Am ur customer since from 3yrs with the no [protected].And am presently facing few problems with ur service for the sake i called up customer care.and i didnt got a good respect frm thm.and the way she behaved was redicuolous and even she was very rude towards me. i kindly request u to take necessary action against her and i demand for her apology.. and the lady recognised herself as SHWETA(supervisor) and d call was made on 12th of jan 2010 at 2.41pm

      Dear sir,
      i am very frusrated from vodafone company . i am using 3 vodafone corporate no.s[protected],[protected],[protected] from last 4years. my credit limit of my no.s are 4000. but now company discrease the credit limit to rs.900. my average bill is rs.800. sevral of time i call to customer care and go to vodafone store for increase the credit limit but till time there is no responce from the company side.
      i pay to company rs.1500 every month.

        Hi Iam rakesh kumar,I am very frustrated with the Kind of reply from Mr. Kailash Yadav,Branch incharge,Soham complex,gurudwara road,Jamnagar,Gujarat.Actually i was employee with tata-aig and i have to take vodafone cug plan for reimbursement account.so i have contacted aperson who is handling tata cug plan at surat.But he tell me that u are getting one card free with cug A450 plan,so i taken that card,but after three month i did not get my plan converted to cugA450 plan and my billing for second card([protected]) started.I refuse to pay because my real purpose to covert my plan not solved.They started sending me court notice.They already send me Prelitigation No:691.I talk to the person Kailash Yadav ,Branch Incharge but the response from his side was very bad.How can company like vodafone employee person like Kailash Yadav as a branch in-charge,who doesnt know how to behave with customer.My A/C NO is 1.22576893 and the number for which I am complaining is [protected].Please help me in this matter.

        Vodafone — cheating & ill treatment

        Respected Sir,

        I, Mr. Suresh D Palav ([protected]) a consumer of Vodafone services would like to complain against the company for cheating me and harassing me by not providing the said services and ignoring my repetitive requests to them. I am forced to take this kind of step as I am thoroughly disappointed by the reluctant behavior of company to help their customers.

        I bought Vodafone package in June 08, which included Vodafone mobile connect stick (Data card stick) as well as 12 GB data usage for a year i.e. equally to be divided in months(1 GB per month ). I was also charged taxes for the same in the presiding month which was never disclosed during sale but thereafter understandingly paid by me on time. Thus whole amount was paid to the company well in advance with a trust to avail uninterrupted services.

        I was assured proper network service throughout the year with a handsome speed but was never fulfilled. Within no time after I bought the package, I started to face network problem from subscriber. I was asked to wait for few days until the problem was resolved. I opted to cooperate but it was taken granted by the company. After a long coordination and repetitive narration the problem was then solved but was too late and resulted into loss of my data usage for that month and monetary loss of phone bills as well as mental harassment.

        In the meanwhile there were minor problems but were ignored by me understandingly. Again in April 09 I started to face the same problem and were grievous than before. Whenever I use to surf on net I use to get very low speed and sometimes nil resulting into time out for displaying the page. This was so bad that all my work was delayed and I had to face embarrassment. The assurances given by the customer care was never fulfilled and many a times the call was purposefully disconnected or put on hold for a long period until I loose my control and voluntarily disconnect the call.

        I actually wasted my two months for coordinating and requesting but was awarded with monetary loss, data usage loss, mental harassment and heavy loss in my private life and official works. I thereby request the concerned authority to have a look into this matter and award me damages for the losses incurred due to company’s negligence and improper assured services.

          This is regarding my payment of 500 rs made to vodafone to migrate my mobile no ([protected]) from pre paid to post paid,
          as due to poor service of vodafone executive and customer service center people and wrong commitment, i have asked to cancel my request
          but the charges to get activated this service i.e Rs 500, i have already paid to vodafone company,'now becoz i didn't avail this service,so kindly refund my money as soon as possible.

          even i also want to update you my feedback on your service.

