Dear Sir,
I added A Complaind About the Bad Servicies of Vodafone. They Activated Caller Tune Without take My any Permission, Cut 30Rs from my Vodafone Account Without take My any Permission,
My Vodafone number is"[protected]"
When I Deactivated This Caller Tune Under 4 hours & Tell him to give My Money Back, Then they said to me
(Sir Under 48 hours Your 30 Rs
This is Second Time In 5 months They Activated Caller Tune & Never Give Money Back
Sir This Time I'm Feel Totelly Disturbed to Vodafone Servicies.
They Never listening to my Complaind
27/08/2010 I Call to Customer Care & Talk to Mr. Saravjeet Rana, tell him to Give My Money Back then He asking to me,"Sir U send A Request to deactiveted This Caller Tune is Now in Processing, So Plz wait only 24 hours & then Ur 30Rs Balence Automatically comes to Your Vodafone Account"

The Last day 01/09/2010 in the Evening I call Again To Customer Care Talk to Miss Meenakshi, tell her the Whole Story About the Misunderstanding but She asked to me,"Sir There is No Request Sending By U, So We can't do Help In This Case, when I said to her to Talking Ur Senior Then she Hold My Line till 15 minutes & Never Give Responce"
Vodafone never trying to Help Our Customers, They Giv No Good Responce to Me
Plz Sir I Need Ur Help, Plz do something,tell me Sir What can I Do In this Case

VODAFONE MOBILE CONNECTION — useless value added services
The recharge made for Rs.98 for rate cutter . the service need to get activated in 1 hr from the time of recharge . but it was not getting activated even after 21 hours. i waited for 8 hrs then raised a complaint on it.took over 13 hours still the issue is not resolved.the customer service executive are really well trained to make customers unhappy and make them loose patience. try this and check urself . make call with a issue ask for supervisor however howmany times you may call will start with transfer and then with a long pause and end with call disconnect. vodafone needs to concentrate on basic things rather building towers all over. transaction id 1.3 (CH[protected])
