I have two vodafone connections obtained from their outlet in Malad - Hypercity. My numbers are [protected] and[protected]. I recntly moved my apartment in the same area and the address change was asked for . I was asked to go to the Vodafone counter and on 29th March I went there in Hypercity ( Malad west). I was instructed to give documents of address change . I went back with a letter from citibank reflecting the address change . That was not enough, the next day on 1st April i went back with the rent and lease agreement . I was told it was fine and that the number will be update in 72 hrs . it is 9th April, my address was not update and hence I went in to the same office today . I met 4 members, no one was able top give me a reason why it was not update and finally afte 40 minutes i met up with the store manager . I had to explain to her and then she disappaerade presumabably searching for the documents I had given . i waite and there was no document and the entire team searching for a document . this reflectsto the inefficient stafff and poor management . The first time I did not note the names, URVI the store manager was not able to answer, but kept searching for the document. Sammer in the counter was totally useless, Rizawana was the woman i met during my earlier visit, just disappeared. They have not provided me with any answer . If the address is not updated, I think the top management who take such high perks should look into the details of function. Vodofone efficently changed their name from Hutch to vodofone very well, but the functioning of the staff is really pathetic and worse than any govt staff. I would like the management to reply to me and not harass a customer by asking him to ccome 5 times for an address change to be executed.

    Besides TRAI notice, Vodafone constantly unfair practise to activate unwanted services to their customers. If we do complaint against it, their customer care executives just say "We are sorry or helpless." the statement has been learnt by heart.

    The operator do not care about their existing and old customers faith and its goodwill. It is keen to make a big hole (loot) to their customers pocket.

    My April'08 and March'08 bills show that I have downloaded something which I don't know what is it exactly (i.e. hungadownsninetyn, truetoneindiagames, hungamapackagefift and hungamaanimation etc. if you search it on Google, you will find no result.) while nothing has been downloaded in my handset.

    These downloads billing is around Rs300, as I don't have any proof against it so I have to been compelled to pay it.

      Dear Sir/Ma'am



      I am Mohd Abeed Khan with the phone no. [protected].Since I was out of station for around 3 and half to 4 months I could not pay the bill on time. Since I didn’t have a credit card I could not pay online and since there is no Vodafone store in Manipur I was really facing problem of paying my bill on time.



      Few days back I spoke to the Customer Care from Vodafone and I told him the problem I faced and I even told her that I will be paying in 20days time and I apologies for the same mistake. Before this the alternate no([protected]) which I have given during the time of the connection was always there and I even spoke to most of your customer in that alternate no.



      Now coming to the real problem I faced on Sunday, I was getting many call from some people telling me that they are courier people and wanted to deliver something to me. I met them on suday. A person came to me and asked me my ID and I gave them. He after seeing the ID card started shouting at me and even threatening me and told me to pay him the bill.



      He didn’t even have the ethics to talking to me properly. He did not even hear to me. I tried explaining to him that I spoke to the customer care and I also told him that I have taken 20 days time. He even threaten me with my life and also he warned me that I will not be able to stay peacefully at my home.



      Later on I told him that I wanted to meet his manager. Then he told me that to come with him to the Vodafone head office near FORUM. Once I got read he started telling me that he will not be able to come to head office and he was forcing me to come to Jayanagar or BTM layout.



      Knowing that he was trying to play some trick I forcefully went to the Vodafone head office. While on the way he call up so many people and gave the bike no, the color of the dress myself and my friend was wearing.



      On reaching the head office I found that there was nobody to assist us and that person was trying to play with me. Luckily a lady came out of your office and I and my friend took her help and the matter was solved with lots of argument and fight. After some time I spoke to your customer care from your office land line.



      I explained her all my problems. She told me to pay the bill without the late payment charges. She even assured me that she will try to reimburse me the late payment charges (Rs. 200). During this time the person who came to collect money from my house already left telling my friend (I was on phone talking to customer care)that he will come back with many people and He will see that how I go safely from your office.



      Later on I went to the Jayanagar Hutch office and spoke to a lady by name Aswini (name not sure). I explained to her all the pain I went through on that day. She told me that the senior person was not there and she told me to come today.

      I even asked that person for the Xerox of the ID card but he refused to give me.

