As being stated by you that from your side services are barred as soon as usage exceeds credit limit.
I would like to know why it has not been done in my case all the time even after my several instructions / requests?
Why services got barred when my bill almost rose to 1600/- ?
I have beared this all the time after your commitments that it will not repeat, for your mistakes i have suffered a lot which was killing my mantel peace too but this time & further I do not .
It was something which was not expected from Matrix.
I have faced a lot of inconvenience and wont be able to pay above 750/- total bill amount, which was my credit limit.
Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, as I do wish to continue getting your better services & commitment ...not bad.

Hi your person had come down to my factory area he chq the area there was no network he said i will speak to my team and we will work on this ...
he left and i got a call from vodafone service that we are very sorry we can do anything for this network ...Its a shame that u people cant do anything about this its a very bad service ...
