Payment issue

This is regarding my Vodaphone mobile bill payment for month of Nov' 09. I made the payments for both of my no# : [protected]/15 on 1st Dec' 09 at one of the Vodaphone stores at Mahipalpur Crossing, new Delhi through my Debit Card.

After that i kept getting calls from drifferent departments of vodaphone ( cust care/Collections) for non payments of the same. I informed them i have already made the payments and also...

Numbers not remove from CUG list for two month long application

My company purchase new vodafone connection for me and my office staff ( [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]). our relation with vodafone is very long since originaly vodafone was cellforce. we have no problem with you yet, but from last two month we are not happy with you, perticularly regarding my application for removing my numbers from CUG group.

sir,
i won the zoo zoo contest last week...i won a t-shirt..i also got a mail of them to send them my address where they will deliver the same...but after filling all the details, submit button is not working......means i cant send my personal information to vodafone....is that means the contest is fake??? whats wrong with them? r they fooling ppl? or its just a trick to get ppls attraction towards the services they hav????...

VODAFONE PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES

Hi All,
I am continously receiving messages after every 10 secs on my vodafone number.
This is lowering my battery backup of my handset.Ihave continously keep my handset on the charging which i cannot afford to.
Sumtimes i get charged for this.
So kindly stop this worthless service won my muber.

Executive promised a waiver it was not done and because of that my bills got a problem and could not be made

I have been facing some problems with Vodafone for Past 6 months and the Series of problems is as Under:-

1) My bill payment got delayed for one month because i was in Kolkata and I am sorry to say i did not have hours to travel in kolkata and go to Vodafone Store.
i called up 111 to ask them how could i get it done and also you have a service of bill payment by callin 111 but because i was on roaming it wasnt Possible...

regarding credit limit

i am very frusrated from vodafone company . i am using 3 vodafone corporate no.s[protected],[protected],[protected] from last 4years. my credit limit of my no.s are 4000. but now company discrease the credit limit to rs.900. my average bill is rs.800. sevral of time i call to customer care and go to vodafone store for increase the credit limit but till time there is no responce from the company side.

failure to activate SIM in 48 hours

I took a duplicate SIM card from Vodafone on 12 December 2009. This was done since i had put a block on the existing SIM after having had my mobile stolen.

discontinuation of services after activation since last 10 days

i have purchased the sim of vodafone prepaid the no. is [protected] fifteen days back the sim was activated , the required documents were submitted. But the sim is deactivated and the outgoing calls facility is not working this has caused harrasment and mental tension to me, apart from financial losses....

Prepaid - setup issues and extremely poor service quality

Hello,

I just activated a prepaid Vodafone SIMin Kolkata. The promotional rate was supposed to 50p/min for Local and STD calls. Instead I was being charged at some absurd rate of Rs. 2/min. When I tried to call Customer Service to determine the issue, they said they could not verify my number was activated and wen I tried to request more details the CSR started avoiding my questions to make is an increasingly frustrating experience....
