I did not download any game from anywhere. But then to i received a msg of deduction of 10 rs. for downloading a game.
It has happened before also.
They subscribe 'English' service on their own and deducte balance.
Stop looting your customers.
This is a very fake company they just want to befool their customers

    Its worst network i have ever used, i am constantly calling customer care as i am not getting the porting code, first of all i have to call 10-12 times then only call will be connected to executive and after that they will say they are unable to use there system call after few hours and from last 1.5 week its going on like this i have called more than 70-80 times moreover visited the vodafone store main branch sec 15 faridabad for 3 times, they always say customer care will help you store server is not working.
    I mean like hell they are just manipulating things..
    I hope this complain will work somewhere just sick of this network ...
    Worst network and internet moreover now i can say worst service also.. both store and customer care number they are not helping in any manner they will just pass the things that please contact after few hours.

      In the adjacent vodafone tower they fixed a burnt out generator which is producing noise as high as 90db. Which is way more high than the allowed noise level.in a residential area like ours it is unbearable. So i would like to request not to continue this in a highly dense locality

        Hi team,
        As i have recently ported to vodafone on my number [protected]. Found that the network is worst. I have mailed the customer care but no proper response for the network provider. They are at least not worried with customers and problems.

        Please help me on this., i have recharge for one year which is cheated by the service provider. I need them to reply to this.

          I am receiving message from 53010 from 12/07/2020 to 20/07/2020 regarding deduction of charges rs.10.00 continuously total rs.80.00 has been deduted till now. I called many time with customer care and they are reverting that game is activated in my phone, but it is a feature phone and there is no game to play for which continuous charges should be deducted. Kindly reimburse rs.50/- deducted by message from 53010.
          Am using basic mobile still they are using this service activated.

            I had a vodafone postpaid connection converted to prepaid and during this i was asked to pay the prorated amount for that connection and also plus the amount to recharge when the number gets converted for which i did. Now the issue here is that i have a bill generated for the same number that shows no amount that i paid and also during all this the executive at the store delayed the process of getting the number converted by which i now have a high bill. Vodafone is not looking upto the issue and says even though there was a delay in converting the number it’s me who’s liable to pay and they’re straight away denying it’s their fault.

              Idea-vodafone service is very pathetic in my area. So, i want to port it to others network but vodafone custome is not responding to me at all. I got below msg when i sent it to 1900 for port and they are not responding to any of my query. Below is the message ;
              Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

              Please let me know how to proceed on this and to get upc which will help in porting.

                    I had submitted a prepaid to postpaid connection application on 11th july 2020 in Vodafone Store, linton Street, Kolkata. Upon submitting the request I was given a prepaid sim and was told the connection will be active in 2hours time. But till today the 18th july my sim is not active as it is showing sim provisioning failed. I have visited the Vodafone store Linton Street many tomes but my problem has not resolved. The service personell at the store are assuring it will happen in a day's time.However a week has passed and my problem still persists. I am very offended with the quality of service.

                      I am postpaid customer my mobile number is [protected] and from the day 1 in Vodafone I am having one caller tune and the caller tune is kandha sasti kavasam from soolamangalam sisters devotional song and I did not change the caller tune even for one time. But for the last 3 months the caller tune is not there and when ever I am trying to activate the caller tune I cannot activate via voadafone app and sms. instead I am getting a sms dear customer we are unable to process your request right now recharge with caller tune pack. but since I am postpaid customer I am unable to recharge. when I am trying with toll free executive they said kind raise a complaint with corporate care.[protected]@vodafoneidea.com. so I had raised a complaint kindly activate the caller tune at warfoot basis.

                        I have idea no which was changed to Vodafone Company in May 2020. In mohali and chandigarh facing network connectivity, call drop, voice not clear and internet speed extremly slow or internet never connects especially at night since last 4 months. Complained so many times it works fine for 2 days again same issues. Today called at Customer Care 198 their representatives disconnected the call without writing complaint issue. Then tried at Vodafone app their also they didnt write complaint kept on insisting to give alternate no which i dont have.
                        They dont want to improve and dont even register complaint..Very poor service voice breaks, internet speed slow and call doesnt connects. Then they say we have checked network coverrage is proper in your area..Mohali, Punjab Sector 80, Chandigarh sector 26, 35 everywhere..

                        23rd July 2020 passed and situation even worse..internet not getting connected since last 12 hours. Customer care doesnt attend calls and even if they attend just one answer we realize that there is network issue in your area we are trying to resolve..They are simply doing nothing..wasting my time. At time when internet facility is maximum needed they are showing tantrums.
                        Definatly going to port out now..
                        Pathetic service and even more pathetic answers they people give. Now donot call and distrurb.

                            This is really unfortunate that Vodafone denies to accept the billing system issues and causes harassment to customer.

                            This is crystal clear I have not made 200 sms to a fictitious number 53488 .
                            July bill - special number charges ~1000/- came as big surprise.

                            Vodafone charged in May bill for International SMS where none of the numbers are known to me.
                            Look at the data below
                            It says on a single day at midnight in the span of 1 min, 39 sms sent. Is it possible for a human to perform this operation ?
                            In spite of multiple follow ups Vodafone customer service, they continue to overlook on that and continues to pass the blame back to customer claiming everything good in billing system.

                                Apparently a vas was activated without my knowledge and an amount kept getting deducted every month. Turns out the service was "activated" in march and i only got an sms in june saying i was getting charged for it.

                                I called up vodafone cc on june and asked them to cancel the service and refund the deducted amount. The cc person said he will do what is necessary. Turns out he never cancelled the service in spite of taking down my complaint and i got charged even this month.

                                I called up cc again today and the person on the line said i can send an sms "stop" to 155223 which should stop all vas activated on my number. She also said she will cancel this for me.

                                I sent an sms to the above number but i got a reply "you are not active on any vas service."

                                Then what am i getting charged for? I do not understand this scam. Who can tell me who activated the service without my approval and why wasn't it cancelled after my first call?

                                  I ported my number airtel sim to vodafone on 14th july 2020, the porting has been completed and received the signals on my new vodafone sim, but it's not yet activated, had a word with vodafone customer care executive but he gave wrong info, trying to call customer care again but reaching to an executive is a hercules task, still trying to connect with vodafone care executive.

                                  Now, my decision to port from airtel to vodafone, seems a wrong decision due to bad field and customer care executives.

                                    We have been facing too much problems with Vodafone Services regarding poor network since the past 2 months.
                                    Verbal complaints then personal visit to their office and complaints over e-mail have not helped us.
                                    Finally searched their website for contact details of their Customer Care Services Head o[censored].P. East Circle, which displays Mr. Vinay Saxena. We called on the given mobile number and narrated our problem, some person named ROHIT attended the call and assured that our problem would be resolved by 16th July 2020 5p.m. That too was just a false assurance.
                                    Again called on 17th July, but another person answered the call and again wanted me to narrate the whole story once again to him. When we asked for the person (ROHIT) who spoke to us earlier, he was un-available. Every time I have called, the mobile number of Customer Care Head is picked up by different persons and he is un-available.
                                    Really ridiculous and disgusting state of affairs.
                                    We are now left with the only option of porting our connection to another service provider.
