Hi
I have also received a bill amounting to rs.[protected] for the same no. 51717 for the month of 30th May 2020 saying that i have called for 64 Min minutes . I have been chasing customer care for revised bill without these above charges but they are not responding to the same.
Lets put these problem to the higher authority of Vodafone as the no 51717 is the common among all concerns.

      I have been trying to port my number to different service provider since vodafone’s network service in our area is close to 0. I have been experiencing a lot of blank calls and call drops, lost lot of apportunities. I have tried requesting by sending the port sms request multiple times but everytime i get this msg stating “ upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider”. I have 2 postpaid vodafone numbers under my name. I want to port both the numbers at anyhow.

      I have completed the process from the new service providers end but i happen to understand that vodafone has not validated (Accepted) my porting request yet coz i did not receive the timeline for switch. This is getting annoying a bit, please resolve ASAP.

        As i have port my primary number [protected] from airtel to vodafone postpaid, as every process is being completed in vodafone store and my airtel sim got out of service on 9 th of june and from that 9th of june still waiting to get my number to get in service on vodafone network and still i m waiting for this . when i visit the Airtel store they replied that your number is successfully port out from our side and the issue is from the vodafone, on the other hand when i visit the vodafone store they also give me the same reply that the issue is from airtel side . instead of giving solution they both blaming each other and as my primary number is being blocked it hampered my lots of official work.
        please find the attached reply from airtel and vodafone . vodafone store also not providing any solution

            Am using postpaid sim ([protected]) in idea network from june month its migrated to vodafone automatically. After that its going smoothly but from 23.06.2020 evening i didn't get network tower and its shows "no service"

            Lot of time i tried to touch with customercare but its not reached. Manytimes i had mailed and tweet done to vodafoneidea limited but its not resolved.

            No service for last 2 days but vodafone limited works well in billing, they generated bill amount.

            Please check and resolve the network.

            My sim card ([protected]) (Pincode 602107) shows "no service" and no network is available.in real i did not know completely about that

              Hi i am samrat, i replace a vodafone sim on a vodafone retailer. They replace my sim and after 24hour your sim work well. But after 48hour sim is activated and incoming outgoing call are doing well. But sms is not received and send. I try to contact vodafone care they give me a suggestion your balance is low so your sms facility is not working. I soon after some time. I have recharged 129. To continue my services. Not any response by the company to care me. How to solve this problem.

                I am a student and i have taken data pack of 3 gb/day but it is useless for me. The company's network is so worst. Beacuse of this i can't access my zoom class. It can't bear load of apps like irctc rail connect, irctc flight, zoom, amazon. The network is such worst that it can't open their vodafone app. I complaint about it but there was no any advant of it. If you can't stable the network i am gonna port my sim in other service provider which has 1000times better than vodafone

                    When i leave my hometown in india since i work abroad i am not using my sim but if the sim is not used within 90 days it gets deactivated. Why should you deactivate the sim when you have assigned to a particular person. If i need to keep it active i get international roaming charges of rs.99 which is recurring that is i have to pay every month even if my phone is active. (90 days minus 30 days).
                    This is stealing.

                          They deducted my mobile balance, which is ₹37, with no reason or a fraudulent one. And when i contacted them through there customer care service, they simply told me that it's my fault because i downloaded some vas from them. Though it's complete lie. I didn't download anything nor did i actived any vas service.

                            I would like to request you to again go through my bill for the period 07.01.2020 to 06.02.20 in which charges of video call is clearly shown as rs 9.10 for 455 seconds (Copy attached). And i want the same charges to be applicable in the bill for the month of april & may. If you can not do the same please inform me clearly so that i can go to consumer forum regarding this issue. You can check it in idea bill please 7.35 (455) second i used vedeo call in this bill only rs. 9.10/- charge applied. I talked on vedeo call on mo no [protected] on dated 21/01/2020. Please fully & throughout check. Now i last time requesting you please check fully i attached also copy bill. Period 07.01.2020 to 06.02.2020. Now i have to go consumer court my time and your time also waste in this bill solution.
