I requested MNP from my vodafone prepaid to Airtel on 22-01-11 and got unique porting number VT118978.on Feb 1st I got an update from Vodafone that my request dated 1 Feb 11 is rejected due to number or range is in contractual obligation. I have a prepaid and I dont know what obligation I have. When I called their custome care they said they would get back to within 24 hrs and they still haven't got back. Kindly let me know why my request was rejected

Please dont port to Airtel.
We are trying to escape from Airtel.
No offers, high call charges, Bad customer service.
So i request you to port to other providers (Docomo, Uninor, etc)

AirTel — MNP Rejected - contractual Obligation

Dear sir,

I have below Airtel numbers in my name for which I filed MNP request.

9650960XXX (Postpaid)
9650960XXX (Postpaid)
9650960XXX (Postpaid)
965XXX4363 (Postpaid)
9560XXX550 (Prepaid)


I had large discussions with your team who promised me better Network coverage in my apartment and still failed to provide the same within stipulated time. This MNP request was after Airtel had failed miserably on three occassions of our complaints to fix the issue.
Further, myself and my husband had long conversations with Airtel representative, who called to ensure we did not go away. Finally they accepted the fact, that we had go as they had failed miserably as service providers. But to my shock, they have rejected the request citing Contactual Oblogations as the reason.
This is ridiculous to say the least and harassment is a small word for this.
When TRAI came out with guidelines, it would have been good, if it came out with fine on service providers failing to honor MNP requests.

Need your help to sort it out at the earliest, as it is a very painful to go signal hunting every time we have to receive/make a call.

Following my email to [protected]@airtel.in, on 10/06/2011, I had received a call from Mr Krishna, Regional Manager Gurgaon, on 13/06/2011. He had asked me to give 48 hours to get the issue fixed, by installing a booster at my house.
Nothing has happened since then.
Our several attempts to reach him on his number have also failed - shows the extreme irreposnible behaviour of Airtel employees.
And you would understand that I am not at all amused with this.

Further, its been more than 10 days since 48 hours time was asked and given that still you have not been able to solve the problem, I would request you to process the port out request ASAP.

Apologies for chasing you for this. However we don’t really understand what is your understanding of "issue being resolved"?

Further, last we heard from you was about installing a booster. This idea failed as Airtel broadband is not present at our house.

Further, you had committed to getting the issue sorted by 23-July-2011.
However, still there has been no action from anyone. Our attempts to reach you via phone have been a failure as the call get disconnected at your end.

Finally, I think I have lost all my patience in this regard and would appreciate if you can process my port out request.

I'll be raising a new set of requests today for all 5 numbers and I hope that these are processed at your end.

    I find my Mobile Number was automatically transferred to someone else. I don't use that number so often (but had long validity on it) and when there was a need to use, we topped up that number with another Rs. 200 only to find that SIM was not operational when we used the SIM after getting it topped up in a shop. I called my this SIM number from another line and found that someone else picked the call and my number has actually become his number. My this Rs. 200 top-up also went to that person. We compalined the local dealers, etc. but in no vain.

    Not sure how a company like Vodafone can do such transfer or have processes of this nature. I can provide details if someone from the company is willing to investigate. I have purchases another SIM which is not in use for last 4-5 months (but with long validity). I am afraid I will lose that too sooner or later along with credit on it.

    Vodafone — My no. is being used by another person...

    Dear Service Providers,

    I would like to inform you that, my vodafone no. i.e. [protected] was not being used by me from last few months and this no. have lost.
    But now this no. is being used by another person without any prior information to me, and i have no idea how he/she got it...??

    So, Please look at the matter and satisfy me that this no. is not being used by wrong person..

    This is absolutely unprofessinoal, i am suffering as well due to the same reason and in my case also the culprit is vodafone. Did they rectify the issue?

