Service related

Hi have complaint many times but the people in the vodafone does not resolve the issue and they just keep on billing me without the issue has been resolved. I have emailed them many times but did not recevie any response.

Also, in a month there service will be down and they just suck money....

I am currently using vodafone's prepaid number (Up east). During number dialing vodafone sends pop ups messages, notification for many plans, adds and after call shows balance, which is useless for me and bothers a lot. I have tried to solve this problem many times through various methods but it has not been solved. i am waiting for my mobile for 6 Months

I have raised a claim With Vodafone Mobile Shield for My damaged Mobile. I have submitted all the required documents, Submitted my damaged mobile, paid Excess amount to process the repair but still i am waiting for my mobile for 6 Months

Nobody is supporting me or updating the status when i will get my mobile back after repair.

VAS charges for 51717 which has not used by me

I have also received a bill amounting to rs.[protected] for the same no. 51717 for the month of 30th May 2020 saying that i have called for 64 Min minutes . I have been chasing customer care for revised bill without these above charges but they are not responding to the same.
Lets put these problem to the higher authority of Vodafone as the no 51717 is the common among all concerns.

No service for last 2 days

Am using postpaid sim ([protected]) in idea network from june month its migrated to vodafone automatically. After that its going smoothly but from 23.06.2020 evening i didn't get network tower and its shows "no service"

Lot of time i tried to touch with customercare but its not reached. Manytimes i had mailed and tweet done to vodafoneidea limited but its not resolved.

No service for last 2 days but vodafone limited...

data speed very slow

I am a student and i have taken data pack of 3 gb/day but it is useless for me. The company's network is so worst. Beacuse of this i can't access my zoom class. It can't bear load of apps like irctc rail connect, irctc flight, zoom, amazon. The network is such worst that it can't open their vodafone app. I complaint about it but there was no any advant of it. If you can't stable the network i am gonna port my sim in other service provider...

When i leave my hometown in india since i work abroad i am not using my sim but if the sim is not used within 90 days it gets deactivated. Why should you deactivate the sim when you have assigned to a particular person. If i need to keep it active i get international roaming charges of rs.99 which is recurring that is i have to pay every month even if my phone is active. (90 days minus 30 days).
This is stealing....
