Hello Sir/ Madam,

My mobile number is [protected], I have already registered my mobile number in DnD service ( do not disturbe) still I am getting a lot of SPAM sms every day from various builders across Noida and gurgaon region. I request you to please suggets something for not happening this in future and also, I wanted to claim a compunsation of whatever mental tension they have given me in sending such sms again and again while work, driving, reading, travelling etc.

Vodafone — SPAM SMS

Hi,

I am Vodafone customer for the past 5 years.I am getting lot of junk and promo messages daily in the form "TD-blahblah" .I have registered in the National Do Not Call Registry but still I am getting atleast 75 messages per day.I have complained number of times to the customer care but still I have got no response. Kindly look into this issue.

    Hello Sir,

    My name is Ashutosh Kumar Singh, i have number of vodaphone [protected].
    I have already send request in customer care to disconnected number because i have to go in rooming bangalore. customer care say you can disconnect number from bangalore also. when i will visit vodaphone store, BTM layout , bangalore , they say you have to mail on [protected]@vodafone.com and number will be disconnected in 5 working days. I have mailed on this mail id on Sat, Jul 3, 2010 at 9:31 PM and when i confirm after 5 days, then customer care forward call on vodaphone retation team delhi, where i have talked with Mr Sandeep kumar.He told that you have got wrong information , you have to mail on vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. now i have mailed on vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com. my bill generated date is 5 th of every month. now i am getting call again again to pay bill , and still number is not disconnected. so Please look into this on high perioty, becasue i will be roaming in 2 months.

      My name is Kunal Sindhi and i am using vodafone prepaid [protected] number from last 3-4 yrs and i have not expect any type of wrong deduction from my balance without my constent.
      but on 17-july around 9.pm i have send 10 to 15 msg having also sms pack but my balance of rs.30 is charged and my balance is in negative due to which i am not used my sms service.
      also i have call on customer care but they told me that due to technical problem your balance depleted and after 24 hrs your balance will refund but till the date my balance is not refund..so i request u to kindly look into the issue.

        My vodafone mobile number is [protected] in the name ashwani kumar. It is a prepaid connection. I have just purchased this new connection but due to some worst experience from the paid customer care department of vodafone i have to think that may be i have taken a wrong decision to be part of vodafone network.
        I make my number recharge one week back i.e. on 14th July 2010. after three days vodafone send me a message that u have activated some music and all so 30 rs will be deducted from ur account. i immediately call the paid customer care number but their language and reply is horrible. They have we have to proof that u have make a request to activate this service that is why we have deduct the amount from ur balance.
        After two days at 9 : 55 i just make a call to my friend and after 15 min i got another message that ur account balance is 102 thanx for activating some music activation from vodafone. I again make a call to paid customer care but the reply is the same that i have send the request and vodafone co. have the proof that i have maken a request to activate the service.

        i can also prove the vodofone authorities that i have not activated any additional service. I have 13 vodofone number which make me disturb during my office our i called them vodafone bakwas so that i should not attend the same and my work should not be disturb.

        i will persue this matter to the higher level till i will get the satisfactory answer from the vodafone authorities and this is a challenge.

        I am Hutch user since five years. But now from when the merger has took place the service quality has become very poor.

        I had two incidents which are invoking me to change my mobile service.

        One day a call came from vodafone customer care and told me that they will send me a combo pack on which i can surf and download vodafone live free of cost. I said ok. but when i surfed vodafone live my account was reduced by Rs. 35.


        Secondly i got a message from vodafone that my crm cricket update service has been registered. i was shocked that who the hell has activated this service. When i went to your customer centre they told me that you must have got a flash message and it is activated through that. But I swear I have no idea of getting any msg. Moreover this flash msg thing is just a because if i am getting my phone out of my pkt and there is a flash msg and if i press any key unknowingly then all i will get is another activated service.

        I have lost my Rs. 80 from this if you can not refund my money. I am going to consumer court.