      The harassment that Vodafone has put me though is unthinkable. I had placed an order for a Giordano watch from Vodafone M-shop on 6th of January 2011, a confirmation call came to me on 8th confirming that I would be recieving the same within 2-3 weeks. However, I dont see any sign of the delivery till date. My complaint no. is [protected]. I had placed the complaint on 27th of January(for which I had to wait for exactly 7mins 40 seconds for my phone to get answered) to which I was said that i would be contacted by the concerned dept. by 29th of Jan. He told me that I would be sent an update on my e-mail address..niether anybody called me and nor did i recieve an update on my e-mail. When I called back again on 30th of Jan 2011 to place the complaint again I was again told the concerned dept will contact me. Then I recieved a message from them that they are unable to reach me and that I should call to get an update. When I did I am told that I need to place a complaint at the Gordano site personally and that they cant do anything.
      This is hieghts of ill management. If there was any problem between vodafone and Giordano as a co. then it is completely their look out. I paid through Vodafone M-shop in my opinion the offer stated on the booklet is exclusively being offered to Vodafone customers. I didnt go to Giordano to purchase the watch they are offering then why should I be running around solving their channel conflict.
      I need my money back according to me I paid money to Vodafone and Vodafone is liable to pay it back. Vodafone entered into a contract with Giordano for the offer and not me and any such contract was not available for my review. It is nowhere written on the booklet they hav provided, that in case of non-delivery Vodafone is not responsible. Hence as a customer I want my money refunded back immediately.
      I request the govt to throw these foreign players out of the country, they arent serving the citizens well
      Not only do they ate up govt's revenue they are also eating up the consumer's hard earned money.

            i had a recharge of rs 11 for sms pack 11 ,a month ago, after few days , i deactivated it by sending a appropriate message,and i received a message that ur request for deactivation have been received, but to my surprise , i have been charged 11 rs successively for two more weeks, although i have sent deactivation message several times. i want deactivation as well as refund of 11 +11 rs of the sms pack 11. hoping my problem will be solved within a week.

              COMPLAINTS AFTER COMPLAINTS I AM GIVING STILL NO RESPONSE-

              COMPLAINT SUBMITTED ON 21ST JANUARY 2011- NO ACTIONS FROM VODAFONE STILL. THEREFORE RESUBMITTING ON 24TH JANUARY 2011

              Billing me on Happy2help Bhagwat Geeta activation without my consent
              my vodafone number is [protected] taken in Mumbai.

              Vodafone without my permission or consent on their own had acitivated under Happy2Help Bhagwat Geeta on[protected]. I had immediately called 111 and asked them to cancel the subscription and told them I have not made any request for the said activation. Vodafone has charged me and continuing to charge me for the service.

              The guy on 111 has promised that activation will be cancelled. But it has not happened. My money is going still.

              Last week I have registered a complaint in this forum also. However till date activation is not cancelled.

              I REQUEST THE FORUM'S INTERVENTION ON THIS ISSUE. PLEASE HELP ME.

              THIS IS THE SECOND TIME VODAFONE HAS ACTIVATED A HAPPY2HELP SCHEME WITHOUT MY CONSENT IN THESE LAST TWO MONTHS AND PUTTING CHARGES ON ME. I HAVE LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS DIRTY WORK OF VODAFONE. TELECOM REGULATORY AUTHORITY MUST BE INFORMED OF THIS ILLEGAL ACITIVITIES OF VODAFONE AND I REQUEST THIS FORUM'S HELP.


              PLEASE TAKE THIS AS A STRONG COMPLAINT OF MINE AND DO THE NEEDFUL. I BEG THIS FORUM TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST VODAFONE SO THAT THEY WOULD NOT DARE TO DO SUCH ILLEGAL ACTS AGAINST POOR CUSTOMERS.

              Vodafone — Charging Against cancellation

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              I have cancelled my vodafone number [protected] long back. But still for last two months, I am being charged approximately Rs. 200.00 per month.

              I request kindly look into this matter and deposit my money into my bank account.

              When the number i snot active and the card has been cancelled, I am unable to guess why the money has been debited from my account.

              Awaiting for explaination on this.

                I have a Airtel Prepaid number, i have applied for conversion it to Vodafone Postpaid, executive got my all required document on 27th Jan and said he will activate the number by the day itself, due to that i didn't recharged my Airtel number, after it everyday they are saying that the number will get activated next day, address verification has been done by one of the executive, on verification i saw that he was doing MNP for some another number([protected]) which is not mine. i called Vodafone PostPaid Customer Care (Mr Ravi) he said its take more than 7 days to convert the number after getting the documents and still they didn't get my documents.

                Please suggest what to do...

