I reside in poompuzhil nagar, avadi, chennai - 62.in my place there is no vodafone signal, have raised multiple complaints but no solution. During lockdown i found it very difficult since no one was able to reach me. So decided to port and initiated the process, people from vodafone called and convinced me that they will fix the issue in 2 days and ensured i am not porting to another service provider. Now it is been 2 months no solution the number provided to contact them was not working. Need your help in fixing this and ensure no other customers are cheated by vodafone.
Vodafone India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
He asked me to send Cancel to 1900 to proceed with my port request. He said it is required because I am porting from post paid to pre paid. I did not do that then he started pressuring me talking rudely.
I asked his address then he said I am from Okhla "karle jo karna hai"
