Hi vodafone team,
My name is nishita patel (One of your user) who is frustrated with your services. Since past 2 month after idea and vodafone has merged. I am facing alots of problems. From past month i am facing high charges from vodafone.
In month of may 2020, my bill charges were rs-900. I call your helpline to check for the problem, the person informed me that i am using red x plans due to which i have been charged. But i havenot made any changed in the plans nor i used the service which redx plans provided.
I ask the person (Your phone helpers) about cancelling the plans she informed me, if i exit the redx plans i have to pay rs 3000 as a exit fees. Woah! Vodafone nice way to cheat consumers.
She also informed if i changed the plans immediately u will not be charges for rs3000. As informed i changed my plan immediately after disconnect the call.
Yet in month june 2020, i received a bill for rs-3720. I have constanly called your helpline service every day, being on hold for almost half an hour every day. I am forced to mail you.
Believe me, i haven't used your redx plans service (You check on your systems). If in case i have used the service, i am ready to make the payment. (But i am 100% sure i haven't used your redx plans).
