Again balance has been deducted on my number even after blacklisting my number for vas deduction that too at 3 am when i was sleeping. Recieved this message stating - dear customer,
Thank you for downloading ppu_game from telesync_solution.
You have been charged rs. 10. Also had raised the concern with your customer care executive today.. After which i recieved this mesaage - hello! Your request for credit posting with reference number mum-v[protected] is registered. Your request will be processed by 14 jul 20 09.32 am. For further assistance, dial 199. And also a message stating the same has been processed but i havent recieved my refund. Kindly let me know when i will get the refund or else i would have to take serious steps for this wrongly deduction from your end even after black listing my number. Kindly note vodafone agent had blacklisted my number on july 2 2020 from vas deduction.. Still this deduction is taking place that too from their end.

      Where i have make a complaint to vodafone company and send a several mails for the same where they only given me a complaint registered number and they always told me that your aforesaid issues will going to solve but but not a single days was available for me where i had not faced the aforesaid issues.

      So, i request you kindly help me out to get resolved my issues and pls take an initiative action against vodafone company.

        The 4g service provided by vodafone is at times slower than a 2g connection and when we get a proper speed it is unstable.
        The call dropping rate is high, at times the phone doesn’t even connect to the dialled number.
        Sometimes all of a sudden we do not receive any signal.
        The service provided does not meet with the service expected.

              My vodafone number is [protected]. Today on 11th july 2020, at 7:35 am, charges were deducted for ppu_game from telesync_solution on my number without my consent and amount of rs. 10 is deducted.
              I havent requested any such service. As per trai regulations, request from customer is needed and two time confirmation is required for balance deduction. I want the deducted amount refunded in my balance immediately.

                I wanted to bring to your attention that i have used 2 postpaid number ([protected] & [protected]) and paid the outstanding bill 3days before the lockdown and on the same day requested vodafone store rep mounica to convert these 2numbers into prepaid so she responded stating she had put a request and gave me new 2sim cards (Which is attached) and requested me to wait for 6working days (After 3working days lockdown started has everything was closed), so when lockdown was called off and after 3working days was over i was waiting for this migration, as 6working days over when i checked by inserting the sim cards which rep has given, i was unable see the signals
                So,
                Called customer service they advised me to check with vodafone store,
                So,
                I went to vodafone store & checked, the store rep said i have to outstanding due of rs.1210/- for the number [protected] and rs.615/- for number [protected] which was billed for the month of march to may and now it is suspended, so i asked them when it was sent to migrate o prepaid how come i have been charged they responded due to lockdown the migration was not done and outstanding due should be paid for further information they asked me to email their higher authorities,
                So,
                I emailed my concern at (Appellate. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com) on 11 june, 2020 i received reply from vodafone authority by name govarthan stating "we have made post adjustment there is an outstanding amount of 97.73/-."
                So,
                I went to vodafone store to pay the rs97.73/- but rep stated outstanding balance is rs 293/- for [protected] and rs 743/- for [protected], i showed her the email which i received from vodafone higher authority, after reading it she stated that we can't do anything whatever amount shows on the screen, needs to be paid, if any concern regarding this then email back to the higher authority,
                Again i emailed my concern to the vodafone higher authority and after that i received response through email from the vodafone authority by name vignesh. S stating bill has been generated for june-2020 until prepaid migration is done, you will be charged,
                I have replied him via email stating in the month of march, when i have requested vodafone store rep to migrate the 2numbers from postpaid to prepaid she told me to clear all the dues then migration will be done, so immediately i paid the dues and asked her to migrate the 2numbers, so she had sent it for migration (When it was sent for migration how will i be charged again)
                I received response through email from the vodafone authority by name vignesh. S stating “please be informed that your migration request not yet processed and we are unable to process due to covid-19 pandemic also some regional restriction as per government guidelines.”
                I emailed him back stating when i have not used the service why i have been charged & due to covid-19, migration request is taking long than ever, if covid-19 pandemic would have not been then i would have gone then and then only to the store and checked,
                Has i have not received any response for the email, i went to vodafone store and checked, rep mounika and manager of that store stated they have not received any response from higher authorities and as of june-2020 outstanding amount due is [protected] is rs743/- and [protected] is rs199/- and this 2numbers are suspended, for further information they have advised me to email their higher authorities so i have emailed, till now no response,
                I would appropriate if my problem is solved by migrating the 2numbers from postpaid to prepaid without charging me any amount.

                  Vodafone is no.1 fraud company. I recharged rs 200 talktime.. They taken rs-134 without proper information. This is number [protected], i tried many times to customer care 198 they didn't respond.in the call the complaint option is not there..# vodafone company.. Such a fraud company... I really disappointed with vodafone sim... Useless sim... No caring about customer.