          1- The day i made request,vodafone sales executive ranged me no of time in a same day to collect my documentation for the same,where in i have already been communicate to him that i am not having my residence proof,but he said he don't required any Address proof, In the late evening he took my application form.

          2- At the time of filling application form, He asked me for my address then i said you write down my permanent address which is my father address but i don't stay there. he said kindly provide same address and he didn't ask for the proof.

          3- when the CPV guy came for visit on my father address, he called me, then i confirmed him that this is my father house and i don't stay over.

          4- after this i received a call from vodafone employee person (MR Alok Ranjan) Mobile - [protected] and asked me for the same, then he confirmed me that if i send him my present address Prof then he will activated my post paid connection, i did send him my address scan copy over his mail id, after this he stoped picking up my call,

          5- even i visited vodafone care office at vikasmarg but they were also passing the balls and showing helpless on my issue.

          6- even i am trying your nodal officer no mentioned [protected] but no one pick up pone.

          After all this, I request to TATA Indicom and they served me in such a manner that in 2 hours i got my connection and service at my door.

            I took a duplicate SIM card from Vodafone on 12 December 2009. This was done since i had put a block on the existing SIM after having had my mobile stolen.

            Vodafone failed to activate the SIM card for 48 hours after committing a 2 hour deadline. They responded to my calls to their Customer Care department by asking me to call again or wait for an additional hour. On 12th Vodafone committed that they will resolve the issue by 13th morning.

            The whole of next day the same situation continued till i was told on the 13 th night that the SIm will be activated on Monday morning. On Monday morning (14th Dec) i was told by on of the supervisors at the customer centre that there is a problem with the SIM and i will be sent the new SIM by 1 in the afternoon at my office address

            I called at 1.30 PM in the afternoon on the status of the new SIM and I was told that someone had already left the office with the SIM and would reach me anytime. At 9 PM when i called the customer service again they specified that since i had not completed the request for the duplicate SIM, they have not delivered it and if i need on i could wait for 24 more hours.

            I have just sent a mail to Vodafone to cancel my connection and will now have to move to another service provider. I have had this number for the last 5 years and it willbe difficult for me to communicate the change of number to my professional and personal associates. There are various forums where i had given this number as the contact number and the change of number because of a move to another service provider has the potential to bring about monetary losses.

            The experience i went through is nothing short of customer abuse from the way i see it. I had no option but to succumb to what ever was being told to me and i was taken for granted through the whole process.

            Vodafone — Postpaid not activated after 10 days

            I changed my calling plan. It was prepaid and I paid for converting in postpaid. But they just do verification daily but so far it has not been converted. They are telling lie that my land lord conformed that I have shifted. But it is not so.
            I am requesting for taking action against vodafone and to get my money returned with penalty.

            October 7th i was entered into the fake (fraud) world of vodafone postpaid... past 3years i was a prepaid customer of vodafone but what to do... they tragged me into this problem..

            from 15th Oct no signal in my mobile.. its displaying sim card regist failed. i Called the person who changed my prepaid to post paid through frequent phone calls.. past 4 days but no use they did not do anything only phone bill gone high

            The reason behind this is i was out of station from 14th for my personnel work.. they called me that time i have clearly told them that i am not available for a week even though they did not bother about it and they haven't informed me about disconnecting my mobile signal.

            Vodaphone / intouch Solutions — Prepaid to postpaud

            It has been about one week my prepaid connection has not been transferred to Postpaid .I have submitted all the Doc & 250 but still no response . My prepaid no is alreadi deactivated but now they are not activated my post paid.

            Now if my No. Is not activated i will file a complain to consumer court

            vodaphone mobile phone connection — failure to activate the phone connection

            i had applied and paid for a campus offer in BITS-Pilani-GOA campus on 30 July 2009, for my son Dhananjay Sathe- who has just joined the course at BITS. Inspite of repeated tele call and reminders, this number – [protected] has not been activated.