      I had gone to rectify my problem of excesive payment made to Vodaphone but the person whom i dealt with was terribly rude and was not ready to help at all.
      I have been calling Mrs Gurpreet Rawat as well but she does not reply to her phones what do you expect a customer to do just run around these people and waste our time.
      Please tell some responsible person to get in touch with me and solve my problem.

      dear sir, i must inform you that i have purchased a mobile from 'SHREE XEROX, shop num-7, kunal nest, link road, chichwad, pune' on 12/06/2008 in my name.       Dear frnds. Vodafphne Co. is applying totally cheap methods to collect money even in my Cell No. two times caller tune has been changed and every time 30rs. has been deducted for nothing..       hello my experience with vodofone is horrible.

      i lost my dad on 20th of june.
      i didnt go out as people were coming to meet me .

      suddenly on 24th of june comes two messages saying that hello you just spoke to some girls
      i forgot their names .they asked me how is their response in their office.
      again today 25th of june there comes a message
      saying that as per your requirement we have chnaged your tarriff plan.
      i phoned to customer care of vodofone, the response says sir you had been to our office in kolhapur today and you were there in sangli vodofone office yesterday.

      i narrated the whole story even then the customer care person says that i have to go to their vodofone office in person and enquire and he told me that he cant help to me.
      this is very embarassing.
      i request authorities of vodofone to look into the matter.
      even after my phone also they are not lifting the phone.
      i am feeling sorry for VODOFONE dealings

      My name is Mr Zubin. Batliwala & my number is [protected]. I have been facing severe internet problems since the last month. Till date I have spoken to 4 floor supervisors i.e Mr Abdul Majid, Mr Vishwanath, Mr Ishak & Mr Chetan. All of them have promised me to solve my corcerned problem within 24 hours. But till date their 24 hours haven't come as yet.
      The whole of last month i was unable 2 log on to my internet services properly. Inspite of this difficulty your team has billed me. Now i would like a waver for last months bill, or else I am going 2 disconnect my all my Vodafone services with you all. I am not going to pay for sum services that i have not used & for the inconvienience caused by your staff for delaying my problem.
      An early decision is expected from an experienced Company like you'll.

      My internet problem is that wenever i log in the upload speed is more than my download speed as a result i cant surf properly. I have 2 disconnect it & then again connect it again. This procedure has to be repeated 10 times if i have to surf for 1 hour.

      I am hoping this problem will be solved as well.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        I had a vodafone prepaid connection of the number [protected].In the month of March they called me and convinced me to take a postpaid connection of same number. They said that I will only have to pay Rs300 as security deposit which will be refunded back to me and I will have to do nothing. I will get back the money just after I pay my third bill. They didn’t say anyrthing about CLI charge of Rs50 after 6months and all those hidden charges. They said I wont have to pay anything more than Rs199 i.e. my rental and 79 power that makes a total of Rs278 if I do not make calls more than the Rs100 talktime they are giving in the package.
        They didn’t tell about tax being chargedover the total sum so I thougth that the rental will be insclusive of tax. Now that I am dissatisfied with their promises I have disconnected the line on 17th April but they are now saying that I wont get back my Rs300 deposit even if I pay all their outstanding bill which I have promised already. They are now saying that this money is in a six months lock period which was not atall said to me before. They are just cheating common people by giving incorrect informations.

        Vodafone — CHEATING ON POSTPAID

        dear all, vodafone is really cheating postpaid customers on different ways
        & by useless & worst customercare services.
        please do not use vodafone connections even i am a vodafone platininum customer.
        worst, worst worst, worst than all...
        i topped up 5 pounds and 10 minutes later i cheked my credit and it was all gone, and i did not evan spend a penny.

          this is varun sidana,
          actually i was using vodafone prepaid connection then i got a call from vodafone, they said we have a postpaid plan for u
          plan details (i heard on that call)
          rent 249
          free local calls 500
          vodafone to vodafone 10p/min
          vodafone to other mobiles 60p/min
          std all @ 1re/min

          i was impressed with that plan nd i decided to go with that plan
          then i migrated from prepaid to postpaid...
          after 3 days i got an sms from vodafone that ur unbilled amount is 400+ nd reaching ur credit limit of rs 500
          i was shocked
          then i got a call from vodafone
          i asked them about the call charges
          they said
          vodafone to vodafone 30p/min
          i was again shocked
          nd now only around 10 days hav been passed nd my unbilled amount is 1200 above(unbelievable), my credit limit is 1500
          in simple words i am not going to pay a single penny to them becoz they misleaded me about the call charges...
          kindly take some actions against them

