It's been almost 2 months since i requested vodafone team to provide me zee5 subscription as i am unable to do so from my end which is free with postpaid plan.

This thing is going round and round for the past 2 months and i get only reply from them we are working on it and can't see any visibility of this issue being resolved with the way it is been handled.

Why am i paying the total bill amount when the services are not provided.

Strict action needs to be taken on this.

    Sim number [protected] has -213/- and sim number [protected] has -114/- as main balance. I have not use nor suscribed for any roaming services. On both sims i am recharging with package offers all the time. But i am seeing the main balances as negative.
    Yesterday i received a msg from vodaphone by saying rental charge of 99/- has been deducted from [protected], and the main balance has been deducted futher to -213/-.
    Need correction for both the numbers

      //what a stupid organization it is and to such organization why should we pay for unethical and wrong charges??

      I am sending this case as complaint to trai including that no nodal authority detail are available

      It has been over one moth following your stupid and unethical organiation and no wonder why supreme court is also not leaving you guys on agr

      Over last 3 month i have tried all modes at least 10-12 calls, visit to branch, through email, through collection agency,,, etc.. Still there is no hear to your organization,,, are you running a service organization???

      Your data never works, call gets dropped, bill charges enhanced during lockdown without intimation???

      Pl. Ensure both the numbers [protected] and [protected] are activated and adjusted of wrong charges are waived off..

        Sir, i am using vodafone sim for the last 4 years. I have never faced a network issue then. But now i cant use 4g network.
        No calls or messages are received while on 4g network.
        Only if i change from 4g to 2g only i can receive calls and messages.

        No range or if there is range when i on my data it will be in 'e'.

        Me my brother & sister are having online classes. We cant use internet because of this.

          Hello,

          It's been few weeks now i don't have any network at all on my phone.
          I did everything mentioned on vodafone official website to try getting network but failed.

          I drop mail to vodafone but still my network problem persists.
          Vodafone care says, they are unable to contact me on my phone.
          I said them repeatedly to call on my another number because vodafone network is not available at all.

          So, if they can't solve my problem, vodafone must return my recharge amount with interest.

          I need your help to progress on vodafone problem further.

            I have been a vodafone customer for over ten years now and vodafone postpaid users have always faced some of the other billing issue during their usage. I’ve faced more than 10 such errors from vodafone’s side. This time they’ve gone too far. They’ve charged an unbilled amount of ₹780 citing it as voice charge on an isd number. During an era of internet, if anyone needs to make an isd call, one would easily do so using whatsapp calls etc. I’ve called customer care but they’ve failed to give any explanation apart from “its there in my system”. I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience with vodafone for the nth time.

              I paid all dues.
              The Vodafone store near my location provided the prepaid sim card.
              But even after 2 weeks it isn't activated.

                There is no internet service in my area which is urban area.Network is fine but internet is not there and we have been using JIO internet service for quite long now. Since we have been using Vodafone sim for years, now we feel we should make use of its internet as well.Hence there is an urgent need of a tower or good connection in my area.

                  Hello,

                  On 12 jun 2020 i went to purchase vodafone wifi dongle. But the vodafore store people said vodafone dongle is not available but they opt me to purchase idea dongle saying both vodafone and idea are same now. And they confirmed i can use vodafone sim in idea dongle. Hence i purchased a idea dongle and vodafone sim. But once reached home the sim was not working, i have tried another vodafone sim in donge which as well not working. I call the mini-strore and enquired and they asked me to buy on idea sim which i didnt agreed. Also i tried the vodafone sim which i bought there also not working and the person said there is some problem in activation. I said i want to return the product and the person agreed. Next day i went to shop to return and shop was closed. I called them they didnt picked my number. I tried with another number and they picked and asked me to come next day. Without opening the shop they asked me to come to shop later they are not picking our call. It happened for a week and later due to covid-19 there was a complete lock-down. On 24jul2020 i saw shop opened and went to return the product. After 1 hr of waiting they asked me to come on 28/jul. Their clear intention is to cheat my money. As i asked them to settle today, they said they cant get return as its already 2 months and i was using it.
                  I never used the product as it wont support vodafone sim. Also the sim he gave also not activated till now.

                  Please arrange to raise a complaint and get my money back.

                      My card had been not working from 2 month i had done card swapped almost 10 times i had lost my job also due to vodafone harrasment

                      Vodafone is not taking initiative to activate my card and my number also vip i had purchased in airtel and i had ported into vodafone

                      But vodafone is know for happy to help but for me vodafone has not done any help no response no action nothing

                      I m requesting to higher authorities please look into this concern of card swapped and activate my card on urgent basis

                        Even though the network coverage is not bad, I can't place any call and incoming calls are also disabled. When I place call it shows dialing, not in coverage area, can't place call because mobile number not registered.
                        This happens randomly and on other days calling works fine.
                        I have tried inserting SIM again, airplane mode, turning off other em devices. But nothing works.
                        I have Vodafone sim card.