            Vodafone Postpaid Connection — 48 hours activation time failed

            I had purchased a Vodafone Post paid card thru' their web site on 7th Nov '09 I gave them all the documents and their charges of Rs. 350.00 in cash. It was assured by the Vodafone representative that the the card will be activated within 48 hours. However, to my surprise to day after 96 hours this card is not activated. I feel cheated by the Vodafone, as they do not have any answer for this false commitment. Please guide so that proper action can be taken.

            This is lokesh from chennai.i'm using vodafone prepaid for past 1 yr.There are many probs in tis network and if to correct those we have to contact them..but there is no proper response for the query...but they are advertising as"happy to help","wherever u go,our network follows"and logos with cartoons...they are just fit for advertising alone,they forgot that they are running telecommunication network and not an advertising company.most of the vodafone consumers are unsatisfied with their help.its easy to throw away the network and get into another.but we have rights to question against wrong ones and so i'm.i request u to take any sufficient action over it..thank u

            Hi,

            My number is [protected]- hyderabad, I am the customer of vodafone from 4 years and since I have an other connection, I wanted to cancel this connection.

            I called up customer care and they transferred me to retention. There I was given an option of 49/- monthly rental plan. I just thought of it and called them back after couple of days for change of plan. The customer service agent assured me and promised of changing the plan and said that the request number is not required, as I am forwarding your request.

            After few days, when I called them they said that the plan is not changed and still I am in 249/- plan.

            I don't know, what service???? does the vodafone customer care has. I even spoke to one of the team leader, (pavan or someone, i don't remember), after waiting for 40 minutes, he disconnected my call.

            This is Non sense and the behaviour they show towards the customers. I even mailed to one of the manager, but there was no response. This reflects how, even the manager work and there is no difference b/w the agent and manager.

            If you really have a concern, call me and get it settled, or else I am cancelling the connection tomorrow and let the people see how you people are worse.

            Vodafone Postpaid — Non Activation of my new connection

            I recently returned to India after residing in Australia for quite a few years. I had been a Vodafone customer there and was happy with their service. So assuming the same i opted to get a vodafone connection in India as well.
            Went to the Noida sec 18 outlet on 08/12/10 and asked for a Prepaid connection and was told flatly by an employee named ANIL, and I quote, "boss all prepaid sims are sold out, go for a postpaid connection - It will start working in 2 hrs tops."
            I must agree he was very polite and efficient and helped me chose a postpaid number[protected] and got all the forms, etc filled out properly. He when mentioned AGAIN before i was leaving the store after paying Rs 250 as a security payment in CASH ONLY, no credit cards allowed, no receipt was given to me either, he mentioned that "even in extreme cases, the connection gets activated within 4 hours, but usually before 2 hours." He also mentioned that courtesy me, he made his target on that day and he would get a higher commission or something to the same affect and wanted to thank me.
            It has been well over 26 hrs (as of 0415PM, 09/12/10) that my connection hasnt been activated yet. Ive tried calling the vodafone customer care a few times now but they dont seem interested in answering their phone. All calls to the Sec 18, Noida store have gone unanswered as well. I am upset now and would like to get a few answers:
            1) Why was I promised wrong things? - thats deceitful advertising and false publicity.
            2) Why hasnt my phone been activated yet?
            3) How much longer would i have to wait till it is activated?
            4) Why wasnt i given a reciept for the Rs 250 payment I made to Vodafone employee Anil at the Noida store?

            Vodafone — Sim Card not Delivered in 48 WORKING HOURS

            My VODAFONE Complaint Number:[protected]

            I am Totally UNHAPPY, with the Kind of Service VODAFONE has given... I think you guys should GET RID of Happy to HELP YOU....

            I LOST my phone and hence the Sim Card, on Sunday ie:30th Jan, i got my service terminated and asked what is the process to get a sim card...

            Your Customer Service Executive promptly replied that SIM CARD will be delivered in 48 Working Hours....

            I am using this number for almost 7 years now... had never changed my SIM, my sim was ORANGE SIM....

            Now suddenly i realised that, IF I HAD BEEN TO VODAFONE STORE, i would have GOT MY SIM CARD in 1 HOUR....