        Moreover there is no option in your 111 customer care to talk to any executive

        I am writing this letter to complain in the strongest terms about the poor service that I have received from your company.
        We signed up to your telephone and internet service package on May 1, 2008 because you’re advertising and the marketing agent who visited my office suggested that you are better than other player like AIRTEL and IDEA. And I decided to move from my Airtel connection to VODAFONE connection.
        But Because of your poor service and poor administration has given me a very sorry picture of your company due to poor administration of your company which I had lose my time for work, and causing me mental harassments all the way.
        I am working with Equinox Global Services, Gurgaon India now know as Oracle Financial Services .Vodafone executive visited my office and offered mea corporate post paid mobile connection (Cell Phone Number ([protected]). I duly submitted the my copy of my Residence proof, copy of company I-card, 2Photgarphs and a bank chq from ICICI bank for Rupees 699.00 cashiers chq. I was asked to wait for 24 to 48 hours and the connection will be activated. After completion of that time I called MR. Sunil Kumar (mobile Number +91 [protected]) he Told me that the Mr. Rao (mobile number +91 [protected]) the agent who gave me the sim card had entered sim card number wrongly . I and he will look into the matter and the connection will be activated in another 24/48 hrs. I waited for that period but the mobile was not working, I was in constant touch with MR. Sunil Kumar (mobile Number +91 [protected]) and every day I was told connection will be activated by evening this went on till 10 days making my work suffer as had to be on phones for hours every day also people could not contact me to whom I had given the number offered to me.
        On, May 15, 2008 I thought of calling Vodafone customer care, but the response I got was not only unprofessional, but unethical as well. I was treated with humiliation and I want someone to hear those calls. I called Vodafone customer care 2 times as soon as I gave them my concern would go ahead and release the call. So 3rd time I decided to speak to a supervisor and my call was transferred to a supervisor Mr. Pradeep Singh Assistant Manger Operation and the process name he gave was Delhi prepaid. he was highly unprofessional in resolving the issue, did not have basic customer care skills .i gave him my concern, he refused to give me complaint number said will take 72 hours to provide complaint number and my persuasion he provided me with the complaint number [protected] and said the connection will be activated by 8.00 pm IST on May 15, 2008.
        I want the higher authorities to look into this call as on listening to this call you would come to know how he behaved with me on the call no customer care in this world would have done that some of the verbiage used by him on the call are given below so please kindly listen to the call. Your assistant manger did something unethical and which is something I can sue him and the Vodafone for that unprofessional behavior.
        Few instances from the call which he did with me are
        While speaking to him he asked to speak loudly and the verbiage used by him are mentioned below

        Further you can listen in the call how professional Vodafone and their employees are in their behavior while talking to customer. It was horrifying experience for me. I decided to call MR. Sunil Kumar (mobile Number +91 [protected]) with who I was taking earlier as he told me that he is from Vodafone directly and is not any vendor or dsa, but latter when I contacted he told me that I am not responsible and I can do what ever I want. As nothing will be done. He told me that Miss Shika.Sharma (Shika.[protected]@vodafane .com is responsible and taking care of my company’s account for Vodafone connection and he belongs to Mr. herman.josan team. I had no idea what’s happening I thought it might be a part of fraud by group of people trying to make some money or Vodafone itself is company like this giving false promises

        My connection is still not activated. I might no longer be interested in the connection and my recommendation in around my company will be strict no to services of Vodafone and will be looking for legal angle to gets is rectified if nobody looks into the matter and get it resolved and also if no apologies are mentioned by your executive who compared me with a dog
        In addition, you promise to deal with problems quickly and efficiently have failed, people were unable to contact me and it cost me many hours of phone calls to resolve the matter with your support centre for which I was tortured mentally
        I hope this letter of mine is taken care off and some response could be give as My Cell phone is Still Not activated

        I did online recharge using your http://www.vodafone.in/Pages/index.aspx site to [protected] ...I have selected Karnataka (which is correct) and YES BANK. I chose 201 rupees full talk time 30 day validity option. I filled up the information, it redirected to YES BANK I filled up my customer ID and Password. I typed 201, clicked the only option, I got password SMS to my another number ([protected]) tagged with YES BANK account, I typed the password, did the transaction to Vodafone BILLDESK. I recieved confimation page with confirmation number (54508). My cell is not yet recharged. I rechecked by filling confirmation number and my cell number in vodafone site. It said id is invalid, even I called your cutomer care(111) 6 times. First agent told me to wait for 1 hour, 2 agent told me to wait for 24 hours, 3rd agent told me to half an hour to recheck it. 4th agent told me to wait for 2 hours that an update is going on, 5th agent told me to wait again, and told if recharge not done then ur money ll be taken back to my YES BANK account.

        WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON TO REACHARGE JUST 201 rupees.