                Dear Customer, Vodaphone service is just hopeless. They have practically no customer care department work. Even if you want to speak to them, you may have to wait 30- 60 minutes before you can get connected to somone who can talk to you. Go for any other service Vodaphone is just hopelss

                  I Ankush Katakwar using an Vodafone service bearing number [protected] really had a very bad time with this Service provider! who is charging me for GPRS usage in spite of recharging With RC98 Which Gives 6GB internet browsing For 30days.I have recharged it on 22/1/2011 and my mobile says i have used only 33.2MB and they started deducting money from my main balance when ever i use GPRS from 26/1/2011.
                  I complained this twice to their customer care Executives but none of them is taking serious action against it.

                  Hope my problem will be resolved....

                    Hi this Valli, the customer of Vodafone using the mobile number [protected] past 2 years in VODAFONE Network. I have faced many problems like network, bills, etc..... I requested many times Vodafone service team to migrated my number to postpaid to prepaid . But they said there is no rule to migration post to prepaid before Jan 20, 2011.

                    After Jan 20, 2011 the Mobile Number Portability has been entered then i want to change my Network to BSNL. Before changing my network i cleared my all due bills, Now my outstanding bill is (Minus)-213 Rs.
                    Then i submitted application to Port my number. i sent msg to 1900 and i got unique code also.

                    But now, i got a msg from VODAFONE Your Porting Request VA113725, has been rejected due to the number or range is in contractual. Then i asked VODAFONE customer executive porting has rejected,
                    He said that
                    1. I did a contract to VODAFONE that we will stay in VODAFONE Network only.
                    But i never do any contract with VODAFONE to stay in there Network.
                    2. It is a Premium Number, i[censored] want to change your network or to change Post to prepaid in Vodafone Network you have pay premium amount.

                    Then what is the use of Mobile Number Portability. The service providers are putting their own contract and rules.....

                    Vodaphone has rejected mnp request for 2 numbers on the following reasons
                    1st number-Rejected due to UPC mismatch ( the porting code is 100% correct which was provided to me by SMS from 1901
                    2nd number-Rejected due to legal reasons.
                    I am planning to go to court and teach them a good lesson
                    Vodapone rejected my porting requests VA111529 and VA145628 saying porting code mismatch. They have 477 rs of mine and even the nodal officer is not able to give proper reason for this rejection.

                    TRAI should intervene and should stop this foul plays by service providers who are rejecting MNP for no reason
                    I surely agree and have my warmth support and wishes with you people.We should not let it go on.If we did they think that they can do whatever they like.they are letting these issues extremely.We people should always give a strong voice against these issues

                    Similar thing has been done in my case .
                    They have rejected the port code saying it is not matching, when I called customer care they said the code expires in 15 days . I told the customer care the code has been raised just 4 days back .They said we are sorry you need to raise another code .
                    This has happened 3 times .Very bad experience with Vodafone .

                      My number is [protected]. from Chandigarh, yesterday I have received 5 to 6 calls from your side to activate caller tunes I refused again and again but at 4 PM ireceived a message that caller tune for a punjabi song has been activated on my cell.Instead of my openion they forcely activated the same. Then I have been contacted mercily to your costemer care but they harased me more times also behaved very roughly.I guessed that person is from costemer care side is Mr. Ajay Kumar.And they have also stopped all of my services for costomer care calls and also for sending SMS on 144 and deduct my account balance.

                      Please look into this above matter as soon as possible otherwise all the costomers like me must be unhappy with your services.

                        Non transfered mobile service provider in mobile number portability scheme for Vodafone mobile no. [protected]

                        Dear Sir or Madam,

                        I am a Vodafone Customer since 2008 and my Vodafone no. [protected].

                        The government has started number portability from 20th January 2011adn I am very thankful on this scheme and thank for government. This scheme is convenient who want change mobile service provider with existing mobile number change.

                        But the reality is different.

                        # I want to change my mobile service provider from Vodafone (GSM) to Tata Indicom (CDMA) and I have sent SMS PORT [protected] on 1900 as per your guideline. Next a minute I got UPC code No. VMII1235 from 1901.

                        # After getting UPC code from 1901 on 20th January 2011 I was visited Tata Indicom Gallery at Dombivli (West) 421202. I have submitted fully filled CAF form with mentioned UPC code no. VMII1235. The Tata Indicom has giving me a CDMA sim card for the same number and I carry with me. After some time I got SMS from Vodafone ‘Your UPC code number does not matched hence your MNP request rejected.’ I was surprised that i[censored]PC code generating at your then how come this happen?