            THIS IS RIDICULOUS...... Now it is 3 Days... I AM WITHOUT A NUMBER.....

            Vodafone India Postpaid Service — SIM not activated

            I have taken a new vodafone postapid no. [protected] on 4 march 2011 and it has not been activated till now,i have visited vodafone care many times but of no avail,,

            Vodafone — not activation of sim card from last 13 days

            1) we purchase two post paid sim card of this No.[ [protected] and [protected] ] from Vodafone [ mobile service provider ] company on 8, august 2011 with complete documentation which is required . company promised to activate these two No. within 72 hours. but these No. is not activate yet on 20,august2011. we had completed several time in Vodafone store at sunder villah 12TH crossing road residency road, jodhpur. but they do not take any action against our complain from last 12 days .

            2) we want mobile connection on documentation of our business organization [ registration certificate ] as corporate connection but they don't approve to give connection on this basis after taking our company's registration certificate . first they promise us to give connection on behalf of company documentation and give two connection but after two days they neglect to give corporate connection and transfer connection on my own id prof. they don't return our company document yet.document could be gone in unsafe hands of any unknown person .

            3) we had go there several time more than 7-8 rounds but they don't take any action yet.
            Vodafone sucks!! I moved from Airtel to Vodafone and i feel like i made a big mistake. You guys are just not worthy enough to be paid a single rupee! I had raised a request for prepaid to postpaid, paid 250 Rs as security and it has been 4 days already and i do not have any active SIM. You guys are so minded that you don't understand if you have not activated the new SIM you should not atleast deactivate the working SIM!! Your call center is full of heads who act like government servents. [protected] is my number and tomorrow after raising so many requests/compaints i am going to raise one last request to port my number back to Airtel.
            After 3 full days of submitting documents with retailer, and a full 24 hours past the 48 hour promised activation time frame, when I called up vodaphone customer care, he tells me that the documents never reached them! When I called the retailer they said that the agent collected documents 2 days ago. Now I wish I shouldn't never considered vodaphone in the first place. It was much better when it was Hutch earlier. Guess I should switch to Airtel. Atleast the customer care guys at Airtel work.
            My Vodafone no is [protected] . I am a Vodaphone customer for nearly 10 years . Today ( 18/11/13) one of your person at sarat Bose road Vodafone outlet ( KolKata) compelled me to go for postpaid connection which was prepaid all throughout these years telling me it will be activated within 2 hrs. Now several hours have lapsed it is showing not registered to network . Since I am a doctor it is a professional hazard for me . Either you do the needful or I'm going to desubscribe your service and also six of my other family members will do the same.

              Dear Sirs,

              This is Prakash Srinivasan, working for WNS Global Services, Perungudi, Chennai writing to you a complaint against VODAFONE. I have purchased a Blackberry from Vodafone bearing following details:-

              Model: 8310
              Date of Purchase:25-Oct-2009
              Cheque #: 508971, Axis Bank, Adyar
              Amount: Rs. 9,990/-
              Mobile Number:[protected]
              Blackberry plan: Rs. 299/-

              Actual problem:- I had regular issues with the battery not getting charged even if it is charged for hours. It showed indication for charging but never charged. Checking a message would bring down the battery charge by 50%

              This was reported on the 20th day from date of purchase to Ramaswamy, Vodafone coordinator allocated for our Organization. I got a commitment from Ram that there would not be any issues replacing the phone. Since I did not hear from him for the next 1 week, I had complaint it on the 29th day (still within warranty) demanding for a replacement. 2 days later, I was asked to submit a complaint to VODAFONE email address by which the replacement warranty was over.

              As per warranty conditions, replacement should have been made.immediately after the problem was reported as I as a Customer paying Rs. 9990 did not want a faulty set to be given as there are a lot of sentiments attached to this.

              I have handed over my blackberry to Mr. Ravindran as advised by VODAFONE staff to Ram on 24th November – NO acknowledgement from anyone so far on the replacement till 30th.

