Juice up vas activated and every month charges rs.150 scam from vodafone, specially on one of my post paid numbers. Very bad and this is an absolute fraud for taking money from customers. I have been using this vodafone number for last 7.6 years but now i think i should switch to airtel or jio.

    Vodafone is providing me 2g internet service despite my phone begin 4g. I use oppo a7. I am facing this problem this 1 month but vodafone is not taking any measures to resolve my problem. A complaint should be filed against vodafone for giving worst internet service. Moreover, they don't let me port to any other network.. Whenever i send port msg.. The phone is showing that message is not delivered.

      On june 3, vodafone was recharging in mo number[protected] by google pay through 100 rs. Same time debit in bank account but recharge amount not recived in mobile no[protected] complain in google pay ans revert ans already payment done please check bill desk company vodafone. Still time refund and recharge amount not received so please resolve my problem as soon as possible tra i'd[protected]

        Hi have complaint many times but the people in the vodafone does not resolve the issue and they just keep on billing me without the issue has been resolved. I have emailed them many times but did not recevie any response.

        Also, in a month there service will be down and they just suck money.

              I am currently using vodafone's prepaid number (Up east). During number dialing vodafone sends pop ups messages, notification for many plans, adds and after call shows balance, which is useless for me and bothers a lot. I have tried to solve this problem many times through various methods but it has not been solved. I have notified to vodafone many times through messages, whats up and email but the problem has not ended yet.
              Sir i requested you l please try to solve my problem. I will be grateful.

To deactivate flash messages send SMS CAN FLASH to 144 (Prepaid) or you can also deactivate via phone: Go to Phone Menu > Vodafone Services > FLASH!> Activation>De-Activate.                       I have raised a claim With Vodafone Mobile Shield for My damaged Mobile. I have submitted all the required documents, Submitted my damaged mobile, paid Excess amount to process the repair but still i am waiting for my mobile for 6 Months

                      Nobody is supporting me or updating the status when i will get my mobile back after repair.

                        I have also received a bill amounting to rs.[protected] for the same no. 51717 for the month of 30th May 2020 saying that i have called for 64 Min minutes . I have been chasing customer care for revised bill without these above charges but they are not responding to the same.
                        Lets put these problem to the higher authority of Vodafone as the no 51717 is the common among all concerns.

                            I have been trying to port my number to different service provider since vodafone’s network service in our area is close to 0. I have been experiencing a lot of blank calls and call drops, lost lot of apportunities. I have tried requesting by sending the port sms request multiple times but everytime i get this msg stating “ upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider”. I have 2 postpaid vodafone numbers under my name. I want to port both the numbers at anyhow.

                            I have completed the process from the new service providers end but i happen to understand that vodafone has not validated (Accepted) my porting request yet coz i did not receive the timeline for switch. This is getting annoying a bit, please resolve ASAP.

                                Am using postpaid sim ([protected]) in idea network from june month its migrated to vodafone automatically. After that its going smoothly but from 23.06.2020 evening i didn't get network tower and its shows "no service"

                                Lot of time i tried to touch with customercare but its not reached. Manytimes i had mailed and tweet done to vodafoneidea limited but its not resolved.

                                No service for last 2 days but vodafone limited works well in billing, they generated bill amount.

                                Please check and resolve the network.

                                My sim card ([protected]) (Pincode 602107) shows "no service" and no network is available.in real i did not know completely about that

                                  Hi i am samrat, i replace a vodafone sim on a vodafone retailer. They replace my sim and after 24hour your sim work well. But after 48hour sim is activated and incoming outgoing call are doing well. But sms is not received and send. I try to contact vodafone care they give me a suggestion your balance is low so your sms facility is not working. I soon after some time. I have recharged 129. To continue my services. Not any response by the company to care me. How to solve this problem.

                                    I am a student and i have taken data pack of 3 gb/day but it is useless for me. The company's network is so worst. Beacuse of this i can't access my zoom class. It can't bear load of apps like irctc rail connect, irctc flight, zoom, amazon. The network is such worst that it can't open their vodafone app. I complaint about it but there was no any advant of it. If you can't stable the network i am gonna port my sim in other service provider which has 1000times better than vodafone
