When i leave my hometown in india since i work abroad i am not using my sim but if the sim is not used within 90 days it gets deactivated. Why should you deactivate the sim when you have assigned to a particular person. If i need to keep it active i get international roaming charges of rs.99 which is recurring that is i have to pay every month even if my phone is active. (90 days minus 30 days).
This is stealing.

They deducted my mobile balance, which is ₹37, with no reason or a fraudulent one. And when i contacted them through there customer care service, they simply told me that it's my fault because i downloaded some vas from them. Though it's complete lie. I didn't download anything nor did i actived any vas service.

I would like to request you to again go through my bill for the period 07.01.2020 to 06.02.20 in which charges of video call is clearly shown as rs 9.10 for 455 seconds (Copy attached). And i want the same charges to be applicable in the bill for the month of april & may. If you can not do the same please inform me clearly so that i can go to consumer forum regarding this issue. You can check it in idea bill please 7.35 (455) second i used vedeo call in this bill only rs. 9.10/- charge applied. I talked on vedeo call on mo no [protected] on dated 21/01/2020. Please fully & throughout check. Now i last time requesting you please check fully i attached also copy bill. Period 07.01.2020 to 06.02.2020. Now i have to go consumer court my time and your time also waste in this bill solution. My vodafone sim card shows emergency calls only and no network is available . I think it is temporarily out of network .In real I did not know completely about that

I received a message saying "thank you for downloading ppu_game from telesync_solution. You have been charged rs. 10."
Whereas i have never dpwnloaded any game. Kindly refund the balance.

I have orderd a phone of 13000 and given 500 advance. I got another parcel when i complaint to it they told they are sending me my parcel but it's 2 week they haven't sent me yet. I want help please help me.

I've activated 449 plan which gives 2gb
4g data per day.in last few weeks whenever i connect data in my desktop, it is getting exhausted in fraction of seconds. Before that 600-800mb or max 1.2gb only was used a day.
Nowadays, net shows h/h+ and when i just connect to my desktop, data gets exhausted and even then not even a single page is getting loaded in my desktop, can't even access my outlook since the net is so slow....

Have been trying to contact vodafone idea service for no internet connection but no one resolved issue. I am raising issue from 5days but they are closing it as issue resolved whereas no internet speed improves nor receive any call from customer support regarding that.
I want my money back. I have recharged with 599 and getting nothing.

My vodafone number is [protected]. Today on 21st june 2020, at 12:28 pm, callertune was activated on my number without my consent and amount of rs. 30 is deducted.
I havent requested any such service. As per trai regulations, request from customer is needed andtwo time confirmation is required to activate any service. I want the deducted amount refunded in my balance immediately.

I am using my vodafone recently plan changed without my knowledge for that they charged 3000/- i can't able to pay that amount

For last 6 months the network service is so bad of vodafone.
1. Voice break while calling.
2. Call drop in the middle of conversation.
3. Internet speed is also so bad i can’t open some sites.

My vodafone number is temporarily withdrawn without any reason.. Kindly reactivate my number.

Sir i need all the contact i called and received till today which i have deleted from my mobile. Sir its very emergency dueto some loan case.