              Last communication I received was on 7th Dec stating that they are looking at the issue and would get back once they receive information - Still waiting for a proper communication.

              I want a replacement - a brand new blackberry to be dispatched to my house with all the accessories clearly listed.

              a) Ramaswamy - Sales Executive
              b) Ravindran - Collection agent - Mobile collected from my office without acknowlegement letter
              b) Anirudh - Relationship Manager - Corporate, Vodafone Essar South Limited
              c) Prabhu Joshua

              Now, I receive a bill from them asking to pay them the monthly charges for Rs. 500 odd. The only good thing that has happened when asked for my bill payment, Vikas was ready to waive that off as the phone is lying with Vodafone and I am not responsible!

              I have been cheated, disrespected all through. I have gone through a big turmoil of calling many people many times unnecessarily spending a wholesum from my pocket. I urge for JUSTICE.

                  i have purchased the sim of vodafone prepaid the no. is [protected] fifteen days back the sim was activated , the required documents were submitted. But the sim is deactivated and the outgoing calls facility is not working this has caused harrasment and mental tension to me, apart from financial losses.

                      Hello,

                      I just activated a prepaid Vodafone SIMin Kolkata. The promotional rate was supposed to 50p/min for Local and STD calls. Instead I was being charged at some absurd rate of Rs. 2/min. When I tried to call Customer Service to determine the issue, they said they could not verify my number was activated and wen I tried to request more details the CSR started avoiding my questions to make is an increasingly frustrating experience. FInally they cut me off when I frankly I started letting my anger show in my speech.

                      I then went back to the reseller and he determined that the issue was a Server Failure on Vodafone's part. My line was then activated with a promo request and additional funds. He told me that I would need to wait 3 hours for the promo to take effect. Another absolutely ridiculous delay. I then called Customer Service again and tried to establish that the right rate would be applied after the 3 hour time frame. The CSR then claimed he was not obliged to inform me what my rate was. "Amra aapnakey boltey baadho naa" and that I should know what my rate was. I told him I knew that, but I was being charged at Rs 2, so I wanted to confirm after paying the extra money to get the promo rate, I would be charged fairly. He then started getting uppity, so I started getting more angry asking them if this is what they meant by "Happy to help". He then just cut me of..... set of rude and uncouth ignoramuses. I am getting a new pre-paid after I finish the balance on this card. They are not getting any more money out of me for this kind of customer service,

                      Your customer care person told us you have not deposited document.then again we deposited our document on 5th jan at vodaphone store "Sanjay Telecom" alwar.

                      I have called a lot and talked with Mr. Sanjay.He gave me assurance your no. will be start todays in any situation. on 5 jan.Then we give reminder on 8th jan 3 times and on 9 th

                      jan 2 time.Finally my no. is still disconnected. This is the first time i have got worst service from vodaphone.Please see this matter.

                        This service cannot be clubbed with other local tariff vouchers

                        when subscribed, rental debited Rs.7 and call become @75 / Mintue while in add it is clear mention local calls at FLAT @ 75 Paise per call.

                          Hi Vodafone Care,

                          I have taken a new post paid connection bearing mobile no [protected] in Hyderabad at Genpact Hitech City, a couple of months back during Diwali, when Vodafone announced an offer to choose two Reebok gifts from a set of (goggle, watches, bag or Reebok tracks ) on the receipt of my first bill. I would have to courier my bill to Vodafone and they would be sending me the gifts as per their plan.

                          I have paid around 300 + as a advance for the receipt of these gifts as per their offer, now their executive Shiva ([protected]) says that as my name was not updated in the database, I cannot get the goodies from Reebok.

                          This is cheating on the part of Vodafone to assure goodies take advance payment towards them and come back with silly explainations that my name is not updated in the Database and stuff.

                          I would like to ask Vodafone from refraining from cheating people in guise of offers which they cannot honour.

                          Please provide me the Reebok gifts or pay me back my money with damages and interests for the three months.

