I have vodafone number – [protected].
I have opt for 99/- rs postpaid plan. But when i got billed they charged me 499. Without asking customer how can you charge & change the plan?
I have called & mailed multiple times, customer care executive treat people very badly they cut phone without listening.
Very fed up with these service, since 3 months they charge unnecessary through i pay it.
Request you take action on these. And send me the correct bill.
