In december, 2010, I went to buy Vodaphone pre-paid mobile connection from Vodaphone store but the company employees forced me, with all sort wrong information, to buy a postpaid connection. In case of dissatisfaction, change from postpaid to pre-paid after first bill was also assured. However, after receiving the 1st bill in January, 2011, I was dissatisfied and so I went the same store to change the mobile connection from postpaid to pre-paid...

we are taken two vodafone postpaid service lastweek but its not activated till now i have submitted two sims on same id proof if i asked to them they were replied that this problem as came for same proof please once again chekit out that sims and solve my problemto access vodafone services

I was on roaming service at Mumbai . My connection is from Vodafone, Kolkata.
The connection was working fine till 24rth Feb 2011 early morning. Since 6 am on wards the connection was getting disrupted and the sign of SOS was coming at the place where the strength of signal indicates.
My connection is on Blackberry and all services like GPRS, Mail etc are activated.

I am having the same problem. I have a corporate postpaid plan last 2 yrs. Last 2 days I am not able to connect to any other network apart from vodafone.