          I am Abhishek Shastri, My Mobile number is [protected]. I m a Vodafone Prepaid Customer in Lucknow U.P.East. I have a problem that whenever i recharge my number with a topup the messege is displayed that Recharging is not allowed. I talked to customer care they told me your sim is damaged and you have to convert it on post paid or change the number because it is recharged 20 times a day with a wrong code. Regarding this i am complaining about Vodafone Customer that on same day there server was down and nobody in lucknow was able to recharge there Vodafone pre-paid. So obviously i tried it more than 20 times. Now they don't realising there mistake and they are not taking any action regarding this issue. I don't want to change my number because it is official and very important for me. I am using there service from 2 years. Is this the way to help customer by using the advertisment of a Pug. I am very frustated with there behaviour and do they have any rights to terminate this number without any reason. I have two Refrence Number[protected] and[protected].

            it has past more than 14 days that i apply for a conversion of prepaid to post paid. the boy named kuldeep from KOSMIC ENERGY DIALNET, SEC. 2, NOIDA, came and told that a new technology has been devised which don't require a new sim card for the pre to post paid conversion. now three days back my prepaid connection is blocked and post paid is activated but i don't have the simcard. so there is a great fear that sim can be misused by anybody for any criminal act. nobody is ready to take the responsibility and deliver the card, it is causing me a big loss. i[censored] talk to vodafone customer care they say they are helpless and cann't do anything again their own franchisee. they even donn't take the complaint.
            this is regarding the vodafone's poor customer service in ncr region.
            i'v been using vodafone connections initially known as essar, for last 10 yrs.
            somehow out of stupidity i got another postpaid no. and thats when d trouble started.
            i got my no. disconnected due to prob of address verification. i called their customer service and sorted d problem.out of some weird reason the connection is again disconnected on the same basis.
            this has happened 3-4 times nw, with me spoiling my mood on each occasion.to confirm this calus attitude of voadafone, a frnd of mine had a similar experience.
            we live in a age where customer is d king not d other way round.
            FEDUP OF CALLING THEIR HELPLINE NO. UPTENTH TIMES I'M PLANNING TO DISCONNECT ALL MY CONNECTIONS n go "AIRTEL".THIS SERVICE HAD NEVER BEEN SO POOR.
            perhaps vodafone's management should keep in mind that retaining a customer is more imp.NO WONDER AIRTEL RANKS NO.1. n VODAFONE DISTINCT NO.3.
            GUD LUCK WITH ur ZO-ZO ads.

              This month 11th i taken one post paid connection no;[protected], unfortunatly the sim locked after three days . i enquired in your costomer care and they replaied me that ''its a non service are aconnection, and we will send one requiest to the regional office, and it will activate after two or three days.'' still now nothing happend ...the most irresponsible service i have ever seen.

                I have purchased a WCC from Vodafone in 2500/= with a validity of 9 months. It worked first few day after that it became difficult to get 50118. I am registered for pin less service 9n phone [protected] and lodged at least 60 complaints at CARE / CORPORATE CARE / 111 / by fax but no body cared to attend it. The WCC effectiveness can be seen from my bills where calls made on card / without card are recorded and charged
                accordingly. Now substantial money has lapsed with card. This is cheating with customers.Company should count all calls made by me without the help of card as these were on card and refund my all money The few mails are attached for reference please help

                I have also had a similar expereience with a Rs 110 calling card.
                Very bad service & response from the customer care.

                Vodafone — unavailability of world calling cards.

                There will be lack of supply of world calling cards although they give more publicity.
                Whether it will be in supply or not, nobody knows exactly?

                I purchased a Vodafone World calling card last week ( 15th of June) from Ernakulam, Kerala thinking that it would be helpful and economical for me to call my relatives at Australia. Since that day i have been making attempts to reach the Aus numbers and not able to make a single call as on date. I called their customer care number 50119 once in the last week and registered the complaint about the same. They checked my pin number and the Aus calling number and after finding it OK told me that its a network problem and would get sorted out with in 24 Hrs. Thinking that the problem might have been fixed by now as more than 4 x 24 hrs passed by, i tried today at IST 6:00 AM. Once again i experience the same problem. Immedietly i tried to contact their customer care once again, But all my attempts to 50119, 6 attempts i got the same message " the music...then Welcome to Vodafone WCC customer care...all out customer care executives are busy...your call is improtant to us...please hold on our customer care executive will be in touch with you shortly...then the call automatically got disconnected"...This went on for 6 times and i decided to stop further attempts. Vodafone having boosted about their customer care through Visual medea and print medea...i had lots of hope on them..Now i have come to know all the propaganda is just for hype and got nothing to do with actual service.
                Further i dont know whom to contact as my card would get expired in one month and i was not able to make any calls out of it.

