I'm registered on the NDNC Directory, and I have not applied for any services to receive updates about properties and products with any individual/ company either.
However I am receiving unsolicited marketing messages and calls from various companies/individuals.
I Tried registering the complaint with the service provider i.e. Vodafone India via the 111 customer care services.
The person over the phone asked me to wait for a long time, even though he knew i was being charged. took all the details, and then asks me to contact the 198 services, which are not functional.
Now, when i call the company, they say that 198 services are active. and do not take the complaint.
I couldn't visit the vodafone store due to time constraints, but when we have the telephone services to our disposal, why do we need to visit their gallery.
Besides this, i even tried putting a mail to the company, to which i have still not got a revert.
This here is violation of NDNC and of customer support.

Vodafone — Poorest Network & Poor service
Main Problem isPoorest connectivity in My apartment, when I am talking outside frequent disturbances in outgoing voice, other person cannot hear me clearly, call error connection, couple of time the call going to unknown person, frequently disconnection during conversation. callers unable to trace me. This has caused serious damage to my Business and personal activity.
Being start up entrepreneur, my business and networking activity has been seriously affected from your poor service. When I complained on 5th, you wanted 12 days to correct, even then you did not respond to me single day, showing no concern whatsoever, despite repeated calls. I have called your customer service umpteen number of times, the most unfortunate thing is even your customer service people cannot able to hear me properly, so they promptly put down the phone each time I called them, never bothered to call me back. This has frustrated and annoyed me and my family.
When I got a call for a different purpose from Vodafone, I have mentioned this problem then also, your person did not bother much, infact she told me that some one has closed your complaint, mentioning they have called me and I did not respond so they have closed the complaint which I have done on 5th without any solutions to this problem. When I wanted to speak to one of your manager they made me to hold on for several minutes finally they told I m shobha talking, when I asked her designation. She put down the phone abruptly without any solution.
This type of behavior and diplomatic answers ..some sort of sorry has no meaning.
I really would like to go back to Airtel Network. My impression with Vodafone has lost. We wanted to take further 15 Corporate connection from our Small team members with Vodafone, but we are not considering that option anymore.
I think TRAI policy has been kind to you as I may not able to PORT ASAP. Definitley I will forward this to TRAI and take up this issue on Grounds of Network issue, as I cannot wait 3 months withou proper network connection to my mobile.
I hope concerned authorities take this matter seriously and resolve it within 24 hours.

I have complained more than 10 times to Vodofone. Including nodel officers, mumbai office, corporate office. I Have been promised that they put booster, that is the only option. I was promised to that they will put Booster in 7 days on 20 Feb. Till now, they keep on giving elusive answers like, our engineers are working without any timeline. The main problem is 75% of the time my mobile is defunct. I m facing huge losses and huge amount of stress due to this. My business relations have affected very badly.
I want concerned authority to take stringent action against Vodfone. If African country can fine Airtel for Poor customer service. Why dont India can fine Vodofone For poor service. I deeply agitated. I going through this problem since 40 days. I cant afford another 50 days of this.
