Unstable and slow 4g internet service

The 4g service provided by vodafone is at times slower than a 2g connection and when we get a proper speed it is unstable.
The call dropping rate is high, at times the phone doesn’t even connect to the dialled number.
Sometimes all of a sudden we do not receive any signal.
The service provided does not meet with the service expected....

Balance deduction without consumer consent

My vodafone number is [protected]. Today on 11th july 2020, at 7:35 am, charges were deducted for ppu_game from telesync_solution on my number without my consent and amount of rs. 10 is deducted.
I havent requested any such service. As per trai regulations, request from customer is needed and two time confirmation is required for balance deduction. I want the deducted amount refunded in my balance immediately....

request has been sent for migration from postpaid to prepaid, which is not done and still i have been billed.

Issues of detecting my main balance

Vodafone is no.1 fraud company. I recharged rs 200 talktime.. They taken rs-134 without proper information. This is number [protected], i tried many times to customer care 198 they didn't respond.in the call the complaint option is not there..# vodafone company.. Such a fraud company... "everybody is welcome" has been set as your caller tune for all at rs 0/30days. The service will get deactivated on 28th july 2020. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)

Immediately followed by this message, i get another message which reads as follows:
Hello! Callertunes will be activated on your number in 15 minutes. This service is valid till[protected]...

I am getting daily sms for "your re 1 store subscription has been renewed @rs5.00/- valid for 1day. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223"
I have never requested this and yet they are taking 5 rs from me daily!!! I have unsubscribed many times but nothing changes... How much money will they take from me!! Paid my outstanding bill but services are still barred.

We had an outstanding bill in our Vodafone number, so they had barred all outgoing and incoming services including text messages and calls. We paid the full amount of the bill on 7/7/20. Even the Vodafone customer cares says that the outstanding amount is ₹0.00p but yet none of the services have been activated, not even text messages to receive important OTPs. Vodafone customer care isn't connecting me with an actual customer care executive...

Postpaid plan changed without notice

Vodafone India upgraded my postpaid number plan without any notice and when I contacted their customer care they told me to use the new plan and denied any help. When I told that I don't want this plan they replied that they can't do anyyhing and I have to pay the fees. This is harassment. If this is not resolved I will try whatever I can to file a consumer complain against Vodafone for harassment and fraud....
