Wrong customer service

I am trying to make my number from postpaid to prepaid for the last month but unable to. The request is getting rejected and the billing is also too much i have not used my number but so much bill to special number is there. I am not able to pay. Vodafone staff is not listening to my request i am telling them i have not called on any number. This is wrong. I am getting harass...

Wrong billed amount

I have not made any calls on the number 53516. Call charfes for rs. 288 have been added to my number. I am trying to convert my postpaid to prepaid for the last month but unable to die to bad customer service now they are asking to pay my bill pliss ₹288 extra because of some call on special number. I have made jo such call. Vodafone is really bad telecom service provider....

Sim not being activated

I lost my phone and I went to idea store for duplicate sim. I gave my id and photo and got sim which they said would be activated in 2 hrs.
The sim was not activated for the whole day then I went to the vodafone store they told me that we will again request for activation and it will get activated. The sim did not activated the next day then I again went to vodafone store and they gave me another sim and again took my documents and...

I have cancelled my flight which was sechduled on 16th June, 2020 from chandigarh to chennai.I did not get my amount back in my mode of payment that is my bank account.

Negative balance query

What the hell vodafone is..! My balance is showing -87.57 though i have recharged my number 2 times. Firstly i recharged with 49rs.. Yet i cant make any call.. Then again recharged with 399rs yet the nasty service is saying i don't have balance to make calls... What the hell this negative balance is.. Vodafone is trying to fool its customers.....

unknown deduction

Vodafone has deducted inr 47 from my prepaid number for no reason. Their customer care is also not responding citing limited access to information as the reason.
This deduction has happened between 29th june and 2nd july, and i have not received any message from vodafone regarding this deducted amount.
I want a refund....

Overcharging on the last bill

I have been a vodafone customer for 12 years, but the network has taken a dive with their services off later. I was not able to make call and relying on stable wifi connection for making whatsapp calls heck i was not even getting otp texts. After complaining about the service for 4 months i finally decided to port the number.
Which takes 5 days but here vodafone again made it difficult and finally after constant follow ups an escalations...

cross connection

Everytime i call someone, after only around 7 to 8 seconds, the call is cross connected to other call. I tried contacting the vodafone customer care, that call too got cross connected somewhere.
This issue has been since around a month now.
And even if the call stays connected to the person i called, audio problem comes into picture. It shows no issue about the range, the range is always full. Still this problem occurs.br...

Since vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
"upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"
Please get me out of vodafone....

I didn't know how my phone number get activated for callertune service... I had registered dnd service long ago.. So there is no chance of getting any sms from vodafone... But i suddenly got aa sms that my number has been activated for callertune service and for that rs.99 has been deducted from my account balance... Without my activation how did it get activated? Now i want money back...

overcharged the bill 9619621975

Hello,

I have vodafone number – [protected].

I have opt for 99/- rs postpaid plan. But when i got billed they charged me 499. Without asking customer how can you charge & change the plan?

I have called & mailed multiple times, customer care executive treat people very badly they cut phone without listening.

Very fed up with these service, since 3 months they charge unnecessary...

Unable to make outgoing in spite of active plan and poor support

Whenever i dial any number to make outgoing call, i get a voice message saying you have dialed a wrong number...

Called help desk twice... Calls to 198 works but not to any other number

Very poor service
No issue with network coverage/range
Incoming works... So phone and sim are fine

Some pathetic service from vodafone...

Juice up vas activated and every month charges rs.150 scam from vodafone, specially on one of my post paid numbers. Very bad and this is an absolute fraud for taking money from customers. I have been using this vodafone number for last 7.6 years but now i think i should switch to airtel or jio....

Slow internet service

Vodafone is providing me 2g internet service despite my phone begin 4g. I use oppo a7. I am facing this problem this 1 month but vodafone is not taking any measures to resolve my problem. A complaint should be filed against vodafone for giving worst internet service. Moreover, they don't let me port to any other network.. Whenever i send port msg.. The phone is showing that message is not delivered....