                it is not the problem with the vodaphone. It is a reputed company and working well in European countries. this is the problem with the infrastructure problem of India. This country has a lot of customer but the level of infrastructure required is not developed yet!! India has only one/two telecommunication satellites which is nothing in comparison to developed countries and as well as developing country like china. India is bitting its own bush about telecoms giant etc etc. the fact is that the quality of service and facilities over there is is awful and is nothing in comparison to USA, UK, Canada etc. one/two satellites cant handle all telephone/cell phone/Internet/weather forecasting etc simultaneously. In USA AT&T (a telecommunication company like vodaphone) has at least 10 satellites dedicated for wireless communications and Internet service only and other companies has their own satellites like this. so you can compare your case now, it is impossible for any company to provide better service with such a poor infrastructure. another point is that India Govt asks for huge amount of tax for long distance ISD calls which is unrealistic. So guys please stop complaining against any company, it is the problem with India and not with the company...

                I purchased a long distance World calling card for Rs 500/- on 28 Sep 08 from N Delhi before leaving for Ireland, Dublin. the WCC was issued vide bill No 1132 dated 28 Sep 08 of BB Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, Dwarka,
                Delhi-75. My WCC sl no is 977630370000977630370004.(Date of packing-1/08/2008
                After reaching Dublin, when I tried using the card, I received an recorded error message saying that the card needs to be activated for use. this is in contravention with the assurance given by the salesman at Delhi Intl Airport stating that the card does not need any activation. The help line of the tecom service at Dublin also could not help except saying that the card needs to be taken back to the seller at Delhi.
                Airtel, Delhi is requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue so that I can make use of the card as per the conditions laid down for use . My email address is - [protected]@hotmail.com

                vodafone/world calling card — not created my wcc facility

                my mobile no is [protected] nd i have already recharged with rs149 on[protected]bt till yet u could not provide me facility 4 it and there is no response 4m customer care
                I have always had a problem with the WCC... and due to such difficuly the money lapses and there is obviously no refund on the same.
                The Customer service with regards to the WCC is appalling as no one seems to be able to give you the right answer or even tell you what the problem is... I have been trying to call UK and France... and get only one message every single time "You have dialled the Wrong Number" however if I dial the same number witout the help of the WCC I get connected to the number.. so the idea of it being a network fault... well Mr Anonymous... u seem to have got that worng...
                Vodafone... extremely poor show, n even worse customer service...
                I purchased a Vodafone SIM because i urgently needed to connect internationally. i was told at the Vodafone Store that the services would be activated in 2 (TWO) hours. it did not.i contacted the Vodafone Customer Care and i was told that the services ALWAYS begin after 24 hours and the Store Managers ALWAYS MISGUIDE the customers. And true to it, my SIM was activated only after 24 hours.

                I want to know is there any way to lodge a complaint with VODAFONE against such stores. interestingly, this store is a PROPER VODAFONE OUTLET.

                I think I am the new victim of WCC (Waste Calling Card). I bought it just 2 days before and I've called to customer care so many times that I'd not called in my past life. It was pain in my ears as well as in my a**.

                well even i am using the same service where i just recharge the phone with Rs.375 denomination coupon. After recharge it said that i have Rs.339.9 in my account. The next day when I tried calling in Canada the IVR said that I have Rs2 in my account. Startled i called the customer service and spoke the advisor called HINA GULATI toi my actual surprise she couldnt even understand whatever i wrote here. After spending 15 minutes with her she decided that its a lost mobile complaint and told me that I have to dial the regular customer care instead of dialling the long distance menu. I was baffled and with all the integrity i started asking whether she wants me to explain things all over again. She had a harsh tone, unclear throat and I can bet she was eating or may be chewing a gum. Such is the attitude of the advisors here.

                I still insisted that she hasnt completely resolved my issue yet to which she just dialed a long series of digits on the phone. All i could here was beeps that you get while dialing a number. after that the phone got disconnected. I called up again and this time I spoke to RAHUL the same day (29.10.2009 AROUND 1:20 pm) and asked for his supervisor, Team leader because a i knew that he will just not be able to help me. So anyways, this guy kept arguing that he wants to know about the matter. Finally, I gave up and recited the entire 15 minute conversation to him. The he said that theres nothin that he can do about it. By this time i lost my head and demanded for supervisor. He said that the supervisors are not available. So this means that theres no one to man them. I asked for his Team leader he said even his TL wasnt available. WHO IN THE HELL ACTUALLY MANS THESE LOWER LEVEL EMPLOYEES IN VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE. Disgruntled I asked him for a an alternate way to raise a complaint. he gave me an E mail id : vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com I mailed them. BELIEVE me they have not turned up yet.

