Please give good quality of network and customer care services.
I recharged for 84 days and the company informed me that daily 1.5gb data.
But here I'm not consume min 700mb daily. I used what'sapp message loading loading... I used Facebook news feed loading loading...I used chrome information will loading loading.
In this condition they are cheating the peoples by giving face news that is 1.5gb per day...
VODAFONE COMPANY IS A WORLD BIGGEST CHEATING COMPANY
WORST COMPANY
WASTE COMPANY
THEY CHEATING THE PEOPLE
GOD WILL PUNISH THEM

            Not able to login vodafone site to pay bills sitting outside india also there is no connection /access available outside of india, in person also i went to service care center in india, hyderabad. They checked the device and number and said it is working. Soon i come out of india, the same story, not able to operate the number. I vexed and opted out. Still i want to retain and do transaction over this number sitting outside of india.

            Secondly, i dont know how to pay bills online... Their site never opens.

              I have recharged thrice in 2 months and these fraudsters have been continuously activating services without our consent. This 1 re store or my foot it is, no one knows its use case or anything and it drains 60 rs of the 100 rs everytime i recharge. What the hell vodafone scum bags. How dare you loot people directly using such 3rd party services without our consent. Take serious action on these kind of fraud push messages and this cheater organization.

                I have ported my no. To vodafone. My airtel sim stopped working last night so i entered my vodafone sim. Got the signal as well but not able to dial 59059 to activate the sim. Nothing happens when i dial this no. My no. Is [protected]z alternate no. [protected]

                  You have become a pathetic network provider. Worst speed even when the pack is 4g with a speed of only 200kbps u really think a person can work with this speed. And the worst part is when i tried contacting you, your executives just blocked my number and i am not able to complaint or anything. If this is the kind of service you are gonna provide i guess its better to switch to jio as other people. Also, right now i have iphone so there is no dual sim or anything so stop asking these questions and just increase the damn speed.

                    Before 2 days late night i got messege that Rs 99 has been deducted towards international roaming rental and stoped outgoing calls and messeging sevice suddenly but lol from last 1 year i am in my home city i called customer care to complaint they recieve call after 20 minutes as usual all executive are busy after recieved a call she told me its some technical issue its resolved in 1 hour ok the the outgoing calls service are start in 1 hour its good but text messege service was still not started so i called again and he told that u have to recharge again to start your service this is only one solution ...why??????thats means my previouse recharge is waste of my money i thought one of the most worst service provided by vodafone to me please guys dont by the vodafone sim even you get in free of cost its very worst instead of buying vodafone sim go for another better network not for worst and poor like vodafone...

                        Dear sir, i have received postpaid bill in june 2nd of vodafone idea for month may (1st to 31st may). There are wrong charges of topup internet package included in bill by company. Also they have charged this on date 1st june in my may billing. This is totally dishonest way. They need to remove such fraud charges and should make more than 20 years dedicate customer worry free.

                          It is to inform that i am facing a network issue since 5 months on my area and complained about it to vodafone for more than 4 times simontaneously but there was no permanent solution given to my problem. The issue is not only faced by me but, the people of whole area using vodafone services.

                          My issues :- 1. Unable to get 4g service throughout the month.

                          2. Incoming and outgoing service is unavailable if the electricity cuts off. (Only empty network bars during the period.)

                          3. Interreupted 4g service

                            My vodafone prepaid balance is reduced without my knowledge whenever i recharge with some currency even though i'm on unlimited calls plan.

                            Today 100 reduced and again got another message saying it was done erroneously and the same amount was credited again...

                            I want to know what is happening every time. I can't be specific now because i haven't recharged with currency recently. But this has been the case everytime.

                            Also the network is so bad, though i'm using a new samsung galaxy m20 android phone.

                            Kindly look into the issues and do the needful.

                              "upc cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider"

                              Since Vodafone is not able to provide data service to my location i am trying to port my number to another cellular network service provider. When i am trying to generate porting code i am getting below message.

                              And message that i got on mobile is "dear customer, this is to inform you that a rental amunt of rs.99 have been deducted towards international roaming rental for 30 days".

                                I had negative balance. Since i recharge internet n unlimited calls i thought having balance is not needed. It corona all over the world now. No one is allowed to travel anywhere. Inspite of al this vodafone has charged me ₹99 for international roaming without me asking for it. They are looting customers money. Kindly help.

                                  Am facing network connectivity issue in my location, many of times it no service i need to restart my phone to search for network. Due to this not able to use internet too, internet speed is very low.

                                      In my mobile, there is activation of an unusual or unnecessary offer is implemented and deducted my 100 rs amount without my concern even..
                                      I didn't request anything like this and they had activated this offer without my permit...

                                      So plz return my money back... Please... Asap turn off this offer and give my money to mee... :- (😑😐😪
