I am from malout (152107). I am retailer of vodafone. Here salesman are not working properly. They don't load our mobile no. When ever i try to call them they say you are not atteched with uh. Ask someone else. Now i am faddup i don't know what to do. If i say to distributor he also said i don't know just talk to our agents i don't know about it. Because we have another work to do we have many more agencys

    As i am not satisfied with the services provided by vodafone network i opted to change my mobile operator by porting. But vodafone has refusing to deliver my porting messege and providing upc code. Inspite making vadility and topup recharges they still denying me service. They even not responded accurately when i interracted with their customer care service.

              Recharged with ftt 39 on march 2020 and no usage was done in 28 days. However after 28 days amount of rs. 39 was forfeited by vodafone. Since then following up with vodafone customer care and vodafone appellate (Keeping ap trai in cc). As per vodafone they have forfeited the 39 from balance as per guidelines from trai however not providing any details regarding such guideline issued by trai. Vodafone has opted unethical business practice that trai should look into and sever action against vodafone for cheating if no such guideline has been issued by trai..

                I recharged rs 269 for mobile no [protected] (Kerala) online using my debit card on 03.06.20 but received yet. Amount debited from the account also. I request you to kindly recharge the amount as early as possible.

                    And i fullfilled all formalities but since 5june to till now my vodafone sim is not going active.
                    I am in very depressd. I am a govt employee. My duty messages come on my whatsapp. I am not enable to know my duty messages

                      Hello,
                      I got an sms that somehow my account had re 1 store activated (Which i of course did not do, 100% sure, as i do not use the number at all). However, i proceeded to stop the service as the sms said (It asked me to send off an sms stop to 155223. As soon as i sent the sms, i got an auto reply to send correct keyword, this is incorrect.
                      Its highly unethical practice by vodafone.

                        I wanted to disconnect and deactivated of my mob bearing no [protected] which is a pre-paid connection. On 29 may i went to vodafone store at barasat for deactivated my mobile no mentioned above. Unfortunately, the store was closed and lot of customers were agitating in front the store. I came back and contacted with local mobile shop for deactivating and disconnect the pre-paid connection of the mobile. On the advice of shop keeper, i made an online paym, ent of my total outstanding monthly bill alongwith 5 days extra payment
                        To enable to commplete the procedure. After making the payment, i received a sms message quote "your existing upc is vk632188 and valid upto 05-jun-20
                        20:59" unquote. On 06 june 2020 to my surprise the deactivation of my mobile not done. Subsequently, i reported this matter to the mobile shop keeper but he could not able to solve this issue. However, i have been told that a fresh request to change the port to be made. Accordingly, i made a fresh request to change the port with depositing a sum of rs 100/-

                        My question to a reputed company 'is it a fair deal with a bonafide customer? Last 15 days there was no net connection, no mail service even incoming and outgoing calls were not properly connected.

                        You will appreciate that this type of harrasment from a reputed company like you is not acceptable and desirable.

                          Above message showing in my mobile (Vodafone india), it is showing 2 balances main bal. And sec. Bal. It is confusion. Could you clarify bcoz my balance is rs 74

                            Hello sir/mam

                            I am in kind of mental stress because of vodafone network and services. I am currently working from home due to covid19 situation and using vodafone network. The network coverage in my area is worst so i am trying to port into another network but whenever i try to generate the port number, i get following error:
                            Upc cannot be generated for the reasons: (1) there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

                            I tried calling vodafone helpdesk multiple times and everytime they provided different resolution. I did all what has been told by vodafone but still not able to generate the upc.
                            Please help me as my work is getting impacted.

                              I was registered as a idea user till the month of feb 2020 where i had rental nirvana plan of rs.399 along with isd supreme pack of rs. 30 where i was charged rs. 2 per min for singapore calling. From the month of march it was automatically changed to vodafone due to the tieup of vodafone idea and it was informed the plan details and price would be the same. However, only the rental details were kept the same of basic rental plan and isd pack but i was charged rs 5 per min on the same number which i use to call before. I want a revised bill for the month of march2020, april 2020 and may 2020.

                                        Vodafone auto activate this service by themselves and after calling their agent they say that it was activated through vas.

                                        This is clearly a cheat case. How can they activate these services without our knowledge.
