I have not requested for this and somehow somebody has activated this (Fault of Vodafone for which I have to bear charges).... I called up customer care...

Non Acceptance of Letter at their office

I was on roaming service at Mumbai . My connection is from Vodafone, Kolkata.
The connection was working fine till 24rth Feb 2011 early morning. Since 6 am on wards the connection was getting disrupted and the sign of SOS was coming at the place where the strength of signal indicates.
My connection is on Blackberry and all services like GPRS, Mail etc are activated.
The signal was not there and intermittently the lines...

Rejection of MNP from Vodafone

Customer Money value and

As per Vodafone my unbilled amount for this month is more than 4100 RS. Which is incorrect as per plan offered as in the month end it will be less than 2000 RS. I have already made the payment of RS 2700 this month. That’s means at month my bill will reflect some negative amount.

Very bad service

I am having the same problem. I have a corporate postpaid plan last 2 yrs. Last 2 days I am not able to connect to any other network apart from vodafone. Also the customer care number 111 is not working. I have also replaced the SIM card in Vashi Vodafone store as suggested by great customer care executives of Vodafone. But still it is not working. scratch card

recharge card problem, after having scratched out the black thing two numbers also got scratched off. i was told to go to the nearest vodafone care center but the one in south x 1 delhi was unable to help and wasted much of my valuable time. i was told to come back after 3 days for the service was not available! moreover, i live in noida!!!!!!!...