                    On 28th june, 15:15 hrs i get a message that:
                    "everybody is welcome" has been set as your caller tune for all at rs 0/30days. The service will get deactivated on 28th july 2020. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)

                    Immediately followed by this message, i get another message which reads as follows:
                    Hello! Callertunes will be activated on your number in 15 minutes. This service is valid till[protected] and a 30 day rental of rs 39 will reflect in your next bill. To deactivate, sms stop to or call 155223 (Toll free)

                    Since, i did not ask for any such service, no action was taken considering the many frauds that are happening by sending such sms. Also, both the messages sent one after another were contradictory. To my surprise, i find that rs 39 is charged in my bill as vas. Something i did not ask for. The customer care executive (Tkt raised[protected] dt 11th july 2020) told me that systems shows that i asked for the vas services to be activated! He deactivated the vas service but refused to withdraw the unfair charges and told me that no one can withdraw those charges!!

                    I expect a redress of this illegal practice by the company to force money from its unsuspecting customers. I expect that my vas charges are reversed immediately. Else, i will have to approach the consumer forum.

                        I am getting daily sms for "your re 1 store subscription has been renewed @rs5.00/- valid for 1day. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223"
                        I have never requested this and yet they are taking 5 rs from me daily!!! I have unsubscribed many times but nothing changes... How much money will they take from me!! They are blindly robbing us customers. This is very wrong. Vodafone india you need to be accountable for these unlawful charges on your customers!

                              We had an outstanding bill in our Vodafone number, so they had barred all outgoing and incoming services including text messages and calls. We paid the full amount of the bill on 7/7/20. Even the Vodafone customer cares says that the outstanding amount is ₹0.00p but yet none of the services have been activated, not even text messages to receive important OTPs. Vodafone customer care isn't connecting me with an actual customer care executive to speak with, but I need that number to be active. Customer care says I have no activated plan.

                                  Kindly help me get the upc code to enable me to port out. I am trying since last 8 days now.

                                  I am getting following message upon sending the sms request:

                                  "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance"

                                  After this i have made several mails and also answered to some calls from vodafone initially assuring me to resolve the issue. However, now i am neither getting any reply nor any call. There is no way that i can connect with vodafone apart from their customer care id which anyways in not solving the issue.

                                  Please let me know what i am required to do to resolve this issue.

                                  My complaint has not been resolved yet. I once again wrote at their customer care and again mail was recieved that there is some technical glitch for generating UPC code in one of my number. For the other 2, they asked me to clear the outstanding, which I did. Now, after that again they asked me to follow the same steps of sending SMS, which I did. But UPC code was given to only one number. For the other 2 numbers, still the code has not been generated and below message is received.

                                  UPC cannot be generated for reasons: (1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact y 1900

                                  So, after 10 days of struggle I am back to same condition. And I have no option to contact any person from Vodafone. This is frustrating and really very bad. Is there no laws to curb such type of haraassment. I must have some way to contact the service provided directly on phone.

                                  Now again vodafone is asking me to pay 30 paise as the outstanding and informed that this is why my request is not processed. It may be noted that I was given same reason earlier also about outstanding and I have cleared all outstandings already. Now, if they are making delay in resolving the issue then some outstanding will always be accumulated like now they are indicating 30 paise. However, my Vodafone app is saying zero outstanding. It is ridiculous to hold my request for 30 paise outstanding after I have already struggled for last 10 days and paid all the dues already 7 days ago. I have got atleast 3 times call from vodafone assuring me to provide me the UPC code within 30 minutes, and that they will confirm me the same by calling back, but no one has called. This is gross harassment and torture which I am being put and this seems to be going no where. If I pay 30 paise today, and if they do not provide the code by tomorrow may be another 5 paise will be outstanding and again they will ask to clear that and the cycle can continue for ever.

                                  I request you to kindly put my case to some higher authority as I have no option to contact from my side to them. This is most inhuman gesture to harass common public during the trying times.

                                    My name is nishita patel (One of your user) who is frustrated with your services. Since past 2 month after idea and vodafone has merged. I am facing alots of problems. From past month i am facing high charges from vodafone.

                                    In month of may 2020, my bill charges were rs-900. I call your helpline to check for the problem, the person informed me that i am using red x plans due to which i have been charged. But i havenot made any changed in the plans nor i used the service which redx plans provided.

                                    I ask the person (Your phone helpers) about cancelling the plans she informed me, if i exit the redx plans i have to pay rs 3000 as a exit fees. Woah! Vodafone nice way to cheat consumers.
                                    She also informed if i changed the plans immediately u will not be charges for rs3000. As informed i changed my plan immediately after disconnect the call.

                                    Yet in month june 2020, i received a bill for rs-3720. I have constanly called your helpline service every day, being on hold for almost half an hour every day. I am forced to mail you.
                                    Believe me, i haven't used your redx plans service (You check on your systems). If in case i have used the service, i am ready to make the payment. (But i am 100% sure i haven't used your redx plans).

                                        My son visited montenegro, podgorica with mobile number [protected]. Only for one call, sms and 2 videos, vodafone has charged rs
                                        3, 68, 000/- bill for march, 2020. I am shocked to know this huge bill. International roaming was not activated so the local charges of montenegro was added to the bill. Please kindly take up the matter at higher level to help me. Vodafone is neglecting our request to provide the details for the huge bill amount.
