i m using vodafone postpaid plan of monthly rent 325rs in which i m getting 700 minutes free but i recently see advertisement of new plan of same monthly rent (325rs) but giving 1000 minutes free

i requested to migrate but they refused.............. they want m to take a new sim for that plan.....................

according to T.R.A.I there is no need to take a new sim for new plan we can get it on the old sim...

Vodafone is sending a lot of service message & once i accidently pressed the retreived button once, hereafter every month they are deducting monthly rental charge without asking a confirmation. I tried several times in customer care, but there is no option regarding such deactivation. They are purposely trapping the customers in such a way with their many such services. I have been shifted to AWHO, Sispal Vihar, Sector-49, Gurgaon.

There is network coverage problem. I can't talk to anyone while at home.

I reported this problem to customer care. They are telling, the problem will persist for atleast 3 months.

Its not possible to change the number. Please do needful.