                        # Second day means on 21st January 2011 I was against resend your same sms on 1900 and I got New UPC code no. VM114654. This time I was told to Tata Indicom Executive to note new UPC code. After submitting to new UPC code the happened same as last. ‘Your UPC code number does not match hence your MNP request rejected.’

                        # on 22th January 2011 I got call from Vodafone Call Centre regarding why you are changing your service from Vodafone to Tata Indicom. I was clearly to customer care executive of Vodafone that the Tata Indicom is offering us unmatched call rate from Vodafone hence I do not want to keep my mobile in Vodafone and if you are ready give me the same I will no problem to continue with Vodafone. The executive is said not. And he said this request is rejected you submit fresh application to Tata Indicom.

                        # Since 20th January 2011 to 29th January 2011. I was 7 (seven) time visited Tata Indicom Gallery Dombivli (West) 42102 & Vodafone Store Dombivli (west[protected]twice).

                        I Can’t understand the mobile number portability is convenient for us for harassment to customer. I don’t know above mistake of Vodafone Store or Tata Indicom. Now I hereby request you to Vodafone & Tata Indicom Pl. help me out from this problem or else tell government that we are not supported this scheme and we are not agree to change mobile number service from Vodafone to any other mobile service provider.

                        Secondly, I am a housewife woman and I have Childs of 3 years old and I am day visited at Tata Indicom Gallery for 2 hrs a day. This situation is for convenient for arrestments.

                        Today I was against submitted 2nd Fresh CAF form At Tata Indicom Gallery at Dombivli (West) 421202 with Ms. Archana front Office Executive. I hereby request you to Vodafone Please don’t reject my UPC code. Otherwise I will take this matter to higher authority of media to know how the MNP (mobile number portability system is working for end user customer.


                        How will care of this!




                        Kindly look into the matter and kindly change my mobile service from Vodafone to Tata Indicom with same mobile [protected].

                        Kindly confirm by voice call, SMS & email when it done and I also need reason from Vodafone why my request rejected?

                          I have prepaid connection No. [protected].

                          Please note that on dt.[protected], I have made an application to BSNL of MNP with my UPC VGIII733.

                          After this I have received a message from +1901 as under.
                          "Your port in request for mobile Number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider. - BSNL."

                          After this I have received a message from you (vodafone) as under.
                          "Hello! We have received your porting request VGIII733. We will validate your request and will revert on confirmation by 96hrs TAT from the time we received the request from MCH."

                          After this I have contacted of BSNL regarding to know status of my MNP request. They have verbally asked me that my request is rejected by vodafone and I have to made a new application of MNP with new UPC.

                          I have received new UPC from +1900 and I have made second application ON DT.[protected] to BSNL of MNP with new UPC VG158563.

                          I have received following message from +1901 ON dT.[protected]. "Your port in request for mobile Number [protected] has been rejected by your service provider. - BSNL."

                          I have also received a message from vodafone as under."Hello! We have received your porting request VG158563. We will validate your request and will revert on confirmation by 96hrs TAT from the time we received the request from MCH."

                          In this matter I have contact your local customer care centre of Bhavnagar. I have also contact on your helpline [protected].
                          They have not helped me in this matter.
                          You are requested to help me, guide me
                          and accept my port in request to BSNL.

                          I can not understand that why my application is rejected by vodafone both times.

                          Kindly do the needful to get us port in
                          to BSNL at your earliest possible.

                          at least you get some live person on the line there.
                          in vodafone they will block your helpline access to speak to a live person and the ivr will keep looping back on itself.

                            I requested MNP from my vodafone postpaid to Airtel on 28-01-11 and got unique porting number VM128247.
                            Today I got an update from Vodafone that my request dated 27 Jan 11 is rejected due to number or range is in contractual obligation.
                            I have a postpaid and I dont know what obligation I have.
                            My mobile mumber is under my name and no body other than me is assoicated with my number.
                            I always paid my bills before time.
                            I am not doing any out box thing for which my MNP request is getting rejected.
                            As MNP is happening in same circle i.e. Mumbai.
                            From other consumer complaints seems that Vodafone is using same trick to reject MNP request for postpaid and prepaid connections.
                            Kindly let me know why my request was rejected
                            If MNP is rejected by Vodafone what will be further course of action.