                Anyone reading this please DO NOT BUY A VODAFONE CONNECTION.

                i have seen ur WCC concern, i have also used WCC card .

                i[censored]r serial number is of the format 10000XXXXXXX (12 digit), i would like to tell you that your balance never gets deducted from your main balance if you are using in the correct format like if you are dialing 50318+00+ ISD number.

                the problem comes when you have saved your friends number

                eg:[protected] with the name Armaan

                and

                WCC dialed number

                eg: 5031800971234566777777 with the same name Armaan .

                And if you have not saved WCC number in your phone you will again notice that when ever you dial this number with 50318, again it shows the samr name armaan.

                you must have noticed that whichever number you dial it will show you the same name.
                This can create trouble later on while dialing his number again.

                This is the format shown by most of the mobiles and

                by mistake if you dial the number with which 50318 is not attached then its not a WCC call and main account balance will get depleted .

                This has happened with me also so i am explaining the concern to you .

                So please check the number before dialing and save the WCC number with other name eg: WCC armaaan


                I am also a WCC user that is the reason i know this issue.

                I purchased INR 550 WCC where i got a confirmed status of completion of transaction and pin and serila no in next email but that email never came.

                Vodafone is always very sad in their customer approach. and Customer care executives are even more sad .
                I am using[protected]XXXXXXXXX to make international call, where your automatic system is asking PIN.

                I have also entered PIN there, but no response from the system and money is also deducted every time.

                Without using a single second, I lost appox. Rs 10.

                Is this the system/service you provide to your customer?

                Nobody likes to pay without talking. Vodafone should reverse this amount to my mobile and activate this WCC card.

                Looking forward to see some positive action soon.

                    I fail to understand

                    Why no varification process was implemented in last 20 days?
                    Why no follow up was done on our complaint of NO Activation[protected] MR Farid
                    Why were they not taken while issuing CAF, on 4th April?
                    How was agreement signed for issue of add on card, without completing formalities?
                    Why the customer's visit not taken seriously to resolve all issues when customer initiated
                    the querry in person by self?
                    Why Vodafone office does not give acknowledgements stamped and signed?
                    Why no formal cash reciept is given along with CAF?
                    Why ADD ON CARD connection comes with added problems and the same customer experiences it twice in a span of 4 months?

                    I am also forwarding this mail to all concerned whom I can approach later on Monday/ Tuesday

                        I got a post paid connection nearly one and half years before having #[protected].For six month, it was well functioning & facing no problems.But, since last six month, i started getting numerous call on daily basis from VODAFONE collection that approx.Rs.7000 are due for payment otherwise you will face so and so problem in name of Dayaram Yadav.I don't know this gentle man.I expalined my problem and concern to all these excutives that this no. is of Manoj Yadav not of Dayaram Yadav and I have paid 100% against my postpaid bill and there is no dues.Since, I largely work in roaming therefore lot of money i have simply given to service provider without any cause.Apart from money part, i have little time to work my day to day corporate works therefore these kind of calls even tarnish my reputation among collegues and truely i don't have time to attend these kind o[censored]seless call on roaming.Later, i contact to various vodafone store especially situated at Vikas marg, new Delhi and at Rajendranagar, Ghaziabad.They simply provided me lip service but of no use.After getting fed up mentally and monetary, about 3 weeks before, I went personally to vodafone store--Rajendranagar, sahibabad, Ghaziabad and requested excutive named Seema to change this no.She gave a NEW no. and assured that it will be activated within 4 hours but it couldn't even after 10 days and during this meantime i continued to get such irritating call from vodafone collection dept. to pay the amount in very absurd and abusive manner.Later.again, on 12th April 2008, I contact to same executive --Seema--at Vodafone store at Rajedranagar, and she gave a new no.# [protected].I requested like a begger at least 50 times to that girl Seema that whatever you give a no. that must be fresh at any cost and she assured me so.But just after 2--3 days I got a call from vodafone collection#[protected] that nearly Rs.2500 are due to pay.However, I had paid total amount of Rs.2649--as told by Seema till 12th April including bill ampunt of Rs.1963.Later, I got a call from an unkown that this is a number of my father, how you got this number.So many things are coming into my mind now.Later on 21st Aril, i also file my complain through email to "vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com"but everything is useless.Surprisingly, since last two days, my outgoing is not working and getting a messenge to contact customer care at 111.I did so but he again referred to contact me someone.I can't go further now.I don't know where to go ?? this is just another attempt to TRAI?? If no answer then "an indian will loose faith from Indian mechanism itself".My basic concern is that::
                        * shall i get money that i unduly paid to vodafone on roaming??
                        * shall vodafone reimburse for my mental agony and tarnishing my reputation ??
                        * shall anyone will come with permanent solution??except going for another service provider.
                        * can you devise something so that no consumer will face this kind of problem??
                        * Is there any legal act upon this kind of malfunctioning for service provider in india??

