It is more than 6 months i have not been able to send sms. I have recharged multiple times but it does not change the negative balance in the account. Today i recharged for another 1499 and it still displays 96inr as outstanding and didn't allow me to send sms. I have been unable to do phone banking because of this ridiculous issue.
Vodafone call centers have not been reachable, emails remain unanswered. I am stumped by their arrogance and incompetence. Lethal combination

    My sms is service is not working since 1st june.

      I am trying to make my number from postpaid to prepaid for the last month but unable to. The request is getting rejected and the billing is also too much i have not used my number but so much bill to special number is there. I am not able to pay. Vodafone staff is not listening to my request i am telling them i have not called on any number. This is wrong. I am getting harass

        I have not made any calls on the number 53516. Call charfes for rs. 288 have been added to my number. I am trying to convert my postpaid to prepaid for the last month but unable to die to bad customer service now they are asking to pay my bill pliss ₹288 extra because of some call on special number. I have made jo such call. Vodafone is really bad telecom service provider.

          I lost my phone and I went to idea store for duplicate sim. I gave my id and photo and got sim which they said would be activated in 2 hrs.
          The sim was not activated for the whole day then I went to the vodafone store they told me that we will again request for activation and it will get activated. The sim did not activated the next day then I again went to vodafone store and they gave me another sim and again took my documents and told me that the sim will get activated. But it did not got activated. I have called the customer care several times but they always tell me to visit the store and the store always tell me that we have requested and it will get activated. Dont know what to do. My mobile number is+91 [protected]

              What the hell vodafone is..! My balance is showing -87.57 though i have recharged my number 2 times. Firstly i recharged with 49rs.. Yet i cant make any call.. Then again recharged with 399rs yet the nasty service is saying i don't have balance to make calls... What the hell this negative balance is.. Vodafone is trying to fool its customers..

                Vodafone has deducted inr 47 from my prepaid number for no reason. Their customer care is also not responding citing limited access to information as the reason.
                This deduction has happened between 29th june and 2nd july, and i have not received any message from vodafone regarding this deducted amount.
                I want a refund.

                  My idea sim is dead since last 10 days.
                  When i go to idea store, they say send email to update other contact number.
                  Corporatecare. [protected]@vodafoneidea.com says we are unable to update your other contact number goto vodafone store (Reference number

                  Vodafone store says goto idea store.
                  Called so many times to customer care, they are not able to help.

                  My otps, banking, tax all are stuck.

                  Vodafone idea is very very very bad, last 10days just frustrating me.

                  I dont go out unnecessary in covid-19, but for idea sim issue, i have to everyday go to stores and stand in lines.

                  Idea vodafone will be responsible if anything happens to me.

                    I have been a vodafone customer for 12 years, but the network has taken a dive with their services off later. I was not able to make call and relying on stable wifi connection for making whatsapp calls heck i was not even getting otp texts. After complaining about the service for 4 months i finally decided to port the number.
                    Which takes 5 days but here vodafone again made it difficult and finally after constant follow ups an escalations i finally got the number ported after almost 15+ days.
                    To my surprise i was given a bill higher than normal full cycle bill, on checking i realized they have charged me for all the delayed days as well inr 150 as international roaming charges.
                    Plus i am getting calls from various division for the money, i was surprised at how persistent these guys were and not to be found when i was asking for resolution.

                      Sir,
                      This is to inform that I am your valued customer .The mobile no [protected] has been under use for many many years. Recently, I have taken another vodaphone no.[protected] in my name.
                      But recently I have been facing so much inconvenience and problem using Vodaphone which is beggars description.
                      On 23 rd May, I recharge for Rs.49for the phone no.and only had a conversation
                      for 5mins.Next day on 24/6/2020, I was very much surprised to see that i had no balance to talk.
                      This thing happened to both the numbers for the LAST TWO MONTHS.
                      I tried to reach customer care over phone million times but of no avail.
                      Due to this type of harrassment, my work is being hampered to a great extent.
                      Now, I am afraid to recharge fearing that same arbitary and whimsical deduction would be made to my phone.
                      I earnestly request to you solve the problem at the earliest otherwise i would have no other way but to address Consumer Court for redressal.

                        Everytime i call someone, after only around 7 to 8 seconds, the call is cross connected to other call. I tried contacting the vodafone customer care, that call too got cross connected somewhere.
                        This issue has been since around a month now.
                        And even if the call stays connected to the person i called, audio problem comes into picture. It shows no issue about the range, the range is always full. Still this problem occurs.
                        I request you sir, to respected authority to look over this big problem otherwise your suscribers would start resisting you.

                              As per vodafone issue is resolved and closed but issue remains same. They closed the complaint without being informed by customer who raised the issue. Its realy a fraud activity and no value to the customer who is paying bills on time

                                Since vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.
                                "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                                  I didn't know how my phone number get activated for callertune service... I had registered dnd service long ago.. So there is no chance of getting any sms from vodafone... But i suddenly got aa sms that my number has been activated for callertune service and for that rs.99 has been deducted from my account balance... Without my activation how did it get activated? Now i want money back

                                    Hello,

                                    I have vodafone number – [protected].

                                    I have opt for 99/- rs postpaid plan. But when i got billed they charged me 499. Without asking customer how can you charge & change the plan?

                                    I have called & mailed multiple times, customer care executive treat people very badly they cut phone without listening.

                                    Very fed up with these service, since 3 months they charge unnecessary through i pay it.

                                    Request you take action on these. And send me the correct bill.

                                      Whenever i dial any number to make outgoing call, i get a voice message saying you have dialed a wrong number...

                                      Incoming works

                                      Called help desk twice... Calls to 198 works but not to any other number

                                      Very poor service
                                      No issue with network coverage/range
                                      Incoming works... So phone and sim are fine