                            1. On 18th - 22nd September, 2009 I have visited twice and told in your Santacruz (West) gallery to cancel all additional services except Cricket alerts But even in this month, I was receiving Beauty tips/Bible.
                            2. In October told to stop all services, but I am charged Rs. 842/- in November bill for no downloads.
                            3. I had asked for GPRS charges/Packages thrice but not replied till date, by phone as well as in gallery.
                            I think you are keeping me in dark on many things.
                            4. Major problem is my bill has come Rs. 5865.04 when I received this amount SMS, I had asked for explanation
                            on your customer care number 111 immediately, and later visited your Gallery for explanation. But not got
                            proper feedback. I asked them to see previous months bills, Why they were not bothered to send me alert message
                            when bill overshooted? When they send unuseful 50 messages in a month.


                            Kindly let me know why I should pay for services which they were told to stop and your negligence.

                            Why such a mess in your services.

                            I hold a Vodafone Prepaid that i converted to a corporate account 3 months back. Now my account is converted to the corporate account BUT the charging is still being done at abnormal & high rates.
                            The people at customer care know nothing at all.

                            Vodafone — Receiving improper service in spite of several reminders

                            As on 15/03/2008 I got my prepaid connection converted into postpaid after an Extv visit at my place. The Co. disconnected my Sim on 19/03/2008 without any intimation. The customer care extv assured that it will be activated within 48 hrs. I went personally to Goregaon Vodafone gallary & collected new Sim, which got activated within 48 Hrs. But I had to struggle for almost 5 days to get the work done.
                            Even I experienced the postpaid connection very insafe. I registered for Ebilling, they provided me the password. When I tried to log in, it remarked as ID disabled. Again I had to phone Customer Care. As on 05/04/2008 they said they will send me the bill by email but it is not received so far.
                            Since Hutch is converted into Vodafone, I am facing problems. I have to struggle behind the customer care Extv. till they solve the problem. Now I have asked them to discontinue my post paid connection into prepaid (as I was satisfied with prepaid connection for last 3 yrs). But these problems(unnecessarily raised by the co. itself) irritates a lot.
                            My full name is Sai Ramanuja Varun Nanduri and my mobile number is [protected]. There is some virus in my mobile which keeps sending some gprs requests. I have talked to the customer care executive and was guided to send an sms to deactivate my gprs service. I did as asked to do by the executive.Inspite of me sending the message the service was not stopped and am being billed for the gprs request sent from my mobile. I have sent the message on 20 of Jan 2009 and every time i talk to the customer care executive they ask me to resend the message and no action is taken against my complaint raised and am being billed. The company is just taking the customers for a ride . Also there is some serious network related issues the service is not at all good. During 7.00pm to 10.00 pm there is a serious network jam which they say is my handset problem. I have talked to other vodafone customers who also complain the same .
                            that i have a postpaid connection with vodafone cellular company, where the vodafone raised me a monthly bill, as per my estimate the vodafone charges more in their bill of my monthly call charges near about 20 to 30 %, when i checked call details of the bill raised by Vodafone, number also matched, but i doubt that their have some problems by which vodafone charges me more than my actual calls,

                            if it so then how they do it,

                            please send me solution how i can proved it that vodafone charges me more,

                            I have sent complaint to VODAPHONE for over billing on 13th and informing them about the same and lodge the complaint on customer care also but they didn't responded. Their Money Recovery department is calling us to pay the bill and did not solved my problem and disconnected the outgoing calls. I paid Rs. 700
                            Now again my outgoing is closed and the due date is 21 April'09.

                            In spite of many reminders to Vodafone Customer Care Department, since I took up the service in February 2009, the Mobile Service Provider (Vodafone) sends My Latest Postpaid Mobile Bill with a Summary Sheet of the Previous Month's Bill.

                            Request the appropriate Authorities to do the needful for the same ASAP.

                            Vodafone had incorrectly billed me &quot;Call Forwarding Charges&quot; on all incoming calls (inspite of having none forwarded).
                            Numerous complaints to their customer care provided only temporary solution.