I want to port from Vodafone to Airtel and they have rejected saying " contractual obligation " . contractual obligation includes any non market plan (which is not availbale on net) which come as special plan for customers.                               Hello Sir/Madam,

                              I have sent lot of mails to Cancel this connection from Dec 30 2010 till date Jan 30 2011.

                              I have sent sever reminders every week. Total 6 Reminders on e-mails to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com.

                              They have not responded till date. The problem is I have the ECS for payment, greatest mistake I have made so far. Every month they have deducted using ECS.

                              I need them to acknowledge to disconnect my mobile no : [protected].

                              Currently we are in Shanghai China hence we are not able to reach customer care over Phone. That is reason for e-mails.

                              Atleast they can respond saying this is the process or this is what you need to do.

                                Hi,
                                I fell short of cash in my cell on the 3rd of june, so I tried that chotta CREDIT facility of Vodafone for the amount of 10 rupees. I sent the SMS at around 7:00pm and DID NOT RECIEVE any thing till late NIGHT. At around 12:00 in the night I recieved an SMS that thanks for using this facility we are processing your request. Nothing happened after that and I DID NOT RECIEVE A SINGLE PENNY IN MY ACCOUNT. Today on the 11th of JUNE I recieved an SMS that 11 rupees have been deducted from my account against that CREDIT facility which I availed. Despite of speaking to soo many SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES nothing happened this time again and I have been ditched by this organization. THIS AMOUNT IS NOT SO BIG BUT this COMPANY has lost its DIGNITY by ditching people and taking MONEY OUT OF THEIR ACCOUNTS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANY BODY TO AVAIL FACILITIES from VODAFONE. Its one THIEF organization.

                                    I have been harassed to limits by your company in connection to my application for prepaid to post paid migration. Ordinarily, it takes 24 hrs for any such activation as per my knowledge. But I am sad to inform you that after applying for the same on 15th October 2008, I still haven’t got my work done.

                                    I hereby explain to you the events which have harassed me mentally and physically:

                                    1. I got an offer from one of your associates - Fast-track(A unit of consortium Bio-technologies pvt.Ltd.)A21/8, 3rd floor, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase-II, New Delhi-110028, to get my connection transferred from prepaid to postpaid.

                                    2. I agreed to the same and completed the necessary formalities and paid Rs.250/- for the same vide their receipt No.17323 Dated:15/10/2008.I was issued a SIM No.[protected].

                                    3. The same was not activated even after 15days of completing the formalities, the reason for which was negative verification of my address. to make the matter worse, I was not even informed about the same and I had to take pains to know my status by calling 111.The Customer Care Executive asked me to visit a Vodafone store and request for re-verification.

                                    4. I visited my nearest Vodafone store at Dwarka on 30/10/2008. The executive attending me was MR. ARVIND KR. SINGH. I requested a re-verification and provided the necessary documents again. I was assured of activation within 72hrs.But the entire effort went in vain and there was no activation done. Your company did not even consider it important for an intimation of my status.

                                    5. It was on the 15th of November again that I took pains to visit Dwarka Vodafone store and met the same person I had met earlier - Mr. Arvind Kr.Singh. He asked me to make a fresh proposal and issued me a new SIM packet with the Number:[protected] after taking back from me my old SIM Packet with no.[protected]. I also filled up fresh forms on 15/11/2008.i was promised for an activation within 72hrs.But as usual, there was neither any activation, nor any intimation about the same.

                                    6. I had to send complain to you vide an E-mail addressing the issue and providing the new SIM No. [protected]. Fortunately the complaint was adressed by you and I managed to get an activation on 27/11/2008 at around 9pm.I inserted my new SIM and to my surprise, found out that it was not registered.

                                    7. I called up [protected] today, Sunday, 28/12/08, at around 9am. and the customer care executive informed me that I am having the wrong SIM with me, i.e. the SIM which got activated by your company was my old SIM NO.[protected], which I had already surrendered in lieu of the new SIM allotted to me on 15/11/2008.The customer care Executive of your company also misled me by providing wrong information about the closure of the Dwarka Vodafone store and that I was required to visit the Ansal Plaza store which is one of the few stores, he told me, which remains open on Sunday.

