    Kindly help me get the upc code to enable me to port out. I am trying since last 8 days now.

    I am getting following message upon sending the sms request:

    "upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance"

    After this i have made several mails and also answered to some calls from vodafone initially assuring me to resolve the issue. However, now i am neither getting any reply nor any call. There is no way that i can connect with vodafone apart from their customer care id which anyways in not solving the issue.

    Please let me know what i am required to do to resolve this issue.

    My complaint has not been resolved yet. I once again wrote at their customer care and again mail was recieved that there is some technical glitch for generating UPC code in one of my number. For the other 2, they asked me to clear the outstanding, which I did. Now, after that again they asked me to follow the same steps of sending SMS, which I did. But UPC code was given to only one number. For the other 2 numbers, still the code has not been generated and below message is received.

    UPC cannot be generated for reasons: (1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact y 1900

    So, after 10 days of struggle I am back to same condition. And I have no option to contact any person from Vodafone. This is frustrating and really very bad. Is there no laws to curb such type of haraassment. I must have some way to contact the service provided directly on phone.

    Now again vodafone is asking me to pay 30 paise as the outstanding and informed that this is why my request is not processed. It may be noted that I was given same reason earlier also about outstanding and I have cleared all outstandings already. Now, if they are making delay in resolving the issue then some outstanding will always be accumulated like now they are indicating 30 paise. However, my Vodafone app is saying zero outstanding. It is ridiculous to hold my request for 30 paise outstanding after I have already struggled for last 10 days and paid all the dues already 7 days ago. I have got atleast 3 times call from vodafone assuring me to provide me the UPC code within 30 minutes, and that they will confirm me the same by calling back, but no one has called. This is gross harassment and torture which I am being put and this seems to be going no where. If I pay 30 paise today, and if they do not provide the code by tomorrow may be another 5 paise will be outstanding and again they will ask to clear that and the cycle can continue for ever.

    I request you to kindly put my case to some higher authority as I have no option to contact from my side to them. This is most inhuman gesture to harass common public during the trying times.

      Hi vodafone team,

      My name is nishita patel (One of your user) who is frustrated with your services. Since past 2 month after idea and vodafone has merged. I am facing alots of problems. From past month i am facing high charges from vodafone.

      In month of may 2020, my bill charges were rs-900. I call your helpline to check for the problem, the person informed me that i am using red x plans due to which i have been charged. But i havenot made any changed in the plans nor i used the service which redx plans provided.

      I ask the person (Your phone helpers) about cancelling the plans she informed me, if i exit the redx plans i have to pay rs 3000 as a exit fees. Woah! Vodafone nice way to cheat consumers.
      She also informed if i changed the plans immediately u will not be charges for rs3000. As informed i changed my plan immediately after disconnect the call.

      Yet in month june 2020, i received a bill for rs-3720. I have constanly called your helpline service every day, being on hold for almost half an hour every day. I am forced to mail you.
      Believe me, i haven't used your redx plans service (You check on your systems). If in case i have used the service, i am ready to make the payment. (But i am 100% sure i haven't used your redx plans).

        With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of vodafone.in our place vodafone is supplying poor quality of network. Due to poor network we are unable to make phone calls and unable to use internet. We complaint this matter to the vodafone customer care but we are failed to get any resolution. The name of this place where we facing this issue is - town - sarthebari, pin-781307, dist-barpeta, state-assam, i have small request to vodafone please help us otherwise you close your service in our place. Don't harrasment us.

          My son visited montenegro, podgorica with mobile number [protected]. Only for one call, sms and 2 videos, vodafone has charged rs
          3, 68, 000/- bill for march, 2020. I am shocked to know this huge bill. International roaming was not activated so the local charges of montenegro was added to the bill. Please kindly take up the matter at higher level to help me. Vodafone is neglecting our request to provide the details for the huge bill amount.

            Vodafone India upgraded my postpaid number plan without any notice and when I contacted their customer care they told me to use the new plan and denied any help. When I told that I don't want this plan they replied that they can't do anyyhing and I have to pay the fees. This is harassment. If this is not resolved I will try whatever I can to file a consumer complain against Vodafone for harassment and fraud.

              I sending this message to you because of network issues which i personally facings in my area and my sounding area upto 5 km to 8km where i stayed expeshally in the 4g network and 3g network its too bad as i use idea and vodafone from past 6-7 years i will not bothered about it because i use it when came outside but now lock down will effects will make bad impression on your networks so i ported one of my sim to airtel but miss that your service but now also i using vodafone in other slots by expected you will provided a good network to us
              Please focus on provide a good network not on offers because you know that with out network customers will not use sim ut all by given offers is waste so please take an action on network problems i will share my network states in the image first slot is vodafone and which is showing 4g is airtle its not only my problem most o[censored]ser suffering from network

                I am requesting vodafone idea for the separation of my number from my family plan to port out to other carrier, but without informing me vodafone idea has shifted me to corporate account, thus i am not able to speak with customer care number also, i have paid all my dues and still i am unable to port out, it's been more than 4 days now, very bad customer support from vodafone ideam

                  10 rupees has been deducted from my account on july 07th, i got an sms saying "thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged rs.10". Without my confirmation how it will happen, same thing happened on jun16th aswell. When i called the customer care, their representative said they will deactivate the service and not able to refund the money.