        EITHER VODAFONE OR YES-BANK ONLINE THINGS ARE NOT WORKING WELL

        Hi,

        I have been receivein calls for a vodafone collection executive. She has harrased to the extreme and has called my mother ans harrased her which led to Trauma and in a critical state. Earlier more than 7 months back I have logged a complain I did not opt for the internrt facility but was charged to more than Rs.3000. I had asked the cancellation on the mobile which was done after 45 days post to whcih I made a payment and required it to be refunded.
        I would like to strongly complain on the representativr on the collection behaviour which has led my mothe who is at a age of 57 who is in trauma and admitted due to the hassement and the unethical and unproffessional words of the agent.

            Dear Sir,

            I am a customer of Vodafone (post paid) since May 2009. My mobile no. is [protected]. My credit limit is 500. But today i.e. 20th July in morning I found Vodafone had blocked my outgoing call without any prier notice (IVR calling, SMS, personal phone). When I have call to customer care and asked only 2 questions ….

            1. If my credit limit is 500 and my due amount is Rs. 411 and due date is 29th July then why block my outgoing call?
            2. Why are not Vodafone asked me to credit some amount to there account before block my no.

            When I argued with them they finally disconnect my no. as per my wish.

            I just want to bring this notice to Vodafone management.

            Is my question not genuine?

            Customer has no rights to asked why calls blocked without notice.

            Kindly check my previous record.

              I am recipent o[censored]nsolicited calls about asking to pay bill for an unknown number [protected], which as informed to me as a post paid series number, has some bill pending.
              Why would someone pay it for what is not his.
              I am going through much pain of having been harrased of otherwise being FIR'ed to police i[censored]nsuccessful to make payment.
              The number which is making such harressment calls is : [protected].
              I am not sure how to proceed ahead upon this so i am writing with a hope of getting some attention to this issue.

                Hi There,
                I am Jitendra Mishra pursuing my master from University of Cape Town South Africa. Since last one month, I am getting a continuous call from India with the no. [protected]. The guy who is calling me were telling that Mr. Praveen Kumar Singh, one of my friend hadn’t paid the bill of Rs. 6248 of his post paid phone and left the place. The guy was asking me through a continuous call and above even threatening me to take me to the court if he will not pay the bill. I am living in complete trauma since last few days and neither able to concentrate on my work nor sleep well in the night.
                Although I have nothing to do with this matter but I have respect for the Indian law and order therefore I had tried to help them and dropped the mail to Praveen Kumar Singh but unfortunately he hadn’t responded to me. As I had asked to some of my Indian friend weather he is still in Bangalore then come to know that he had left Bangalore and joined somewhere in Gurgaon. As I had resigned from my previous job and here I am living as a student, so I couldn’t afford to call India and help them. So, it is my humble request to please consider my complain seriously and take necessary action, as this kind of continuous calls and threat may put my life as well as career in danger.

                  With reference of my earlier complain letter dated [protected], I did not get any response of my complaint therefore I am going to submit again the letter below. please do the needful.

                  I would like bring to your kind knowledge of your good-self that my name is Javed Akhtar and I am an customer of Vodafone Prepaid Connection from last 3 year. Actually, some times before I recharged my Vodafone prepaid mobile no.[protected] with Rs.95 and the plan was Vodafone live which is a Web Surfing Facility (Internet). As I am using Motoralla Q9H a Windows Base Phone, the problem is that I am not getting any Net Connection by the activation of this plan at my Motoralla Q9H Phone and didn’t get surf the net by the Vodafone Live Plan. I called many time to Vodafone customer care but they only advised me that I will have to save the GPRS settings and after receiving it then will have to save and restart the mobile phone and then you will be able to brows all the sites but suddenly it did not working and the same problem facing till yet. As I called to customer care more than 3 times and did not get any solution, the customer care has been blocked for me and I cannot call to them by the same no.[protected]. As I recharged with Rs.95, the amount has been lost and did not get any benefits with this amount or not got connect with internet.

                  Therefore, it will be grateful if you could kindly ask about the matter to the service provider Vodafone and ask about my money which I paid for this Vodaphone Live Services and also tell the money will be credited in my mobile account or not.

                  In this regard, I would like to inform you that I tried many times to call them but did not get connect with any executive man or such a technical assistance. Here I came to ask you that will you take any action on this matter or I will have to write to consumer court directly by submitted some fee or it’s enough to submit it online forum.


                  I am waiting for your prompt positive response in this matter.

