I have booked a request for Vodafone post paid new connection in the name of THE GURUKUL TRUST to their customer care on 07 May 2008. Mr Anant Singh (Mob-[protected]) of M/S Intouch Solution Pvt Ltd having their office at B-66, Naraina Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi-110028 visited us on 07 May 2008 and issued us a SIM card No [protected], giving new mobile connection No-[protected] of Vodafone by paying Rs 250.00 in cash and necessary receipt has been obtained. He has promished that the said given number will be activated with next 48 hours. When it was not activated with till 11th of May 2008, we have tried to make contact to the above named representative number of times but he has cut our phone calls knowingly. On 12 May 2008, we have managed to contact his senior Mr Balwant/Varun at his Mobile [protected] and he informed about his requirement of some additional documents. Accordingly, the same were collected by Mr Anant Singh on 13 May 2008 with a promish to activate the new connection within 24 hours. Now neither the above dealing persons of Vodafone are picking our telephones, nor the new connection has been activated. On enquiry from the Vodafone customer care, it has been told to us that without reflection of data of said connection in their system, they can not help us anything.
You are requested to advise further suitable steps for this unwanted harassment to the customer by the Vodafone.

These Vodaofone guys are not taking their job seriously.
Please help me and pull me out of this situation.
