address this anomaly.

                              Hi, i am using vodafone postpaid number since long, dnt now why but vodafone is getting worst not in terms of adding money in mobile bill.

                              They have added rs. 800 as as vas in my current monh bill and saying they have renewed prime membership, i was not aware and they didnt even ask or send any confirmation message or call. Its being processed automatically, this is really ridiculous.

                              Without confirmation how can they even renewed prime membership, for first month it was free and i didnt even aware or used ther free membership and now they have renewed it without asking.

                              They are saying this is auto renew service.

                              Am really not happy with this voda service.

                              I will not pay and please remove this vas extra rs 800 something from my current month bill and confirm.

                              Hope my this issue will resolve.

                                I'm using Vodafone postpaid since long and dnt know why but vodafone is getting worst day by day by the tricks of getting or making money from its customers.

                                In this current month they have added VAS subscriptions renewed - prime membership charges which is Rs. 800 and I don't subscribe even aware of it.They have provided 1 year free membership, i donot even use that and now without asking they have renewed it and added amount for Rs 800 with my current bill, it's being done by the service provider itself.

                                They have cheated me not once many times.

                                I dont want to pay this VAS added with my mobile bill. Really not happy with Vodafone services.

                                For renew membership, i havent received any message or call, they didnt even ask before soing this.

                                Hope this complaint gets me a solution.

                                  Hi, i m order the sim in website at 22 july but i am not receiving sim till to day everyday i m call to customercare they says already asaign delivery to executive but not received, every day same thing happens, what the issue i m not understand, i m asking to vodafone management if not able to perform this service please remove online order service in website,

                                    My vodafone sim got deactivated due to non usage.
                                    I wrote it to vodafone customer care email and they told me to visit the vodafone store.
                                    So i visited the store but they told me that my number is only available in postpaid.
                                    So again i complained on mail and told again to visit store. And again same thing happened in the store.
                                    There is lot of confusion.
                                    I visited the store 3 times but got the same response.

                                        I am using Vodafone since past 3 years. However, from past 5-6 i have notice all sorts of troubles with Vodafone network. I am at my home town Bhubaneswar now and having a lot of troubles with the network in my area since past 7 days. The network was perfectly fine before that. One of the towers of vodafone i guess was removed from the area due to which i am facing such issue. I have Vodafone Super net 4g dongle thats also not working. I want a refund of my phone recharge as i am not able to use 4g service of vodafone. Additionally, i raised a complaint in Vodafone customer care and it was raised and automatically closed without consulting or confirming with me.

                                        Problem not resolved. Nor Vodafone has the capability and services to resolve. Therefore, I'm porting my Vodafone no. Its a sincere urge to not waste time with vodafone and go ahead with porting. There are pretty good players in market providing far better services and customer support. Thanks Vodafone.

                                        To my utter surprise none of the customer care executives nor site executive came even cared to understand the problem. And the ticket was closed without consent and confirmation by customer care today

                                        Its really bad customer service. I am porting my vodafone no and i urge not to waste your time with Vodafone and go for porting. Its a really bad waste of time.