                    Vodafone — Fake deduction

                    I have received a SMS that Rs 30 is deducted for the activation of Music Junction Service on my no. After that Rs. 20 has deducted from my account. I don't know how is it possible without my intervention.
                    After the SMS I have called to Vodafone call center and ask him how it can be activated without my knowledge. He told me that it is activated by mistake by you.
                    So pls help on this matter and log a call in Vodafone and also I want my money back in my account.

Vodafone is Activating Unwanted services like Caller tunes, Ring tones facility without my request and deducting money from my account without notice. I am a senior citizen of 72 years old and not interested in any of these extra chargeable sevices. I have contacted customer care executives with these requests but all in vain. so i kindly request you to ask vodafone to deactivate these unwanted Chargeable services from my mob no-([protected]) & also put my no. in DND service.                     My Mobile Number is [protected] and I am facing frequent deduction of money from my mobile prepaid service by Vodafone. Unwanted schemes are given by Vodafone and forcible charged for the same by your side. I am suffering this problem from last one year. So I requets you kindly look into the matter and cancel all the unwanted songs, schemes etc. from my mobile and refund Rs.50/- which was deducted by Vodafone unnecessarily, as it was recharge by me and same day it was deducted by Vodafone. when contacted to customer care, they said the money deducted by Vodafone and customers service is helpless for that.

                      I perchaed a vodaphone postpaid SIM card. As my proof i submitted my PAN card.voter Identity card,compani Identity card and addresh proof given by my compani. After that they verified my compani addresh and residence addresh and my number is activeted.

                      After one week vodaphone person called me that you are staying in compani provided house so you need to activate ECS means they can take my bill directly from my account for that one some document was required so i told i will submit on next working day. At that time form vodaphone cuctomer care there was no information that they will dasconnect my number.


                      I have question that , At the time of connection i submitted all the documents what they asked and from their side they verified my office addresh and Residence addresh and after that they activate my number so after some time how they can ask for new condition to continue my servise. Without any proper information how they can block my number. Now i am facing problems.

                        I bu a new sim about 2 weeks back and my sim is still not activated due to non receival of documents.I talked to the retailer whome i buy that sim he always says that it will be activated today.But the fact of the matter is that i am on my third week of buying that sim and still not activated.The retailer shop name is Daksh mobile DP road Aundh.He has not given me the bill also and i have not even asked for.Please help me from this trouble as without the usage of phone i am suffering alot.

                        vodafone new sim — sim card not activated

                        on 17th January you had given me new vodaphone sim due to problem one original one showing ony emergecy callactivated. My cell number is [protected].

                        we have bought the SIM Card of Vodafore vide Scheme No. 249 our sim card no. is [protected] but it is still not activated after 15 days .
                        Sir,
                        I had taken Vodafone Life Time connection on 3rd march 2009. Immediately it was connected next day. But after three days, the services has been withdrawn. On checking Inbox message I found that following documents are required for regular services.
                        1. Phtoidentity
                        2.Residential certificate
                        3.One P P Size phtograph.
                        For phto identity I have submitted copy of my Employer's Identity Card (ISM University, Dhanbad), Copy of PAN card and copy of Voters Identity Card. Regarding residential certificate, I have submitted copy of certificate from my employer's i.e ISM university, where I reside.
                        Please look into the matter seriously and arrange to activate my Vodafone nuber immediately.

                        My sim card's registration was failed. I submitted my photo and address proof in Vodafon shop near Devegowda Petrol pump on 28th of July. I got the new card after 3 weeks on 17th August. I've been said that it will be activated with in 5 mins if i make a recharge of 48 Rs. I recharged on the spot but still i didnt get service back.

                            Please allow me to introduce myself, I am Brij Nandan Bhatnagar, Founder & CEO of Palash Professional Services
                            and Co-Founder & Director of Futuristic Solutions Research and Development Pvt. Ltd.

                            We are expanding our operations in Bhopal, regarding that I have come to bhopal for market survey.

                            Here for ease of communication I decide to take a new connection with Vodafone (As I am existing customer of Vodafone Delhi, no - [protected], and quite satisfied with the services offered in Delhi), I have been approached by Mr. Ajendra Yadav, Sales rep for the same.

                            On further discussions I had agreed to take Vodafone no. [protected]. (and around 15 - 20 more connections
                            in due course of time for my staff). I paid Rs. 299 for activisation (on 07-Jul-2010),

                            I was given the SIM card for the same number and been told that the number will be activated by tomorrow evening (i.e. 08-Jul).
                            2 days Later I was asked to make deposit Rs. 500 as security, as I dont have a permanent address in Bhopal. I made that deposit on 09-Jul.