                        If possible, then act fast---i am a working in corporate import/export firm as a Mechanical engineer and believe in fast and simple working .Otherwise?? Let us God save this great nation and continue to work in our lethergic and irresposible way.

                        Sir, we have booked 8 sim cards at Vodafone, opp Sai Petrol Pump, Bhayander (E). Our SP No. is 88D/09-10/8P01/8429; 30 respectively. We have submit every document required from passport, pan card, voter's card, Bank Of Baroda's statement (Andheri Branch), ICICI bank's statement (Mira Road Branch), as they keep changing their requirements, and cash Rs350/- on each sim, total Rs2800/-. Our every document was verified properly and was OK. They came for verification and told us our sim's will be activated in 1-2hrs, but they took 27-28hrs, and activated just 4 sim's. More problems, they give us our one contact no. (sim no.) wrong. After few hrs they disconnected our 4 lines. Their senior in charge Sheldon says our Rs20/- stamp paper is not accepted, but it has Police NOC on it, what more they want? They are charging Rs500/- on each sim no. We went to Kanakiya police stn, shared our problem with attendant officer Chougle. He was continuously trying to both nos. of Vodafone Gallery (Bhayander), but they did not response.

                          This Vinay Henry (Leaving in Sect-12, Panchkulla - Haryana) . On 12-Apr-08 took a plan of 224/- having top up of 180/- and validity of 2 months. After 2 days on 14-Apr-08 took a STD pack of 125/- so as to have tariff of STD all over India at cost of Rs 1 per minute. Acitivation took place but after 1day passed it stopped and STD charges 2.65/- per minute. Complain was lodged by me with the help of Dealer from whom i took the card. Complain no[protected].
                          But still no solution taken place, instead of this i recieved a call by vodafone customer care that "your complain has been attended and said tariff is acitivated" but when i responded it was wrong she denied and was not ready to listen and switched off.

                            We Purchase some corporate postpaid mobile connection from Vodafone's Roorkee Franchisee in the month of September. After using their services we find unsatisfactory & of no use. After making so many complaints, the service remains unaccepted. So all o[censored]s has decided to close all the postpaid corporate connection. So as per the legal requirements we have completed the entire needful obligation. That Franchisee assured us that with in next 48hrs the no.s will be deactivated. We have cleared all the dues and billings.

                            After 10-15 days me Vijyant Bhardwaj having Vodafone No. [protected]
                            MY Colleague Mr. R S Iyer -[protected]
                            & Mr. B K Sinha -[protected] still receives the bills from them. We informed the franchisee again & again, but in vein. Not only this, I informed the same on Vodafone Customer care, but that also in vein.

                            From last 6-7 Months we receives the bills every month and the copy of it. Continuously we are informing the Vodafone regarding this but no action yet has been taken. Thier Franchisee members & relationship Manager's Behaviour Is not have been up to the satisfactory level.

                            Recently the No. of Mr. B K Sinha's No. [protected] has been provided to the employee of another company's employee i.e. Anchor, haridwar unit employee Mr. Singh. we talk to that person he confirms that he don't have the Id. of his so Vodafone member issued the identity of Mr. Sinha for his and also the same billing address.

                            Not only had this they continuously sent us threatening lettered from the legal advisors.

                            All of the matter is really the serious matter. The continuously harassed us by giving the threatening letters, by sending the monthly bills and by unhearing the concerns of ours.

                            We expect the legal action & punishment from your side to the concerned Vodafone Company...

                              am Irfan, earlier I was using a vodafone number [protected]. This number is closed in January 2008 and I have paid the outstanding amount 1200 through check in January 2008 it self although the amount was detected on 13 march 2008 from my Bank of India account . I got a call from advocate saying that there is a case against you for not paying the due amount for vodafone. I call the customer care and they are saying in system there is outstanding amount against this number. Please have a look and do the needful.

                                The day Hutch has changed to Vodafone, the quality has gone drastically. I am not getting any incoming call from last 2 days. When ever any one calls me, he/she gets a message saying my phone is not reachable.

                                I registered a complaint with Vodafone (using misleading IVR system) and got a Complaint Number. I was assured to get a call back with in 24 hrs at my alternate number.

                                It has been more than 30 hrs, but no one called me. I don;t know what to do? Now I hate that Dog which comes TV ads...