                                    8.I travelled all the way to Ansal Plaza, and on the way found out that the South-Ex store was open. I went there and requested a replacement of my SIM vide request No.[protected].The executive's name was Neha. She asked me to refurnish my ID proof, which I did by providing my PAN card. After making me wait for over 20mins she came back to me asking for a photograph and ID proof. I lost my patience, which I have every right to lose by now, and got furious at the executive, after which they promised me to courier the new SIM card to me within 24hrs vide request No.[protected].

                                    After going through such a long and tedious process, I am presently without any connectivity for the past 24Hrs. I doubt whether my old SIM card is in safe hands and that it would not have been used for wrong intentions. I would therefore seek a redressal for the harassment done to me by your company. I am a professional person with phone calls extremely important to me, and living for such a long time with no connectivity is surely going to harm me financially.

                                    After all these problems faced by me, tell me why shouldn't I drag your company to the court for harassing me mentally and physically and also for causing huge financial loss to me.

                                    I am Harpreet singh, one of your vodafone customers. I am using two number of vodafone [protected] and [protected]. I am holding [protected] from more than two years and do not have any concern with this number. The concern is with my another number [protected] that I have purchased on 27-aug-2011. The concern is without my request callertune has been activated on this number [protected] . I didn't want this services so immediately, with in few minutes i got it deactivated. It was activated on 30-aug-2011 in the morning and I deactivated immediately. I have been charged Rs.45 for this service, and for the reversal of this small amount I visited vodafone store, called to customer care, sent several emails also but didnot get any satisfactory reply. When I ask the executives to transfer the line to any manager, line gets disconnected. I have already called on your helpline no. but didn't get any satisfactory response. When I requested to have conversation with supervisor my line was disconnected.
                                    I have sent mail to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com but they could not provide me satisfactory resolution of my problem. I am keeping all therecords of my complaint.
                                    It seems to be shamefull holding vodafone number. What is the matter I don't know, I think Vodafone has forgotten good customer services. I am forwarding this mail to higher authorities so that necessary actions can be taken. Vodafone should stop saying Happy to Help.

Even then the request was not processed by the agents of the vodafone store, Dombivli. Due to which the number now got Deactivated because of their careless and negligent attitude on their part. Due to their unprofessional apprach I have to face lot of harships. Kindly provide justice

                                    VODAFONE ESSAR LIMITED — deduction of balance

                                    Deduction in balance because o[censored]sing internet even after activating the internet plan.
                                    Details: On 1st january 5.16 pm got an sms that ur internet plan is now active.At 6.00 pm used 19mb of internetfor which 190 rs was deducetd from the prepiad balace.Visited the vodafone store on the 2nd of jan 2012 for the same and they were not helpful at all.They did not have th informtaion of the balance been deducted.they said that the floor supervisor azeem will call me and get back to me within 24hours which he failed to deliver.on visting the store back they said that the person Azeem who promised me the call back was on a weekly off and did not assign the promise to any one. On speaking to the floor manager zoheb he said that nothing can be done and he would have to escalate it further and he suggested me to launch a complaint in the consumer court.the balance is still not refunded and still i have to take out 3hours everyday to argue at the Santacruz west store.

                                    Vodafone in — Harassment And financial Loss

                                    That I am using a vodafone mobile network and I am paying continous bill of my number but my number is got blocked due to some other number which is already not in use from last one year. After conversation with vodafone executive(Mr. Sandeep Roy) the reason told was that the number not in use and my current number which is got blocked both are on One and the same person name and address. and my credit limit for my number is more than the bill. and for this i have been no any vice information regarding my number been getting blocked. by all this act I have been a financial loss and got mentally harassed.
                                    So, I want that you should again restart my number i.e. [protected]

                                      my vodafone no. Is [protected].
                                      i purchased a nokia e5 handset on 13/12/2010.it came with an offer of 3 months free internet for vodafone prepaid customers.but when i tried to activate the offer,i got no response or confirmation from vodafone.i called the customer care service a number of times,but they did not help me.when i sent an email to vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, they told me that they had activated the offer on 08/12/2010,even before i had even purchased the hanset.moreover they told me that this offer is for one month.i am amazed to see the way vodafone lies to its customers.i daily mail them to get my concern resolved, but they just keep on delaying.
                                      I hope this website proves helpful and this matter is looked into as soon as possible.

                                      I am facing the same problem with aircel. I got E5 and now i am not getting free 3GB for 90 days offer. i guess these companies are just fooling with such offers.