                  Today, i got a message from Vodafone that thank you for downloading carban_game from carban8 and i had been charged rs.15 for that without my knowledge i had no idea about the game and i had not downloaded it. Help me WTF is happening with vodafone if this continues i'm changing to Jio!
                  I got a message from Vodafone saying "Thank you for downloading carban_game from carbun8. You have been charged Rs.15" on Nov 22. And another message today saying "Thank you for using VIDEO, you have been charged Rs.15." Alarmingly, both the transactions happened without my knowledge, and without any notification. Please resolve it and initiate a refund, or I will proceed towards changing my carrier.

                        Poor internet service in my location. I have recharged for 700 three month plan. Daily 4gp. But no use. I cant even see my wtsapp status. Why the hell i refer to my friend. Worst customer care ever. Regarding this alreday i registered complaint through customer care. No use of that.. Still proceess in going on last two weeks. Again i am regeistering complaint here.

                          I ve been using vodafone number since 9 years but since past 6-7 months i am facing problem with network it shows no network no internet connectivity in my place of work. I am a doctor and my lab is in basement where i hardly get any connectivity since quite a few months. All other mobile networks are functioning well here except vodafone. All of my other staff have already switched there number to other network like airtel and jio. I hope u ll address the matter asap or unwillingly i too ve to leave ur network.

                            In my room there is no network of bharti vodafone which is top leading network provider according to trai department

                            There is lack of network problem which we are facing not getting our family members to contact not getting internet access problem and lack of network coverage problem to communicate medical doctor

                            Recently in our village one 2 year girl died we can't save her due to network coverage of vodafone... Frusted we are staying to pandharpur express road near national highway of maharashtra and no network beside us approximately 10 km

                            Plz send the rf team of jalna in our in parthur and register complaint of network coverage as per 90 days according to trai

                            Appellate team help us and forward the complaint to network team to jalna i had allready raised my complaint to ombudsman department of trai and vodafone

                            I had allready esclated this concern to ravinder takkar sir and sunil soodh sir and now i will esclate to trai chairman dr rs sharma [protected]@trai.gov.in and appellate department of trai [protected]@trai.gov.in

                            Plz registered and look into this concern seriously

                              I have a corporate postpaid connection which i am not using anymore & want to deactivate permanently. I have tried sending email to [protected]@vodafone.com but email is getting bounced. I have tried ivr option by calling 199 but there is no option for account deactivation. I have tried vodafone chat service vic but there also i can't find any option for deactivation. It seems that they are forcing me to pay the bill even though i am not using the connection. As a customer i should have an option to terminate my connection.

                                I applied sim portability from vodafone to another network two times yet now, but every time the new sim activation is rejected because these people are not converting it and even not updating also. And they have no customer service, at last we called them by so much of searching they after submitting documents to another network it will 48 hrs but it won't happen and again i applied portability of sim. Ant the vodafone executive cheated me. He said if i message to 1900 them it will reactive immediately but the number is for cancelling ogf portability

                                  I have ported out from voda idea my mobile [protected] in march-2020. They have not refunded rs.600/- paid excess. They insisted me depot the bill twicw to allow me to port out. Please arrange to refund the excess amount. They do not reply to emails sent.

                                    Dear sir/madam

                                    I am a vodafone customer from more than 6 years. Now in my location, lower bhanu nagar, sevoke road siliguri, pin no.- 734002, west bengal. The internet service is very poor as you can see in the screenshot image. As par image upload by me 4g internet i have but i cant open a google page i can not play any online games.

                                    So we recharge more than 1000 rupees plus for me and my family but we can use any internet services i call many times to vodafone customer care but they not responding so i can found any solution for this problem.

                                    Now in my location no internet available. My location is not a tea garden or remote area my recent resident is siliguri a beg city of west bengal. I can expect better service from vodafone but now vodafone network is worst service provider.

                                      I am not able to send the sms to 1900 for porting the number to different subscriber. My balance is about 8 rs as well. I can receive calls on my phone and sim is active. Mobile number - [protected]

                                        Dear vodafone,
                                        This incident happened to me when one of your vodafone customer user called me for the provision of job... And later told me to pay a sum amount of ₹2500/-.
                                        Later, i found it to be not a worthy deal... Rejected the offer... I asked for the refund of my amount... He misguided me and took a total sum of ₹40000/-