                                Vodafone is taking its customers for granted. I am sure if it doesn't improve, its survival in this competetive market is not possible...

                                HI, my mobile no is [protected]. iam having 4 complaint to your vodafone.first care exc.do not assist they barred my no on 111 service. on 29th of april callertune activated on my phone. 5th of may late night 12:15 i got a msg from vodafone that VA_SPORTSCOMBO pack also activated on my phone without my permission, when i went vodafone store ROHINI NEAR {M2K} senior exc. simran & nisha told me we can not do anything this problem happens with 1000 customers everyday. they did not assist me and today without my permission multi callertune activated on my phone. i want proper assistence and my money back at any cost with in 24hrs. i don't like this things from you guys. i hope now you will do something regarding my problem.

Your coster care person Mr.Duby behave is very bad. i am going to file a case agains vodafone matrix in consumer coart, if any positive action is not taking by company fast. It has been long time when we have send you the email stating the problem faced because of you people, as per terms you people have to revert in 48 hours maximum but still after long time you people are least bother to revert which I have been keep facing from...

                                  Our company is engaged to manufacture the automotive components and supplying to major Automotive compnies eg. Maruti, Honda, Tenneco, Gabriel and other many compnies. Earlier we were using Reliance Mobiles but due to your better plans we have teken 8 vodofone connections and given to our Marketing excutives.

                                  Problem is that you have disconnect the outgoing facility in all mobiles while we have deposite the bill amount to your Faridabad office. Due to this our business is being suffered and we are feeling mentaly harrasment also by getting the vodafone connections.We kow your company is the world class company and having very good reputation in the world but due to your some repressentative the effect being worst in the market.

                                  When we talk to your customer care excutive no positive answer is given by them. As per your excutive the credit limit is very low and after payment of bill amount the outgoing facility to be activated after one week.

                                  We request you to increase the credit limit on our following connections and activate the outgoing facility with immediate effect -

                                  vodafone (matrix) — disconnect the service

                                  i have a connection of vodafone service provider in the name of a company (corporate connection) by matrix. mobile no is [protected]. i making all of payment time to time in the account of matix. recently on dated 10-05-10 service provider disconnect my out going call being reason of crossing my limit of payment. i say to the company i alredy in limit u r mistake in the couting of call or accont but they are not relise own falt. then i make Rs. 1000/- payment on 11-05-10 they start my outgoing serivce regulary. then agian after 8 day i phase same problem for the same reason. i request agian but no result. i make again Rs.1000/- payment . third time 30-05-10 again disconnect my serive for the same reason. i say them again it is your mistake. now thay make my total bill of this month there is no any pending payment but oppsitly my extra 1000/- rs panding from matrix plz tell me what i do.
                                  i sruggle last month and very haras from service propvider side.

                                  vodafone matrix — unnecessary charging money in bill

                                  I made a request (refrence no.[protected] to vodafone Matrix cellular services on 21st feb to deactivate FRIENDS and FAMILY service from my mobile number [protected]
                                  I got an invoice on 03/04/2011 from vodafone Matrix cellular services which is still showing the same service active and they are charging me unnecessary money every month.
                                  Now i again made a request on 10/04/2011(reference no.[protected] to deactivate the service.
                                  The customer care executive is citing foolish reasons to justify their mistake
                                  please take some steps to ensure the deactivation is done as i have been making this request from last one year.
                                  from last 1 year vodafone Matrix cellular service is unnecessarily charging me

                                    My self archana was using Vodafone Card [post paid].
                                    i ws disconnected the service on 04/12/2007. bur the vodafone says it ws disconnected in Feb'2008. Vodafone is harrassing us for the paymnet where we haven't used it.
                                    i just want to say how much useless company this is.

                                    I was holding postpaid connection after several request to disconnect the no. they use to that we give u good offer please continue. At last useless service i stopped using this connection. Now they are harrassing me for the payment for which i have not used, charging rentals even after the disconnection of outgoing and then total disconnection.

                                    Why i should pay for the connection i have not used.

