No 4g network

Sir, i am using vodafone sim for the last 4 years. I have never faced a network issue then. But now i cant use 4g network.
No calls or messages are received while on 4g network.
Only if i change from 4g to 2g only i can receive calls and messages.

No range or if there is range when i on my data it will be in 'e'.

Me my brother & sister are having online classes. We cant use internet because of this.br...

Hello,

It's been few weeks now i don't have any network at all on my phone.
I did everything mentioned on vodafone official website to try getting network but failed.

I drop mail to vodafone but still my network problem persists.
Vodafone care says, they are unable to contact me on my phone.
I said them repeatedly to call on my another number because vodafone network is not available at...

I have been a vodafone customer for over ten years now and vodafone postpaid users have always faced some of the other billing issue during their usage. Sim card

I requested for conversion of Vodafone postpaid to prepaid.
I paid all dues.
The Vodafone store near my location provided the prepaid sim card.
But even after 2 weeks it isn't activated.
My phone number is [protected].
Please kindly solve the problem....

No internet service in my area

Heloo,
There is no internet service in my area which is urban area.Network is fine but internet is not there and we have been using JIO internet service for quite long now. Since we have been using Vodafone sim for years, now we feel we should make use of its internet as well.Hence there is an urgent need of a tower or good connection in my area....

On 12 jun 2020 i went to purchase vodafone wifi dongle. But the vodafore store people said vodafone dongle is not available but they opt me to purchase idea dongle saying both vodafone and idea are same now. And they confirmed i can use vodafone sim in idea dongle. Hence i purchased a idea dongle and vodafone sim. Outgoing and incoming calls

Even though the network coverage is not bad, I can't place any call and incoming calls are also disabled. When I place call it shows dialing, not in coverage area, can't place call because mobile number not registered.
This happens randomly and on other days calling works fine.
I have tried inserting SIM again, airplane mode, turning off other em devices. But nothing works.
I have Vodafone sim card....

Postpaid corporate account

Unexplained amount in Vodafone postpaid bill

I have been charged an unexplained ₹47 in my Vodafone postpaid bill for June-July 2020. The charge is displayed under Value added services as "WWAP_DLS0047_PPU_KINxxxxxxx"
The amount was added without prior confirmation (no SMS was sent or authorisation given from my end) and repeated customer service calls have been fruitless. No executive have been able to explain the charge and all of these calls have ended with the customer...

Amazon Prime Membership Auto-Renewal

Vodafone India has been auto-renewing my Amazon Prime membership as an add-on plan since July 2019. There is no end to this. I have tried contacting Amazon, they're saying you need to contact Vodafone. Vodafone doesn't entertain people other than their network. There is no way to contact them.

After i upgraded to vodafone 4g, now atleast 4-5 times a day, minimal balance of 4-5 paise is deducted in the name of data usage.
Once or twice 1.50rs is deducted from balance without mentioning the reason.
I use another sim on the device for calls/internet/sms purposes. So there is no point of deduction. Look into the matter, please....