                          I have been charged an unexplained ₹47 in my Vodafone postpaid bill for June-July 2020. The charge is displayed under Value added services as "WWAP_DLS0047_PPU_KINxxxxxxx"
                          The amount was added without prior confirmation (no SMS was sent or authorisation given from my end) and repeated customer service calls have been fruitless. No executive have been able to explain the charge and all of these calls have ended with the customer support team hanging up when asked for clarification.

                          I would like a full explanation of the charge and the amount deducted from the bill with a proper apology from the Vodafone team.

                            Thai is to inform you that I got a vodafone connection early a month ago from your Asansol police line vodafone store. Early I had used prepaid connection ([protected]) and I was moov to postpaid connection on 13.06.20 for 399/- plan from one the the executive Mr. Pawan and as per his verbal confirmation if I used 499/- plan then I got 1 year amazon prime membership and if 399/- I got 6 month Amazone prime membership free but after a month gone I did not get the offer then I called to customer care and lodge a complaint with reference number C003-[protected] and assure me to resolve by 20 jule 2020 at 6 P.M after that I got a call from kolkata office next day morning for explain the complaint & he assure me complaint with resolve today. But after three days complaint yet to resolve a have called again customer care today at 1.58 P.M and told her the everything and she provided me a link where I can click on link to activate the offer but the page cant be opened, massage showing PAGE WAS BROKEN so I called again on 2.50 P.M and a executive namely Ms PAYEL talk to me in a very rough language and tell me what is the issue, I have told every time please checked your system why you ask me, you have a system to to check my complaint status but she did not hear me and use abuse language (AVODRO, BAJE LOK etc) and hold my phone. Then I called Mr Pawan in his number and he assured me today due to talk down he can not help me, call him again on tomorrow after 11 A.M to resolve the issue.Now please let me explain I can manage Amazone prime membership offers by calling Mr Pawan tomorrow but how can your customer care executive use abusive language to a customer? You can check it if you're called in a recorded line. Is this the service to a customer? How you executives use abusing language, what is your checking point. Who is giving authority to use unprofessional language to a customer.

                              Vodafone India has been auto-renewing my Amazon Prime membership as an add-on plan since July 2019. There is no end to this. I have tried contacting Amazon, they're saying you need to contact Vodafone. Vodafone doesn't entertain people other than their network. There is no way to contact them.

                              I had activated Amazon Prime membership via Vodafone RED plan on July 2018 and ported out of Vodafone to Jio on November 2018. As per their TnCs the offer should have deactivated (see screenshot) but it didn't happen.

                              Come to July 2019 the offer ends and they are required to send me a communication regarding the auto-renewal, which again didn't happen. I never got any SMS or email for the same. They auto-renewed it again without my consent. Come to June 2020 (1 month prior to end of July 2020 membership) I contacted Amazon team to cancel my membership and that I'm ready to pay ₹999 for the period July 2019 through July 2020 but they sent me an email stating the auto-renew will not happen from July 2020 and that I should take benefit of the offer. Amazon also said that the payment had been done although I never paid for it. I was okay with it since the auto-renew was not going to happen.

                              Come to July 2020 I contacted Amazon again few days back and they're now saying Vodafone has activated it as an add-on plan and there has bee no charge associated with it and that I take benefit of it. Why? I never asked for it. Can Vodafone explain what exactly is going on? Why am I not informed about this auto-renewals? Did I ask for add-ons? I'm completed frustrated now as I'm not able to contact Vodafone via any mode. I have been getting scripted replies from Vodafone. In other email they say I should contact my current operator Jio regarding this. I mean does this even make sense?

                              As of today I have received call from Vodafone just once and I happened to miss it as I was busy. Vodafone never bothered to call me again in spite of providing two numbers. They have sent me multiple emails saying the number and Prime services are not active. However if I visit Amazon website it still says membership being managed by Vodafone (screenshots attached). When I call Amazon Customer Service they simple tell me the same thing again and again that they have no control over to terminate the Prime membership from their as it is controlled by Vodafone. So Vodafone will you please save us some time and do the needful? Every day I'm wasting 30 minutes on this.

                              There is no resolution from Vodafone at all. When I email them on the above email ID, all I get is same replies that the service is deactivated from our end. However it is still visible on Amazon.

                              I have requested for the Entitlement ID for the offer activated. I haven’t got any replies. No calls. Just same replies again and again.

                                After i upgraded to vodafone 4g, now atleast 4-5 times a day, minimal balance of 4-5 paise is deducted in the name of data usage.
                                Once or twice 1.50rs is deducted from balance without mentioning the reason.
                                I use another sim on the device for calls/internet/sms purposes. So there is no point of deduction. Look into the matter, please.