                            Again next day, I had been told by Mr. Ajendra Yadav, that this number is of premium category number, and hence cannot been issued to you as ordinary number. So, I asked him, if it is ordinary category number, how it can be shown in your I-POS, and you been able to block this number for me. he said he has been told by Mr. Pankaj Tiwari, his immediate boss, that this number is a premium category number and cannot been issued free of cost. (Note - here Mr. Ajendra didnt ask me to pay the premium price, if he could have asked me, i could be ready to pay). please note - this number is not showing in system as premium number, but just told verbally by Mr. Pankaj Tiwari.

                            I called Mr. Pankaj Tiwari, so many times to make my number activated, but either he didnt pick the phone, or cut the call, or msg me, that he is in meeting n will revert me soon. (Note - He never revert my call in 7 days, never called back for any clarification).
                            even if we spoke each other, he just said, he spoke to Mr. Manish Shrivastava, and my number will be activated by evening or so.

                            I still try to resolve to solve the issue, I went to meet Mr. Manish Shrivastava to his office, and in my business card.
                            he simply walk away without meeting me. (a very non professional approach to any customer on Vodafone behalf, and that too when my business card read - Founder and CEO)

                            Therefore, I was forced to launch a complaint against Mr. Manish Shrivastava, and I make a visit to nearby Vodafone store.
                            Miss Rashmi did that on my saying launch the complaint stating that my number is not been activated.
                            (I think she didnt understand the problem, and didnt mark me the same mail in cc.)

                            Since I was in roaming and forced to use my Delhi number, my unnecessary roaming charges is going high. I again apply for new number, (still with Vodafone, no - [protected]) and this number is activated in 3 days.

                            Now, on doing some enquiry, i found out that this particular number[protected], has been issued to some person in Jabalpur under ordinary category (I personally spoke the holder of the number, in front of your Sales Rep. Mr. Ajendra Yadav, and that person said, he has got this number under ordinary category and didn't pay any premium price and he is employee of vodafone other no of him is [protected]), activated on 15-July-2010. It means the processing starts atleast 2 day before.

                            Now I have certain issued, which need to be answered by Vodafone.

                            1. If the number is ordinary category number, why it is not been issued to me.

                            2. Even if it is a premium category number, whose mistake it is that this number is shown as ordinary number in I-POS of swastika.
                            (later trying to cover this mistake, number is converted to premium), but surprisingly, sold again under ordinary category. Too many changes to digest. Who so ever is having the authority to change the categories of number; the person might be quite rich by now.

                            3. If it is a premium category number (as told by Mr. Pankaj Tiwari), then how it can be issued under ordinary category again. does it mean, someone has taken money to convert it to ordinary category. (Vodafone must be running huge losses by this type of practice, each number cost about 20,000)

                            4. Initially when I had applied for the number, it has been blocked for 72 hours and free if not been activated, so shall I understand that I have been mislead for more then 4 days, so that this number can be sold to someone privately converting it to ordinary.

                            5. If this number is shown in I-POS as ordinary number (that is why Mr. Ajendra was able to block it from swastika), then who had converted it to the premium number?

                            6. Why this number is not blocked again after 72 hours for next 72 hours or till the issue is resolved, because now this issue was known to everyone in vodafoee office.

                            7. Why Mr. Pankaj Tiwari has not returned my calls any time?

                            8. Why Mr. Manish Shrivastava has denied to meet me, and walked away from his office in front of me, when i personally went to his office.

                            9. Is other similar numbers Eg. 887888*****, 2888, 3888, 4888 or so on, are premium numbers or ordinary numbers.

                            10. Why is so much miss communication from vodafone side (ordinary to premium and again ordinary), and no transparency is maintained.

                            11. The number is issued to someone working in vodafone, shall i understand, the person (having the number) is close to either Mr. Pankaj Tiwari or Mr. Manish Shrivastava, OR they have taken some money to issues him such a number.

                            12. Moreover, when I asked the number of Mr. Vikas Jain, from Mr. Pankaj Tiwari, he denied to give me that; and here this time only, he is ready to meet me, and revert me back.

                            13. When some customer is launching a complaint, dosent he has the right to get a copy of complaint. (Even he is supposed to get a copy of FIR, in police station), and with vodafone I was not been given copy or mark me in CC, so that i know what exactly the complaint has been written, is my problem is properly understood or Not. (Thatz why, the earlier complaint was not properly understood, and i have been forced to mail from my side.

