My mother's idea sim has been rejected from march 2020. She is a senior citizen and cannot step out of the house to get it fixed. Please suggest if this can be addressed online and if yes, what is the procedure? Who should we contact? Is there any email id or phone number you can provide?...

I am not satisfied with my data and overpriced. I am trying to port out of vodafone. But everytime i send port message i am getting this message - "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligation".
I contacted customer care to find what obligation i have, they could not assist me properly....

I have been regularly complaining through customer care numbers by 198. The customer executive is saying that some technical issue was going on there, so my query is that when vodafone team will resolve this issue. Kindly do needful for the same. Still, in my area (Atul nagar warje, pune 411058), the internet issue is not resolved yet.

I am facing a very critical network issue for internet speed and cellular networks as well....

I m not able to send sms via vodafone sim since 4 days....

Please be informed that my main balance is showing -113 Rs. without using the sim for call or internet. My Mobile Number is [protected] My Name is Kajal Patel. /my email is [protected]@gmail.com. I have not used my mobile with this sim for around 3 months for any calls. i don't want to wrongly charged by Vodafone again and again....

I recharged rs 299 on july 21 2020 6:51 am and transaction was successful and 299is deducted from my account but the pack is not yet activated in my sim. My mobile number is [protected]....

I have ported my two numbers [protected] and [protected] in to vodafone from airtel on 15th of july 2020 from the date of activation in vodafone i am facing issues on outgoing and incoming calls, every single call is getting failed and no 4g and 3g services. I have raised a complaint C004-[protected] and the resolution Date was 21st july 2020, however today customer care guys tellings its 24th july 2020 and customer care executives are disconnecting...

Sir,
I recharged my vodafone member on 16th july 2020. They have sent me sms also confirming recharge. Now they are sending sms that my incoming calls are stopped. When i'm trying to call also "no balance message is coming". I have attached the sms. How can this be? Can someone help? They are not even calling to find out. I have the bank smss also....

My father mobile bill came today as 2100 where the postpaid plan was 99rs.
Out the 2100 bill 1700 was of the 51717 vas number. They have mentioned the call was made for 120 minutes in the early morning 5am.

How can someone listens to a vas service that too on astrology for 120 mins continuously and they are charged about 14rs/min.

This is happening for 2-3 times in last few years.

I want to disconnect my postpaid vodafone connection & my no is [protected]. I have already paid all pending bill. I don't want to pay more for the connection. So please disconnect this connection asap....

I did not download any game from anywhere. But then to i received a msg of deduction of 10 rs. for downloading a game.
It has happened before also.
They subscribe 'English' service on their own and deducte balance.
Stop looting your customers.
This is a very fake company they just want to befool their customers...

Its worst network i have ever used, i am constantly calling customer care as i am not getting the porting code, first of all i have to call 10-12 times then only call will be connected to executive and after that they will say they are unable to use there system call after few hours and from last 1.5 week its going on like this i have called more than 70-80 times moreover visited the vodafone store main branch sec 15 faridabad for 3 times,...

In the adjacent vodafone tower they fixed a burnt out generator which is producing noise as high as 90db. Which is way more high than the allowed noise level.in a residential area like ours it is unbearable. So i would like to request not to continue this in a highly dense locality...

As i have recently ported to vodafone on my number [protected]. Found that the network is worst. I have mailed the customer care but no proper response for the network provider. They are at least not worried with customers and problems.

Please help me on this., i have recharge for one year which is cheated by the service provider. I need them to reply to this....

I am receiving message from 53010 from 12/07/2020 to 20/07/2020 regarding deduction of charges rs.10.00 continuously total rs.80.00 has been deduted till now. I called many time with customer care and they are reverting that game is activated in my phone, but it is a feature phone and there is no game to play for which continuous charges should be deducted. Kindly reimburse rs.50/- deducted by message from 53010.

I had a vodafone postpaid connection converted to prepaid and during this i was asked to pay the prorated amount for that connection and also plus the amount to recharge when the number gets converted for which i did. Now the issue here is that i have a bill generated for the same number that shows no amount that i paid and also during all this the executive at the store delayed the process of getting the number converted by which i now have...

Idea-vodafone service is very pathetic in my area. So, i want to port it to others network but vodafone custome is not responding to me at all. I got below msg when i sent it to 1900 for port and they are not responding to any of my query. Below is the message ;