                            Even though the bills have been paid timely and only this disputed amount has been kept on hold and also intimated to Vodafone time and again, they have the audacity to block the number and restrict services on my phone.

                            This is like I have to pay for something that I have not done. Not only that, but by restricting services on my number, Vodafone are holding me to ransom. It is an indirect threat to pay up with an implicit assumption that the consumer can be charged for anything that can be extorted.

                            Some definitive action needs to be taken against such malpractices. Not only is it an improper method of doing business, but also it reflects the cavalier attitude of a company of Vodafone&#039;s stature.

                                I want to draw your kind attenttion towards irreguar opening since last six month and regularly closing of vodafone mini store since last two days. The Mini store at Beawar namely Krishna Corporation is continue closed since last tow days. It is also closed today.Due to that I am facing great problesms perputally .
                                Sir , It is a proud for being a member of such a great and universal telecom company since last eight years continually.
                                I am also honoured by Vodafone and delared prime customer from time to time by Vodafone Rajasthan.
                                Sir please look into the matter and do the needful urgently to provide relief many vodafone customer at Beawar city ny terminating the agency of mini store for such an extreme careless thru representing of such a great worldwide company.

                                  Subject: Wrong information provided by Vodafone Executive regarding postpaid connection.

                                  This is with reference to the call i recieved from yVodafone office providing information on STD Plan @ Rs. 299 per month. I was informed that on taking a new vodafone postpaid connection for monthly rental of Rs. 299, i will get the following benefits:
                                  1) Talktime worth Rs. 299
                                  2) free vodafone to vodafone local calls for Rs. 50
                                  3) Unlimited free calls to any 1 vodafone mobile number, STD or local.

                                  As i was keen on taking a plan for lower STD call rates, I agreed to take this connection. Vodafone executive came at my residence on 7th December, 2009 to get:
                                  1) identification proof: I have submitted the ID Card for Bar Council of Delhi.
                                  2) photograph.
                                  3) Form filled up.

                                  I paid 250 Rs. for the same and i have receipt for that amount. I was given a blank sim card.

                                  On 8th December 2009, i got a call from their executive asking me for details with regard the number on which i want unlimited free calls. On telling him the number, i was being told that it is not valid on STD calls. On informing that this was what i was being told and this is the only reason why i was willing to change my service provider from Idea to Vodafone, he told me that he will inquire and call back.

                                  I did not recieve any call and my calls are not being answered.

                                  This is a clear indicator of bad customer service. I would like to tell you that this act on part of the company is causing me a lot of trouble. I am tensed about submission of ID proof anf fear its misuse. Also after paying 250 Rs, all i get is a blank SIm Card and no connection has been issued as yet. they said it will be done within 72 hours and that has not happened till now.

                                  I seek redressal in the form of the activation of the scheme as promised. They are not taking my calls and have not responded to my mail as well. This is clear violation of my right as a consumer and they have an obligation to rectify the mistake they commited on their part.

                                    I have purchased one vodafone prepaid SIM card carrying contact no.[protected] and sim card no.[protected] on 06.12.09 with all the relevant document like photo identity card, passport size colour photo, duly signed application form. But till now it is not activated. I have submitted all the document to a shop namely "Great India Movies at SCF-88, G Floor, Sector-14, Huda Market Gurgaon (Haryana), Telephone no.[protected], email Id [protected]@yahoo.co.in. I have contacted with them so many times but allways they said, they have deposited to Vodafone and vodafone customer care said they have not received. That's why it is not activated till now. Kindly look after that matter.

                                    Vodafone Connection — sim not activating

                                    i have taken new voda connection on last saturday, ten days back. i paid 300 rupees to the agent and he gave me the sim with no[protected]H3.FOUR DAYS BACK AN AGENT CAME FOR ENQUIRY AND TOOK ALL THE DETAILS AND HE TOO TOOK THE PHOTO AND ADRESS PROOF COPIES AND INTIMATED THAT MY NO WILL BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HOURS, BUT MY SIM IS NOT ACTIVATED STILL.SO SOME ONE DO SOMETHING...