                            I am really surprised to find so many irregularities in process of issuing a new number. (what the process engineers doing).

                            Do, I have the right to information here in Vodafone, (RTI act, govt of India), to find out what had happened exactly.
                            So, shall I move to any other service provider, or stay with vodafone in Bhopal, MP region.

                            I am very much disappointed by your Corporate sales team, and had to pay huge bills as I have using roaming facilities,the bill is going to vodafone only. Very poor and pathetic impression of vodafone and your highly paid executives (Mr. Manish shrivastava and Mr. Pankaj Tiwari) and excellent impression of Mr. Ajendra Yadav.

                            P.S. - During this whole issue, I would like to praise Mr. Ajendra Yadav, sales representative, role as very customer supportive. I wish him all the best in his career.

                              [protected] and [protected]. I managed to pick up [protected] on 09/08/2010 at 1031hrs Singapore time. However, nobody talks on the phone. I ran check on Trace mobile number and found that these two numbers are under Operator: Vodafone and originated from Uttar Pradesh (East). I have just sent a message to my telco to investigate this and would like to concurrently find out if Vodafone can do anything about this.

                                My name is Sneh Lata, my vodafone no. is [protected], for the last few months the company is applying unnecessary downloading charges worth Rs.145 stating that I have downloaded one song every day. But when asked to provide details of the same, they dont have it.

                                Luckily last month they agreed that this was the unnecessary charge from their side for which they agreed to pay back the money but shockingly the have again applied the same charge this month again

                                Vodafone — downloads charges

                                i had personally visited to your borivli centre & requested to discontinue download service .Mr.Vijay rane
                                assured that this facility has been discontinued.In spite of that download charges has been included in my bill no.[protected] dt.18/04/08 for mobile no.[protected].this is the third request for same reason Please look intothe matter otherwise i have to forcibly stop this mobile phone service of your co.treat it as most urgent & give explaination

When i called camplaint centre of vodafone he advise me to call customer care centre 111 which is not toll free.

                                  I am registered with the NDNC for more than a year now, but this has not helped in checking the unsoliciated SMS flow to my Vodafone number. Now it has increased to such a proportion that it is becoming difficult to manage. As it seems I am targeted by a couple of SMS campaign providers with messages like, TD-REN, TD-IMAGES,TD-JAYDEV,TD-PRITHVI,TD-UNICON,TD-SRI SAI,TD-INNOVATIONS,LM-VANHEUSN etc.

                                  There are times when I receive multiple copies of the same message within a span of a couple of hrs.

                                  Is there a way to stop this?

                                  From day 1 I have been getting sms from these too. It seems Vodafone has no customer care number on which you can talk to an executive. All numbers give automated reply. If this continues Vodafone will flop in India. How can they leave customer care.

                                    I took a new prepaid connection from a shop in Kazhakuttom, the shop address is Nath Communication, Kazhakuttom, Kerala-695583 on 6th July 2010. I filled the application form for the connection and stapled my passport size photo and attached the photo copy of DL and company id.

                                    The vodafone number is [protected], after one week o[censored]sing the number, the number got disconnected. I went to the shop to enquire the case, and they misguided me for 2 days saying the number would be activated soon, then i contacted the vodafone customer care and was surprised to know my documents were not submitted.

                                    I went to the shop again, and they are asking to submit the documents again, i am suspecting they might have misused my documents for providing illegal connection to someone, if future if there will be any abusive call from that number then who will be responsible for that?

                                      Don't know what to do thinking of leaving vodafone with all of my numbers.

                                        I Purchase a new mobile number i.e. [protected] recently the sim works for 3 day later on the sim is not working, I also replace my mobile phone by nokia N70 but the mobile cant start up Mobile is hanging can any one help me regarding this problem my e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

                                        Please refer my previous complaint No97a66 dtd 28.05.09 regarding Not working of sim card.

                                        I had submitted documents for address proof in twice. Even though a week has passed but till the phone is not working .The out going and incoming call are bar since a month. Your Virar Centre is just saying they have forwarded our documents?

                                        Please clarify when my mobile will strart working and what type of services you are providing to the customers.

                                        I had gone for Vodafone because my husband is using vodafone since last 12 years. otherwise I would have taken other services.

                                        Even there is no single message/call from your office.

                                        If you are not staring my phone in 2 hour time please return us our money we will go for other option. I totaly disatisfied with vodafone services.
