Fraud

Im vodafone prepaid customer ([protected]), i have send message to make my all local "One", But Vodafone on his own increased my charges from One to Two without informaing me! From last 3 months, they have charged me double. I need refund of excess charging! They must have informed me thru message/call . This is Fraud. They are now reallty "Happy to Cheat". :(...

I am a Medical Officer, having retired at the level of Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. Happy to Help or Hell!

I would like to share my today's experience for all those of you are using Vodafone GSM Service. I hold 3 postpaid connections with Vodafone under the 249 CUG Plan and have been associated with Vodafone/Hutch for more than 5 years on the whole. I have been getting too many telemarketing calls, blank calls & wrong numbered calls lately on one of my connections. I thought the best solution to end this menace would be to get my number...

wrong deduction of charges

124 recharge service

vodaphone services very poor & customer care's person is also irritating. i was recharge my phone on 25th april 2008 with 124 e top recharge - call rate 10 paise to voda to voda. then they was giving me 100 rupees balace after 2 days they was deduct my 100 RS but still they don't have providing me any services. when i was call custumer care they don't lissen to my problem. what i do plz tell me i m very upset for this vodaphone...

Connection not activated from last four months

This is to inform that even after sending so many reminders my one connection was acrtivated after three months, and one connection is still pending from last five months.

Wrote an email to higher ups, they dont even pick calls, diocuments have been collected from me but noaction later on, verification was doe on eralier same as for this other connection.

It is very difficult for me to communicate with my mother...

Logo has not changed from orange to vodafone

Vodafone Global Direct Mistake

Global Direct people visited my home and told me that both of my no's, [protected] and [protected] would changed to GTK 299 plan (Re 1 STD and 0.6 local) within 3 days. They also took money for that. When I checked after a month, it was not changed at all and I ended up paying extra money. When I called vodafone customer care, they changed it on 9th May 2008. I lost a lot of money because of that....

CUG service dispute

Hi,

I have been offered a CUG service from Vodafone and that the calls within the CUG will be free but I am being charged for them and on contacting them, they have advised that they will investigate and come back, however, none have reverted back to me.

I hope this complaint is forwarded to the relevant authorities and is addressed accordingly.

Phone do not work outside india

My phone from vodaphone with prepaid sim card do not work outside india and this is the case happened 2 times in past although beofore leaving India I had specifically checked with helpdesk and it is confirmed to me that It will work

I have never done any kind of sms to [protected]. But this number's man has asked me that I have done dirty sms to him.
How can this possible. I have not done this. He was threatning and shouting on the phone he done to me yesterday on 5.5.08 at 10.58 P.M. So please help me out of this conspiracy.
