Hi,

I had the above mobile in my personal name and given deposit of rs 4, 000/- plus to activate my roaming connection. However few years back, my mobile no was converted to corporate account. However i have not received the refund of security deposit placed when it was a personal number so far.

I had placed the complaint at your sunder nagar, malad west, mumbai 400064 store in january for the refund.. However...

phonerecharge

I recharged vodaphone on[protected] but when i'm trying to call or balance message is coming. I have recharged rs.40. Iam not able to make calls. Sms has come from bank as well as vodaphone that recharge is made. Vodaphone even smsed the talk time is credited. But it is not accepting. The voice says no balance. Can you please look into this?...

deducted 10 rupees twice from balance for a downloaded game

Last 1 week vodafone deducted rs 10 twice from my balance. Got an sms saying that i have downloaded carban_game from carbun8, but i didn't. I have checked installed apps as well as downloaded files. But no such app/file found in may mobile. When it first happend on 9th july, i have called customer support. They said they couldn't refund deducted amount but deactivate that service. But again on 14th july, rs 10 deducted from balance.

got high bill (813) on postpaid, when in idea i got (250 max).

This is not expected from vodafone. Previously i'm an idea postpaid customer, now my number moved to vodafone by idea. This month i got a very huge bill amount. I don't want to continue in vodafone. If possible i want to move back to my favorite network of idea or else airtel.

Without any intimation, they raised/increased charges. I don't want to wast my money....

Since vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.

poor internet, no customer support

The phone always shows 4g and full range but the speed is so poor that it doesn't run even the most basic apps!!

Vodafone has a whatsapp help service which is only a user manual and does not help at all.

It finally provides a number 199 for consumer complaints which is an invalid number!!

Stores are shut due to the lockdown and hence there is absolutely no way one can get the issue resolved.br...

I have been voda customer since 15 years. This month july 2020 i received my bill which has an exhobiant charge of rs. 1080.00 + gst under the head of "calls - special numbers" under value added services!,

I asked for the details of these 'special numbers" from customer care, they were not able to give me any details about these numbers...

Dear sir/madam

I am a vodafone customer from more than 6 years. Now in my location, lower bhanu nagar, sevoke road siliguri, pin no.- 734002, west bengal. The internet service is very poor as you can see in the screenshot image. As par image upload by me 4g internet i have but i cant open a google page i can not play any online games.

So we recharge more than 1000 rupees plus for me and my family but we can use...

I am suffering from last 5 days with very slow internet connection and i call many times in there customer care but they are really useless sometimes they just disconnect the call, they always take there customer lightly, They hve no guts to face there customer. Shame on u vodafone....

Additional value added services were added to my post paid bill amount. This was added without y permission and i am asked to pay the entire bill amount.

Wrong number recharge

While recharging vodafone prepaid number, i have wrongly typed the number and a different number was recharged for rs.379 datapack for 84 day validity on 13Jul20. when i called Vodafone customer care, they informed that the reversal is not possible. Suggest on how to get the amount credited to correct mobile.Regards....

not getting a single network

Team,

I am located in darshanpurwa area, not getting a single network on my all mobile numbers in the current situation everyone is working from home my complete work and contacts are by my vodafone number only. There are 6 to 7 numbers we are using in my single house, suggest and help me to fix this it will not take time to switch to some other network...

Postpaid bill

I had vodafone postpaid number which is inactive from long time and in march one of your executive (Female) contacted me and said, mam please pay the bill today and i'll deactivate your sim which i did even after i was not using the sim i paid the bill and now after 2-3 months i'm getting calls and messages on my alternate number for paying the bill of 703rs.