                                      i purchase a new connection from vodafone connection bendors
                                      that is a post paid connection now after purchaseing date at18/03/08 then ig ot activation of this connection at 26/03/08
                                      and after the activation i am getting so many call from a ricovery department of the barklays bank before giving the new no.. to any person then he was saying its a no.. of amit jain one of his customer and he is not giving the instlaments of the laon
                                      then i tried to make him under stand its my no..[protected] in the name of sumit dixit at the billing address-a-6 sec=64 noida
                                      and he is not going to believe me and those are abusing me
                                      and thay alls are saying that its no.. of the amit jain and he talk so many times and he have call details of the same no.. before the actvation date-18/03/08 and that mean this connection was activated before purchasing by me and i purhchase as a new connection .. but after getting this point from the bank a talk to the customer service of vodafone postpaid or matrix services the no.. was [protected] and also sent a mail at =[protected]@matrix.in but those and the call ofd the customer service
                                      he was saying that it is a refreshed a noumber and that was working before some months and then it got deactivtd and sale by him to me as a new connection so its a illegal according the rules of the TELEPHONE REGULATORY AUTHORITY OF INDIA..
                                      and so now i am very mently disturb rgardign this big illegal game and i want to booke a case againset consumer court so plz help me i am veryy mently disturb and i want to do claimm...

                                      I am totally fed-up with your service, I am not receiving proper bill as
                                      I have taken the Vodafone plain, 99 Religare corporate plain in which where all
                                      corporate voda to voda free in Religare service Pvt Ltd. But I am receiving the all including bill, for the
                                      same I have called on 198 customer care and they were misguide me they are not
                                      ready to accept my billing complaint and dropped my call also, one of your
                                      calling member (floor supervisor) he
                                      provided me wrong complain No, when I request to transfer my call to manager then
                                      he provide me wrong complaint and when I asked about complaint Message then he was also dropped my call and same
                                      time I called again for claim id verification then I know, No complaint has
                                      been raised, So now you tell me should I continue with your service or should I
                                      port both no.

                                        I m employee u.p government in Delhi & N.C.R. iN D.M. Office Gaziabad. When I get this Connection vodafone postpaid of 999 plan for 3 year Mob No.[protected] they told me that i will get free caller id facility but last 4-5 they not giving me any response. vodaphone user is blind he alreardy visited many times to vodafone care off. many times with their documents but they did'nt give any response I wants to know

                                        This is Hansraj using vodafone’s connection for a long time
                                        I bought this connection because of good market value of Hutch’s service but service which I am getting from Vodafone is very very bad.
                                        This is second time happing with me when Vodafone stops getting calls form me why Vodafone stops getting calls form customer?
                                        I am trying to connect with customer care by dialing (111) throw my mobile no but you have stopped my customer care services. I think you should say UNHAPPY TO HELP.
                                        Not only this had even I got a message on 2nd Feb. 2008 from Vodafone that you are getting 200mint. Free from Vodafone to Vodafone on this Sunday. But when I gets my bill there was no discount. I tried to connect with customer care for this but they stop taking calls from my no. then I went to Vodafone’s store and saw them that message which I got from Vodafone they promised me that this time you will get this discount. But again I did not get discount. Just for the sake of 203 Rs. I had to come Vodafone’s store many time. I spend more than 203 Rs. for getting this amount.

                                        Presently I am using china’s hand set I wanted to use GPRS services for this when I tried to connect with customer care they said we don’t have this information we can’t help you for this you have to go Vodafone’s store where you will 100% get this solution again I went there for this but even the lady who were attending me did not have experience for this and said that I can’t help you again they start bothering me.

                                        I paid advance for a year in the expectation of getting good service from Vodafone but due to there bad service now I would like to take my advance back from Vodafone what ever I paid in the advance for this plane not only this amount I want to compensate for my hassles also.

                                        And now I want my same mobile no from Vodafone I would like to go for other service provider with the same mobile no. And really I’ll strongly advice every one that they should not take Vodafone’s connection

                                        Really I never face any kind of problems with Hutch
                                        But Vodafone is a bundle of problems. I can’t explain every thing in this email but I know one day Vodafone will defiantly loose there all valuable customers like me.

                                        Since their conversion from Hutch to Vodafone the conditions have gone worse.Despite their repeated committments, they are not able to meet the customer demands.Specially business partners of Vodafone i.e. MATRIX has a very laid back attitude towards their customers.

                                        I have been chasing then since last 10 days to activate my Duplicate SIM, but what i am getting from them is only false committment & wrong information.

                                        I think that Vodafone should sincerely think on their Punch line as that it entirely different from what they actually do...!!!

                                        i got a marix connection after 3month i lost my mobile phone i closed my all outgoing call with requedt to customer care but they not pay any attention my personel request.
                                        now i had i legel notice from a froud lawywr who is only work for vodafone company on (%) basis.
                                        now i m going for file a case on vodafone company for compensetion charge.
                                        when i bared my all outgoing call then they have to send me proper amout bill till that date.
                                        why they not bared my call after my request.so why i pay unnessecry bill to vodafone.
